Research on the development of key technologies of social work protection and content mashup tools has been carried out as an R&D project granted by the Korea Copyright Commission from 2013. The research aims to provide efficiency of the production environment of the secondary work of the digital contents as well as a systematic solution to the regulation-related problems. The essential features of the distribution management system for cooperative works developed though this study are the decision of the selling prices reflecting various license fee factors and the transparent distribution of the license fees. This paper represents a model which can automatically calculate the amount of the license fee in each derivative stage, independently of the license fee policies on each of the subsidiary contents when N-th works are producted on the basis of a previously approved first work.

In this paper, we propose a model of the collaborative authoring tool and its implementation results. In the 'collaborative authoring and automatic distribution system,' users can create eBooks by using partial works (primary and edited sources) on the basis of copyright information registered by the primary author. The Collaborative Authoring Tool is a part of "the collaborative authoring and automatic distribution system" developed through research on "the development of key technologies of social work protection and content mashup tools" as an R&D project granted by the Korea Copyright Commission from 2013. In the collaborative authoring and automatic distribution system, authors of primary sources such as images, audio clips and video clips for eBooks can register them together with the copyright information; users can edit the primary sources to produce secondary sources and in turn register the secondary sources on the system; and users can create and distribute eBooks by using the sources registered in the system.

1. CONTENTS 1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of the study was to propose a future oriented urban space production strategy to offer diverse useful services to citizens to improve international competitiveness of cities in the times of competition that competitive subjects were changed from competition among countries to competition among cities. 2) RESEARCH METHOD In the proposed future-oriented urban space production strategy, the study compared/analyzed main plans related to development of urban space by selecting CBD(Jung-gu) of Busan out of local metropolises in South Korea. 3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the proposed future-oriented urban space production strategy, the study largely sorted city's function into four scopes function of industrial support, function of social support, function of living support and function of urban infrastructure. 2. RESULTS It is expected that the proposed future oriented urban space production strategy will be utilized as a useful reference model when a lot of local governments, planning a ubiquitous urban space, establish a plan for constructing a ubiquitous urban space.

This paper presents the economic impact of consumer participation in Real-Time Pricing (RTP). A computer model was developed to analyze the impact of real-time pricing on the average price, electricity sales, and the social welfare. Four revenue reconciliation alternative were introduced to illustrate the effect of RTP. Finally a case study was done to analyze the consequent impact of the dynamic load profile on the long-term fuel mix, and the results were compared with those of $5^{th}$ national power development plan.

NCW(Network Centric Warfare) offers BSEs(Battelspace-Entities) the capabilities of sharing information through C4ISRCommand, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) network and it also improves their combat powers based on information superiority with awareness of common situation in battlefield and self-synchronization. Although the concept of NCW was developed at the end of 1990 and there have been various studies for NCW from the development of its concept, the effort for measuring the synergistic effect of NCW is insufficient at the present time. Therefore, in this paper we reviewed literatures concerning the effectiveness measurement of NCW. The category of our survey is network effect, metrics, simulation, battlefield information, social network analysis and mathematical model. The main purpose of this study is to suggest future researchers a research direction by analyzing the aspects and limitations of existing studies about the quantitative measurement of NCW.

This paper analyzes the impact of imposing carbon tax on the Seoul economy to reduce Greenhouse Gas(GHG) emission. We construct the social accounting matrix of Seoul, specifying energy and transport sectors which is closely related to air pollution. Then, we formulated the computable general equilibrium (CGE) model of seoul and performed scenario analysis. The main result shows that the economic cost of GHG reduction is quite large but the health benefit is also considerable. It also suggests the importance of cost effective measures such as the development of new energy technology and the improvement of energy efficiency.

Apartment, which have become the major housing style in Korea, have contributed to the development of housing culture as well as achieved a growth in volume. However, the demands and characteristics of residents have not been reflected in the apartment, because it has been developed only for a growth in volume. In this society, housing unit was the first consideration rather than common space. Therefore, a required resident-centered common space is the domestic housing market's necessity. Under this circumstance, this study investigated previous studies on interior design guidelines for common space were analyzed using Murtha and Lee's user benefit criteria which emphasizes humanity. In-depth content analysis was employed in this study. The result showed that four categories of the model were related toward more user-centered residential environment-behavioral facilitation, physiological maintenance, perceptual maintenance, and social facilitation.

The purpose of this study is to develop the measures of the perceived risks involved in e-commerce. To do this, we first review the literature and examine the sub-constructs of the perceived risks. The risks classified are economic risk, product performance risk, social risk, technology/time loss risk, and privacy risk. Based on these findings, we identify the appropriate items for assessing these various risks. Then, we evaluate, basically using a structural equation model, the important several attributes of the measurs such as various validities and reliability. This study finally provides the rigorously tested measuring instruments of the construct of the perceived risks.

European integration is characterized by the development of a transnational European identity, which is considered an integral part of the process. Northeast Asia has no similar projects to address the common identity issue, although cooperation is highly valued there as well. Identity and cooperation both require interdisciplinary approaches combining social psychology, international relations theory and international economics. This article considers the problems of applying existing studies on cooperation and identity as well as the European experience (with the Baltic Sea example) to the case of Northeast Asia. Transnational identities promote cooperation beyond the limits of rationalistic game theory, if countries of the region can define their identities and interests, commit to common goals, create shared discourses and reach a balance between nationalism and internationalism. In view of proposed negotiations on the free trade area between China, Korea and Japan and ongoing discussions about a possibility of introducing a common currency (ACU) it can be crucial to consider the importance of identity building as early as possible, before regional integration meets a stumbling block of egoistic rationality that is a problem in any model of cooperation.

We propose a new generic design methodology for different types of PSS. Product - Service System (PSS) has received much attention recently from academia and industry because of its benefits. PSS can provide customers values and functionalities, as well as physical products, to fulfill economic, social and environmental goals. Many methodologies have been proposed for designing PSSs. Most of the existing methodologies are domain specific and were proposed to solve specific problems in certain projects. Some methodologies are generic but they provide neither guideline to practitioners and designers nor reflect the differences in various PSS types. As a generic approach to guide practitioners and designers in designing PSS effectively, the proposed methodology also takes into account user involvement, business model and organizational structure. The proposed methodology is demonstrated through design examples of different types of PSSs.
