스마트제조 인력양성에 대한 제언 : 중소제조기업 구성원의 특성을 중심으로 (Examining the Effects of Job Roles in Small and Medium Business Corporation on Smart Manufacturing Employee Training)

  • The article presents the results of how employee's hierarchical job roles differently recognize a SM(smart manufacturing) and evaluate comprehensively on the SM employees training. The research was focus on small and medium size manufacturing corporation in Banwol·Siwha industrial complex, where is carried out Smart Complex National Policy. The Results from 205 participants working for a manufacturing firms in the Banwol·Siwha industrial complex. The results of study show that managers (vs workers) group is higher recognition of smart manufacturing and more intention to participate a SM employee training and utilize a SM equipments for test a manufacturing process. and these variables were mediated by SM cognition. These results will help SM manpower training center strategically design their training programs to maximize the training effectiveness.

  • 본 연구는 '중소기업에서 내부 환경요인을 통한 Smart Factory의 핵심요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향'에 대한 실증연구이다. 연구 목적은 Smart Factory 구축이 경영성과에 영향을 미쳐서 회사가 지속 발전하는데 기여하는지 검증하고, 국가적으로 추진하고 있는 Smart Factory 구축 확대 정책에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 절차는 Smart Factory를 구축한 중소제조기업의 실무자를 중심으로 설문을 받아 SPSS와 SMART PLS로 통계 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 기업 내부의 환경요인은 Smart Factory 핵심요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, Smart Factory 핵심요인은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 위의 입증을 통해서 기업의 환경요인을 고려한 Smart Factory의 핵심요인은 경영성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나, Smart Factory 구축 성과의 이론적인 토대를 마련했다고 할 수 있다. 향후는 Smart Factory 구축방법 연구를 하고자 한다.

  • Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to bring about a wide range of changes in the industry, based on the assessment that it is the most innovative technology in the last three decades. The manufacturing field is an area in which various artificial intelligence technologies are being applied, and through accumulated data analysis, an optimal operation method can be presented to improve the productivity of manufacturing processes. In addition, AI technologies are being used throughout all areas of manufacturing, including product design, engineering, improvement of working environments, detection of anomalies in facilities, and quality control. This makes it possible to easily design and engineer products with a fast pace and provides an efficient working and training environment for workers. Also, abnormal situations related to quality deterioration can be identified, and autonomous operation of facilities without human intervention is made possible. In this paper, AI technologies used in smart factories, such as the trends in generative product design, smart workbench and real-sense interaction guide technology for work and training, anomaly detection technology for quality control, and intelligent manufacturing facility technology for autonomous production, are analyzed.

학령기 아동용 스마트기기를 사용한 기억력 평가과제의 개발 및 타당도 검증 연구 (The Development and Validation of Memory Tasks Using Smart Devices for School Aged Children)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop auditory-verbal and visual-spatial memory tasks using smart devices for children aged 8 to 10 years and examine their validity. Methods: One-hundred and fourteen school-aged children were recruited through internet advertising. We developed memory tasks assessing auditory-verbal memory, visual-spatial memory, and working memory, and then examined their construct validity by examining the developmental trend of the children's mean scores with age. In order to examine the concurrent validity of the tasks, we conducted correlation analyses between the children's scores on the newly developed auditory-verbal, visual-spatial memory and working memory tasks and their scores on well-known standardized tests of memory and working memory, including the auditory-verbal memory subtests of the Korean Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery for Children, Korean Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure Test, digit span and arithmetic subtest of Korean Educational Development Institute Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children Revised, and Corsi block test. Results: The memory and working memory scores measured by the newly developed tasks tended to increase with age. Further, there were significant correlations between the scores of the four cognitive tasks and the corresponding scores of the standardized assessment tools. Conclusion: This study revealed promising evidence for the validity of the memory tasks using smart devices, suggesting their utility for school-aged children in research and clinical settings.

스마트라이프가 정치.사회.문화.경제에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Smart Life on Politics, Society, Culture, and Economy)

  • 스마트워크는 동시대 우리생활의 삶에 깊숙이 내재되어 있다. 이를 스마트라이프라고 할 수 있다. 스마트라이프가 가져온 커뮤니케이션의 확장은 정치적으로 정치인, 정치후보자, 정당정책 등에 활용되고 있다. 주로 인지도 향상, 인맥관리, 정책지지 등이다. 사회적으로는 이슈 확산, 시민운동 등을 전개하고 있다. 스마트라이트의 영향이 큰 분야는 문화적 확산이다. K-POP 의 경우는 빠르게 시공간을 초월하여 확산됨과 동시에 참여하고 공유하면서 곧 경제적 부가가치를 높이고 있다. 하지만 스마트라이프에 의한 삶의 질을 향상시켜 주는 등 편리한 장점도 많지만 스마트라이프를 받아들이는 세대 간 정도의 차이와 사용자에 따라 불편함도 가져오고 있다. 오직 기기에 의존하기 때문에 그로 인한 인간의 사고력 부재, 사생활 노출, 보안취약, 인터넷이나 SNS에 접속하지 않으면 불안해하는 정보중독자 증가, 업무차질 등 부작용을 발생시키고 있다. 그러나 이런 불편함은 곧 익숙하게 되어 편리함으로 바뀌게 된다. 이처럼 스마트라이프는 정치 경제 사회 문화영역에서 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 스마트라이프의 근로환경은 '이지 이코노미(easy economy)'로 신나게 똑똑하게 일하고 그 결과를 중시하면서 높은 성과를 창출할 수 있는 새로운 패러다임이다.

병원 간호사의 스마트 폰 의료관련 앱(APP) 사용의도 영향 요인 (Factors Related to the Intent to Use the Medical Application(M-APP) of Smart Phone of Hospital Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of intent to use the medical-application(M-APP) of smart phone of nurses working at the nursing department of two university hospitals in Korea. The independent variables used in the study are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, attitude toward using technology, self efficacy, anxiety, ability to use a smart phone easily and socio-demographic characteristics. The sample used in the study consisted of 378 nurses selected from two university hospitals located in Seoul and Wonju, Korea. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study revealed 5 independent variables of attitude toward using technology, self efficacy, anxiety, ability of using APP and interest in smart phone have the significant effect on the intent to use the M-APP. The results imply that the hospital administrators and nursing managers should try to give more chances to learn the skills of using M-APP, provide sufficient resources and establish the stable hospital information system in order for their employees to use the M-APP more easily at their working places.

PEMS를 이용한 농업용 트랙터의 배기가스 배출계수 평가 (Evaluation of exhaust emissions factor of agricultural tractors using portable emission measurement system (PEMS))

  • The aim of this study was to measure and evaluate the exhaust emission factors of agricultural tractors. Engine characteristics and three exhaust emissions (CO, NOx, PM) were collected under actual agricultural operating conditions. Experiments were performed on idling, driving, plow tillage, and rotary tillage. The load factor (LF) was calculated using the collected engine data, and the emission factor was analyzed using the LF and exhaust emissions. The engine characteristics and exhaust emissions were significantly different for each working condition, and in particular, the LF was significantly different from the currently applied 0.48 LF. The data distribution of exhaust emissions was different depending on the engine speed. In some conditions, the emission factor was higher than the exhaust emission standards. However, since most emission limit standards are values calculated using an engine dynamometer, even if the emission factor measured under actual working conditions is higher, it cannot be regarded as wrong. It is expected that the results of this study can be used for the inventory construction of a calculation for domestic agricultural machinery emissions in the future.

Analysis of engine load factor for a 90 kW agricultural combine harvester based on working speed

  • This study aimed to evaluate the engine load factor (LF) of a 90 kW agricultural combine harvester. The combine harvester used in this study is equipped with an electronic engine, and real-time engine data (torque and speed) was collected through a controller area network. The speed of the combine harvester during harvesting operation was divided into three levels (4, 5, and 6 km/h) for the representative operation speed range of 4 to 6 km/h. The LF was calculated using the engine load data measured in real time during harvesting. A weight was applied to the LF for each condition based on a survey of the usage. Results of the field test showed that the LF was 0.53, 0.64, and 0.87 at working speeds of 4, 5, and 6 km/h, respectively. The highest engine load factor was recorded at 6 km/h. Finally, based on the weight for the usage applied, the integrated engine LF was analyzed to be 0.69, which is approximately 144% higher than the currently applied LF of 0.48. A study on LF analysis for the entire work cycle, including idling and driving of the combine harvester, will be addressed in a future study.

스마트워크 수준 결정 모형에 대한 연구 (Models for Determining the Levels of Smart Work)

  • 스마트워크는 지식근로자들의 일하는 방법에 대한 혁신을 추구하는 새로운 패러다임이다. 본 논문은 조직에서 스마트워크 수준을 결정하는 모형을 제안한다. 기존 스마트워크의 유형은 공간적 자유와 시간적 자율로 결정됨을 보인다. 또한, 이 모형을 확장하여, 세 번째 요인으로 집단지성의 활용을 추가함으로서 새로운 유형인 스마트워크 2.0을 제안한다. 스마트워크 2.0의 성공적 도입전략과 본 연구의 시사점 및 향후 연구에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

A near control technology using high frequencies in audible frequency between smart devices

  • The existing methods for control between smart devices in near used Bluetooth, WiFi-Direct, or socket communication using Wi-Fi. However, those have a problem that can not use when operating system of each smart devices is different or when socket server is not working. In this paper, we proposed a new near control technology using High frequencies in audible frequency between smart devices to supplement the problem of existing methods. High frequencies use micro-phone and speaker of smart device and are a control signals that is combined high frequencies within 18kHz ~ 22kHz among audible frequency range. The proposed technology using High frequencies do not need any extra communication modules or socket servers and can use the most smart devices without operating system of devices. To evaluate the performance of the proposed technology, we developed a music play and music control application applied the proposed technology and tested a control experiment using the developed applications. The control success rate was 97% and recognition rate of surrounding people about using high frequencies was under 5%. Therefore, the proposed technology will be the useful technology to control between smart devices in near.
