After decades of high-speed development, designing tall buildings as critical components of urban habitat, rather than simply standing aloof from their environments, has become an important concern in many Asian cities. Nevertheless, the lack of quantitative understanding cannot support efficient architectural design or urban renewal that targets better place-making. This study attempts to fill the gap by providing a typological approach for measuring the social impact of tall buildings' ground conditions: that is, public space, podiums, and interfaces. The central business districts (CBD) of three Asian cities, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore, were selected as cases. Typical patterns and categories of lower-level public spaces among the three CBDs were abstracted via typological analyses and field study. The following evaluation is achieved through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This quantified approach helps to provide a visualization of high or low positive social impacts of tall buildings' lower-level public spaces among the three cases. This study also helps to suggest a design code for tall buildings aimed at a more human-oriented urban habitat.

A holistic approach to diabetes considers patient preferences, emotional health, living conditions, and other contextual factors, in addition to medication selection. Human and social factors influence treatment adherence and clinical outcomes. Social issues, cost of care, out-of-pocket expenses, pill burden (number and frequency), and injectable drugs such as insulin, can affect adherence. Clinicians can ask about these contextual factors when discussing treatment options with patients. Patients' emotional health can also affect diabetes self-care. Social stressors such as family issues may impair self-care behaviors. Diabetes can also lead to emotional stress. Diabetes distress correlates with worse glycemic control and lower overall well-being. Patient-centered communication can build the foundation of a trusting relationship with the clinician. Respect for patient preferences and fears can build trust. Relevant communication skills include asking open-ended questions, expressing empathy, active listening, and exploring the patient's perspective. Glycemic goals must be personalized based on frailty, the risk of hypoglycemia, and healthy life expectancy. Lifestyle counseling requires a nonjudgmental approach and tactfulness. The art of diabetes care rests on clinicians perceiving a patient's emotional state. Tailoring the level of advice and diabetes targets based on a patient's personal and contextual factors requires mindfulness by clinicians.

Architectual environment in this study means a language and meaning complex which makes communication between human beings and environment possible. The purpose of this study is to propose a semiotic approach to analyze and examine meaning, as a semiotic system, and its effects, focusing on the generative meaning in the relationship between human beings and environment. For this purpose, it examines the academic status of modern semiotics in postmodernism and the possibility of its being metalanguatge for a study of a variety of cultural phenomena and desigv. It also provides two viewpoints as propositions for its analysis: it explains the necessity of environmental-discoursive attitude and social-semiotic viewpoint which understands environment as social-cultural reflectors. Finally, it provides framework and all the interpretative procedures for analysis of environmental meanings on the basis of the approach of semiotics of space. By applying the methods proposed this study to the case studies, it also proves validity of this approach and the potentialities of the application of semiotics. This study emphasizes not only denotative configuration of the architectural environment but also its connotative meanings. It maintains that designers, architects, and theorists should realize correctly today's changed value system and social and aesthetic paradigms. It also stresses the necessity of development of the new architectural language and meaning system.

최근 사회적 포함에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 장애인의 사회적 포함에 대한 연구들도 적극적으로 수행되고 있다. 이에 장애인복지 영역에서 당사자들로 하여금 시민권자로서의 권리와 자원 등에 대한 동등한 접근성을 확보할 수 있도록 기존 패러다임의 재고, 새로운 관점 및 개념의 필요성 또한 제기된다. 사회적 포함의 관점이나 개념적 접근은 장애인들을 비롯한 사회적 약자들의 삶의 질 향상과 사회제반영역에 완전히 참여할 수 있도록 정책적 실천적 과제제안에 유용한 접근법으로 평가되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 우선, 사회적 배제와 포함에 대한 이론적 고찰로부터 각 개념과 구성요소, 특성, 유용성 및 제한성 등 기본적인 이해를 도모하고자 노력하였다. 이를 기초로 장애인에 대해 사회적 포함이 어떻게 개념화 되는지 고찰하고, 그리고 장애인복지에서 사회적 포함의 개념적 접근이 갖는 의의에 대해 논의하였다.

As an attempt to systematize the environmental education in schools according to the 7th curriculum, this study extracted the contents of environmental education to which Social Studies Education can approach in the social studies lessons. This study analyzed these contents from the goals of environmental education and from its contents and, as a result, it found out the following: (1) in the aspect of ‘knowledge’ and ‘skills’, Social Studies and the goals of environmental education have direct relations with each other, and (2) Social Studies can be taught in the aspect of ‘environmental pollution’, ‘environmental preservation ＆ alternative’ ,‘human environment’, ‘population’, ‘inderstrialization & urbanization, ‘resources’, and so on. By utilizing various teaching and learning methods of Socal studies education, We can approach the goals of environmental education: ‘attitudes’ and ‘participation’. We think that ‘problem solving ability’ is main teaching method” in Socal Studies.

Fashion marketing activity performed by social media influencers (SMIs) has grown exponentially in the past years. Research regarding their marketing power is often discussed in the context of sponsorship disclosure, in order to overcome obstacles of impending regulations that may endanger the authenticity SMIs are perceived to have compared to traditional marketing agents. Upon recent heterogeneous findings, a netnographic approach was taken to examine the actual sponsored posts of SMIs on Instagram. Based on two representative cases that received media coverage, a qualitative analysis of 1,058 comments on Instagram showed customer inspiration and informational social influence regardless of sponsorship disclosures present. Regarding customer inspiration, high frequency of comments including choice imitation intentions was observed. Under certain conditions, customer responses were focused on the SMI's expertise irrespective from the brand being endorsed. Findings show future implications from both an academic and industry-focused perspective for future potential of SMIs in fashion marketing.

본 연구는 과제중심 모델을 재가노인을 위한 사례관리의 방법으로서 적용해보고 그 결과와 적용과정을 분석하며 효과성과 한계점을 조사한 것이다. 과제중심 모델은 3군데의 지역사회복지관에서 12명의 재가노인을 대상으로 실시하였으며 면접회수는 6회에서 10회까지였다. 12 사례에서 제시된 표적문제는 57개이며 표적문제를 해결하기 위하여 제시된 과제는 83개였다. 표적문제의 82.5%를 클라이언트들이 제시하였으며 과제제시는 약80%를 사회복지사들이 제시하였다. 그러나 과제수행에서는 37%를 클라이언트가 수행하도록 하였다. 문제의 변화는 평균 8.1로서 대부분의 문제들이 많이 좋아졌다고 평가되었다. 표적문제의 인식 자에 따른 문제 해결 정도는 내담자가 표적문제라고 인식하였을 때 가 사회복지사가 문제라고 인식한 경우보다 문제 해결이 더 많이 되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 보아 클라이언트가 인식한 문제를 표적문제로 하였을 때 문제해결이 훨씬 더 가능함을 알 수 있다. 과제 중심모델을 적용 과정을 분석한 결과에 의하면 모델의 적용을 통하며 재가 노인들의 요구를 파악하고 문제 해결에 대한 노인들의 적극적인 참여를 유도 할 수 있었으며 잠재된 능력을 발견하는 기회가 되기도 하였다. 재가노인을 위한 사례관리의 방법으로서 과제 중심 모델을 적용할 때 다음과 같은 것을 제안 할 수 있다. 첫째 처음 접수를 받는 클라이언트를 대상으로 적용하는 것이 효과적이며 둘째는 정기적인 슈퍼비젼을 통하며 진행을 점검하는 것이 중요하고 문제 해결을 위한 다양한 과제나 가능한 사회 자원에 대한 목록을 만드는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurs' morality affects entrepreneurship and social responsibility. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of entrepreneurship and social responsibility on corporate financial performance and social performance by measuring entrepreneurial morality index. Design/methodology/approach The research model is based on the existing literature related to morality, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and corporate performance. In order to verify the research model, empirical analysis was conducted. The collected data were analyzed by Smart-pls 2.0 based on the structural equation model based measurement model verification and the structural model verification two - step approach. Using the bootstrapping method of PLS, 500 samples were constructed and hypothesis verification was performed. Findings The results of this study are as follows. In the case of general manufacturing companies, business people are more focused on improving corporate performance than morality, and have a somewhat consistent effect with entrepreneurial spirit that does not have a space of morality. When entrepreneurship is strengthened, financial performance and social performance. Business entrepreneurs in social enterprises are more aware of social responsibility than entrepreneurship, so they achieve both financial performance and social performance at the same time. As a result of this study, it was found that there is a difference in perception depending on the morality of the business people, entrepreneurship, social bookkeeping, and management performance according to the type of company.

The work presents the theoretical background and methodology to network analysis. This approach to information network has been widespread use in many researches of social science. Theoretically based idea of structural analysis of information flow were reviewed and the major perspective and the practical aspects of the analysis were discussed. To show an approach of the methodology to library environment, HISP project which analyzed the network structure of a health information dissemination to a health community was demonstrated.

Remodeling of agricultural facilities can be defined as follows; it is received newly social needs which calamity is reduced, its function is improved, ecosystem is maintained, water-friendly space is preserved. By those remodeling, environment water and tour water with role as a place of rest and leisure sports, and so forth can be ensured. Therefore, on this study, we would propose the approach of the repair and enhancement of agricultural facilities which can reflect those social demands.
