기업가정신의 성별 차이: 사회적 맥락의 영향 (Gender Differences in Entrepreneurship: The Impact of Social Context)

  • 본 연구는 기업가정신에 있어 성별 간 차이가 나타나는 현상 자체가 아닌 기업가정신의 성별 차이를 발생시키는 사회적 맥락의 영향을 확인하는 데에 초점을 둔다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 글로벌 기업가정신 트렌드 리포트(GETR)의 20개국 데이터를 사용하여 사회적 맥락이 성별과 기업가정신 간 관계에 미치는 조절효과를 검증하였다. 사회적 맥락의 함의와 관련된 가설검증을 위하여, 본 연구에서는 Hofstede의 문화차원 요인인 권력 거리, 개인주의, 남성성, 불확실성 회피와 제도적 요인인 양성평등, 사회보장을 사회적 맥락을 반영하는 구체적 변수로 사용하였다. GLM을 사용한 실증분석 결과 성별은 기업가 정신에 독립적으로 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 성별은 각각 권력 거리, 개인주의, 불확실성 회피, 양성 평등, 사회 보장 변수와 상호 작용하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 기업가정신의 성별 차이가 각 성별에 내재된 고유의 특성에 기인한 것이 아니라, 개인이 속한 그 국가의 사회적 맥락 수준에 따라 나타날 수 있음을 시사한다.

Effects of Educational and Cultural Facilities on Housing Prices in Seoul from an Accessibility Perspective

  • Background and objective: A great deal of previous research has highlighted the value of educational and cultural facilities embedded in housing prices, by taking a large spatial area as the focus, such as the city or district level. However, few studies have investigated the extent to which educational and cultural facilities influence the formation of housing prices from an accessibility perspective. This study aims to identify the value of educational and cultural facilities embedded in the housing prices in Seoul Metropolitan City with a focus on the concept of the residents' neighbourhood and accessibility. Methods: To this end, this research used a spatial regression model with educational and cultural facilities as the independent variables and housing prices as the dependent variable. The model assessed the accessibility of cultural and educational facilities by considering geographic effects. Results: The findings are as follows. First, the spatial error model was found to be the best fit for multi-unit housing, while the spatial lag model was more appropriate for single-unit housing and apartments. Second, private educational facilities and art museums had positive effects on single- and multi-unit housing prices, while historical sites had a negative effect. Finally, private educational facilities positively influenced apartment prices, whereas public libraries and urban park areas had a negative effect. Conclusion: These findings indicate that the accessibility of educational and cultural facilities reflects residents' preferences and needs, which will ultimately influence housing prices.

다문화가족을 위한 가족통합교육 프로그램개발과 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Family Integration Education Programs for Multi-Cultural Families)

  • The purpose of the study is to integrate multi-cultural families with special needs and situations into family living and Korean social groups. Nowadays there has been an increase in the number of international marriages. According to these changes, there are a variety of social problems such as cultural conflicts, domestic violence, difficulty in communication, and bad relationships between family members because of misunderstandings. These social problems can be alleviated by a family integration education program for multi-cultural families. This program was developed in order to help immigrant women in their initial settlement and to provide them with information on mutual culture of family living. The contents of the program consist of how to live a harmonious, understanding and hopeful family life. The method of evaluation is to survey the immigrant women's self esteem and conduct an interview. The results of the evaluation are to promote a positive relationship between family members. Also the family agreed to promote favorable sentiments toward each other. The program also had meaningful consequences for the improvement of the immigrants' realistic expectation of marriage and conflict resolution skills. I am hopeful that more elaborate programs for multi-cultural families will be developed in order to maximize the effect with appropriate education and support systems.

전통시장의 사회적 가치 요인이 만족도, 충성도 및 지역애착에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Social Value of Traditional Market on Satisfaction, Loyalty and Local Attachment)

  • Purpose - The year 2016 marks 20 years since the opening of Korean distribution market in 1996. After this opening, the domestic market expanded and modernized, and has grown to become an advanced distribution market with a greater range of consumer choices. On the other hand, traditional markets have waned and their management has become worse. However, traditional markets do not have economic value alone. This study examines the effects of social value in traditional market such as the value of Cultural Tourism and the value of Sharing Community with Traditional Market on Satisfaction, Loyalty and Place Attachment of the residents. Research design, data and methodology - A questionnaire was organized for this study after a hypothesis was set based on theoretical background. Verification of the hypothesis was undertaken by statistically analyzing questionnaire responses. Personal interviews were performed for this study, and a total of 300 responses were collected, of which 228 responses (76%) were from women. The survey coverage was divided into 10 regions ranging from metropolitan areas to the provincial level, and the age groups were divided into 30s to 60s to ensure diversity of the area and age. Results - To summarize the study results, through verification of the hypothesis in terms of meaningful influence, it appears the values of Cultural Tourism to Satisfaction and Loyalty are supported. On the other hand, the value of Sharing Community is only supported for Satisfaction. It appears that Satisfaction to Loyalty and Loyalty to Place Attachment are meaningful effects. The mediator effect was also reconciled through satisfaction and loyalty. Loyalty was analyzed in terms of mediating the effect of satisfaction on place attachment. Conclusions - It is noted in this study that government support is required to preserve traditional markets and renewal program. Community requires multilateral communication and the formation of effective relationships. In contrast to the economic value emphasized by large retailers, the empirical analysis of the non-economic effects of traditional markets has presented the significance of socio-cultural values in traditional markets. In the future, socio-cultural values and economic values should be integrated into more empirical studies through mutual comparison. Investigating the increase and decrease of social value in traditional markets will help the future formulation in government policy.

국민정체성과 위협의식, 다문화수용성의 관계에 관한 연구 - 외국인 밀집지역 거주여부의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Relationship between National Identity, Threat Awareness, and Multi-cultural Acceptability - Moderating Effect of Living in Ethnic Places -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국민정체성과 위협의식이 다문화 수용성에 미치는 영향과 접촉이론이 실제로 작동하는지를 분석하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 '2013년 한국종합사회조사' 자료를 이용하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 외국인 밀집지역 거주 여부에 따른 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 국민정체성은 다문화수용성에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않으며, 위협의식이 국민정체성과 다문화수용성 간 관계에서 사이에서 완전한 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 다문화수용성에 대한 위협의식의 부정적인 효과는 외국인 밀집지역에 거주하는 집단에서 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 통해 본 연구는 외국인에 대한 위협의식을 줄이기 위한 다문화 인식교육이 필요하며, 외국인과 한국인 간 접촉으로 인해 발생하는 갈등을 예방하고 조정하는 지역사회 및 공동체 차원의 프로그램이 필요하다는 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.

자본 및 생태환경 요인이 노인자원봉사활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Capital and Ecological Variables on Volunteering Among Older Adults)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 인적, 사회적, 문화적 자본 및 생태환경 요인이 노인들의 자원봉사활동에 미치는 영향을 탐구하는데 있었다. 본 연구에서 인적 자본 변수는 학력, 소득 및 신체적 건강의 세 변수를, 사회적 자본 변수로는 비공식적 상호작용과 공식적 상호작용의 두 변수를, 문화적 자본 변수로는 종교, 문화단체참여 및 삶의 질의 세 변수를 그리고 생태환경변수로는 배우자 유무, 주택점유형태 및 거주지역의 세변수를 사용하였으며, 종속변수인 노인자원봉사 변수로는 자원봉사 참여여부 및 지속적 자원봉사 참여의도의 두 변수를 검토하였다. 본 연구를 위한 자료는 노인인력개발원에서 수집한 "2012년도 노인일자리사업참여노인 실태조사" 자료를 사용하였으며, 주된 자료분석방법으로는 로짓회귀분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 인적 자본 요인들인 학력, 소득, 및 신체적 건강은 자원봉사 참여여부와 지속적 자원봉사 참여의도에 모두 긍정적인영향을 미치고, 사회적 자본 요인들 중에서 비공식적 상호작용은 자원봉사 참여여부와 지속적 자원봉사 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 반면에 공식적 상호작용은 지속적 자원봉사 참여의도에만 긍정적인영향을 미치며, 문화적 자본 요인들인 종교, 문화단체참여 및 삶의 질은 자원봉사 참여여부와 지속적 자원봉사 참여의도에 모두 긍정적인영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 생태환경 요인들 중에서 주택점유형태와 거주지역은 자원봉사 참여여부와 지속적 자원봉사 참여의도에 긍정적인영향을 미치는 반면에 배우자 유무는 모두 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose: The study was done to explore the effect of perception of parental rearing attitude and social support on self-efficacy and stress among school-aged children, then to supply information for health promotion of children and to promote multi-cultural communication between Korea and China. Methods: The participants for this study were 180 elementary students each, from Korea and China. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, $X^2$test, t-test, correlation analysis and AMOS. Results: Social support had a direct effect on self-efficacy for both Korean and Chinese children. In Korea parental rearing attitude had greater direct effect on stress than social support and self-efficacy. But in China only, parental rearing attitude had direct effect on stress. Conclusion: These findings provide support for perception of parental rearing attitude, social support, and self-efficacy as predictive variables of stress in Korean and Chinese school-aged children.

국내 걸그룹 외모에 나타난 사회문화적 의미 분석 - 세대별 걸그룹 외모 변화를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Social-Cultural Meaning of Korean Girl Groups' Appearances -Focusing on the Change of Girl Groups' Appearances across Generations-)

  • Korean commercial-organized girl groups were remarkable in the late 1990's. However, by the late 2000's, girl groups had an even more profound effect on Korean popular music compare to past influences. This study aimed to analyze the social-cultural meaning of the changing appearance of girl group between the first and second-generations. For this purpose, this study analyzed media image and text, based on a social-cultural context, about 13 girl groups. The results are as follows. First, while the first -generation girl group tended to maintain girlish/sexy images trying to the male desire, the second -generation girl group strategically showed various sexual identities such as femininity, masculinity, masculinity and androgyny along with contextual sexual images. The reason why girl groups increased the number of strategic images featuring various sexual identities was in order to appeal to a wide, diverse audience. Second, the second generation girl groups had - slim bodies with great athleticism, basically due to trainee system. Because of this, their semiotic body images have been commercially used to promote the consumption. Third, the second generation girl groups - were the bigger stars than first generation girl groups - because the members worked in many different fields. Therefore, the group members' images were successful consumed directly and then reproduced symbolically. Fourth, each member of the second -generation girl groups characterized by appearing in diverse, yet familiar images, through various media sources. Although the intention of this was to have recognition and popularity, it became difficult for them to change their image once one particular image was deemed popular.

지역문화예술서비스품질이 경제적·문화적 효과와 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effects of Service Quality of Local Culture Art Service Quality on Effect and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 최근 문화예술이 지속적으로 증가되고 있으며, 개별 지역에서는 발전을 위한 지역주민의 소득증대, 지역개발 등의 노력을 기울이면서 '지역문화예술'에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역문화예술 서비스품질이 공연효과와 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스품질은 경제적 효과와 사회·문화적 효과에 영향을 미치며, 공연효과는 고객만족과 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 다만 고객과 직원 간 분석결과가 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 공연예술을 관람하는 고객과 직원들이 만족하기 위한 중요한 서비스 품질요인이 무엇인지를 확인하고 공연의 효과에 대한 인지정도를 이해하고 나아가 관람객과 직원과의 고객만족을 제고할 수 있는 계기를 제공하고자 한다.

마약류 범죄의 사례 연구 및 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 예방과 인식 개선 방안 (Cases for Narcotic Crimes and Solutions to Prevent and Improve the Awareness with Cultural Contents)

  • This study suggests a variety of ways to prevent narcotic crimes, recurrence of such crimes, rehabilitation, and improve the public awareness of using the narcotics by adopting cultural contents, highlighting how dangerous, harmful and they are easily accessible, as well as the reality in Korea nowadays, where it cannot any longer be seen as a drug-free state. Precedent research, the actual case studies, and interviews followed by the "Musical Mission" explain that anyone can easily become a criminal or family to the criminals, and the adolescent is the age group that experience the most rapid increase in initiating such illicit drugs by using cultural content to help prevent and improve awareness among the public to expose the deadly effect of the substances. More efforts are required to remove the frame of criminals off the active drug users, as they are those who only need to be cared and are the same members of our society after all by demonstrating new ways to change such perspectives. I wish that it will become a social mandatory for those who produce the social contents to urge more support for the drug users through TV advertisements, dramas, movies, documentaries, and musicals etc.
