The Community Social Service Investment project started as a state subsidy project in 2007 and has grown very rapidly in quantitative terms in a short period of time. It is a bottom-up project that discovers the welfare needs of people and plans and provides services suitable for them. The purpose of this study is to analyze using big data to determine the social response to local community service investment projects. For this, data was collected and analyzed by crawling with a specific keyword of community service investment project on Google and Naver sites. As for the analysis contents, monthly search volume, related keywords, monthly search volume, search rate by age, and gender search rate were conducted. As a result, 10 items were found as related keywords in Google, and 3 items were found in Naver. The overall results of Google and Naver sites were slightly different, but they increased and decreased at almost the same time. Therefore, it can be seen that the community service investment project continues to attract users' interest.

With emergence of Internet, social media, and mobile service, the consumers have actively presented their opinions and sentiment, and then it is spreading out real time as well. The user-generated text data on the Internet and social media is not only the communication text among the users but also the valuable resource to be analyzed for knowing the users' intent and sentiment. In special, economic participants have strongly asked that the social big data and its' analytics supports to recognize and forecast the economic trend in future. In this regard, the governments and the businesses are trying to apply the social big data into making the social and economic solutions. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the capability of social big data analysis for the economic use. The research proposed a social big data analysis model and an online consumer sentiment index. To test the model and index, the researchers developed an economic survey ontology, defined a sentiment dictionary for sentiment analysis, conducted classification and sentiment analysis, and calculated the online consumer sentiment index. In addition, the online consumer sentiment index was compared and validated with the composite consumer survey index of the Bank of Korea.
There have been many efforts to understand the trends of IT environments that have been rapidly changed. In a view point of management, it needs to prepare the social systems in advance by using Big-data these days. This research is for the implementation of Issue Analysis System for the Big-data based on Artificial Intelligence. This paper aims to confirm the possibility of new technology for Big-data processing through the proposed Issue Analysis System using. We propose a technique for semantic reasoning and pattern analysis based on the AI and show the proposed method is feasible to handle the Big-data. We want to verify that the proposed method can be useful in dealing with Big-data by applying latest security issues into the system. The experiments show the potentials for the proposed method to use it as a base technology for dealing with Big-data for various purposes.
Recently, with the remarkable increase of social network services, it is necessary to extract interesting information from lots of data about various individual opinions and preferences on SNS(Social Network Service). The sentiment information can be applied to various fields of society such as politics, public opinions, economics, personal services and entertainments. To extract sentiment information, it is necessary to use processing techniques that store a large amount of SNS data, extract meaningful data from them, and search the sentiment information. This paper proposes an efficient method to extract sentiment information from various unstructured big data on social networks using HDFS(Hadoop Distributed File System) platform and MapReduce functions. In experiments, the proposed method collects and stacks data steadily as the number of data is increased. When the proposed functions are applied to sentiment analysis, the system keeps load balancing and the analysis results are very close to the results of manual work.

Unlike exsiting mobile services, life-friendly service is expected to be personalized with gathering of local information, location information and social network service information. In the process of gathering various kinds of information, Big-data technology and Cloud technology is needed. The effective algorithem has researched for this already, however the privacy protection model hasn't researched enough in life-friendly service or big-data using circumstance. In this paper, the privacy issue is dealt with in terms of 'Structure hole', and the privacy issue comes from big-data technology of life-friendly service.

Big data analysis is widely used in applications such as finance and communication, whose market size is growing rapidly every year. Nevertheless, it is rarely used by SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) since the existing services are not fully customized for them while being offered at high price. To resolve this, we develop and propose a new platform to provide big data analysis services specialized for SMEs in this paper. First, we compare existing work discussing social big data analysis, and extract service features necessary to help their marketing effectively. Then, we present a prototype system implementing the extracted features, and discuss technical issues needed to develop a complete system which are obtained from the prototype implementation.
Customer is the base factor of income for some corporations, so that effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is very important to develop the business. In order to use CRM efficiently, we should figure out customers' demands and provide services or products that the customers want. However, it is getting difficult to comprehend customers' demands because they have complicated form and getting more diverse. Recently, social media like Twitter and Facebook let customers to express their demands, and using big data is a very effective method for efficient CRM. This research suggests how to utilize big data for hotel CRM, which considers customer itself as asset of business. In addition, we discuss security problems of big data service and propose the solution for that.
According to recent statistics on new consumer market trends, 'alone consumption' is at the center. This study focuses on the social big data that attracts the public's opinions in that it is important for a certain social trend to comprehensively understand the various fields such as society, locality, culture, marketing, economics, and psychology that form the background for it. Therefore, we set up the linkage of 'solo consumption' and conducted research on new consumer market trends using Opinion Analisys. As a result of this trend analysis, representative keywords such as 'honbab', 'honsul' and 'honyoeng' were derived and analyzed the trend of new consumer market using this data. Alone consumption is an inevitable new consumption trend caused by demographic change after the global economic crisis. The importance as a trend reflecting this will be further strengthened. Trend analysis by social big data will help scientific and systematic business distribution strategies and planning to help make new and valuable decisions and decisions about new consumer markets.
The purpose of this study was to explore awareness of food tourism using big data analysis. For this, this study collected data containing 'food tourism' keywords from google web search, google news, and google scholar during one year from January 1 to December 31, 2016. Data were collected by using SCTM (Smart Crawling & Text Mining), a data collecting and processing program. From those data, degree centrality and eigenvector centrality were analyzed by utilizing packaged NetDraw along with UCINET 6. The result showed that the web visibility of 'core service' and 'social marketing' was high. In addition, the web visibility was also high for destination, such as rural, place, ireland and heritage; 'socioeconomic circumstance' related words, such as economy, region, public, policy, and industry. Convergence of iterated correlations showed 4 clustered named 'core service', 'social marketing', 'destinations' and 'social environment'. Numerous tourist-related data produced on the Internet contain not only simple tourist information but also diverse ideas and opinions from users. In order to derive meaningful information about tourist sites from such big data, the social network analysis of tourist keywords can identify the frequency of keywords and the relationship between keywords. Thus, it is possible to make recommendations more suitable for users by utilizing the clear recommendation criteria of tourist attractions and the relationship between tourist attractions. In this paper, a recommendation system was designed based on tourist site information through big data social network analysis. Based on user personality information, the types of tourism suitable for users are classified through deep learning and the network analysis among tourist keywords is conducted to identify the relationship between tourist attractions belonging to the type of tourism. Tour information for related tourist attractions shown on SNS and blogs will be recommended through tagging.
