여성결혼이민자의 사회적 지지와 관련 변인 메타분석 (A Meta-Analysis of the Variables Related with Social Support for Female Marriage Immigrants)

  • This research aims to integrate study results through a meta-analysis of previous studies on the variables related with social support for female marriage immigrants. Based on the results, this study established the foundation of an integrated social support system for female marriage immigrants which considers both the functional perspective and structural perspective of social support, and suggested plans for an efficient support system. All social support was positively associated with female marriage immigrants marriage life, child-rearing behavior and attitude, reduction of stress and depression and psychological stability. In relation to the effect size of each variable related with all social support, the marriage variable had the biggest relationship with it, followed by the parenting variable, the psychological variable and the stress variable in that order. With reference to the relationship with related variables according to the sub-domain of social support, from the structural perspective, spousale support showed a high relationship with the marriage variable and the stress variable. It was also especially, very highly related with the marriage variable. In addition, a married woman's family support and expert support had an intermediate relationship with the marriage variable, and the husband's family support and friend support had a low relationship with it. From the functional perspective, material support had a very high relationship with the marriage variable, whereas it had a low relationship with the stress variable and the psychological variable. Emotional support was also highly related with marriage variable, but showed an intermediate or low relationship with the psychological variable and the stress variable. On the other hand, informational support displayed an intermediate relationship with the stress variable and the psychological variable, and a high relationship with the marriage variable. Lastly, evaluative support had a high relationship with the marriage variable and the psychological variable. Based on these results, this study proposed plans for an integrated social support system as follows. First, education ought to be provided for the spouses, and support for marital adjustment should be offered. Second, there plans should be made for continuous bonding with the family of origin, and support should be given to address changes in awareness of the relationship with the husband's parents. Third, it is required to revitalize the local community and self-help groups, and provide the female marriage immigrants with opportunities to participate in social activities.

유아교사의 행복감과 사회적 지지가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness and Social Support on Job Performance)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of child care teachers' happiness and social support on job performance. Methods: The subjects were 380 teachers employed in child care centers and kindergartens in Gyeonggi Province. Self-report questionnaires were used to investigate teachers' happiness, social support and job performance. The data were analyzed by frequency, percent, Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression with the SPSS program. Results: The results of this study were as follow. First, teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' happiness. The highest correlation sub-variable was purpose in life. Next were personal growth, self-acceptance, environmental mastery and autonomy. And the last was positive relationships with others. Teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' social support. The highest correlation sub-variable was evaluative support. Next were affective support and material support. And the last was informative support. Second, teachers' happiness and social support affected job performance. Evaluative support, which was a sub-variable of social support, affected job satisfaction. And personal growth, purpose in life, and self-acceptance, which were sub-variables of happiness, affected job satisfaction. Conclusion: This study revealed that teacher's happiness and social support were important factors for teachers job performance.

다문화가정 아동의 내재화·외현화 문제에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Internalizing·Externalizing Problems of Multicultural Children)

  • This study was conducted in order to investigate the variables that relate and affect the internalizing and externalizing problems of multicultural children. 159 multicultural children in the $3^{rd}{\sim}6^{th}$grade were selected from elementary schools in Gwangju and the Jeollanamdo area. The data was analyzed by using the frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression by SPSS 12.0 program. The results were as follows: first, the internalizing problems were different according to the socio-demographic variable: (gender, subjective economic level), multicultural characteristic variable: (mother's communication ability, likability of mother's nationality, etc.), parent-child relationship variable: (relationship with mother, relationship with father) and social support variable: (peer support, teacher support). Further, the externalizing problems were different according to the socio-demographic variable: (gender), multicultural characteristic variable: (mother's nationality, mother's communication ability, etc.), parent-child relationship variable: (relationship with mother, relationship with father) and social support variable: (peer support, teacher support). Second, the influential variables regarding the internalizing problems were children's stress from cultural adaptability and the likability of the mother's nationality of the multicultural characteristic variable group, peer support of the social support variable group and the subjective economic-level of the socio-demographic variable group. Moreover, the influential variable on the externalizing problems was children's stress from the cultural adaptability of the multicultural characteristic variable group. The most influential variable of such variables was children's stress from cultural adaptability of the multicultural characteristic variable group. The results of this study will provide information for the development of educational and therapeutic intervention program for multicultural children.

보육교사의 어린시절 학대경험, 훈육방식 및 사회적지지가 보육효능감에 미치는 영향 (Effect of childcare center teacher's childhood abuse experience and discipline styles, social support on childcare efficacy)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is investigate the influences of childhood abuse experience, discipline styles and social support on childcare efficacy according to socio-demographic backgrounds of childcare teachers. Method: For this study's purpose, 200 childcare teachers working at children's schools in J city were surveyed and analyzed for child abuse experience, discipline styles, social support and childcare efficacy. Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used as study methods. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences in childhood abuse experiences according to the general characteristics of childcare teachers in the sub-domain of occupational position and marriage status. Second, childcare efficacy and social support were positively correlated, and discipline styles and childcare efficacy were negatively correlated, but there was no correlation between social support and abuse experience. Third, general teaching efficacy regarding childcare efficacy showed a statistical influence of physical abuse, which is a sub-variable of childhood abuse experience. The general efficacy of teaching showed a statistically significant influence on logical discipline and coercive discipline, which are sub-variables of discipline methods. The general teaching efficacy in terms of childcare efficacy showed a statistically significant influence in the family variable which is a sub-variable of social support. The personal teaching efficacy within childcare efficacy showed a statistically significant influence in the logical discipline, a sub-variable of physical abuse, and disciple styles, a sub-variable of childhood abuse experience. Conclusion: From these findings, childcare teachers' childhood abuse experience was a factor affecting childcare efficacy in discipline, social support, and sub-variables. Therefore, it is necessary to remedy the effects of childhood abuse experience, encourage appropriate discipline styles, and to encourage social support in order to improve the childcare efficacy among childcare teachers.

결혼이주여성의 아동학대 발생위험성에 영향을 미치는 요인 -양육스트레스, 문화적응스트레스, 사회적지지의 구조적 관계- (Social Support, Acculturative Stress, and Parenting Stress as Factors Influencing Child Abuse Among Married Immigrant Women in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 아동학대 발생위험에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 양육스트레스, 문화적응스트레스, 사회적지지의 구조적관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 가설모형을 설정한 후, 전국을 표본으로 결혼이주여성 195명에 대한 설문결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 아동학대에 직접효과를 갖는 변수는 양육스트레스였고, 문화적응스트레스는 양육스트레스를 매개로 간접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 사회적지지는 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 양육스트레스에 대해 문화적응스트레스를 매개로 간접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적지지는 아동학대에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 위험요인들을 상쇄시키는 보호요인으로 기능하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 근거하여 사회복지에 대한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제안하였다.

유아교육기관 교사의 회복탄력성과 조직몰입 : 사회적 지지를 매개변인으로 (The Influence of the Resilience on the Organizational Commitment of Kindergarten and Childcare Teachers : Social Support as a Mediating Variable)

  • This study investigate the influence of resilience on organizational commitment using social support as a mediating variable for kindergarten and childcare teathers. The subjects were 630 kindergarten and childcare teathers. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation as well as single and multiple regressions that used SPSS Win 19.0. The results were as follows: (1) The resilience was significantly associated with organizational commitment of kindergarten and childcare teachers. (2) The resilience was significantly associated with social support of kindergarten and childcare teachers. (3) The resilience was not significantly associated with organizational commitment of kindergarten and childcare teachers, controlled by social support. The results showed the social support was more important variable affecting organizational commitment of kindergarten and childcare teachers than the resilience. As a result, teachers have to be strengthened for support of social emotion that helps to control of their emotional condition and social evaluation that estimates their role positive under administration system.

Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy and Social Support in the Relationship between Physical Therapist's Job Stress and Psychological Burnout

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물리치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에 있어 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 조절효과의 실증 분석 결과를 제시하는 데에 있다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 독립변인으로는 직무스트레스를, 조절변수로는 자기효능감과 사회적 지지를, 종속변인으로는 심리적 소진을 설정하여 연구모형을 구성하고 변인 간의 효과 및 관계를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 물리치료사를 대상으로 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 155부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물리치료사의 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진, 자기효능감, 그리고 사회적 지지는 변인 간의 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 물리치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 자기효능감은 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 물리치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다.

도시주부의 대인적 지지, 생활긴장감 및 만족도 (Interpersonal support, Tension in life changes & Life satisfaction in Urban Housewives)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate interpersonal support, tension in lifechanges & satisfaction. The selected sample is composed of 387 housewives in ChongJoo city. SAS pc program was used for the statistical analysis of the data. Data was analyzed by frequency, F-test, percentage, mean, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression Analysis. Major findings as follows: 1)At wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents & parents-in law side were variables to have influence on tension in life changes. And the number of social organization participated were a variable to have influence on the satisfaction. The age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family lifecycle, the number of children, pattern of family were variables to influence tension in life changes, but were not variables to influence on the satisfaction. 2) At usual or wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents side were variables to influence on instrumental & companionship support. And the number of friends was a variable to influence on companionship & informational support. The number of neighbors was a variable to influence on instrumental, companionship & informational support. The number of social organization participated was a variable to influence on companionship & emotional support. The age of couple, education of couple,income, duration of marriage, family life cycle, number of children, family size, family type were variables to influence on interpersonal support. 3)The relationship between tension and satisfaction in life changes was negative, and between instrumental support and satisfaction was negative also. But between companionship support and satisfaction was positive relationship and between tension of personal &social life and instrumental support was positive relationship. The relationship between tension of marriage life and companionship support was negative and between tension of family life and information support was negative relationships. The received companionship support was lower tension in life changes than not received it. But the received instrumental support was higher tension of personal & social life. The received companionship & informational support was higher satisfaction than not received them. But the received instrumental support was lower satisfaction than not received it. 4) Instrumental & companionship support, at usual kin network of her parents in taw side, at wedding & funeral ceremony kin network of her parents side,were variables to influence on tension in life changes. Moderating Effect and Mediation Effect of Social Support in the Relationship between Art Therapist's Job Stress and Psychological Burnout

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에 있어 사회적 지지의 조절효과와 매개효과를 실증 분석한 결과를 제시하는 데에 있다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 직무스트레스를 독립변인, 사회적 지지를 조절변인과 매개변인, 심리적 소진을 종속변인으로 하여 연구모형을 설정하고 그 관계와 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 미술치료사를 대상으로 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 150부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 환경적 요인(경력, 고용형태, 근무시간)에 따른 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진, 사회적 지지에 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진, 사회적 지지는 변인 간의 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 미술치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 미술치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다.

대학생의 중도탈락에 미치는 교우관계의 영향력과 학교적응의 매개효과 (Influence of friendship to academic persistence and drop out and mediation effect of school adaptation)

  • This study was to examined the relationship between goal setting, self improvement, social support of parents, friendship, school adaptation, drop out. In our research model, goal setting, self improvement, social support of parents, and friendship is exogenous variable and school adaption and drop out is endogenous variable. A total of 323 undergraduate student(254 female, 69 male) complete the questionnaires. Structural equation modelling showed that, as hypothesized, establishment of goals, social support of parent and friendship have effect on school adaptation, and friendship also have direct effect on drop out. School adaptation mediate path from goal setting, social support of parents, and friendship. This study provides empirical evidence for a model that show how to control the drop out of students.
