Through a Chinese rise, Chinese dream is actualizing as the world's great power. According to outlook of World Bank and IMF, Around 2030 China will be a great power bigger than America's economic power. The rise of China will give a huge impact to the whole world. China expands her influence through a global manufacturing base and a global market. To actualize 'Peaceful Rise' Strategy, China has many constraints. Chinese society is facing many difficult social problem due to side effects of a rapid development. Such as the spread of corruption, the severity of wealth gap, environmental degradation and energy shortage. Internationally there are containment from hegemon so-called 'China threat' dispute, Taiwan issue and territorial disputes. Western countries are hostile to China for two reasons. Based on expectations, one is China's socialist system and the other is the rising China which will compete for supremacy with Europe and America. Recent emergence of Chinese nationalism and the containment of the neighboring countries are also serious limiting factors. Domestically they have the rampant corruption in the bureaucracy, weakened capacity of Communist rule, wealth disparity due to the discriminatory economic development strategy, seriousness of rural problem, social instability, lack of social security systems and the development gap between the eastern coastal areas and western inland areas, ethnic minorities problems, the constraint of sustainable development issues due to lack of resources, environmental pollution and energy constraints. Like the former Soviet Union, China may face a dismantlement. After the rise, China may encounter possibilities of a war between great powers or a collapse of Chinese society caused by deepening internal conflict. Serious economic polarization would make peasants and urban workers, who are social vulnerable people, to turn their back to communist party and threaten the justification and the appropriateness of the ruling communist party. Chinese government will think internal system security threat is more formidable risk factor than a system security threat from the hegemon. The decline of great country comes from internal reasons rather than external reasons. To achieve peaceful rise, unification with Taiwan is an essential prerequisite. Taiwan issues are complex problems which equipped with international and domestic factors. Lack of energy resources, environmental pollution in China will bring economic crisis to Korean enterprises. Important influence to Korean economy will be a changeover of the method in economic development. It will turn the balance of investment and consumption, GDP-centered growth to consumption and environment-centered growth. Services industries including finance, environment, culture, education, health care and social welfare will grow. Change in China's growth model will give a great challenge upon the intermediate goods industry in Korea. Korea should reduce the portion of machinery, automotive, semiconductor, steel and chemical-centered export industry to China, and should increase the proportion of the service industry.

Illegal gambling through online gambling sites has become a significant social problem. The development of Internet technology and the spread of smartphones have led to the proliferation of illegal gambling sites, so now illegal online gambling has become accessible to anyone. In order to mitigate its negative effect, the Korean government is trying to detect illegal gambling sites by using self-monitoring agents or reporting systems such as 'Nuricops.' However, it is difficult to detect all illegal sites due to limitations such as a lack of staffing. Accordingly, several scholars have proposed intelligent illegal gambling site detection techniques. Xu et al. (2019) found that fake or illegal websites generally have unique features in the HTML tag structure. It implies that the HTML tag structure can be important for detecting illegal sites. However, prior studies to improve the model's performance by utilizing the HTML tag structure in the illegal site detection model are rare. Against this background, our study aimed to improve the model's performance by utilizing the HTML tag structure and proposes Tag2Vec, a modified version of Doc2Vec, as a methodology to vectorize the HTML tag structure properly. To validate the proposed model, we perform the empirical analysis using a data set consisting of the list of harmful sites from 'The Cheat' and normal sites through Google search. As a result, it was confirmed that the Tag2Vec-based detection model proposed in this study showed better classification accuracy, recall, and F1_Score than the URL-based detection model-a comparative model. The proposed model of this study is expected to be effectively utilized to improve the health of our society through intelligent technology.

Objectives: Human indices were developed to determine returning point of residents and damage restoration after the chemical accident Methods: To determine the returning point of residents after the chemical accident, a new concept, the standard man model was introduced as a human index, in which both H-code and its acute effects were main idea. To evaluate the applicability, a hydrogen fluoride leakage accident in Gumi was applied. The returning point were suggested as the conservative remission period of acute effects among relevant hazard effects and compared with actual returning point. The coverage of each age group were considered with reflecting average daily dose expected for actual residents. In addition, a relief-index as a social-scientific approach was reflected as well to apply the damage restoration Results: Actual returning point of residents in Gumi was 88 days; and that of standard man model suggested was 84 days. The expected amount of exposure at aged 12 or under was at least 2.35 times greater than that of this model, 40s, theoretically. However, their population ratio was less than 1%, so 99% of residents could be applied when the standard man model was applied. The relief-index was as an objective and quantitative methodology to apply the qualitative aspect. Conclusions: Although evaluated as a relatively positive result, there was a limitation such as the number of accident applied to the verification of standard man model. The relief index was also considered, but further research should be carried out to find threshold level for the relief.

This study tried to develop a model which can predict a long-term of forest recreation quantity corresponded with econometrics. Simultaneously this study was conducted with the aim of development of practical matrix which is able to apply forest recreation management with policy-control variables about forest supplement with some problem of former study using only a cross-section analysis. As the results of analyses, forest recreation quantity is affected (-) relation by distance, (+) relation by population of the origin area, the size of forest, and a destination's annual social expenditure. In addition, the distance variable is elastic, however, the other variables are inelastic. This results might correspond to a general gravity model theory about forest recreation quantity.

Newtown Business of Seoul had been performed to reduce deterioration of Gangbuk and economic inequality between Gangnam and Gangbuk. According to this, Eunpyeong-gu was set as test-bed for Newtown business and Newtown business had been completed until 2013. This study aims to analyze the influence of social and economical factors which affect land price using GWR (Geographically Weighted Regression) considered spatial effect. As a result of analysis, GWR model demonstrated a better goodness-of-fit than OLS (Ordinary least square) model typically used in most study. Furthermore, AIC value and Moran's I of residual prove that GWR model is more suitable than OLS model. GWR model enable to explain more detailed than global regression model as coefficient and sign show different value locally. In future, this research will be helpful to develop Eunpyeong-gu considering spatial characters and strength effectiveness of development.

This study finds that the South Korean government's public diplomacy efforts have focused on promotional activities such as the "K-wave" or responses to controversial historical issues. However, the South Korean government needs to be more prepared for strategic responses to unexpected crises and subsequent communications. This paper attempts to apply crisis communication research developed in the field of public relations to public diplomacy. To do so, this research reviewed theories in crisis communication, an essential area of public relations, and developed a crisis communication model. The model was then applied to several crisis case studies to suggest how to develop response strategies and conduct communications. As a result, this research developed an Ongoing Public Diplomacy Crisis Communication Model (PDCCM) that can be applied to public diplomacy research and practice. The model identifies four crisis communication principles (be quick, be open, be consistent, be authentic) that should be applied in six phases. Following continuous social listening and monitoring, governments should analyze crisis situations using sense-making, develop short- and long-term crisis response objectives, response strategies, and communication messages depending on the level of responsibility, implement crisis communication, and conduct post-crisis evaluation.

As users of paid media readers' satisfaction with usage directly affects the promotion and development of paid media in China. Based on relevant research literature on user sustained use behavior, using the Expectation Confirmation Model as the framework, China paid media Caixin is used as a content product to construct a sustained use model for paid media. At the same time, the operational definition and theoretical assumptions of the variables in the model were provided, laying the foundation for subsequent empirical research on the effectiveness of the model.The research results show that paid media's social influence and performance expectations have a positive impact on Caixin App readers' adoption behavior,perceived usefulness and expection confirmation has a positive impact on Caixin App readers' satisfaction . Adoption behavior and satisfaction has a positive effect on continue using intention, what's more,the perceived usefulness also has a positive effect on continue using intention.

This study aims to analysis and measure on the curriculum of security programs in Korean university as the private security system. Civil security demand social safety life by the police protection and private security system. The private security or the civil guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. But the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. Then the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyze current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For that, we examine in 'Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards'? And, 'What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards'? and 'What the qualifications of the trainers'? Then, 'What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities'? 'Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities'? etc.. Conclusion, the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analysis of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. Then we have to a standard curriculum for the successful training education system to provide social security.

This study was undertaken to provide basic data for the development of a mental health promotion intervention program, by confirming the mediating effects of social support in relation to the effect on the life stress and meaning of life in middle-aged women. The subjects of this study were 201 middle-aged women from D and K cities. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations using a statistical program for structural equation modeling (SEM); fitness of the final model was RMSEA 0.03, CFI 0.98, and NFI 0.95. The major learning from this study was that life stress has a direct effect on meaning of life and social support. Life stress (β=0.05, p< 0.001), meaning of life (β=0.05, p< 0.001), and social support (β=0.05, p< 0.001) have a significant and direct effect on depression. The findings also suggest that life stress indirectly affects the mediating effect between meaning of life and social support, and also depression of middle-aged women. We believe that results of this study encompass basic data that will aid in developing a program to promote the mental health of middle-aged women.

Purpose - This empirical analysis determines the structured causal relations between perceived value, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention among users of traditional markets. The results of this analysis would help merchants and market operators indevisingan appropriate strategy to successfully manage traditional markets. Research design, data, methodology - The perceived value model of traditional markets includes functional value (price), functional value (quality), emotional value, and social value. In this study, the perceived value of traditional markets is considered as an independent variable, while customer satisfaction and repurchase intention are shown as the dependent variables, where customer satisfaction is also considered as the mediating variable. The study aims to ascertain the extent of influence of the perceived value of traditional markets on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. We use regression analysis to verify the effects. The measurement items were already deemed as reliable and valid in the previous study, but for this purpose, we made some modifications. We distributed questionnaires to 300 consumers on a national scale, and finally used 241 consumer responses among these as a sample. We analyzed the data using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Results - We obtained the following results. First, the order of perceived value dimensions of traditional markets that positively impact customer satisfaction is functional value (price), social value, emotional value, and functional value (quality). Second, the perceived value sometimes directly affects repurchase intention; its effect is typically strong with customer satisfaction as a parameter. The order of perceived value dimensions that positively impact repurchase intention is social value, functional value (price), emotional value, and functional value (quality). Third, the perceived value significantly influences repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Conclusions - We should recognize the importance of perceived value in retail distribution markets, such as traditional markets. Moreover, we need to develop strategies to improve the perceived value. The practical implications of the study are as follows. First, with regards to functional value (quality; price) dimensions, we should have an appropriate assortment of high quality products that are reasonably priced. In addition, customers are satisfied with the friendly service, discounts, and other benefits provided by the merchants. Second, in terms of emotional value dimension, we need to develop differentiated events that provide fun and emotional experience to the customers. Third, in the context of social values dimension, we should strive to positively influence society to enhance social image through activities such as social services and contribution to community development. On the basis of these results, we present the implications, limitations, and future directions for the research. One of the policy implications of the study is that merchants of traditional markets must actively select customers and develop customer value. However, this study is limited in the fact that the population used for data collection is not fully representative, as the survey only covered some specific areas. Moreover, future studies could also benefit with additional research using moderating variables.
