  • A large part of the vast amounts of information produced in the world is born digital, and comes in a wide variety of formats: text, database, audio, film, image. During the meeting of the Organization's Executive Board in May 2001, Member States agreed on the need for rapid action to safeguard digital heritage. The interest of UNESCO in this situation comes as no surprise. UNESCO exists in part to encourage and enable the preservation and enjoyment of the cultural, scientific and information heritage of the world's peoples. The growth of digital heritage and its vulnerability could hardly go unnoticed. Our societies have witnessed the end of the paradigm of the written archive, a paradigm that had developed over hundreds of years. Throughout the twentieth century new media have wisely and modestly joined this prestigious tradition. This paradigm has already been transformed, and the devices in place are unable to deal with the brutal advance of information technologies, and the quantitative inflation which they cause. This goes beyond those institutions specializing in the management of memory: a whole new regime of information will have to be constructed, and quickly, completely transforming old memory and archiving systems. If this shift does not take place, our societies will suffer irremediable damage in their collective social memory.

  • In the era of untact, the "Chabak" using cars as accommodation spaces is attracting attention as a new form of travel. Due to the advantages, including low costs, convenience, and safety, as well as the characteristics of the vehicle enabling independent travel, the demand for Chabak is continuously increasing. Despite the rapid growth of the market and related industries, little academic has investigated this trend. To establish itself as a new type of travel culture and to sustain the growth of related industries, it is essential to understand the public perception of Chabak. Therefore, based on the marketing mix theory and big data analysis, this study analyzes the public perception of Chabak. The results showed that Chabak has established itself as a consumer-led travel culture, contributing to the aftermarket growth of the automobile industry. Additionally, consumers were found to be increasingly inclined to enjoy travel economically and wisely, and actively share information through social media. This initial study on the new travel trend of Chabak is significant in that it employs big data analysis on a theoretical basis.

Although there are regulations related to spam, violators of the law are still on the rise by circumventing the law, and victims are constantly occurring, so it is necessary to review what the problem is. This study examined domestic and foreign spam-related regulations and spam-related response activities, identified problems, and suggested improvement countermeasures. Through this study, it was intended to suggest directions for improving spam-related systems in order to block illegal spam and prevent fraudulent damage.

  • This study explores the issues of "eco-friendly consumption" through online media posts, and aims to identify changes in it. Total 6,812 blog posts on Naver, that included the words "eco-friendly consumption" and "eco-friendly lifestyle," published between 2005 and 2020, in five-year intervals, were analyzed. The results illustrated that consumption issues began with the identification of the causes of environmental problems however, "eco-friendly consumption" gradually gained importance, until it developed into preparing standards and alternatives for proper "eco-friendly consumption." In 2020, "eco-friendly consumption" values and ideal consumption practices were expanded into social movements. However, there is relatively little discussion on controlled and modest spending. Therefore, for the future direction of "eco-friendly consumption," it is necessary to thoroughly examine and highlight the agenda of controlled and modest living from a higher perspective.

  • Regulatory sentiment refers to the market's subjective evaluation of regulatory reform and is one of the most widely adopted indicators to those charged with implementing and diagnosing regulatory policies. The use of regulatory sentiment in advanced analysis has become universal, albeit it is often limited due to difficulties in articulating consistent and objective quantitative indicators that can meticulously reflect market sentiment overall. Thus, despite ample effort by scholars to read the economic impact of regulatory sentiment in the real economy, causal links are difficult to spot. To fill this gap in the literature, this study analyzes a regulatory sentiment index and economic performance indicators through a text analysis approach and by inspecting diverse tones in media articles. Using different stages of tests, the paper identifies a causal relationship between regulatory sentiment and actual economic activities as measured by private consumption, facility investment, construction investment, gross domestic investment, and employment. Additionally, as a result of analyzing one-unit impulse of regulatory perception, the initial impact on economic growth and private investment was found to be negligible; this was followed by a positive (+) response, after which it converged to zero. Construction investment showed a positive (+) response initially, which then rapidly changed to a negative (-) response and then converged to zero. Gross domestic investment as the initial effect was negligible after showing a positive (+) reaction. Unfortunately, the facility investment outcome was found to be insignificant in the impulse response test. Nevertheless, it can be concluded that it is necessary and important to increase the sensitivity to regulations to promote the economic effectiveness of regulatory reforms. Thus, instead of dealing with policies with the vague goal of merely improving regulatory sentiment, using regulatory sentiment as an indicator of major policies could be an effective approach.

News articles were collected according to the 5-year policy period for the development of special education, and news big data was analyzed. As a result, the frequency of media reports during the five-year policy period of special education development from 1998 in the first year to 2022 in the fifth year was steadily increased. During this period, the top topic words in news coverage changed from words conceptualizing simple definitions to words expressing the active will of students with disabilities for the actual right to education. In addition, as a result of emotional analysis of the overall keywords in the inclusive education news coverage, it was found that the positive word ratio was high. Through this study, it can be seen that interest in news coverage on inclusive education is increasing quantitatively in accordance with changes in special education policies, and the demand for inclusive education is being concreted in the direction of guaranteeing the actual right to education of students with disabilities.
