In this study, in relation to blockchain protocol and network security, we study the configuration of blockchain and encryption key management methods on smart contracts so that we can have a strong level of response to MITM attacks and DoS/DDoS attacks. It is expected that the use of blockchain technology with enhanced security can be activated through respond to data security threats such as MITM through encryption communication protocols and enhanced authentication, node load balancing and distributed DDoS attack response, secure coding and vulnerability scanning, strengthen smart contract security with secure consensus algorithms, access control and authentication through enhanced user authentication and authorization, strengthen the security of cores and nodes, and monitoring system to update other blockchain protocols and enhance security.
This study explored the sustainability of a blockchain-based cultural art performance video platform through the construction of Gyeonggi Art On, a new media art broadcasting station in Gyeonggi-do. In addition, the technical limitations of video content transaction using block chain, legal and institutional issues, and the protection of personal information and intellectual property rights were reviewed. As for the research method, participatory observation methods such as in-depth interviews with developers and operators and participation in meetings were conducted. The researcher participated in and observed the entire development process, including designing and developing blockchain nodes, smart contracts, APIs, UI/UX, and testing interworking between blockchain and content distribution services. Research Question 1: The results of the study on 'Which technology model is suitable for a blockchain-based performance video content distribution public platform?' are as follows. 1) The blockchain type suitable for the public platform for distribution of art performance video contents based on the blockchain is the private type that can be intervened only when the blockchain manager directly invites it. 2) In public platforms such as Gyeonggi ArtOn, among the copyright management model, which is an art based on NFT issuance, and the BC token and cloud-based content distribution model, the model that provides content to external demand organizations through API and uses K-token for fee settlement is suitable. 3) For public platform initial services such as Gyeonggi ArtOn, a closed blockchain that provides services only to users who have been granted the right to use content is suitable. Research question 2: What legal and institutional problems should be reviewed when operating a blockchain-based performance video distribution public platform? The results of the study are as follows. 1) Blockchain-based smart contracts have a party eligibility problem due to the nature of blockchain technology in which the identities of transaction parties may not be revealed. 2) When a security incident occurs in the block chain, it is difficult to recover the loss because it is unclear how to compensate or remedy the user's loss. 3) The concept of default cannot be applied to smart contracts, and even if the obligations under the smart contract have already been fulfilled, the possibility of incomplete performance must be reviewed.
Mobile phone users have been using the SMS to send and receive text messages between them. Recently, GSMA(GSM Association) proposed the next generation instant messaging service, RCS-e(Rich Communication Service-enhanced). This was unavoidable because new OTT(Over The Top) services have emerged that threat the SMS after smart phones became popular. However, the RCS-e has limitations that it cannot inter-operate with the SMS which is still widely used. This paper propose a software framework that inter-work SMS with RCS-e. Call flows for canceling wireless contracts and sending SMS messages to RCS-e users were defined. Also, methods for protocol conversion were defined to inter-work two services. The performance evaluation showed that the proposed framework does not increase loads on IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) infrastructure.

The platform has three characteristics and aims to improve the existing digital content sales platform. First, it increases the efficiency of sharing and trading through partial sharing and trading systems of digital content. Second, it will be built in the form of blockchain idurium-based smart contracts to ensure the accuracy of transactions. Third, it is possible to analyze the form factor of the comments by improving the grading system.
The results of the studies of China and Vietnam are as follows. First of all, in China, the labor market in China has been fully completing laws and regulations since the implementation of the labor contract law in 2008. Specifically, we analyzed the labor market in China for labor contracts, recruitment, and minimum wage. Next, in Vietnam, which the tertiary and quaternary industries are rapidly developing. The labor market is expected to increase because demand for foreign manpower, as the advancement of retail, finance, tourism services, Smart factories in the textile and sewing- do. The limitations of this study, however, are that there is not enough data to utilize official data for labor market analysis in China and Vietnam. If a practical investigation is conducted for analyzing the labor market in Vietnam due to the changes in the labor market

This study aims to analyze research trends in blockchain-based Internet of Things focusing on the US, UK, and Korea. In Elsevier's Scopus, we collected 2,174 papers about blockchain-based Internet of Things published in from 2018 to 2023. Keyword frequency and centrality analysis were conducted on the abstracts of the collected papers. Through the obtained keyword frequencies, we tried to identify keywords with high frequency of occurrence and through centrality analysis, we tried to identify central research keywords for each country. As a result of the centrality analysis, research on blockchain, smart contracts, Internet of Things, security and personal information protection was conducted as the most central research in each country. The implication for Korea is that cybersecurity, authentication research appears to have been conducted with a lower centrality compared to the United States and the United Kingdom. Thus, it seems that intensive research related to cybersecurity and authentication is needed.

Decentralized approaches are extensively researched by academia and industry in order to cover up the flaws of existing systems in terms of data privacy. Blockchain and decentralized learning are prominent representatives of a deconcentrated approach. Blockchain is secure by design since the data record is irrevocable, tamper-resistant, consensus-based decision making, and inexpensive of overall transactions. On the other hand, decentralized learning empowers a number of devices collectively in improving a deep learning model without exposing the dataset publicly. To motivate participants to use their resources in building models, a decent and proportional incentive system is a necessity. A centralized incentive mechanism is likely inconvenient to be adopted in decentralized learning since it relies on the middleman that still suffers from bottleneck issues. Therefore, we design an incentive model for decentralized learning applications by leveraging the Ethereum smart contract. The simulation results satisfy the design goals. We also outline the concerns in implementing the presented scheme for sensitive data regarding privacy and data leakage.

In a closed workplace, the management of the workplace is important because the environmental data at the workplace has a great influence on the safety of workers. Today's industrial sites are transformed into data-based factories that collect and analyze data through sensors in those sites, requiring a management system to ensure safety. In general, a safety management system stores and manages data on a central server associated with a database. Since such management system introduces high possibility of forgery and loss of data, workers often suspect the reliability of the information on the management system. In this paper, we present a worker safety management system based on the EOS blockchain which is considered as third-generation blockchain technology. The developed system consists of a set of smart contracts on the EOS blockchain and 3 decentralized applications associated with the blockchain. According to the roles of users, the worker and manager applications respectively perform the process of initiating or terminating tasks as blockchain transactions. The entire transaction history is distributed and stored in all nodes participating in the blockchain network, so forgery and loss of data is practically impossible. The system administrator application assigns the account rights of workers and managers appropriate for performing the functions, and specifies the safety standards of IoT data for ensuring workplace safety. The IoT data received from sensor platforms in workplaces and the information on initiation, termination or approval of tasks assigned to workers, are explicitly stored and managed in the EOS smart contracts.

Currently, information technologies such as blockchain and metaverse are being innovatively developed in Korea and around the world. The government has defined the innovation of these cyber-related technologies as the fourth industrial revolution and presented the Digital New Deal as an important policy of the Korean version of the New Deal, and is implementing various policies and systems related to it. This situation is expected to affect the development of the real estate registration system in Korea. Moreover, as the Supreme Court is currently promoting the transition to a future registration system, it is necessary to examine whether blockchain technology, which allows parties to exchange value without a third party guaranteeing the transaction, can be used in the real estate registration system. In order to secure the credibility of the real estate registration as electronic information under the registration system that introduces electronic registration and blockchain system, the transparency of transaction identification and real estate registration details should also be recorded using the blockchain system as a way to prevent such crimes and legal disputes. As a solution, it is worth considering how to improve the reliability of transaction identification, recognize the actual examination rights of the registrar in the foundation system of the real estate register, and increase public trust by going through the notarization stage when recording rights such as real rights, and consider how to introduce a blockchain system at this stage to ensure integrity and reliability. In the stage before the current real estate registration and study system is converted to a blockchain system, the clarity, transparency, and consistency of the real estate registration entries with the actual real estate must be established so that the real estate study can finally be recognized as authoritative, thereby ensuring the trust of the transaction parties to the real estate study system that has adopted the blockchain system in the future, and bringing us closer to the goal of real estate transactions in the form of smart contracts between the parties who have trusted it based on transparency and integrity of real estate study in the real estate transaction market.

Guaranteed seafarer wage payment is essential to ensure a stable supply of seafarers. However, disputes over non-payment of wages to seafarers often occur. In this study, an automatic wage payment system was designed using a blockchain-based smart contract to resolve the problem of seafarers' wage arrears. The designed system consists of an information register, a matching processing unit, a review rating management unit, and wage remittance before deploying smart contracts. The matching process was designed to send an automatic notification to seafarers and shipowners if the sum of the weight of the four variables, namely wages, ship type/fishery, position, and license, exceeded a pre-defined threshold. In addition, a review rating management system, based on a combination of mean and median, was presented to serve as a medium to mutually fulfill the normal working conditions. The smart contract automatically fulfills the labor contract between the parties without an intermediary. This system will naturally resolve problems such as fraudulent advance payment to seafarers, embezzlement by unregistered employment agencies, overdue wages, and forgery of seafarers' books. If this system design is commercialized and institutionally activated, it is expected that stable wages will be guaranteed to seafarers, and in turn, the difficulties in human resources supply will be solved. We plan to test it in a local environment for further developing this system.
