This study analyzed both the effect small and medium-sized suppliers' SCM capacity on the performance and how the moderating effect of demand uncertainty as an environmental factor affects this relation. The study is based on the data collected from the survey of small and medium-sized suppliers operating in electronics, metal, machinery, automobile, and textile. It analyzed the results of survey targeting suppliers of these areas by using structure equation modeling. According to the analyzed result, the relation capital of small and medium-sized supplier affects the performance, but there is no relation between coordination capability and the performance. In case of the moderating effect of demand uncertainty, while there is a positive moderating effect of demand uncertainty between relation capital and performance, there is no any moderating effect between coordination capability and performance. It turns out that the relation capital keep having a positive effect on the performance even if there is a demand uncertainty.

Recently, most firms have difficulties in predicting business context due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, terrorism, social and political interests, as well as market factors such as rapid technological change, diversification of customer needs, and intensification of competition with competitors, thereby increasing the importance of risk management. The purpose of this study is to analyze trends of the risk management field concentrating on SCM, which is increasingly interested, and to identify key researches in this field and provide useful academic information. This study collected the information of the articles published in journals using the Scopus database, and analyzed both the network generated by keywords proposed in the articles and the network generated by the information for citations and co-authorship.

인플루언서(Influencer)란 소셜 미디어에서 유난히 많은 영향력과 파급효과를 가지고 오는 사람들을 말하며, 이들이 만들어내는 콘텐츠는 이제는 자신들의 브랜딩을 넘어선 커머스(Commerce) 효과를 발휘하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 웹 그리고 공공데이터를 중심으로 뷰티 빅데이터와 방송 콘텐츠 빅데이터를 수집하고 분석하여 상호 상관성에 기반하여 화장품 관련 기업에서 CRM(Customer Relation Management), PLM(Product Lifecycle Management, SCM(Supply Chain Management System) 등의 경영정보시스템과 연계한 뷰티 분야에 최적화된 통합 경영정보시스템을 제안한다.

Monitoring of $CO_2$ release through the ground surface is essential to confirm the safety of carbon storage projects. We conducted a feasibility study of the multi-channel surface-soil $CO_2$-concentration monitoring (SCM) system as a soil $CO_2$ monitoring tool with a small scale injection test. The background concentrations showed the distinct diurnal variation. The negative relation of $CO_2$ with temperature and the low $CO_2$ concentrations during the day imply that surface-soil $CO_2$ depends on photosynthesis and respiration. After 4.2 kg of $CO_2$ injection (1 m depth for 29 minutes), surface-soil $CO_2$ concentrations increased in the all five chambers, which were located less than 2.8 m of distance from each other. The $CO_2$ concentrations seem to be recovered to the background around 4 hours after the injection ended. To determine the leakage, the data from Chamber 2 and 5 with low increase rates were used for statistical analyses. Coefficient of variation for 30 minutes ($CV_{30min}$.) is efficient to determine a leakage signal, with reflecting the fast change in $CO_2$ concentrations. Consequently, SCM and $CV_{30min}$ could be applied for an efficient monitoring tool to detect $CO_2$ release through the ground surface. Also, this study provides ideas for establishing action steps after leakage detection.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is centered on a personalized demand fulfillment economy and is all about transformation and flexible processing that can deliver what customers want in real time across space and time. This paper implements the construction and operation of a packaging platform that can instantly procure the required packaging products based on real-time orders and evaluates its performance. The components of customer satisfaction are flexible and dependent on the situation which requires efficient management of enterprise operational processes based on an e-SCM platform. An OMS optimized for these conditions plays an important role in maximizing and differentiating the efficiency of a company's operations and improving its cost advantage. OMS is a system of mass customization that provides efficient MOT(Moment of Truth) logistics services to meet the eco-friendly issues of many individual customers and achieve optimized logistics operation goals to enhance repurchase intentions and sustainable business. OMS precisely analyzes the collected data to support information and decision-making related to efficiency, productivity, cost and provide accurate reports. It uses data visualization tools to express data visually and suggests directions for improvement of the operational process through statistics and prediction analysis.

In this study, we investigate the cooperative relationships between researchers who have co-authorship in the logistics-related journals in Korea by using social network analysis (SNA). We analyzed the co-authorship data of 781 articles published from 2005 to 2011 in four journals of 'Logistics Study', 'Journal of Korean Society of SCM', 'Korea Logistics Review' and 'Journal of Shipping and Logistics.' We examined the trend of cooperative research in the field of logistics with basic data of the co-authorship network. Then, we analyzed structural properties of the network and the sub-networks of research groups having co-authorship. We could verify the authors who play important roles within the network by using SNA indicators. In addition, we constructed the keyword networks based on the keyword data of all articles by research groups in order to understand the research topics of each group, and thereby we could draw several implications on the cooperative researches in the field of logistics.

The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

An operation sequence of parts is one of the most important production factors in the design of cellular manufacturing systems. Many similarity coefficient method (SCM) based approaches have been proposed to solve cell formation problems in the literature. However, most of them do not consider the operation sequence factor. This study presents an operation sequence ratio (OSR) and modifies some existing similarity coefficients using the OSR to solver cell formation problems considering operation sequences. The computational results show that the OSR ratio is useful and robust in solving cell formation problems with operation sequences.

This paper's purpose is to get hold of the recent research trend by analyzing the variables uesd in startups related papers. The startups related papers in this paper are the papers which include 'startups' in the title of the registered papers from the year 2013 to the year 2020. This study's analysis methods are text-mining of all variables and text-network analysis of affected variables. Visualizing tool for network analysis is Gephi. The result of variables' analysis is as follows. First, independent variables consist mainly of variables about startups' internal factors and outside environment, but due to startups' features like early stage company's features, innovative features, most of variables are about enterprise internal competitiveness, marketing 4P strategy, entrepreneurship, coopreation method, transformational leadership, enterprise features, lean startup strategy, enterprise internal communication, value orientation, task conflict, relationship conflict, knowledge sharing, etc. Second, dependent variables are mainly about outcome, and are classified into financial performance and non-financial performance by overall concept. In other words, startups related papers have higher interest in non-financial performance, like management performance, team performance, SCM performance as well as financial performance like sales quantity owing to startups' immaturity in getting good financial performance. Through this study we can find out as follows. Although there are not many officially registered papers dealing with startups, those papers include various themes about stratups. For example, there are trendy themes like lean startups strategy, crowdfunding, influencer and accelerator, etc.
