Statistical analysis was performed using $X^2$-test and logistic regression analysis. The results were as follows ; 1. No significant differences were noted in variables of smoking, glucose intake and sleeping time, while significant differences were showed in variables of exercise time, frequency and amount of drinking and intake of salt, protain, lipid, calcium, vegetable and fruits between groups which was provided and not provided health services. 2. The rate of anti-hypertensive medication was increased and the blood pressure was decreased significantly in group which was provided health services compared with those of group which was not provided. 3. With the logistic regression analysis, significant variables affecting blood pressure change were smoking and anti-hypertensive medication. • Enterprises play an increasingly important role in economic development in each country. Effective businesses will make the economies of countries also become efficient and develop. Enterprises play a role in creating jobs, improving labor productivity, and connecting foreign trade and import-export activities. The study aims to evaluate the factors affecting the profitability of small and medium enterprises in Hanoi by using a study of 210 enterprises in the area as well as advanced econometric regression analysis. The research results show that firm size and human capital have no impact on business performance. However, older firms are likely to have higher firm performance, and conversely, younger firms have lower firm performance. The research also confirms that the growth of businesses often has higher firm performance than low-growth ones. Furthermore, a firm with greater value is also more likely to stimulate business performance than lower its value, and this effect is the largest among the analyzed factors. Finally, the study also has some recommendations for the Vietnamese government to develop small and medium enterprises. Specifically, the government needs to create an open mechanism for the start-up movement and create a favorable financial mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprises to be able to access.

  • Commercial transactions, one of the pillars of the capitalist economy, are occurring countless times every day, especially small and medium-sized businesses. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are bound to be the legal underdogs in contracts for commercial transactions and do not receive legal support for contracts for fair and legitimate commercial transactions. When subcontracting contracts are concluded among small and medium-sized enterprises, 58.2% of them do not apply standard contracts and sign contracts that have not undergone legal review. In order to support small and medium-sized enterprises' fair and legitimate contracts, small and medium-sized enterprises can be protected from legal threats if they can reduce the risk of signing contracts by analyzing various risks in the contract and analyzing and informing them of toxic clauses and omitted contracts in advance. We propose a risk prediction model for the machine reading-based legal contract to minimize legal damage to small and medium-sized business owners in the legal blind spots. We have established our own set of legal questions and answers based on the legal data disclosed for the purpose of building a model specialized in legal contracts. Quantitative verification was carried out through indicators such as EM and F1 Score by applying pine tuning and hostile learning to pre-learned machine reading models. The highest F1 score was 87.93, with an EM value of 72.41.

  • Purpose - The purpose of the present study is to discover success factors for small and medium-sized exporting enterprises and to derive factors that can positively influence the export of small and medium-sized enterprises. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the problem solution mentioned above. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 258 filled-in questionnaires were collected; afterwards, frequency and cross tabulation analyses were conducted. The PPML analytic technique was applied to the core factors analyzed in Stages 1 and 2 to conduct regression analysis (cause and effect analysis and estimation method), thereby deriving success factors. Result - Based on detailed factors, a total of 15 success factors directly/indirectly involved in the success of export in small and medium-sized enterprises comprising 9 success factors, three positive effect factors for export, and three governments support policy factors were identified. Conclusions - The present paper is a rare empirical study paper that found and presented three detailed factors that positively influence on export and three government support policy factors, in addition to the above factors. Therefore, the results can be used by small and medium-sized enterprises that require not only previous studies, but also actual export success factor.
