We carry out a demonstration project to verify performance of a Home- Smart Cabinet Panel(H-SCP) at the child care facility. It is difficult to prevent an electrical disaster using a existing cabinet panel because electrical events are invisible and unforeseeable. So we construct a integrated information system with a Home-Smart Cabinet Panel(H-SCP) for management of low-voltage customers. The integrated information system with the H-SCP maintain the transmitted data from H-SCP, alert a electrical event to a administrator and show a state of customer health in real time respectively. A manager of electrical safety can prevent electrical disaster to maintain electrical facilities after analysis on the integrated information system.

Background: The efficacy of telemedicine among cancer survivors is uncertain. The Smart After-Care Program (SAP), which is an interactive, smartphone-based remote health monitoring system, was developed to help patients manage their health after leaving the hospital. This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of our remote health care program for lung cancer patients. Methods: We enrolled 50 patients with lung cancer. Self-monitoring devices were supplied to all patients, who were instructed to enter their daily vital signs and subjective symptoms to the Smart After-Care app. The app also provided information about rehabilitation exercises and a healthy diet for lung cancer patients. All patients received health counseling via telephone once a week and visited an outpatient clinic during weeks 6 and 12 to assess satisfaction with the SAP and changes in quality of life and physical performance. Results: Overall satisfaction with the SAP was very high (very good, 61.9%; good, 26.2%). In the multivariate analysis to identify factors affecting satisfaction, the distance between the patient's residence and the hospital was the only significant independent factor (p=0.013). Quality of life improved along all functional scales (p<0.05). Muscle strength significantly improved in the lower limbs (p=0.012). Two-minute walk distance also significantly improved (p=0.028). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the SAP was acceptable for and supportive of patients with reduced pulmonary function after lung cancer treatment. The SAP was found to be particularly useful for patients living far from the hospital.

Depending on the development of technology, android-based smartphones has brought about various changes in our lives. In this paper, based on smartphones, it was implemented that the biometric information of human pulse wave and oxygen saturation by measuring device can be monitor the status of the patient on bluetooth-based u-health care system. Through the implementation of this paper, it has confirmed that it's can be monitoring smartphone adding a bluetooth module on the medical equipment of PC based monitor system.

본 논문에서는 스마트 콘택트 렌즈를 이용한 건강 관리 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 기존에 연구되고 있던 스마트 콘택트 렌즈에 있는 센서들을 통해서 렌즈 사용자의 생체 데이터를 수집하고 수집한 데이터를 수치화 하여 당뇨병, 녹내장, 간략한 스트레스 지수 까지 시각화 하여 보다 편하게 자가 진단하고 예방하는데 그 목적이 있다. 렌즈의 구성으로는 생체 데이터를 수집하는 센서는 포도당 농도 측정 센서, 안압 측정 센서, 코르티솔 호르몬 측정 센서가 있고, 어플과 연동하기 위한 통신 센서가 포함 된다. 이후 수집된 데이터를 수치화 한 후 어플 화면에 시각화하여 사용자가 각 항목을 확인하는데 있어서 편리 할 수 있다. 많은 사용자들의 데이터가 모이면 이를 빅데이터로 구성한 뒤 건강관련 부서와 연동하여 기존에 의사들이 더 정확한 진단을 할 수 있도록 지원한다. 또한 사용자들은 어플을 사용하면서 예방하는데 큰 목적을 둔다.

As COVID-19 pandemic sweeps across the world, more than 45 million confirmed cases and over 1,000,000 deaths have occurred till now, and this situation is expected to continue for some time. In particular, more than half of the infections in European countries such as Italy and Spain occurred in nursing homes, and it is reported that over 4,000 people died in nursing homes for older adults in the United States. Therefore, the issues that need to be addressed after the COVID-19 crisis include finding a fundamental solution to group care and shifting to family-centered care. More specifically, it is expected that there will be ever more lively discussion on establishing and expanding hyper-technology based community care, that is, family-centered care integrated with ICT and other Industry 4.0 technologies. This poses a challenge of how to combine social security and social welfare with Industry 4.0 in concrete ways that go beyond the abstract suggestions made in the past. A case in point is the proposal involving smart welfare cities. Given this background, the present paper examined the concept, scope, and content of non-face-to-face care in the context of previous literature on the function and scope of the social security platform, and the concept and expandability of the smart welfare city. Implementing a smart city to realize the kind of social security and welfare that our society seeks to provide has significant bearing on the implementation of community care or aging in place. One limitation of this paper, however, is that it does not address concrete measures for implementing non-face-to-face care from the policy and legal/institutional perspectives, and further studies are needed to explore such measures in the future. It is expected that the findings of this paper will provide the future course and vision not only for the smart welfare city but also for the social security and welfare system in administrative, practical, and legislative aspects, and ultimately contribute to improving the quality of human life.

Recent advances in healthcare-adapted devices, the increase in chronic diseases and the increasing social needs due to aging, trigger the development of smart healthcare systems and present a new medical paradigm. As a result, moves are being made to accommodate the changing healthcare concept of modern residential areas. In particular, the bathrooms in residential areas are becoming diverse as medical spaces with various types of bathroom culture. Therefore, by actively utilizing the digital medical procedure 3, the smart health care system was applied, I thought about future bathroom products (like smart shower and smart scales) and searched for the technology necessary for each person's needs. By planning a product suitable for a changing bathroom, it will be useful for the development of smart healthcare technology through future national and policy improvements in preparation for the age of the fourth industrial revolution.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to confirm the structural relationship among maternal parenting stress, neglectful mediation of smart media and the over use of smart media in preschool children. Methods: Quantitative surveys were conducted to measure maternal parenting stress, smart media neglect mediation, and over use of smart media in preschool children. In addition, the mediating effect of maternal neglectful smart media mediation in maternal parenting stress and preschool children's over use of smart media was verified using the Amos 23.0 and SPSS 26.0 programs Results: Maternal parenting stress and mother's neglectful mediation of smart media had a direct effect on preschool children's over use of smart media. In addition, mother's neglectful mediation of smart media mediated the influence of the mother's parenting stress on preschooler children's over use of smart media. Conclusion/Implications: These findings emphasize the important role of maternal stress in preschool children's over use of smart media. And maternal competence such as supervision and limit setting is an important role in preschool children's use of smart media, so it is necessary to develop a practical and diverse parenting education program in order to reduce.

Recently with the wide spread smart devices and the flexible forms of work such as working from home due to changes in work practices, people are getting various information easily. Many women with a baby get to be interested in foods, health, and growth of their baby and the new task of raising a baby comes with a new burden added to taking care of their family and can develop into obsessive compulsive disorder to be a great mother. So many mothers suffer from child-rearing stress. Also, as the balance of work and life in mobile environment emerged as an important issue, the need for integrated information management applications that give infant care assistance to new mothers was increased. This study analyzed preferences on infant care information apps and developed prototype apps for infant care information management that can provide integrated customized infant care information that is actually needed.

Recently, large-scale research and efforts aimed at the smart world such as smart city, smart home, smart transportation, and smart care are continuing. As these smart worlds become more common, the expansion of connectivity with the Internet and the threat of cyber terrorism will be inevitable. Increasing the threat of cyber terrorism is increasing the likelihood of a massive disaster and safety accident. Therefore, in this paper, we examine smart worlds that are expanded in various forms and derive the security threat factors that smart worlds have. In addition, it is proposed to block the threat of terrorism from abroad if access from abroad is not required when constructing a smart world. Through this, we intend to present a method to eliminate cyber terror threats for the establishment and operation of a safe smart world.

This study aimed to analyse the effects of self-control and impulsiveness of college students on smart phone addition and whether self-esteem has mediating effects on them. For the purposes, this study interviewed 4-year college students in Gwangju City with the use of a questionnaire and 314 copies of the responses were used for a final analysis. The data collected was analysed with the use of SPSS 22.0 and the results are presented as follows: First, behavior impulsiveness has a positive effect on self-esteem and smart phone addiction. Second, self-esteem had a positive effect on smart phone addiction. Third, it was discovered that behavior impulsiveness had a positive effect on smart phone addiction through an analysis of mediating effects while self-esteem had an indirect effect on it. Therefore, it was suggested that more care should be paid on smart phone addiction and development of programs against it should be facilitated.
