일 중소도시 소아청소년의 인터넷 및 스마트폰중독 수준에 따른 심리사회적 취약요인의 차이 (Differences of Psychosocial Vulnerability Factors between Internet and Smartphone Addiction Groups Consisting of Children and Adolescents in a Small to Medium-Sized City)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet addiction, smartphone addiction, and psychosocial factors. This study was designed to examine the vulnerability factors for internet and smartphone addiction. Methods: The participants were 1041 children and adolescents in a small and medium-sized cities. All of the participants were evaluated in terms of their demographic characteristics and present use of the internet and smartphone, as well as using internet and smartphone addiction and other psychological scales. Statistical analyses were performed to compare the psychosocial factors between the high risk, potential risk, and general user groups of internet and smartphone addiction. Results: The participants were classified into three groups, the high risk (N=33), potential risk (N=203), and general user (N=805) groups with regard to their internet and smartphone addiction level. There were statistical significantly differences between the groups in terms of the economic status of the family, academic performance, parents, use of internet and smartphone, loneliness, family cohesion, family adaptability, perceived social support, and peer relationship. Conclusion: These results suggest that the internet and smartphone addiction of children and adolescents is related to various psychosocial vulnerability factors.

중소병원 간호사의 의사소통 유형과 감정노동 및 직무스트레스 (Communication Type, Emotional Labor, and Job Stress of Nurses in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 의사소통 유형과 감정노동 및 직무스트레스 간의 관계를 확인하고 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 G광역시에 소재한 6개 중소병원 간호사 192명을 임의 표출하였다. 연구도구는 의사소통 유형, 감정노동, 직무스트레스 측정을 위한 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2019년 8월20일부터 9월10일까지 자료수집하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 의사소통 유형은 평균 3.55±0.31점, 감정노동은 3.21±0.59점, 직무스트레스는 3.44±0.52점이었다. 직무스트레스는 의사소통 유형 중 친화적 의사소통과 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를, 감정노동과는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 직무스트레스에 영향을 주는 요인은 성별, 총 임상경력, 감정노동이었고 28.0%의 설명력을 보였다. 향후 간호사의 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위해서는 감정노동에 대한 효율적인 관리전략이 필요할 것으로 사료된다

중소기업의 성과평가를 위한 BSC 구축에 관한 사례연구 - I사를 중심으로 (A Case Study on the BSC Development of a Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise for Performance Evaluation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부산광역시에 있는 중소 제조기업인 I사를 중심으로 중소기업에 적합하고 경영환경에 맞는 BSC를 구축하는 것으로, 다른 중소기업들이 이 사례연구를 통해 BSC 구축시 거쳐야 하는 중요한 과정과 각 과정별로 중요한 내용을 참고할 수 있도록 하였으며 BSC가 구축된 이후 기업에 접목하는 과정에서 발생하는 문제점에 대해서 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 수요시장의 환경변화에 따라 주요 사업부문이었던 RDS에서 새로운 SSS로의 사업전략의 변화를 목표로, 사례기업에 맞는 BSC를 구축하였다. 전사적 차원 뿐 아니라 각 팀별로 전략체계도를 작성하고 각 관점별 전략목표, 핵심성공요인 및 핵심성과지표를 한눈에 살펴볼 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로 기업전체 뿐 아니라 각 팀별로 스마트차트를 작성하여 관점별 점수와 전략목표, 핵심성공요인, 핵심성과지표의 가중치와 목표점수, 실적, 달성율까지 쉽게 계산할 수 있는 중소기업 맞춤형 성과평가시스템을 구축하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 가진다.

중소병원 간호사의 간호서비스 질에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Affecting on Nursing Service Quality of Small and Medium-sized Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 간호전문직관, 간호조직문화 및 의사소통능력이 간호서비스 질에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G 광역시 300병상 미만 중소병원 간호사 166명이었으며, 자료수집은 2019년 8월 22일부터 8월 30일까지 진행하였다. 자료분석은 빈도와 백분율, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Scheffe test, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호서비스 질에 영향요인은 간호전문직관(𝛽=.485, p<.001), 의사소통능력(𝛽=.354, p<.001), 위계지향조직문화(𝛽=.154, p<.01) 순이었다. 추정된 회귀모형의 적합도는 64.75(p<.001)의 F 통계량으로 유의하였으며, 54.6%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호서비스 질을 향상을 위한 방안을 모색하고 이를 위한 간호중재 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

중소도시의 기존 대체농지 활용 방안에 관한 연구 - 화성동탄 신도시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Utilization of Substituted Agricultural Land in Small and Medium Sized Cities - Focused on the Dongtan new town in Hwa-seong city -)

  • The purpose of this study was to set and analyze the utilization of the substituted agricultural land in the Dongtan new town in Hwa-seong city. The results of this study were as follows. In the respect of the land efficiency and utilization, the need of the agricultural land in the Dongtan has shrunk. Therefore, the land should be reconsidered and developed as other purposes. The land could be developed as the weekend farm for the city people. The weekend farm is currently gaining popularity because the citizens want to not only experience the nature but also get a healthy food. So, the land in the new town could provide them with a good place. And the Han-ok(Traditional Korean style housing) is recently in the limelight of many people because of its healthy function and the special aesthetic, so the agricultural land of Dongtan could be a great opportunity to develop the Han-ok village. Lastly, the logistics center for agricultural products could be proposed. Because the traffic condition of the new town is satisfactory, the land is idealistic as the logistics center which connect the capital with the local. These practical uses of agricultural land in the Dongtan new town will be able to provide opportunities to improve the quality of life in the area and develop the land more efficiently.

메가 시티 서울의 기술상용화 네트워크 도시 형성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Formation of the Seoul-focused Network City for Technological Commercialization)

  • 이 논문의 목적은 메가 시티 서울의 기술상용화 네트워크 도시 형성의 가능성을 고찰하는 데 있다. 1960년대 이후 우리나라는 국가적 차원에서 볼 때, 급속한 경제 성장을 경험하고 있지만, 지역적 차원에서 살펴보면, 서울을 포함한 수도권과 비수도권 간 심각한 지역불균등 발전을 경험하고 있다. 필자는 이와 같은 지역불균등 발전의 해결 방안으로 서울을 중심으로 기술상용화 네트워크 도시 형성의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 기술상용화 네트워크 도시는 남북도시협력 축(통일 R&BD 지향-복합기술 R&BD 축), 메가 시티 확장 축(녹색 수출 R&BD 지향-녹색 수출 R&BD 확장 축), 중소도시 연계 축(평창 올림픽 R&BD 지향-생명기술 R&BD축), 메갈로 폴리스 축(R&D-R&BD 연계 협력 지향-기초기술 R&BD 축) 등 4가지 축으로 이루어진다.

서번트 리더십이 조직동일시와 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Servant Leadership on Organizational Identification and Innovative Behavior)

  • The paper examines how servant leadership and organizational identification contributed to explaining innovative behavior. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 298 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Jinju, Changwon, Gimhae, Busan City to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the servant leadership and the organizational identification is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the organizational identification and the innovative behavior. Third, the relationship between the servant leadership and the innovative behavior is positively related. Finally, the organizational identification played as a partial mediator on the relationship between servant leadership and innovative behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

윤리적 리더십이 조직동일시와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Ethical Leadership on Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment)

In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 256 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Jinju, Changwon, Gimhae City to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the ethical leadership and the organizational identification is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the organizational identification and the organizational commitment. Third, the relationship between the ethical leadership and the organizational commitment is positively related. Finally, the organizational identification played as a partial mediator on the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

임파워링 리더십이 내재적 동기부여와 역할 내 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Empowering Leadership on Intrinsic Motivation and In-role Behavior)

In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from 414 individuals in employees working in small and medium-sized firms at Jinju, Changwon, Gimhae, Busan City to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0. This study reports findings as follows: first, the relationship between the empowering leadership and the intrinsic motivation is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the intrinsic motivation and the in-role behavior. Third, the relationship between the empowering leadership and the in-role behavior is positively related. Finally, the intrinsic motivation played as a partial mediator on the relationship between empowering leadership and in-role behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

친환경농식품 가공업체의 경영계획 수립을 위한 다목표 수리계획모형의 적용 방안 (Applying Multi-objective Mathematical Programming Model for Business Planning of Eco-friendly Agrifood Processing Enterprise in Korea)

  • Most of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises in Korean rural area are small and medium-sized business. For this reason, it's hard for eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises to neither analyze business performance for efficient business management nor establish their own business plan for rational decision-making. Therefore it's necessary to design effective mathematical programming model and to make practical application which can support rational management decision-making ensuring the stable business activity of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises. Accordingly this paper focuses on the designing and its application of multi-objective mathematical programming model using goal programming to support rational decision-making of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprise. Hansalimanseongmachum Food Inc. which runs soy bean processing business making tofu based on regional-based soybean farms around Anseong City will be the specific case to apply multi-objective mathematical programming model in practice. And it will suggest measures to support rational management decision-making of other eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises.
