  • Carbon pricing is in the spotlight as an economically efficient policy to limit global warming and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We examine how policymakers can improve social acceptance of a carbon tax, which is the main obstacle in implementing the policy. We conduct a survey experiment to analyze this topic and adopt two different interventions focusing on the use of revenue from a carbon tax and types of information to be provided. Regarding revenue use, we consider 1) tax reductions, 2) lump-sum transfers, and 3) green project investments. For information types, we focus on 1) the economic value of a carbon tax, and 2) the environmental value of a carbon tax. We find that lump-sum transfers have negative impacts on social acceptance of a carbon tax. For those who perceive climate change as a serious issue, moreover, both lump-sum transfers and tax reductions have negative impacts on acceptability. Regardless of the type of information provided, on the other hand, the social acceptance of a carbon tax is increased after the provision of information. Furthermore, the impact of information provision on the social acceptance interacts with the revenue use impacts. When the revenue use and the type of information are consistent with the aim of the policy, the effects of these strategies can be amplified.

  • Customers are not merely responders but rather active value creators. As a result most researches related to customer value creation behavior focus on customer participation behavior and interaction between service provider and customer. This study set the research model to examine the correlation between customer to customer interaction, brand attachment and customer value creation behavior. For this study, the relationship among social support, C-to-C social interaction, similarity, brand attachment, and customer value creation behavior were modelled and used to validate our hypotheses. A path model was verified with structural equation modeling using dataset from survey. Results of this study are summarized as follows. First, this study show the C-to-C social interaction, such as social support, C-to-C social interaction, similarity have effects on brand attachment. Thus, this was statistically significant although dismissed from hypothesis verification. Second, the structural correlation shows brand attachment has positive effect on customer value creation behavior The findings suggest that managers need to identify and pay attention to positive customer to customer interaction in the service encounter so that it influence customer brand attachment and customer value creation behavior which is the competitive advantages of service brand.

  • People tend to maintain and express their individuality in unique ways. Consumer's need for uniqueness is defined as an individual's pursuit that differentiates themselves from others, thereby developing and enhancing their personal identities. This study examined the effect of consumers' need for uniqueness on fashion orientation and consumption values. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey distributed to people visiting the fashion show center during Seoul Fashion Week. The survey questions were designed using the 5-point Likert scale and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of questions was reliable as .628-.862. The study's results indicate that people with high need for uniqueness are very interested in fashion and think that is important to be well-dressed. In addition, the results suggest that people with high needs for unusual choices who enjoy challenging the prevailing taste of people want to be fashion leaders and are attracted to products that express their personality well. And people with high needs for creative choices and incompliant choices value their own satisfaction and happiness with the products. On the other hand, consumer's needs for incompliant choices have a negative effect on social value. As a result, people with high needs for incompliant choices would break social norms rather than consider social status and reputation when they purchase fashion products. The concluding section of the paper discusses the implications of this research for fashion companies.

Cosmetic purchase behavior consisted of variables such as purchase frequency, purchase amount, place of purchase, purchase reason, reason for using cosmetics, purchase propensity, degree of using information source, and selection criteria. A survey was conducted with 308 women between the ages 20 and 29 from December 5th to 10th 2016. Data collected from the respondents through an Internet survey were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analyses, cluster analysis, analyses of variance and chi-square tests. Four consumption value dimensions emerged that were termed emotional, differentiated individuality-pursuing, functional and social value. The respondents were classified into three groups(emotional consumer group, functional consumer group, active consumer group) by cluster analysis using four dimensions of consumption value. The results of the analyses of variance and chi-square tests showed significant differences in purchase frequency, place of purchase, purchase reason, reason for using cosmetics, degree of using information source and selection criteria among groups classified by consumption value. • This paper investigated the satisfaction of agro-healing and analyzed its willingness to participate in agro-healing in the future. First, a survey of intentions to participate in agro-healing found that the ratio of participation was 55.6% (125 people). It is analyzed that more than half of teenagers who have experienced agro-healing programs are willing to participate again. Second, a survey of satisfaction with agro-healing showed the highest improvement in agricultural awareness, including increased public interest value of agriculture. This can be seen as a way to raise public awareness of agriculture, as well as the effects of mental and physical health recovery, social integration contributions, and social safety contributions. Third, an analysis of the effect of awareness on the willingness to participate in agro-healing showed that the less significant it was, the higher the awareness, the higher the willingness to participate. In other words, various information delivery means, such as public relations measures, should be prepared to raise awareness of agro-healing. Fourth, it can be seen that those with low satisfaction with expected effects such as health recovery, social safety, social integration, and improved agricultural awareness have a clear difference in their willingness to participate in the future. In other words, the higher the satisfaction level of the agro-healing program, the higher the willingness to participate in the agro-healing industry in the future.
