Smart Phone with domestic demand increasing rapidly, the utilization of multimedia services have become diverse. Accordingly, Smart Phone users to hack their Jail Breaking and Rooting and illegal use of the multimedia content is copyrighted. Also relevant to mobile communication terminal as a high crime, create, and the digital evidence increases the utilization of the mobile forensic evidence is required to study. In this paper, Smart Phone Copyright Violation and Forensic Apply Method research. Smart Phone Status and related violations of copyright infringement, broadcasting, film, music, e-book, etc. for each survey item, and how to apply for forensics were studied. This study investigated the development and forensic science will be able to contribute to the development.

Smart Phone with domestic demand increasing rapidly, the utilization of multimedia services have become diverse. Smart Phone users use the copyrighted multimedia contents illegally from hacking their Smart Phone with Jail Breaking and Rooting. Legal issues according to the Korea-U.S. FTA. and high relevance with crime as mobile communication terminal, the utilization of created and saved digital evidence is high, the mobile forensic evidence study is required. This paper studied method and notice of legal seizure and search assuming the Smart Phone copyright violation. Research the status of Smart Phone copyright violation and related violation by category as broadcasting, movies, music, e-book etc. Research the method of submit a report to the court by applying techniques to forensic. The results of this research will contribute to the provide of Smart Phone crime evidence and mobile forensic technology.

This study elementary status of the investigation and analysis of smart phone use, and utilize of smart phones educational ways was carried out in order to investigate. In this study, factors commonly associated with the use of smart phones, in school area, gender, grade, and the need for a smart phone, smart phone using, whether for general cell phone use was a total of six tablets. General knowledge, attitude, practice about the factors and smart phone levels were analyzed using a smart phone and do not use the group's collective knowledge, attitudes, and practice levels were analyzed. To take advantage of the smart phone utilizing educational strategies were suggested, the general situation for smart phones and questionnaires were analyzed by a positive phenomenon. But Educational effect was neutral or negative views. We suggest the analysis of the educational utilization of smartphones on elementary students.

Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.

Purpose - This objective of this study is to analyze the factors that impact Chinese consumers' purchasing intent for high-tech products. The study examines smart phones'features, Chinese personal consumer characteristics, and social influence. Research design, data, and methodology - The study employed survey data based on 200 questionnaires in principal Chinese cites between October and December 2011. SPSS 17.0 was employed to analyze the data used to test the hypotheses the analysis results confirmed some hypotheses proposed. Results - Hypothesis 1, Hypothesis 4, and Hypothesis 7 proposing that utilization, social image, and attractiveness, respectively, of smart phone elements influence the Chinese consumers' purchasing intent are supported. Conclusions - This study found the factors that impact purchasing intent for high-tech products among Chinese consumers, with some factors like social image, attractiveness, and utilization playing critical roles; however, hypotheses proposing factors such as ease of use, pleasantness, personal innovativeness, and compatibility were rejected. In future, more research focusing on the elements of smart phones is required.

This thesis enhanced the degree of utilization of smart phone through carrying out the application/app. which search and visit matjip (reputable restaurant) at the travel sites using smart phones. When we search matjip (reputable restaurant) using materialized application, we can select the best matjip (reputable restaurant) we want. Especially, this application evaluates individual restaurants through the level of utilization and satisfaction by consumer including appropriate menus, the style and design of the restaurant, reasonableness of prices, service of restaurant employees and sanitation management by region and registered the information input to DB in advance while classifying based on the evaluation scores to keep track for individual tastes. And individuals can record their personal memories to input columns. On top of that, information field for transportation is also designed to enhance the accessibility during travel, and in the future the application can be further utilized through the expansion of the DB through the input of famous tour sites and acquaintance's house information.

We development the service that teacher and parent can control the smart phone of student in school and home, the name is I_smart_keeper. The service is composed of server system, teacher's application, parent's application and student's application. The control of student's phone in school is operated by school timetable and GPS(Global Positioning System) in smart phone. The student's phone is operating one of six policy. The six policy is 'emergency call only', 'specific application only', 'call only', 'call and text only', 'all allowed' and 'all lock'. The teacher can change the current policy with his or her phone, That is a the temporary policy can be applied on a day. In school hours, teacher is able to instruct student using application appropriate to the teaching. If student is leaving school early and located outside school, the service do free the student's phone by GPS of her or his phone. We show the Smart Health Indicator (SHI)that analyse the pattern of student's phone habit and SHI will guide a desirable student's phone habit. In home, parent can control child's phone. The service will help the risk reduction of a robbery case due to keeping student's phone by teacher in class. Currently one elementary school's all student use I_smart_keeper and three elementary school is testing to some class. The teacher's impression was very good and they usually use I_smart_keeper for class in positive light. Survey results for students with higher satisfaction.

After releasing the smart phone equipping the strong computational capability compared to traditional mobil phone, a field of services, which is available on the personal computers, is expanded to smart phone. The development of technology reduces the limited service utilization on time and space but it has a venerability exposing an information to malicious user. Especially we need to more attention when using the financial services which communicate the user's private information. To solve the security problem, OTP(One Time Pad), which uses a private key for a session, is recommended. OTP techniques in smart phone having focused on traditional environments have been proposed and implemented. However, security over mobile environments is more vulnerable to attack and has restriction on resources than traditional system. For this reason, definition of proper conceptual OTP on smart phone is required. In the paper, we present the L-OTP(Location-OTP) protocol, using T-OTP(Time One Time Pad) technique with location information. Proposal generates the OTP using unique location information which is obtained in smart phone.

In this paper, we designed a product that can prevent environmental pollution, waste of resources, and leakage of foreign currency by commercializing a green IT solution by merging a used smart phone with the IoT object communication technology for the first time in the world. For the experiment of the designed system, various performance and communication condition was experimented by installing it in the actual crop cultivation facility. As a result, when a problem occurs, the alarm sound and video notification are generated by the user's smart phone, and remote control of various installed devices and data analysis in real time are possible. In this study, it is thought that the terminal management board developed for the utilization of the used smart phone can be applied to various fields such as agriculture and environment.

The technologies related with information communication regions are progressing continuously. These technologies in today are converged with different industries in rapidly. Because of these properties, A number of data are made in our life. Through many devices such as smart phone, camera, game machine, tablet pc, various data types are produced and the traffic is increased. We called it Big Data. There are many efforts to create new worth creation through Big Data utilization. Therefore, we described current trends and future of Big Data in this paper.
