본 연구는 대학신입생의 정서표현성과 발표불안의 관계에서 긍정적사고의 매개효과를 탐색하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 광주광역시 일개대학의 신입생 146명을 편의추출하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 version을 이용하여 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 매개효과 검증절차와 Sobel test를 이용하였다. 정서표현성과 발표불안에서 긍정적사고의 매개효과가 있는지 살펴본 결과 2단계에서는 정서표현성이 발표불안에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 3단계에서는 정서표현이 발표불안에 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고 긍정사고는 발표불안에 통계적으로 유의하였다. 따라서 긍정적사고는 정서표현성과 발표불안의 관계를 완전매개하였다. 매개효과의 유의성은 Sobel test를 이용하여 검증한 결과 유의하였다(z=-4.57, p<.001). 대학신입생의 발표불안을 감소시키기 위해서는 긍정적사고를 증진할 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구는 장기 목표 추구 과정에서 의미 부여가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 삶의 의미의 매개 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 부산 소재 대학생 180명을 대상으로 각자의 장기 목표가 무엇인지 개방형 질문에 대한 답변을 하도록 하고, 목표를 추구하는 과정에서의 의미부여와 삶의 의미 및 주관적 안녕감에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 상관 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 이용한 매개효과 검증 및 sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관 분석 결과 의미 부여, 삶의 의미 및 행복은 서로 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 회귀분석 및 Sobel test 결과, 장기 목표 추구 과정의 의미 부여가 행복에 미치는 영향에서 삶의 의미는 완전 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학생이 장기 목표를 추구하는 과정에서 의미 부여를 하는 것이 전반적인 삶의 의미를 증진시키는 것 뿐 아니라 대학생의 주관적 안녕감을 높이는 데 도움이 됨을 시사한다. 또한 삶의 의미가 대학생의 주관적 안녕감에 매우 중요한 요인임을 보여준다. 마지막으로 후속 연구를 위한 제한점이 논의되었다.

웹 영상에서 에지는 픽셀의 밝기가 급격하게 변화되는 부분으로 에지를 통하여 물체의 위치나 크기, 물체의 텍스처에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 지금까지 에지 검출은 주로 단순한 영상에 대해 미분 연산자를 이용한 수학적 방법에 의해 이루어져왔고 최근에 잡음이 포함된 복잡한 영상에 대해 통계적 방법을 이용한 에지검출에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상실험을 통하여 기존의 Sobel 연산자 등을 이용한 수학적 방법과 Canny 방법, Wavelet 변환방법 그리고 통계적인 T 검정과 Wilcoxon 검정을 이용한 방법들과의 에지검출 성능을 비교분석하고 Java 언어를 사용하여 웹 상에서 구현한다.

The world of tourism is a tangible form of a global business trip, which is very promising because it will be estimated to be a sector capable of driving world economic growth resulting from tourists' ever-increasing movement. Currently, in Indonesia, marketing activities in this sector are an integrated process, where the main target is providing customer satisfaction. Thus, the company's marketing activities are expected to be in accordance with customer expectations. The essential purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of the effect of trust and customer value on loyalty. The population of this study was users of the Lentera Wisata service in Semarang City, Indonesia. The sampling used a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of male and female customers and customers who have used the Lentera Wisata Semarang service bureau more than once. The test employed multiple regression analyses and the Sobel test. The test results revealed that trust and customer value positively and significantly affected satisfaction. However, trust did not affect customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer value and satisfaction significantly and positively influenced loyalty. Additionally, the Sobel test results revealed that satisfaction mediated the effect of trust and customer value on customer loyalty.

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 유아교사들의 과학교수효능감과 유아의 과학적 태도가 어떤 관계를 보이는지 살펴 본 후, 교사-영유아와의 상호작용의 질을 높일 수 있는 매개변인으로 교수창의성을 투입하여 교사 영유아와의 관계가 어떻게 변화되는지를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 2018년 경기 수원지역의 어린이집 유아교사 303명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형과 Sobel-test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 유아교사의 과학교수효능감은 유아교사의 창의성과 유아의 과학적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아교사의 창의성은 유아의 과학적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Sobel-test 결과, 유아교사의 과학교수효능감과 유아의 과학적 태도 간의 관계에서 유아교사의 창의성은 매개역할을 하여 유아의 과학적 태도를 증진시키는 데에 중요한 변수로 작용하였다. 결론적으로 유아교사의 교수 창의성은 유아의 과학적 태도 향상을 위해 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 유아교사가 과학교수활동을 할 때 교수 창의성을 높일 수 있는 교육이 동시에 제공된다면 유아의 과학적 태도의 질을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to provide fundamental data on increasing organizational commitment of clinical nurses by verifying the mediation effects of resilience in the correlation between the verbal violence experienced by nurses and their organizational commitment. Methods: Participants were 167 nurses working in 2 university hospitals and 3 general hospitals located in D city Nurse managers were excluded. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis based on the three-step mediation effect verification procedures proposed by Baron and Kenny. SPSS 24.0 program was used. The significance of mediation effect was verified by performing the Sobel test. Results: The resilience was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between verbal violence experience and organizational commitment (β=.25, p=.001), and verified by Sobel test (Z=-1.95, p=.026). Conclusion: The results verifiying that verbal violence experience, organizational commitment, and resilience are correlated with each other, and showing that the organizational culture needs to be improved and the hospital environment needs to be changed to decrease verbal violence experiences and increase resilience in order to enhance organizational commitment.

Work situational awareness test (WSAT) has been utilized to estimate the fatigue risk of workers who worked with time pressure or latent accident risks at their work environment. Thus researchers decided to use WSAT to estimate fatigue risk of cabin crews of an airline in Korea and to analyze empirically how such risk might have an effect on cabin crew's safety behavior. This was because there had not been enough research on accessing cabin crews' fatigue and analyzing its risk for the flight safety. In addition, the mediation effect of cabin crew's planning was also analyzed through Sobel-test by researchers among external factors such as lack of concentration, attention deficit, distraction and safety behavior. According to empirical analysis, it was found attention deficit and distraction of cabin crews due to fatigue during the flight had a significant negative effect on their planning. Planning was also proven to have mediation effect to cabin crew's safety behavior.

본 연구는 자녀가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 아버지의 원가족 경험이 양육태도와 양육참여에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 만3-5세 자녀를 둔 아버지 247명을 대상으로 원가족 경험, 자녀가치, 양육태도, 양육참여 정도를 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21 program을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석 및 Sobel Tast를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 원가족 경험과 자녀가치 중 정서적 자녀가치, 양육태도 및 양육참여는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 단계별로 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 아버지의 원가족 경험은 양육태도와 양육참여에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였고, 자녀가치 중 정서적 자녀가치가 이들 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 아버지의 긍정적 자녀가치 형성을 위한 다각적 고찰과 체계적인 지원이 필요하며 공동양육자로서의 아버지에 대한 후속연구의 방향을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 졸업직후 신규간호사의 비판적 사고능력과 임상수행능력과의 관계에서 감성지능의 매개효과를 파악하고자 시도되었다. C시와 K시 소재 2개의 종합병원의 졸업직후 신규간호사 181명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 2017년 2월 27일부터 3월 30일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, Independent t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과의 유의성 검증은 sobel test로 실시하였다. 연구결과 감성지능은 비판적 사고능력(r=.62, p<.001), 임상수행능력(r=.60, p<.001)과 유의한 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 비판적 사고능력과 임상수행능력과의 관계에서 부분매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다(Z=3.88, p<.001). 그러므로 졸업직후 신규간호사의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 비판적 사고능력 뿐만 아니라 감성지능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

In this study, an image processing algorithm was developed to increase readability of the images of specific parts of a KTX train acquired by using a mobile digital radiographic testing device in a situation where a running train is stopped. The image processing algorithm was realized by using a Visual C++ development tool. The algorithm developed in this study allows to select an interested region in the acquired images when the interested region is suspected to cause a problem, and applies a thinning process based Sobel operators to the selected region. The experimental results show that the readability of defect parts that are not visible to naked eyes was increased through edge detector. Application of the algorithm developed in this study may help to accurately read non-destructive inspection images.
