Background : Much Opinions of inefficiency to put the standard term of oriental medicine in and around literature into medical records. Purpose : Suggest an alternative according to analysis of differences between 'Term System' from in and around literature and term of medical records. Method : Research on the difference according to analysis of difference between producing term from in and around literature using DB Program and term from medical records. Result : The best System is that reflecting 'Korean Expression' of term of oriental medicine and part of term of western medicine and general.

The purpose of this study is to find the general trends of sexual harassment at workplace and to investigate the differences of related variables. The data were obtained through 880 employee living in Chonbuk-Province. The major findings were as follows-1) 70.3% of respondent reported that they had experienced the victimization of sexual harassment at workplace at least once. But most respondents reacted passively to the sexual harassment. 2) Most respondents perceived broadly the definition of sexual harassment and attributed sexual harassment to the social structure. The level of perception about the existence of the institution and the law for the sexual harassment problem was low. 3) The most important variable in the experience of sexual harassment was the ideology of sex-role division. 4) The more respondents experienced sexual harassment, the more they demanded the preventive education of sexual harassment .

Objectives : To investigate the anti-aging effects of Joobang(酒方) on Dongeuibogam Methods : We analyzed the effect of 27 Joobang(酒方)s on Dongeuibogam and finally extracted 11 Joobang(酒方)s, which have anti-aging effects. Results & Conclusions : 1. We finally selected 12 terms of Joobang(酒方)'s anti-aging effect on Dongeuibogam. 2. We finally selected 11 Joobang(酒方)s as anti-aging candidates. 3. Twelve terms of Joobang(酒方)'s anti-aging effect and 11 candidates with anti-aging effects were classified into five categories. 4. We finally selected 17 medicinal herbs from the 11 candidates. 5. Eleven candidate anti-aging Joobang(酒方)s and 17 medicinal herbs proposed in this study have the potential to reduce the time required for experimental and clinical research for developing novel compounds with anti-aging effects.

현대에 들어 IT 시장은 경쟁이 더 심화되고 있기 때문에 IT기업의 고용형태가 다양해지고 있고, 이에 따라 관련 기업의 수나 정규직 일자리는 두드러지게 감소하고 있다. 따라서 비정규직 근로자는 상대적으로 증가하고 있고, 고용 불안정과 열악한 근무 여건 때문에 사회적 배제를 겪을 가능성이 크다. 우리나라에서는 IT종사자의 사회적 배제가 정보시스템 품질에 미치는 영향을 다룬 연구는 드물다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 IT종사자를 대상으로 사회적 배제와 정보시스템 품질 사이의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 조사 결과, IT종사자의 사회적 배제는 정보시스템 품질에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

This study analyzes the impacts of household work participation and shared activities between couples on marital relationship and depression among retired men and women with retired husbands. To investigate this, a survey of 367 married people is conducted on retired men and women with retired husbands. The influencing factors on the marital relationship of retired men are found to be couples' shared activities, gender role attitudes, and subjective health status. The marital relationship of women with retired husbands is influenced by shared activities by couples, the division of domestic labor, and gender role attitudes. The factors affecting retired men's depression are shared activities by couples, perceived health status, type of jobs before retirement, and age. Women's depression is related to household income, shared activities by couples, husbands' jobs before retirement, subjective health status, and division of household labor.

This paper presents a knowledge-based view of the multi-business firm. The multi-business firm has advantages in technological innovation and knowledge creation to the extent that it embodies various ideas and resources, and recombines them more effectively and efficiently than market contracts. The purpose of this paper is to identify how to organize the multidivisional form (M-form) structure to realize such advantages. We first differentiate within-division innovation and cross-division innovation, and explain why cross-division innovation, despite its higher performance potential, would be more difficult to achieve, compared to within-division innovation. Then, we offer the propositions about how to promote cross-division innovation with references to resource capability and coordination capability that is, in turn, composed of structural and control system, social capital, and human resource management system. We conclude by discussing theoretical and practical implications.

The purposes of this study were to examine how the nested social systems affect the identity development of the local university students, and to explore how they integrate externally imposed identities and internally defined ideas of ego. From the protocol writings and personal face-to-face interviews with 87 local university students, the present study found that the participants tended to identify themselves as a university student rather than a 'local' university student. They were aware of the social prejudices against local university students. Some participants resisted the stereotypes imposed by the media, which they perceived as overly simplistic and biased labeling, while others accepted those with feelings of frustration, inferiority, and sadness. However, they kept making efforts to overcome social prejudices by means of their affection for the local community. The study highlighted that individual identities were constructed in the systems which the individuals belonged to.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among parent-adolescent communication, adolescents self-esteem, social development, and home environment. Home environment includes sex, father's vocations, mother's employments, parents educational level, and religions. 275 adolescents (186 males and 89 females students) were selected from middle schools in Seoul. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in parent-adolescent communication, adolescents self-esteem and social development according to environmental factors, such as parents' age, educational level, and religions. Also adolescents self-esteem was highly correlated with parent-adolescent communication, especially with mother-adolescent open communication. Finally, adolescent development of sociality was highly correlated with parent-adolescent communication, but not significant relationship with mother-adolescent reverse-functional communication.

Social enterprises are social mission-oriented entities, despite working entrepreneurial way. Mission orientation is recognized as a strong management tool that can motivate employees and remain there to accomplish it. This study investigated the role of social mission as well as job insecurity and job satisfaction as factors on retention of women in social enterprises. Binominal Logistic regression analysis is used. The result showed that 82.3% of respondents had intention to work at social enterprise. Also, social mission orientation of female workers had an effect of buffering the negative relationship between job insecurity and retention. These results suggest that social enterprises need to consider implicit working conditions as much as explicit work conditions for female-friendly jobs. Binominal Logistic regression analysis is used.

The market size of online games has been rapidly growing as well as the behaviors of online gaming users have been changed. Online games are different from the traditional video games, because they permit players to interact each other during playing games. Today online gaming is a part of everyday life and social interaction has an impact on online gaming behaviors. Social interaction does not only have a positive impact on online game behaviors, but it also has a negative impact on them such as excessive online game usage. Previous research has a limitation to consider social interaction as a comprehensive concept. In order to fill the gap, we explore the factors of social interaction influencing on excessive online game usage. After reviewing previous literature, this study chooses three factors of social interaction such as escaping loneliness, expanding online social bridging capital, and reinforcing offline social bonding capital. The findings show that all of three factors of social interaction positively affect the excessive online game usage.
