Study on The Management Innovation Consulting of Small and Medium-Sized the Car Rubber Zabara Manufacturer through the ISO9001 Quality Management System (ISO 9001 품질경영시스템을 통한 중소 자동차 고무자바라 제조업체의 경영혁신 컨설팅에 관한 연구)

  • This Study aims to analyze the management performances of the rubber products from the perspectives of ISO9001 Quality Management System, which is a new management technique for management innovation, in order to secure the competitiveness of the small and medium manufacturers of rubber products for automobile as automobile application components. The results of the analysis can be summarized as follows: First, as the results of the analysis of effect of the (1) responsibility of the management, (2) resources management, (3) realization of the products, and (4) measurement, analysis and improvement, which are the 4 core requirements of the ISO9001 Quality Management System, on the management performances of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile, it was found that only the responsibility of the management and resources management affect the management performance. The above research findings imply that the company must absolutely rely on the upper ranked groups rather than the lower ranked groups, and on the responsibilities of the management rather than the upper ranked groups in order to elevate the management performance of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile.

  • The motor show is the most popular show in domestic exhibitions. It provides many interesting events and exhibition programs from small parts of the car to luxury sedans. It should be spatially designed for not only display programs but also various other programs such as concerts or events. And it needs to approach strategic and complex plans for unique stand design because of a great number of visitors' safety and accomodation, and competition with other companies. S motor is the company of middle standing, producing the most luxurious sedans and SUVs. I had to find a display and space composition way to harmonize with luxurious sedans and outdoor vehicles in a booth. The booth had to be distinctive and unique inspite of relatively small and handicaped area compared with other companies' booths. So I designed two major plans; ceiling structure covered whole booth space and office space for staff. These plans could get completely majesty and unique design for booth, events and other programs. And the structure of booth was minimalized for visitors' safety and accomodation in great event time.

  • The surface mount technology is used, as mounting relay using Chip Mounter that is inserted into the junction box, etc. car and small components such as 0402 and 0603 Chip. In this study we developed stick tube for supplying the relay that cause problems as components is heavy and suggested the technology using fiber sensors to eliminate missing insertions or improper insertions because of small components. And we show to result of the experiment how to increased the productivity.

  • This study was performed to find the most desirable emission reduction for each mobile source pollutant and the optimal control strategy at a given level of expenditures in Pusan City in 2000 by using the interactive s-constraint method developed by Chang-Hyo Lee and Hyung-Wook Kim, which isone of the mathematical programming models. The most desirable emission reduction is 7093 ton/year for particulate (TSP), 4871 ton/year for NOx, 5148 ton/year for HC and 36779 ton/year for CO. The optimal control strategy is as follows; 1. As to passenger car and taxi, limiting VKT (vehicle kilometers travelled) in congested areas will be necessary. In addition to this, improving vehicie inspection Program should be enforced. 2. As to small-gasoline bus, traffic adaptive control system will be necessary. 3. As to small-diesel bus, non-adjustable engine parameters will have to be applied. .4. As to heal bus and heart truck, catalytic trap oxidizer and limiting VKT in congested areas will do necessary. 5. As to motorcycle, 2-cycle motorcycles should be converted to 4-cycle motorcycles.

  • This paper focuses on a BOM(Bill of Materials) management problem for a small and medium manufacturing company that produce automobile parts. Automobile part's manufacturers produce various products due to various automobile characteristics such as types, colors, and the other options of car. These products are classified into product groups with common parts. And each product group is regarded as a product family. This paper proposes an efficient and effective EXCEL-based BOM management scheme using characteristics of the product family. And we have implemented the practical EXCEL-based BOM management system for real small and medium automobile part's manufacturing companies.

  • Small Rapid Transit System(SRTS) will be defined fully automated urban transit system providing a rapid and personalized door to door transport service. Conventional forms of public transit require passengers to collect in groups until a large vehicle is scheduled to travel on predetermined routes. In contrast, SRTS offers personal transport with no waiting, and takes passengers non-stop to their chosen destination. This is a transport system which is as convenient as, or in congested environments more convenient than, the car, but with minimal environmental impact.   • One of the major limitations in using adenoviral vector for gene therapy is inefficient infection of host cells. The presence of coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor (CAR) and ${\alpha}$-integrin on cell surfaces is required for efficient adenovirus infection. In this study, we investigated the effect of trichostatin A, a histone deacetylase inhibitor, on transfection efficiency after transduction of adenovirus mediated p16$\^$INK4a/ gene transfer. In our previous study, p16$\^$INK4a/ tumor suppressor gene transfer in the non-small cell lung cancer cells (A549 cells) by transduction of recombinant adenovirus (Ad5CMV-p16) resulted in significant inhibition of cancer cell proliferation. Development of A DC Motor Controller for 24V-500W Small Electric Vehicle (24V-500W급 소형전동차용 DC모터 속도 콘트롤러 개발)

  • In this paper, a new motor driving circuit is designed to improve the output performance of DC motor, and a controller is developed with the designed circuit. By the designed driving circuit, a controller can continuously drive DC motors by a transformer which has switching signals of a self-generated circuit to operate it. And while the DC motor have a maximum velocity, the reference voltage can be maintained higher value than that of triangle voltage and it makes the DC motor driving transistor ON and maximum power. A 24V-500W DC motor controller is developed with the proposed motor driving circuit, and also a small electric car is made and the driving test of it is executed. The test results shows that it can continuously control go and back speed of motor with 12A driving current. And also, it is verified that the over current and heat detecting function is operating correctly and the rest value of the used battery can be displayed as 6 step from 20 to 100%.

The Passenger Car Equivalence Models for Noise Level of Large Vehicles (대형차 소음환산계수 산정방법)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the models to predict the noise PCE (Passenger Car Equivalence) of large running vehicles through noise prediction models. The noises were measured at the distance of 7.5M, 11.0M, and 14.5M from the noise source with test vehicles running at the speed of 40 Km/h, 60 Km/h, and 80 Km/h while normal traffic were detoured. Total noise levels were measured while vehicles were running at given speeds, Engine noise level was considered as the noise of its idle running at the three vehicle speeds shown above friction noise level was ascertained by moving the vehicle at given speeds without the engin operating. The noise prediction models for each noise source were developed by factors which affect to the each noise level. As a result of this paper, the reduction of total vehicle noise by increasing the distance to the noise source from 10 M to 15 M is as much as that by dropping its speed from 60 Km/h to 40 Km/h. Also, the reduction of PCE of total noise of large vehicle by making the noise source to that by reducing its speed from 80 Km/h to 60 Km/h. Enging noise PCE, which is in range between 65 and 160, is larger than friction noise PCE which is in range 3.5 and 5.5. Engin noise is the main noise of the large vehicles while friction noise is that of the small vehicles. Machine noise for large vehicles, and engin noise for small vehicles should be tightly controlled to reduce the vehicle noise. A low noise engine and tire, and the shape of vehicle body are needed to be developed to reduce noise further.

The Effect of Zirconate Addition on the Joint Properties of Epoxy Adhesive for Car Body Assembly (차체 구조용 에폭시 접착제의 접합부 특성에 미치는 Zirconate 첨가효과)

  • The effect of zirconate having - NH functional group on the T-peel and lap shear strength of $CaCO_3$ containing structural epoxy adhesive for car body assembly was investigated. Curing behavior of epoxy adhesive samples were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) techniques. The addition of zirconate up to 7.5 phr did not affect the curing mechanism of epoxy adhesive. While the small amount of zirconate addition less than 1.1 phr increased the cross-linking density, the excess addition of zirconate resulted in the increase of uncross-linked impurity. From the increase of T-peel and lap shear strength and the change of fracture mode from the adhesive failure to the mixed one, it was considered that the small addition of zirconate was effective in improving the adhesion strength of epoxy adhesive to the adherend and inorganic filler surfaces. The formation of uncross-linked impurity with the excess addition of zirconate was considered to decrease the joint strength by decreasing the cohesive strength of the cured epoxy.
