Recently, both management and labor are interested in the increasing ratio of musculoskeletal disorders. And the developed countries make efforts to consider a counterplan such as prevention activity of musculoskeletal disorders and application possibility of ergonomic program, because musculoskeletal disorders take large portion out of occupational disease. Especially, small and medium enterprises have bigger problems due to the inferior work condition and environment in comparison with big businesses. This study is to introduce developed countries' cases such as WISE(Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) and OSHA Handbook for Small Businesses and to suggest the program of ergonomic management for small and medium enterprises having comparative difficulties against big businesses in improving work environment and managing ergonomic operations.

This research aims to identify the role that small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can play in achieving the economic goals of the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study relied on descriptive analysis, designing a standard model, and analyzing it using the Eviews9 program. The study also adopted the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study area covered Alkharj and Hawtat Bani Tamim governorates. The sample size of the study was 142 participants. The study's results confirmed the existence of a significant impact of changes in independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4), which are (GDP, non-oil exports, number of employees, and public revenues), respectively. The dependent variable (Y) represents the number of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, it was found that 61.3% of small and medium-sized enterprises in the governorates of Al-Kharj and Hawtat Bani Tamim operate in the commercial sector. Most study participants concur that SMEs significantly lowered the unemployment rate and helped boost the GDP rate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The obstacles and difficulties facing the establishment of these enterprises were financial problems, marketing problems, and corporate monopoly. Furthermore, most of the small and medium l enterprises faced financing problems.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among organization-public relationships, external reputation and job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. The subjects were 221 workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises selected. The data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling analysis using IBM SPSS 21 program and IBM AMOS 21 program. The results were as follow. First, Organization-public relationships influenced positively on external reputation. Second, Organization-public relationships influenced not significantly on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. Third, External reputation influenced positively on job satisfaction of workers in small and medium-sized IT enterprises. These results will contribute to provide implications related to organization effectiveness.

Social responsibility of enterprises has recently been emphasized in practice. However, most of the previous studies on social responsibility has been mainly made on the large enterprises, not including small and medium enterprises. This study investigates the literature of previous studies and conducts the survey to find out how the fitness of small and medium enterprises' social responsibility affects corporate reputation and purchase intention. According to the analysis results of 101 valid responses, the study shows that fitness of small and medium enterprises' social responsibility affects corporate reputation and purchase intention, and corporate reputation has an effect on purchase intention. The results of this study may provide many small and medium enterprises with guidelines for their social responsibility activities.

Small and medium enterprises have more dependency on their information technology than large enterprises have. but they can't pay much for information technology and information security due to financial restrictions, limited resources, and lack of know-how. So there are many vulnerabilities in small and medium enterprises and these would make many security incidents. Security managers of small and medium enterprises think that information security in their company is simply equivalent to updating the antivirus solutions. managing firewall, and patching systems regularly. However, security policies, prevention of information theft. business continuity, access controls, and many other information security issues should be considered for mitigating security incidents. In this context, we redefined security countermeasures and strategies which are only appropriate to large enterprises. for making them appropriate on a secure operating for information system of small and medium enterprises, and we investigate information security issues in the four views of information system and company, and finally we present information security strategies for each view, in this paper.

This paper proposes several alternative government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. First, this paper considers reforming factors relating to current financial supporting policy and studies foreign government supporting loan programs through benchmarking so as to derive alternative financing supporting policy. Secondly, this paper analyses several investment supporting policies on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. Finally, new Korean government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises is collectively diagnosed by putting comprehensive analyses together in this paper.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of health services on workers with hypertension in small and medium sized enterprises (20-300 employees). One hundred seventy three workers among 296 workers with hypertension were responded to the questionnaire on general and occupational characteristics, health habits and anti-hypertensive medications. Blood pressure was obtained while seated using a calibrated standard manometer before and after 4 months health services. Statistical analysis was performed using $X^2$-test and logistic regression analysis. The results were as follows ; 1. No significant differences were noted in variables of smoking, glucose intake and sleeping time, while significant differences were showed in variables of exercise time, frequency and amount of drinking and intake of salt, protain, lipid, calcium, vegetable and fruits between groups which was provided and not provided health services. 2. The rate of anti-hypertensive medication was increased and the blood pressure was decreased significantly in group which was provided health services compared with those of group which was not provided. 3. With the logistic regression analysis, significant variables affecting blood pressure change were smoking and anti-hypertensive medication. The results of this study suggested that health services on workers with hypertension in small and medium sized enterprises was effective, and the role of health professionals for health promotion movement in enterprises was important.

The need for total enterprise management that covers from accepting orders, design, cost, procurement, manufacture, and delivery has been recently raised in order for efficient project management of small and medium size plant construction enterprises. This trend is reflected in the introduction of EPM(Enterprise Project Management) solutions by some shipbuilding enterprises and large construction corporations. In step with the trend, small and medium size plant construction enterprises are enabled to provide knowledge base in terms of reducing cost and production period and managing portfolio for accepting orders and attaining contract by inducing customized EPM This study presents a design of customized EPM based on a case study of a company. It exhibits a collaborative/collaboration resource-supply model which can be universally applied to small and medium size job-order production enterprises. The research discusses that under the assumption that information is shared internally between departments on planning, supply, manufacture, and quality control in order to create collaborative environment and close participation is created externally between suppliers and orderers, productivity can be improved in cost reduction through planning efficient collaborative supply model.

This study confirms Busan area medium and small enterprises' position and analyzed present condition and actual conditions of swing Korea measure and consumer's attitude about measure in general circumstance that our country medium and small enterprises is placed in information. According to result that analyze Busan area medium and small enterprises' information level, Busan was expose by whole country average low including the electron commercial transaction rate. When consider weight that Busan economy occupies in gross domestic product, information differential of medium and small enterprises of Busan area is subject that must improve urgently and seriousness point is true that information differential of manufacturing industry is main factor more. Therefore, urgent agenda should be the activation of manufacturing industry information assistance measure and extension of current manufacturing technique information assistance business for Busan economy. Also, at problem solution progress, Busan is thought that must come looking for seat role actively.

The article analyzes the impact of factors affecting the use of management accounting in small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam, which adds to the empirical evidence on these factorsThe survey results collected 328 questionnaires using a questionnaire survey of managers at all levels, chief accountants, and accountants of 89 small and medium firms in Vietnam. Some questionnaires were invalid due to many blank cells, hence the author chose to use 315 questionnaires. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that five factors have a positive influence on the application of management accounting including Competitive pressure, Decentralization of responsibility, Application of information technology, the level of interest of managers, and the quality of human resources, in which the application of information technology and competitive pressure are the factors that have the strongest influence on the application of management accounting in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. Based on the findings of the study, the author has proposed recommendations to help small and medium-sized businesses improve their ability to successfully apply management accounting techniques, thereby improving their competitiveness and efficiency performance and contributing to the long-term sustainability of their businesses.
