Recently, the real estate is of high interest. This is because real estate, which was considered only a residential environment in the past, is recognized as a stable investment target due to the ever-growing demand on it. In particular, in the case of the domestic market, despite the decrease in the number of people, the number of single-person households and the influx of people to large cities are accelerating, and real estate prices are rising sharply around the metropolitan area. Therefore, accurately predicting the prospects of the future real estate market becomes a very important issue not only for individual asset management but also for government policy establishment. In this paper, we developed a program to predict future real estate market prices by learning past real estate sales data using machine learning techniques. The data on the market price of real estate provided by the Korea Appraisal Board and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport were used, and the average sales price forecast for 2022 by region is presented. The developed program is publicly available so that it could be used in various forms.

The use of WiFi is gradually increasing through the spread of mobile terminals and the development of data communication. Mobile Internet usage has been steadily increasing from the 2000s to the present. Almost all households in Korea have smart devices, and 90% of the population uses mobile Internet. Due to this trend, the government is currently constructing public WiFi zones in dense urban areas as a way to reduce communication costs. The WiFi usage in the public WiFi zone is increasing every year. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method for using such public WiFi efficiently. A mobile terminal collects WiFi information and constructs a WiFi zone in a map using a concave hull algorithm. In the map, the mobile terminal provides a route through many public WiFi areas. As a result, the WiFi usage of the mobile terminal is increased through more WiFi regions.

This study examines the application of big data and tasks of tourism based on the case of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, which used big data for regional tourism policy. Through the use of big data, it is possible to understand rapidly changing tourism trends and trends in the tourism industry in a timely and detailed manner. and also could be used to elaborate existing tourism statistics. In addition, beyond the level of big data analysis to understand tourism phenomena, its scope has expanded to provide a platform for providing real-time customized services. This was made possible by the cooperative governance of industry, government, and academia for data building, analysis, infrastructure, and utilization. As a task, the limitation of budget dependence and institutional problems such as the infrastructure for building personal-level data for personalized services, which are the ultimate goal of smart tourism, and the Personal Information Protection Act remain. In addition, expertise and technical limitations for data analysis and data linkage remain.

Number of duck and its breeding facilities have been steadily decreasing for financial and social issues in Korea. Therefore, the 'turning point' for duck industry is strongly demanded. In this study, the questionary survey was carried out to provide backgrounds for developing policy and technology for duck breeding farms. The questionary survey aimed to investigate the information of operation strategy of farm, ventilation, cooling and heating. The total number of survey respondents was 74. In case of facility type, 55.4% of respondents stated they used greenhouse type, 31.3% for winch-curtain type, and 2.7% for windowless type (mechanically ventilated facility). More than 85% of the facilities were using 'natural ventilation', it meant that these situation can restrict the not only environmental control but also the supply policy for 'smart farm' of the Government. 44.6% used the combination of the cross-ventilation method and roof-ventilation method for ventilation operation in summer season, and 31.1% followed only the cross-ventilation method. In case of winter season, 36.5% used the cross-ventilation method, and 33.3% used the combination of cross and roof-ventilation, method. For the ventilation strategy, about 86.5% depended on farmer's experience. In case of heating and cooling, 79.7% were using kerosene heater for winter season, and 43.2% were using mist-spray for summer season, respectively. More than 75% stated that cooling and heating strategies were based on farmer's experience. From the analyses of the survey results, a few proposals for developing policy and technology for duck breeding farm was suggested.

The macroeconomic concept represents the movement of a country's economy, and it affects the overall economic activities of business, government, and households. In the macroeconomy, by looking at changes in national income, inflation, unemployment, currency, interest rates, and raw materials, it is possible to understand the effects of economic actors' actions and interactions on the prices of products and services. The US Federal Reserve System (FED) is leading the world economy by offering various stimulus measures to overcome the corona economic recession. Although the stock price continued to decline on March 20, 2020 due to the current economic recession caused by the corona, the US S&P 500 index began rebounding after March 23 and to 3,694.62 as of December 15 due to quantitative easing, a powerful stimulus for the FED. Therefore, the FED's economic stimulus measures based on macroeconomic indicators are more influencing, rather than judging the stock price forecast from the corporate financial statements. Therefore, this study was conducted to reduce losses in stock investment and establish sound investment by analyzing the FED's economic stimulus measures and its effect on stock prices.

As a result of the study, the poorest keywords were information, big data, management, policy, government, law, and smart. In addition, as a result of network analysis, related research was being conducted on topics such as data industry policy, data governance performance, defense, governance, and data public. The four topics derived through topic modeling were "DG policy," "DG platform," "DG in laws," and "DG implementation," of which research related to "DG platform" showed an increasing trend, and "DG implementation" tended to shrink. This study comprehensively summarized data governance-related studies. Data governance needs to expand research areas from various perspectives and related fields such as data management and data integration policies at the organizational level, and related technologies. In the future, we can expand the analysis targets for overseas data governance and expect follow-up studies on research directions and policy directions in industries that require data-based future industries such as Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and Metaverse.

In this study, a related literature study was conducted to diagnose the status of overseas field practice and overseas employment programs, and a questionnaire was constructed and analyzed according to the CIPP model, and policy suggestions to promote effective overseas advancement programs in the future are presented. As a major result, it was investigated that in order to increase the satisfaction level of participants, it is necessary to have strong willingness to participate and to clearly set the goal of the overseas field practice and overseas employment program. In addition, it was analyzed that a system that can guarantee continuous support, such as local business trips and maintenance of relationships with companies, should be established even after successful overseas field practice and overseas employment. This study presents implications that may be helpful in establishing overseas field practice and overseas employment program policies of the national government, university, and local governments by confirming the positive effects and problems of current overseas field practice and overseas employment programs.

Recently, various studies have been conducted to improve automated vehicle (AV) safety for AVs commercialization. In particular, the scenario method is directly related to essential safety assessments. However, the existing scenario do not have objectivity and explanability due to lack of data and experts' interventions. Therefore, this paper presents the AVs safety assessment extended scenario using real traffic accident data and vision transformer (ViT), which is explainable artificial intelligence (XAI). The optimal ViT showed 94% accuracy, and the scenario was presented with Attention Map. This work provides a new framework for an AVs safety assessment method to alleviate the lack of existing scenarios.

Purpose - This research focused on women who enjoy watching Korean dramas and K-pop, as well as how their desire to imitate are influenced by their viewing habits. Due to the influence of their idols, women who aspire to copy and are influenced by their idols will desire to purchase Korean products. This cultural export strategy has effectively persuaded the global community, particularly women. Indonesia with a large population can be a reference for the industry to increase sales of South Korean beauty products, especially in the ASEAN region. Design/methodology - This research used a quantitative approach with an online questionnaire. This questionnaire had two steps: the pre-questionnaire and the questionnaire itself. The different measuring tools that were already in use when the data were being collected helped to determine how much each variable meant. As a part of this research project, 410 Indonesian women filled out the questionnaire in order to share their thoughts as they were the focus of the study. SMART PLS was used to analyze the data. Findings - One of the most essential findings from establishing the Korean Wave effect on purchase intention was the imitation intention variable. Someone who has the aspiration to be just like their idol will be willing to give anything in order to achieve that goal. One strategy is to buy things that are similar to the ones you want to imitate in order to stimulate demand for Korean products. People's imitation intention and attitude toward Korean products will increase as a result of Korean drama and K-pop elements that display one's idols with fashionable appearances and good-looking faces, which will lead to purchase intentions. Originality/value - The Korean Wave has had a beneficial impact on the intention to imitate and the attitude toward Korean items, both of which will favorably boost the intention to acquire Korean goods. In order to boost sales in international markets, particularly in Indonesia, the Korean business sector needs to increase the number of artists and singers it employs for product promotion. . Mutualism effect between the government, the entertainment industry, and the beauty product industry to increase sales of South Korean beauty products.

This study is a study on ways to revitalize traditional markets in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and a total of 188 of the 2021 Cheonan City traditional market and shopping district fact-finding data were used for research and analysis. In order to revitalize the environment improvement of traditional markets, it can be seen that environmental changes suitable for the times are primarily required. The traditional market is an underdeveloped space, and through the parking environment improvement project and facility modernization project (toilet, facility equipment, etc.), space is improved through a specialization and subdivision process to meet the needs of the times, thereby increasing operational convenience, increasing visitor use, and improving natural perception. can promote In addition, the efficiency and effectiveness of the traditional market vitalization project can be increased when differentiated management vitalization contents and facility modernization projects are organically harmonized. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the environmental improvement of facilities among the traditional market vitalization factors for the vitalization of the traditional market, and proposes a plan that can be a practical alternative to the government support policy for the traditional market.
