Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon is a mathematical book of Chosun dynasty by Jo Tae Gu. This study is to analyze his understanding for the 'Gujang' in the 'Gujang-Mundab'. From this study, we were able to see the contents of 'Gujang-Mundab' that has been unknown in detail so far. In this study, the following facts are found. Most parts of 'Gujang' in 'Gujang-Mundab' was explained the same as Gu-Jang-San-Sul. This indicates that Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon was influenced by Gu-Jang-San-Sul. However, Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon also contains what he wrote with his own understanding. We expect that the results provide basic information for mathematics history in Korea.

본고에서는 최근 학계에서뿐만 아니라 Intel, nVidia 등의 반도체 설계업계에서도 차세대 system-on-chip (SoC) 구조로 제안하고, 실제품 설계까지 진행 중인 many-core SoC의 research challenges를 알아본다. 이러한 challenges는 architecture, software, application의 3가지 면에서 살펴보는데, 각 분야에서 주요 문제들을 고찰하고, 이 문제들을 해결하기 위해 현재 진행 중인 주요 연구 방향들을 살펴보고자 한다.

Amongst various analytic methods of internal structure of city, the factor analysis method which uses O-D matrix data has some merits and characteristics compared to other methods. 1) It is possible to find one certain interaction and flow pattern between traffic zones with in a city through reanalyzing O-D data which is too complex to grasp specific meaning or pattern of flow systems. 2) It can be easily visualized the traffic flow pattern by using adequate graphic techniques, and also can clarify the functional areas whose interaction linkages are significantly strong enough between each other. In this study, the taxi traffic O-D data between 42 traffic zones in Kwang-ju city was reanalyzied by varimax rotated factor analysis methods. As a result, four factors that have significant level factor loading (over 0.5 ) and factor score (over 1.0) were sorted out. so to speak four different functional areas were clarified in Kwang-ju city, of the West, the East, the south, and the North functional areas whose interaction linkages are significantly strong enough between each other. In the study, the taxi traffic O-D data between 42 traffic zones in Kwang-ju city was reanalyzied by varimax rotated factor analysis methods. As a result, four factors that have significant level factor loading (over 0.5) and factor score 9over 1.0) were sorted out. so to speak four different functional areas were clarified in Kwang-ju city, of the West, the East, the South, and the North functional area, then these four functional areas are almost coincided with citizen's general conception of community division and administrative district. Accordingly the factor analysis methods using traffic data seems to proved to be very accurate and useful analytic instruments for analyzing flow pattern and clarifying functional areas of city, and believed to provide basic informations and criteria for practical urban land use planning and transportation planning.

Today's System-on-a-Chip (SoC) is designed with reusable IP cores to meet short time-to-market requirements. However, the increasing cost of testing becomes a big burden in manufacturing a highly integrated SoC. In this paper, we propose an efficient test access mechanism that exploits an on/off-chip bus bridge for the Advanced High-performance Bus (AHB) and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus. The test application time is considerably reduced by providing dedicated test stimuli input paths and response output paths, and by excluding the bus direction tumaround delays. Experimental results show that area overhead and testing times are considerably reduced in both functional and structural test modes. The proposed technique can be a lied to the other types of on/off-chip bus bridges.

The usual reasons for elderly safety accidents include lack of care for disaster, physical disability, and an error of judgment and so on. But it is true that accidents will occur continuously with the afore-mentioned causes. Against the elderly safety accidents, safety is the main prerequisite for leading the successful and easy life in the elderly. Therefore, this study is purposed to provide the way of thinking about elderly safety issues by suggesting the methods and contents of education program. This study is specifically focused on developing audio-visual materials involved in all the safety accidents and researching the effect of safety education ability through materials with a view to identify the substantial problems. Education program should make a continuous and long term study so that the curricula of the safety accidents prevention education can be done systematically.

Feature matching is often used for image alignment. It, however, isconsidered as motion estimation problem in case of video. In that case we need only a motion vector in an image. Then we can compute the distance between two images although the images are far away each other. So we propose affine transformation from camera motion for spatial positioning of frames and aligning those frames. The data from this method can be useful for calculating the distance, stabilizing video, photographing panorama and so on.

Although the order of Design-Build is being expanded by increasing construction scale and demanding hybrid function, the suitable regulation of the contracts is not settled. Design-Build is way by government because there are big construction of much government leading in contract relation high position occupy. So, case that prebendary's claim institution develops by litigation is very rare. But, recently Design-Build is magnified. So, these dispute factors is becoming visualization gradually. The contract system is needed to be consistent by international standard to deal with the problem. This study suggests the useful solutions in detail concerned with the main factor of change order claim by each Design-Build phases through practical sorting and analysis of the causes of Change Order-Claim.

최근 IT산업의 발전으로 인해 광범위한 정보가 존재하는 웹 기반 환경에서 원하는 정보의 검색과 검출을 위한 시멘틱 웹(Semantic Web) 기반의 온톨리지에 대하여 연구가 다양하게 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 온톨로지 기법을 이용하여 인간의 다양한 편의와 친환경적인 습지의 수질 관리에 대한 통합적이고 편리한 관리를 위해 WSN 기반의 습지 수질 관리에 특화된 온톨리지 설계 및 구축을 진행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the spatial arrangement of the administrative district of Seoung-Ju Eup around the 19th century by analyzing a map called Seoung-ju eupgido, made in the late Chosun period. The study analyses the significant elements consisting of the spatial arrangement such as geographical considerations, the street system, and the location of mainfacilities for this purpose. The significance of this study is in that the study uses a contemporary map showing the actual spatial arrangement in the period, instead of using any historical records or written documents that have been mainly used for the same purpose by most researcher so far.

This study aims to present the re-structuring strategies of healthcare facilities in Kwang-ju and Jon-nam province for it's competition power in the emerging global health care market. Kwang-Ju city and Jon-nam province have had difficulties in building a balanced healthcare system because of rapidly declining population, weakened healthcare infra-structure and geographical problems of healthcare supply by numerous islands. Now, Kwang-Ju city and Jon-nam province try to be a core place of economy and culture in the west-south asia. To do so, it is fundamentally necessary to reform their current social structure including healthcare system in large scale. This Study presents the current conditions and the problems of healthcare environment in these areas.
