Using the ETC Service, it is now possible to charge a vehicle for driving pass a specific toll booth electronically, without the vehicle even having to slow down. The smart card and card reader used to collect tolls electronically have a serious problem which it dose not have a standard for the ETC system. In this paper, we suggest the ETC system using mobile phone to collect tolls efficiently instead of existing system which is consist of a Interface Module to connect between a mobile phone and OEE, a mobile phone to send the information of tollgate fees and OEE to communication with RSE of roadway in the vehicle. This primary focus of this system is the IM functions and protocol to assist of the existing mobile phone and OBE.

This study is to understand how why users fail to service and how users use service recovery strategics. This study use equity theory to understand how perceived justices have influence on trust and to identify how trust has influence on service quality. This study used scenario techquie to get user experience of service failure in smartphone application. Scenario is composed of 16 sub scenario and we conducted survey with each case. The results show that interpersonal justice and distributed justice have significantly influence on trust. However, procedural justice has not influence on trust. Service quality is influenced by trust. This paper conclude with statements of implications and limitations of the study results.

With the spread of the new technologies like a smart phone, a smart pad, N-Screen service for financial transaction quickly became commonplace through the Internet. Although it has been developed related technologies and policies since the N-Screen has been provided in Korea, infrastructure for financial services is still lacking. It also has many potential problems including phishing or malware attacks, privacy information exposure & breaches, etc. This work suggests the financial security framework in the side of information protection through threat vulnerability analysis. Further, we examine the possibility of effective application methods based on political technical design.

The development of mobile phone is growing fast in the all over the world. Besides the basic voice communication, many multimedia services and global roaming service are capable in the 3rd generation mobile telecommunication. Because mobile phone has been the essential tool to communicate, the protection of privacy and the safe transmission are critical ones. In synchronous, asynchronous mode IMT2000 service, the mechanism of mutual authentication and generation of cipher key and integrity key are implemented in smart card chip called UIM, USIM. In this paper, we describe the authentication mechanism of 3GPP and 3CPP2 and its implementation results. Then, we specify a few problems which are not defined in standard.

The Growth in wireless Internet has made Networking possible at anytime and anywhere so that application program development is vigorous for mobile service implementation. In particular, mobile service has a feature that can present flexible service at anytime, and anywhere. This study proposes a system which is able to make a remote control of computer by means of mobile as an example of the production of application for such mobile service. This paper researches a RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol), VNC(Virtual Network Computing) system that control screen of remote computer and input devices by using smart-phone. The advantage of this system is the function that turning on and off the computer, file transfer, file upload/download, and paperwork. Therefore users are expected to use more conveniently.

The appropriate use of color and light can increase psychological stress or feelings of mental stability. As such, many people currently use color therapy, which provides relaxation and stability through color stimulation. The smartphone-based psychological color therapy system that is to be developed through the study is a method for relieving stress. This study examines a method of using smartphones to understand user's emotional information such as types of stress and to provide color therapy information regarding these emotions. The goal of this study is to use the user's smart phone to provide color therapy that employs the user's emotional information. The intelligent emotion system, which uses platforms such as mobile devices and the PC, was designed considering the user's context, and it provides the user with various data formats such as images, video, text, audio, to send results to the user. The system was developed in the form of a service-based mobile application. The study designed an emotional color therapy system that uses a smartphone to measure the user's stress and provides appropriate color therapy.

MANET, which can be constructed with only terminal devices, has structural advantages of ease installation and operation, also has environmental change of rapid supply of smart phone, it's usage can be extended to application area likes as emergency communication, leasure, exploration and investigations. But, as one characteristic of MANET, no use of communicaton infrastructure caused disadvantage of weakness for information intrusion which is frequently occurred, nowadays. In this paper, the effects of IDS(Intrusion Detection System), one of defence tools for information intrusion, is analyzed for transmission performance. Blackhole attack is assumed as a type of intrusion, MANET defence with IDS from intrusions. Computer simulation based on NS-2 used for performance measurement. In this paper, performance measurement is done for application service to analyze application level effects of IDS. VoIP service is used as application service.

This paper presents a framework for context-aware smart phone applications based on Android. The mobile context-aware system is composed of a low level context collection module, a high level context generation module and a service provision module. Existing android system cannot provide an appropriate application framework to integrate these independent modules. In this paper, we provide an application framework which make each module a component, and provide appropriate services to each component. This framework hides the Android platform, so that the complexity for organical combination can be minimized and the application developers can make the mobile context-aware applications easily.

Purpose - The main purpose of this study is to find consumers' usage behavior in mobile services. To achieve these research goals, we empirically estimate the relationship between characteristics related to the use and provision of mobile services and factors influencing consumers' intentions. Research design / data / methodology - This study based on TAM, in which behavior is seen as a consequence of affect and intentions and used the theory of consumption values which is a means of explaining user decisions to employ a utilitarian and hedonic facet using by smart phone. Results - The result of the study verified that specific factors, such as expectations about pleasure and monetary value, had the biggest influence on the service usage pattern of mobile consumers. And typically, when consumers are expected to monetary damages, it will be avoided. However, in result of this study, it was found that mobile service users pay a high cost, but they are in pursuit of pleasure and fun. Conclusions - These results, a variety of applications in the mobile service are being provided to users. As information technology has developed, companies should have providing diverse application programs and good quality of services with advanced information technology.

The need of multimedia based application service is increasing as the number of smart mobile devices such as smart phone, tablet PC, and netbook is increasing rapidly and the development of application service like IPTV. There are various proposed policies to control the limited network resources. The IMS is used to control wired and wireless aggregation network to support multimedia services that are suitable to the user's need and the policy based models using the PDF of the IMS have emerged. In this paper, we propose the QoS adaption model using various protocols with the PDF of the IMS and the user scenario.
