Factor Analysis for the Promoting from CRM Marketing under Social Network Service - the e-Coupon of Facebook (SNS 환경에서 CRM 마케팅 활성화를 위한 요인 분석 - 페이스북 팬페이지 e 쿠폰 발행을 매개로)

  • 최근의 인터넷환경하에서 고객들과의 소통을 통한 관계의 이해와 관리 필요성이 증가하면서 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship Management, CRM)가 중요한 기능으로 고려되고 있다. CRM은 인터넷의 발달과 함께 e-CRM으로 발전되었으며, 최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)가 활성화되면서 s-CRM으로 변화하고 있다. SNS 는 자기를 표현하는 프로필과 사용자 간의 연결을 통한 소통으로 구성되어 있으며, 사용자간의 의견교환을 통한 자발적인 홍보와 노출뿐만 아니라 고객과 기업의 직접적인 커뮤니케이션 창구로서 CRM 마케팅을 펼치기에 적합하다. 본 연구는 SNS 중 현재 가장 많은 회원을 보유한 페이스북 팬페이지에서 e 쿠폰 발행을 매개로 소셜 네트워크 이용자들을 대상으로 충성 고객을 확보하기 위한 요인들을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 페이스북 기업 팬페이지의 좋아요, e 쿠폰 발행, e 쿠폰 사용내역에서의 각 요인들의 영향을 분석하였다.

  • As social network service(SNS) has grown rapidly, the variety information being shared through SNS. However, the privacy of individuals can be violated due to the shared information through a SNS or the post written in the past at the SNS. Although, many researches concerned about it, they did not suggest key management and access control especially. In this paper, we propose the method for the protection of the message in SNS using access control and hash-chain.

  • In this study, we use the data collected from Twitter, as an SNS(Social Networking Service), for service innovation. This data was collected and processed by Flume. The data set in May 2016 was 4,766 and 15,543 from company S and company X, respectively. We were able to figure out the emotional atmosphere of the two companies through the sentiment analysis(SA) and to find out about the vertical relationship through the bibliometric analysis(BA). Furthermore, we were able to grasp the horizontal relationship through the social network analysis(SNA). It was concluded that SNS was worth while to derive an innovative item.

  • Social Network Service(SNS) has become a hot trend as a web service which helps users construct social relationships in the web and enables online communication. The information about user activities and behaviors obtained from the SNSs is expected to be an useful knowledge source for other services such as recommendation services. Most of previous researches on SNS rely on analyzing overall network topology and surveying the activities in a one-dimensional aspect. This paper propose a system for measuring multi-dimensional interaction through the activities in a SNS. The proposed system delivers an unified profile (consisting of profile and multi-dimension interaction) model from user-activities in Twitter.com. At the experimental section, some meaningful perspectives on a set of the unified profiles are described.

  • The web 2.0 concept rapidly spreads to the various field which is based on an opening, the participation, and a share. And the research about the recommendation system, that is the personalize feature, and social network is very active. In the case of the recommendation system and social network, it had been developing in the respectively different area and the new research toward the service model of a form that it fuses these is insignificant. In this paper, I'm going to introduce efficient social network which is called the researcher connection network. It is possible to recommend the researcher intellectually who studies the similar field by analyzing the usage log and user profile. Through this study, we could solved the network expandability problem which is due to the user passive participation and the difficulty of the initial network construction that is the conventional social network problem.

  • A lots of social data are distributed, utilized and opened through the social media. They have characterized effectiveness and pleasure of information to the media by social data but it is ignored about excessive exposure of information and damage from collective reply of personal attack type. In this paper, we study about analysis of opinion social data on the SNS (Social Network Service) by analyzing of collective damage reply. It is analysed by diverse measurement method for distribution and disuse of the amount of Buzz data that is analysed data from structured social network.

  • 전 세계적으로 노령화 문제가 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 가운데, 노인이 느끼는 전반적인 삶의 질 (Quality of Life, QoL) 이 하락하는 문제가 사회 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 문제로 인식되고 있다. 이에 다양한 형태로 발생하고 있는 노인들의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 노인학, 사회 복지학 등의 분야에서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이 중 노인의 사회적 관계 (Social Network, SN) 를 강화, 확장하여 노인의 삶의 만족도 향상을 추구하고자 하는 연구를 찾아볼 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 노인의 사회적 관계를 인터넷을 이용해 개선함으로써, 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표이다. 이에 본 연구의 세부적인 목적은 현재 젊은 층을 중심으로 많이 사용되고 있는 SNS 를 노인들이 사용하지 않는 이유에 대한 분석, 노인을 위한 SNS 의 핵심적인 기능적, 서비스적 요소를 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 현재 인터넷을 잘 활용하고 있는 60 세 이상의 노인 22 명을 대상으로 개별 인터뷰, 참가자가 사용하는 서비스 분석, FGI 의 3 가지 방식으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 이후 수집한 데이터를 이용하여 정성적 분석 방법으로 Casual Network 를 도출하였으며, 정량적 분석 방법인 Laddering 분석으로 Hierarchical Map 도출하여 비교하였다. 또한 도출된 결과가 노인들만의 특징인지를 파악하기 위하여 대학생, 직장인 각 10 명씩을 대상으로 노인을 대상으로 한 연구 방식과 동일한 방법으로 데이터를 수집, 분석 하였다. 최종적으로 본 연구는 사회감성적 선택 이론 (Socioemotional Selectivity Theory, SST)를 바탕으로 인터넷에서의 Social Network 활동도 오프라인과 유사한 특징을 가지고 있으며, 현재 친하게 지내고 있는 사람들을 중심으로 SN 을 강화시키려 하는 강화형 타입과 새로운 SN을 생성하기 위하여 노력하는 확장형 타입으로 구분할 수 있었다. 추후 이러한 특징들을 반영하여 노인들을 위한 SNS 가 지녀야 할 기능적, 시스템적 요소를 제안하고, 추후 연구 및 SNS 개발과 관련한 계획을 정리하였다.

  • The explosive growth of social networking services based on smart devices popularize these relationships and activities online in accordance with the far larger impact of this on the real life offline, the interest and importance for the online activity is increasing. In this study, factors affecting the SNS activity are defined by object, user, influence direction, influence distance and proposed a method to measure organic terms in effect between the SNS users. Influence Direction and Influence Strength (or Distance) are elaborated by using the existing influence measurement element such as structured data - the number of friends, the difference between the number of contacts - and the new influence measurement element such as unstructured data - gap between the former time and the latter time, preference and type of response behavior - that occur in social network service. In addition, the system for collecting and analysing data for measuring influence from social network service and the process model on the method for measuring influence is tested by using sample data on Facebook and explained the implementation probability.

A Development of the Social Network Model for the Maternal Role of First-time Mother (초산모의 모성역할을 위한 사회적 네트워크 모형 개발)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors which are related to the maternal role performance of first-time mother to improve the health of infant. Specifically a basic hypothetical model was developed based on the previous study about a model of social networks. Method : The survey was done from January to February in 2001. Total 257 mothers who have four to twelve month old first-time baby was interviewed in five community health center around country(Seoul, Choung-ju, Asan, Cheon-an, Jeju). Finally 247 data was analyzed. Data analysis was done with LISREL 8.20 program for covariance structural analysis. Results : Compared to the hypothetical model, the revised model has become parsimonious and had a better fit to the data ($X^2=167.55$ (p값=.00), $x^2/df=1.48$, GFI=0.97, AGFI=0.95, RMR=0.049, NFI=0.98, NNFI=0.99, CN=222.53). All predictive variables of the maternal role of first-time mother explained 30% of total variance in model. Social network structural characteristics and social network interactional characteristics had significant effect on the emotional support and the information support. And social network interactional characteristics had significant effect on the service support, material support and social companionship support. The service support and social companion ship support had significant effect on the maternal role strain. The emotional support and the social companion ship support had significant effect on the maternal role of first-time mother. Conclusion : As the conclusion of this study, there is in need of the developing the programmes focussed on the social network for the first-time mother.

Social Network Comparison of Airlines on Twitter Using NodeXL (Twitter를 기반으로 한 항공사 소셜 네트워크 비교분석 - 카타르, 싱가포르, 에미레이트, ANA, 대한항공을 중심으로 -)

  • The study aims to compare and analyze the social network structures of Qatar Airways,s Singapore Airlines, Emirates Airlines, and ANA Airlines, recording the top 1 to 4, and Korean Air in ninth by Skytrax's airline evaluations in 2022. This study uses NodeXL, a social network analysis program, to analyze the social networks of 5 airlines, Vertex, Unique Edges, Single-Vertex Connected Components, Maximum Geodesic Distance, Average Geodesic Distance, Average Degree Centrality, Average Closeness Centrality, and Average Betweenness Centrality as indicators to compare the differences in these social networks of the airlines. As a result, Singapore's social network has a better network structure than the other airlines' social networks in terms of sharing information and transmitting resources. In addition, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines are superior to the other airlines in playing roles and powers of influencers who affect the flow of information and resources and the interaction within the airline's social network. The study suggests some implications to enhance the usefulness of social networks for marketing.
