  • In this paper, by managing the biometric data is changed with the passage of time, a systematic and scientifically propose a framework to increase the bio-vector generation efficiency of the smart health care. Increasing the development of human life as a medicine and has emerged smart health care according to this. Organic and efficient health management becomes possible to generate a vector when the biological domain to the wireless communication infrastructure based on the measurement of the health status and to take action in accordance with the change of the physical condition. In this paper, we propose a framework to create a bio-vector that contains information about the current state of health of the person. In the proposed framework, Bio vectors may be generated by collecting the biometric data such as blood pressure, pulse, body weight. Biometric data is the raw data from the bio-vector. The scope of the primary data can be set to active. As the collecting biometric data from multiple items of the bio-recognition vectors may increase. The resulting bio-vector is used as a measure to determine the current health of the person. Bio-vector generating the proposed framework, it can aid in the efficiency and systemic health of healthcare for the individual.

  • Modern people, who are fully enjoying convenience with improved technology, are pursuing health next to convenience. Accordingly, the smart healthcare industry is rapidly increasing, and various companies are launching healthcare system products with applied VR. However, existing products on the market are expensive or professional products. Therefore, there are parts that are difficult for the general public to use. In this paper, we propose smart health care contents that can experience virtual reality anytime and anywhere at an affordable price and take care of health through exercise using Arduino and general bicycles sold in the market.

  • Recently, the number of elderly living alone suffering from loneliness and depression is also increasing significantly due to the rapid aging of the population and nuclear families. In this paper, we propose a smart aging system that increases life satisfaction by providing the elderly with the optimal service tailored to the elderly with the help of IT according to their residential environment and health status. It is possible to provide an advanced customized support system for the elderly by fully utilizing IoT, AI, and Metaverse techniques not only for the elderly who want to live an active life in society but also for the elderly who need care in a nursing hospital. The proposed system provides human satisfaction by providing social connection in real space and virtual space in accordance with the residential environment and health status to the elderly suffering from loneliness in hospital (hospital care) facilities and at home. This paper proposes a new path for future-oriented welfare policy for the elderly by providing a user-customized smart aging system by combining AI and Metaverse technology with a rapidly changing social environment.

  • This study aims to analyze exercise cases and issues using smart devices and technologies, and to present the development direction of a smart exercise environment suitable for the wellness life of active seniors with high activity and economic power unlike the existing silver generation. In the fitness industry, the subscription economy that regularly receives or uses necessary exercise tools, services, and digital content is expanding, and business models based on hardware sales and content subscription continue to emerge. In order to have value competitiveness as a platform that provides active seniors with integrated exercise services for health care, not only fitness centers, but also home training exercise equipment, fitness-related applications, and smart wearable device markets should be organically connected to form an expanded total platform. In order to have value competitiveness as a platform that provides active seniors with integrated exercise services for health care, not only fitness centers, but also home training exercise equipment, fitness-related applications, and smart wearable device markets should be organically connected to form an expanded total platform. The linkage of the digital healthcare function, which provides real-time changes to exercise programs based on continuous monitoring and feed back through wearable devices before, after, and during exercise by receiving and selecting exercise programs suitable for individual health status, is the differentiating factor in the smart fitness model.

  • Applying evolved IT technology to increase the satisfaction of the consumer is a typical feature of the rapidly transformed service industry. Smart devices have taken a place as the mainstream of major media, moreover, IT service strategies utilizing smart devices have been constantly developed. Location recognition method of users has been proposed as one of the significant features to the IT service industry. The long-term care home services can be one example of user location recognition methods that real time computerization of service record utilize an attached tag to home of pensioners with RFID reader or an NFC function of mobile when a home carer provides service. And, the Homecare Electronics Management System (HEMS) and the various location recognition methods will be discussed to improve effectiveness of services. In this paper, we propose a home applicable electronic management system which insurer, home care service facilities, home cares, pensioners and guardians which enables to simultaneously check service records based on the improved system by use of iBeacon.

  • In Korea, prostate cancer accounted for generating growth rate second the following thyroid cancer, because of western dietary habits. Survival rate of prostate cancer after clinical behavior is changed depend on follow-up management. A telemedicine have been applied to replacement of medical specialist in rural area, and a quick reaction to emergency situation. Our study developed prostate 3-dimensional (3D) visualization program and designed prostate aftercare system architecture, called smart care, using a device that can access the Internet. Region of interest (ROI) in prostate was manually segmented by physicians and visualized to 3D objects and sent to PACS Server as DICOM images. So, medical personnel could confirm patients' data along with 3D images not only PACS system, but also portable device like a smart phone. As a result, we conducted the aftercare service to 98 patients and visualize 3D prostate images. 3D images had advantage to instinctively apprehend where lesion is and make patients to understand state of their disease easily. In the future, should conduct an aftercare service to more patients, and will obtain numerical index through follow-up study to an accurate analysis.

  • In this paper, we have developed the intellectual kegel trainer with the bio-feedback. The one is smart health care system that can treat an evacuation impediment and urination polyuria with the low frequency stimulation module. Then this detects the shrinkage power of the pelvis muscles and correlates an smart phone entertainment application program for the users. In order to recover the function of pelvic muscles, we use the intellectual smart health care trainer with several biofeedback function. Such a trainer makes to strength the weakness pelvic muscles by biofeedback training and get exercise the pelvic muscles in physical suppress. The biofeedback training against the physical suppress can have strengthen the pelvic muscles and can display the operation graph of strengthen movement in monitor. Finally, It can be ensured the safety through EMI and performance test.

  • In emergency situations, first aid workers are the main task of trauma evaluation and care. However, the scope of first-aid treatment is small and they are mainly carried out to the emergency room of the hospital. If a specialist who is in charge of an emergency situation is connected and emergency medical treatment through remote medical direction is performed, accurate diagnosis and appropriate care can be helped. This paper has developed an smart application(app) to support remote medical direction for emergency medical services. The developed smart app allows emergency rescuers to call a doctor at a remote location and transmit real-time status of emergency patients to vital sign and video. This will help to diagnose the patient's condition accurately. In addition, emergency care can be instructed and response in the emergency room can be made quickly.
