Testing time and power consumption during the testing of SoCs are becoming increasingly important with an increasing volume of test data in intellectual property cores in SoCs. This paper presents a new algorithm to reduce the scan-in power and test data volume using a modified scan latch reordering algorithm. We apply a scan latch reordering technique to minimize the column hamming distance in scan vectors. During scan latch reordering, the don't-care inputs in the scan vectors are assigned for low power and high compression. Experimental results for ISCAS 89 benchmark circuits show that reduced test data and low power scan testing can be achieved in all cases.

Reactions of alkaline metal carbonates with sulfur are investigated in detail. The evolution of CO and a trace of $SO_2$ were observed in the course of reaction with major component of polysulfides. Some evidences that the reaction proceeds with breaking of terminal sulfur-sulfur bond in the sulfur polymer, and forming CO, $SO_2$ and polysulfide are presented. Polysulfides have the role of keeping free sulfur and allow it to react with other chemicals to rather high temperatures.plexes, whereas the binuclear and mononuclear complexes of Mn$^{2+}$ and Co$^{2+}$

갈수록 복잡해져 가는 시스템을 한번에 하나의 칩까지 완성하기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 컴퓨터에서 시뮬레이션이 정상적으로 되었다고 해서 완벽한 동작을 보장하는 것도 아니다. 전체 시스템을 검증하는 것도 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로는 불가능한 단계에 왔다. 이로 인하여 시스템 전체가 제대로 동작하는지 검증하기 위한 새로운 방법이 요구된다. 이러한 개념으로 접근하고자 하는 것이 본 논문에서 이야기할 플랫폼 기반의 SoC설계이다. 이 논문에서는 임의의 무선통신시스템의 요구사항을 만족할 수 있는 베이스플랫폼 보드의 구조와 설계 시 고려되어야 할 점을 제안한다.

In the System-on-Chip(SoC) design, the global wires are critical parts for the performance. Therefore, the global wires need to be pipelined using flip-flops or latches. Since the timing constraint of the latch is more flexible than it of the flip-flop, the latch-based design can provide a better solution for the clock period. Retiming is an optimizing technique which repositions memory elements in the circuits to reduce the clock period. Traditionally, retiming is used on gate-level netlist, but retiming for SoC is used on macro-level netlist. In this paper, we extend the previous work of retiming for SoC using flip-flops to retiming for SoC using single-phase clocked latches. In this paper we propose a MILP for retiming for SoC using single-phase clocked latches, and apply the fixpoint computation to solve it. Experimental results show that retiming for SoC using latches reduces the clock period of circuits by average 10 percent compared with retiming for SoC using flip-flops.

Most important thing in professional baseball game among all kinds of sports is the winning. Both coaches and players collected and analyzed lots of game data to get a victory. In this paper, batting data are analyzed so as to represent informations of hitting direction visually. This method could be provided a lot of useful information about hitting direction of a specific batter or a team to not only coaches, players but also the audience.

In this paper, dynamical model and control architecture are developed for the closed chain motion of two N-joint manipulators holding a rigid object. Controller consist of forward controller which is reduced order model and compensator that compensates for modeling error. Control laws are determined so as to decouple the force and position controlled degree of freedom(DOF) during motion of the system.

Nowadays, there so many fire accidents happened in subways and tunnels, buildings. In this paper, the behaviors of subway damaged by fire, the fire protection techniques for evaluating subway structures stability are presented. To protect the tunnel by fire, flame detector method is resonable.

In this paper, we consider applying the bootstrap method to the median test procedures for right censored data. For doing this, we show that the median test statistics can be represented by the differences of two sampler medians. Then we review to the re-sampling methods for censored dta and propose the test procedures under the location translation assumption and Behrens-Fisher problem. Also we compare our procedures with other re-sampling method, which is so-called permutation test through an example. Finally we show the validity of bootstrap median test procedure in the appendix.

Automatic monitoring and controling system, especially DO and MLSS was faciliated for the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies. Removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus by automatic monitoring and controling system, especially DO and SRT was have well adopted. and so it will be possible to use artificial intelligence logic control software such as fuzzy or neuro logic control system for WWT Plant.

Recently, PDP barrier ribs require the formation of complex structure so that they are usually formed by etching method. For producing the fine ribs structure, during the etching process the metal ions of matrix (glass) of barrier materials should be understood on the etching mechanism with etching condition. We analyzed the quantity of Pb, Si, and B ions from the etch solution as a function of etching time.
