  • People have relatively continuous and stable characteristic and it can help understand personal attitude and behavior. As individual has individual personality and society has culture, in case of organization, there is organization culture that means unique cultural characteristic. And as if we need to know culture of that society to understand individual, we need to know organization culture of that organization to understand any organization. The reason why organization culture is acknowledged as modern theory of business management is-modern company has proposed management innovation, organization activation, company transformation, and company reprogramming as management strategy to cope actively with various and quickly changing environment that modern company face-that organization culture and management innovation, that is, the concept of new business management is highlighted for means and tools to solve such problems. Seeing contemporary situation, although organization culture of small company is being improved by management innovation, cause and effect that organization culture affect technique innovation still insufficient. The meaning of this research is, through a good example of organization culture, providing reason that efficient organization culture affect technique innovation of small company(medium and small company) and making people understand why this effect occur. Through this, I want to provide strategy and policy implication of company.

A Study on the Organization of Ryu Gen in at Aai Toku Ji temple in Japan. (일본 대덕사의 용원완정원의 조직성에 관한 연구)

  • This study is about to prove one factor among many ones that contribute to the formation of the Japanese Garden's pattren. It is believed by this study that distinguished Japanese Garden's pattren are made possible by an organized ability of the japaneses traditional landscape artists who had ability to develope a diversified forms of applications within the organized framework. To verify this assumption, the study has chosen Ryu Gen In, temple garden that is considered to determine the pattren of Japanese Garden best with a new concept ; Organization. The results of this analysis show as follows : 1. Ryu Gen In, consists of a series of building and five-small gardens, is largely organized by the union of two geometric formations : concave and convex. Each garden as a sub-organization is further organixed with a series of tree-branch typed structure. 2. The five-small gardens are formed jinto a whole system by connecting each one with floor. This connection makes a timely organization. 3. Each small garden is further organized alloted roles, namely, depends upon whether they play a major or minor role. 4. It is believed that sands and moss play a cotrolling role to conbine the elements into one within each unit of small garden. 5. It is found that figured sands, moss, sands and moss, or shrubs are used as means of organization to connect the small group elements within each small gardens. 6. It is considered that buildings and mud-walls are used as means of separation between Ryu Gen In and an outer world, and betwen small gardens.

In this Study, we Focused on the Mediating Effect of Organization Commitment when the Company's Market Orientation and Learning Orientation Influenced on the Corporate Performance as a Differentiated Element of Research. Research results have Revealed that Surprisingly, Small Companies Market Orientation and Influence on Corporate Performance. This is an Empirical Study on the Influence of them. In this Study, we Focused on the Mediating effect of Organization Commitment when the Company's Market Orientation and Learning Orientation Influenced on the Corporate Performance as a Differentiated Element of Research. It was also Verified that Organization Commitment had Partially Mediated Effects. In Conclusion, as a Prerequisite for Small Enterprises to grow, we have to Create Market Oriented and Learning Oriented Organization and at the same time we should Strive to Ensure that all Organization Members have Attachment Relationships with their Organization. It is Understood that it must be. The Results of these Studies will be Helpful for not only Individuals who Prepare for Founding and Founded but also Start-up Related Officials.

Structural Mechanism of Governmental Reformulation (정부조직 개편의 메커니즘에 관한 시론)

  • This paper explores a structural mechanism underlying governmental reformulation. Studying cases of governmental reorganizations occurred during past 60 years, this paper constructs a causal map containing a principle of small government, an integrative organization of the government, and a committee organization. A positive feedback loop linking these factors produces an increase in the number of the committee organization in the government. Also, this paper points out that there might be a hidden self fullfilling prophecy that reinforces the principle of small government. Open experiment toward a big government is proposed to overcome the vicious circle of small government curse.

  • In knowledge information society entering global unlimited competition era, our middle and small sized companies are the base of national and enterprise competitiveness and core base of national economy as an origin of jobs. The competitiveness of middle and small sized companies is so important to decide the level of the competitiveness of the whole industries, but the gap from big sized company is much low in comparison with advanced countries from angles of important factors of enterprise growth, productivity and technological competitiveness, so, it's urgent to improve the competitiveness through productivity enhancement. The purpose of this research is to do a positive study on effects of learning organization management outcomes of middle and small sized company on enterprise productivity among various types of outcome brought for strengthening of enterprise competitiveness. It confirmed learning organization has functions and usefulness as a management tool bringing positive effects on enterprise productivity through the Productivity improvement.

Relationship among Organization-Public Relationships, External Reputation and Job Satisfaction of Workers in Small and Medium-sized IT Enterprises (IT 관련 중소기업 종사자들의 조직-공중관계성과 외부평판 및 직무만족의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among organization-public relationships, external reputation and job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. The subjects were 221 workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises selected. The data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling analysis using IBM SPSS 21 program and IBM AMOS 21 program. The results were as follow. First, Organization-public relationships influenced positively on external reputation. Second, Organization-public relationships influenced not significantly on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. Third, External reputation influenced positively on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. These results will contribute to provide implications related to organization effectiveness.

  • This study examines empirically whether appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors enhance the effectiveness of training program for HRD in small and medium companies. The major findings are as follows: The appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors of employee has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. The learning organization has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. Also effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise is different according to demographic factors such as job type(blue collar job, office job, sales job), rank of job position, and the length of service in organization. The significant results of this study is that appropriate design of training program to make employees understand the purpose of education and trying to activate the learning organization can increase the effectiveness of traing program in small and medium enterprise.

  • The technical proposal suggested and published by MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication, henceforth MIC) contains too general assessment elements, which causes qualitative and subjective assessment of technical proposals. Thus, in terms of the technical proposal assessment. It lacks In fairness, validity and accuracy. Furthermore, it has a great deal of difficulty in assessment caused by the inconsistency between proposal planning and assessment methods. Also, each company has different writing format, so it is impossible to make use of its maneuvering data for the assessment. To overcome these weaknesses, our research focused on a quantitative evaluation on development organization, which is a part of organizational and administrative part of the technical proposal suggested and published by MIC. In this research, we divided development organization for the technical proposal into organization, teams, and team members, and then studied addition, deletion and merging for the assessment criteria. For the related study, we chose especially CMM(Capability Maturity Model) from a lot of international and national references, which is a model measuring the maturity of organization, and then we focused on Small-CMM which is available in the small-sized organization. We also suggested input form, description method, assessment elements for the quantitative assessment in the chosen developmental organization, and finally we proposed standard referencing criteria for the assessment. Our study concludes that our assessment method are valid and available in comparison with the previous Delphi method through a validity evaluation test.

KMS reinforcement method in the small organization (소규모 조직의 지식경영시스템 활성화 방안)

  • When small organizations construct and operate Knowledge Management System(KMS), there exists inefficiency in employee participation and system usage. In recent years, web itself is evolving into web 2.0. And It is crucial to utilize web 2.0 characteristics into KMS. The problems in the original version of KMS(KMS 1.0) is as follows. KMS is separated from Offline and electronic work processing systems. Even information in the electronic work processing system cannot be accessed by employees of other divisions in the same organization. Now web 2.0 environment provides more enhanced user participation and information sharing. It also reinforces KMS 1.0 into KMS 2.0. Small organizations should take advantage of web 2.0 environment and construct the better version KMS of its own with low-cost and high-efficiency.
