Purpose: Health professionals and policy makers confront the failure of provider-administered, conventional behavioral interventions in the fight against obesity epidemic. The aim of this study was to develop a tailored, cost-effective delivery system for a child obesity prevention and management program through technology convergence using Web-enabled smart cellular phones. Methods: Assessment of service needs and development of a delivery system for the program were based on a comprehensive literature review and expert reviews, and results from in-depth interviews and a need-assessment survey. Results: The user- and site-centered service delivery system using Web-enabled cellular telephones as the hardware platform for obesity prevention and management has been developed. A tailored informational service and intervention will be provided interactively between stakeholders through the platform. The potential legal issues associated with the service design have also been considered. Conclusion: The user-centered convergence design and platform based on principles of Transtheoretical Model and Stages of Change using the Health Promoting School framework could enable effective intervention and promote acceptance in the long-run.
There are not that many m-health related services limited to the elderly. Many of the elderly who are at risk of dementia are unfamiliar to smart devices, so it is required to design an user-customized App. Therefore, I design and embody a mobile voice alert integrated app, which enables voice input to increase the accessibility of the elderly, so as to prevent diseases caused by declined cognitive function such as dementia. I conducted interviews and questionnaire after having the students use the app in Lifelong Education Center in H region of Gyeongbuk, and the analysis result has showed the high satisfaction. It is expected that it will be able to play a key role for M-Health service for the elderly since it is possible to prevent dementia through the voice health care alert app. I would like to learn deep learning in the future to predict the life patterns and the possibility of dementia of the elderly.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the strategic role of the human resources department in the manufacturing industry on organizational effectiveness through education and training satisfaction. Among the data from the 7th human capital company panel survey, data from the manufacturing industry were used and analyzed through a structural equation model. The results of this study are as follows: First, the strategic role of the HR department has a positive effect on satisfaction with education and training. Second, satisfaction with education and training and the strategic role of HR departments have a positive effect on job satisfaction among organizational effectiveness. Third, it was confirmed that education and training satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between the HR department's strategic role and job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to become the basis for expanding the authority and responsibilities of the HR department, which is an important factor in overcoming the crisis faced by SMEs as well as innovation, and redefining their role.
Even though the features of the products are almost identical, customers' reactions to each product are quite different depending on the brand image. The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of smart phone's brand images on customer's satisfaction and loyalty and compare the differences between user groups of the Galaxy and iPhone, two representative brands of smart phone. In order to do this, their brand images were classified into functional, symbolic and experiential brand images, and customer's loyalty was also classified into attitudinal and behavioral ones to empirically confirm the influence of those factors. The findings showed that functional and experiential brand images had a positive effect on their level of satisfaction, while symbolic brand images did not have a significant effect on it. Furthermore, it was found that the satisfaction level had a significant effect on attitudinal and behavioral loyalty, and attitudinal loyalty also had a significant effect on behavioral loyalty. Finally, a multiple group analysis of the user groups of Galaxy and iPhone determined that there was a statistically significant difference in the channel between customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty.

With the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in sight, innovative business models utilizing new technologies are emerging, and startups are enjoying an abundance of opportunities based on the agility to respond to disruptive innovations and the opening to new technologies. However, what is most important in creating a sustainable start-up ecosystem is not the start-up itself, but the process of research-start-investment-investment-the leap to listing and big business-in order to build a virtuous circle of startups that leads to re-investment. To this end, the environment created in the hub area where start-ups were conducted is important, and these material and non-material environmental factors are described as being inclusive by the word "entrepreneurial ecosystem." This study aims to provide implications for Korea's entrepreneurial ecosystem through the study of the interaction of the elements that make up the start-up ecosystem and the relationship of ecosystem participants in Singapore. Singapore has been consistently mentioned as the top two Asian countries in assessing the start-up environment and business environment. In this process, six elements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem presented by Isenberg(2010)-policies, finance, culture, support, human resources, and market-are the best frameworks for analyzing entrepreneurial ecosystems in terms of well encompassing prior studies related to entrepreneurial ecosystem elements, and a model of regional transformation is formed focusing on some elements to suit Singapore, the target area of study. By considering that Singapore's political nature would inevitably have a huge impact on finance, Smart Nation policy was having an impact on university education related to entrepreneurship, and that the entrepreneurial networks and global connectivity formed within Singapore's start-up infrastructure had a significant impact on Singapore's start-up's performance, researches needed to look more at the factors of policy, culture and market. In addition, qualitative research of participants in the entrepreneurial ecosystem was essential to understand the internal interaction of the elements of the start-up ecosystem, so the semi-structured survey was conducted by visiting the site. As such, this study examined the status of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem based on qualitative research focused on policies, culture and market elements of Singapore's start-up ecosystem, and intended to provide implications for regulations related to start-ups, the role of universities and start-up infrastructure through comparison with Korea. This could contribute not only to the future research of the start-up ecosystem, but also to the creation of a start-up infrastructure, boosting the start-up ecosystem, and the establishment of the orientation of the start-up education in universities.

This study was conducted to suggest a start-up policy that includes start-up education and support for active seniors with various careers who try to change their careers before and after retirement. From this point of view, this study divided the factors affecting the entrepreneurial will of active seniors into entrepreneurship organizational and functional competency and identified the effect of these competencies on entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. In the proposed model, start-up competency is divided into organizational competency (leadership, creativity problem-solving, communication, decision-making) and functional competency (management strategy, marketing, business plan). And this study examined the mediating role of entrepreneurial efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurial competency factors and entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, PLS-POS analysis was performed to uncover the heterogeneity and pattern in the proposed structural model. The survey was conducted with the help of an online survey company from November 27 to December 15, 2020 for the active senior age group from 40 to under 65 years old. Data were collected from a total of 433 panelists and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.7 programs. The findings are as follows. First, the finding shows that the entrepreneurial organizational and functional competencies of active seniors had significant positive(+) effects on entrepreneurial efficacy. Second, the result shows that entrepreneurial organizational and functional competencies of active seniors had significant positive(+) effects on entrepreneurial intention. Third, the findings show that entrepreneurship efficacy had a significantly positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. The findings of PLS-POS show that entrepreneurship education needs to be carried out by identifying the needs that require entrepreneurial organizational and functional competency when training for entrepreneurship competency. In summary, the findings of the current study are to determine what the competency factors are for the government (local government) to increase the policy direction necessary for establishing and implementing entrepreneurship education and training programs to develop policies to enhance the economic activity participation rate of active seniors.
The supply chain without digitization is just a series of discrete, siloed steps taken through marketing, product development, manufacturing, and logistics, and finally into the hands of the customer. Digitization brings down those walls, and the chain becomes a completely integrated network fully transparent to all the parties involved. The ulitimate goals of digitizatized supply chain management are velocity and visibility. This network will depend on a number of key technologies including integrated planning and execution systems, supply chain analytics, autonomous logistics, smart warehousing and factory, etc, enabling companies to react to disruptions in the supply chain, and even anticipate them, by fully modeling the network, creating "what-if" scenarios, and adjusting the supply chain in real time as conditions change. This paper presents a number of studies on digitalization of supply chains and provides a discussion on issues raised in the process of technology adoption. Implications of the study findings are also provided.

Owing to the wide distribution of smart devices, more people enjoy online games. Previous research related to online game has mainly focused on the factors that increase users' intention to reuse and less focused on the influence of restrictions toward online game misbehavior. This study proposes a research model that considers factors that either increase or decrease the use of online games and presents the outcomes. The research results showed that: (1) Restriction policy had no impact on online game users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (2) Restriction system had negative impact on users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (3) In an environment where online game misbehavior was restricted, users' emotional states still had positive influence on users' intention to reuse. This research results implies that in order to lead to healthy online game environment, compared to repressive and systematic restriction methods, it is preferable to establish restriction policies that have no negative impact on users' emotional states and to change users' perception through education, so to achieve successful restrictions toward online game misbehavior without jeopardizing revitalization of online game industry.
Purpose. Because traditional statistics approach had limitations in learning future forecasting and major factors causing occupational injuries in each industry, this paper develops a model forecasting and evaluating occupational injury rate by using a system dynamics model through the analysis of the industry injury statistics and the project for industry injury prevention. Method. The model of this paper consists of 12 total models such as a model of employees, of industrial disaster victims, of injury rate, etc.; In the analysis of firm size, it is classified and developed according to 12 groups on the basis of the number of employees, and in the analysis of industrial classification, it is done according to 10 total business fields such as manufacturing business, construction one, etc. Results. This paper suggests the methodology which forecasts industry injury rate by business field and size on the basis of developed model, and evaluates an industry injury prevention project from various angles. Conclusions. This paper deduced problem through the analysis of an industry injury by business fields and a comparative analysis of foreign cases, and analyzed to affect industry injury prevention by industry. And it also analyzed actual condition of industry injury, and did a difference in the level of safety consciousness according to the general characteristics of workers and occupational safety and health education related characteristics. In result, this paper suggests that analyzing occupational injury related factors, a safety budgetary allocation, and industry injury related factors can reduce illness costs such as employees' injury and medical care, and also assist cost for a disability.
The development of ICT are turning information society into smart society which focus on mobile environment. The effect of ICT influence not only technical aspects but also societal and economic aspects. But we can't ignore the side effects of ICT, especially digital divide can cause social elimination. Digital divide is related to redistribution of wealth, so there are too many studies which deal with digital divide. But Most of these studies are focusing on physical accessibility. Also most of digital divide studies address digital divide based on demographic factors such as gender, age, income and education. Of course, these studies are important, but we expect that the aspect of digital divide is different from past digital divide. This paper deal with exploratory discussion for necessity of new digital divide conception by reviewing limitations of existing digital divide research.
