Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and the health organizations. Nevertheless domestic industrial accident level is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises is in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, unpreparedness of safety equipments. But, Domestic small and medium enterprises' safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively. This research groped efficient operation model of the safety and the health education through the survey about a solution for problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises to three groups of workers and safety and health administrators and managers. Compared domestic safety and health educational system and advanced foreign educational system. And, analyze problems about domestic small and medium enterprise's safety and health education and presented a solution. Finally, presented efficient operation model of the safety and the health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

The industrial environment for shipbuilding in 21st century requires increase in few type of ships and marine structures, international cooperation and globalization, while virtual enterprise environment is rapidly establishing. On the other hand, more and more efforts will be spent on internet based distributed and collaborative environment rather than being spent on unit level automations such as CAD, CAM and CAE, and the link between them. Recent internet technology and information technology in heterogeneous environment are being applied in shipbuilding industry as well as in other industries. While these technology are rapidly adopted in major shipyards, many small and medium-sized shipyards does not have enough resources to introduce system designed for large enterprise. In this paper, a prototype of Internet technology based basic planning system is implemented for the small and medium sized shipyards based on the internet technology and concurrent engineering concept. First, the system is designed from the user requirements. Then standardized development environment and tools are selected. These tools are used for defining and evaluating core application technologies for the system development. This can guarantee the survival of small and medium-sized shipyards in 21st century industrial environment.

"Act on Facilitation of Purchase of Small and Medium Enterprise - Manufactured Products and Support for Development of Their Markets" was created and implemented. The act states that the materials designated by the Small and Medium Business Administration are directly purchased from the small and medium enterprises and provided to the construction companies so that the materials can be provided as GFGI (Government Furnished and Government Installed) in the case of a public construction project. This thesis is aimed to analyze the current status on the problems of each project party and understand their improvement requests so that mutually beneficial plans can be sought and improved process is presented for the continuous development of the direct construction material purchase system as well as successful construction projects. And This thesis summarized the purpose of the institutions and their change histories, and related law as well as codes for the better understanding of administrative procedures for the purchase system and the analyses as well as the improved process on the difficulties in complying with the current institutions.

This paper investigates, in a single equation framework, the effect of bank-specific and macroeconomic determinants on micro-, small- and medium-sized loans by commercial banks in Indonesia. This study uses a sample of 790 observations from 79 commercial banks in Indonesia over the years 2006-2015. This study uses two estimation methods for our panel regressions: static and dynamic generalized method of moments (GMM) panel estimator. In static relationships, the literature usually uses the least square methods on fixed effects (FE) or random effects (RE). I found evidence that all banks, bank profitability and size are positively and significantly related to micro-, small- and medium-sized loans, while the coefficients of liquidity are significantly positive in all specifications, except government banks which is significantly negative. The relationship between risk and credit growth is negative for non-government banks. All estimated equations show that the effect of the capital variable on lending banks to MSMEs is not important in government banks and non-government banks. Finally, macroeconomic variables, such as inflation and gross domestic product, clearly affect the lending of the banking sector particularly non-state banks. The findings have several policy implications to Indonesia government, regulatory authority and bank managers in order to improve bank profitability through bank lending.

In this Paper, We analyzed influence Factor to TPM Performance in medium and small enterprises by empirically. By Literature survey, We hypothesize education training and 5S influence to individual improvement, independence maintenance, planning and foresight, which also influence to flexibility, total equipment performance, quality, which finally influence to lower cost, delivery date. To analyze empirically, we survey questionnaire in medium and small enterprises being below 300 people. From statistical analysis, 7 hypotheses are rejected, which is different existing research. This is analyzed that reflect actuality that medium and small enterprises is different from large enterprises. We expect that result of this treatise does concentration effort in important factor to get TPM performance in medium and small enterprises.

It is very important the collaboration and risk management of supply chain between the parent company and its partners in the supply chain risk management(SCRM). It was known that the SCRM approach is very different between a large enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper deals with the suggestion about SCRM structure for a small and medium-sized enterprise. This SCRM structure consist of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation. We expect that this SCRM structure promote the collaboration between a parent company and its partners to alleviate the supply chain risk.

Causing by economic stagnation and financial management difficulty of the domestic small and medium business company, the actual condition which enlarges the plan of politic funds increased from the government. The government authority as the SBC (small and medium business promotion corporation) evaluates the domestic small and medium business company, and directly executes a governmental politic funds. Financial analysis is a important factor of enterprise evaluation among various valuation bases. However because of applying to the whole domestic manufacturing industry on financial evaluation, Current financial evaluation index effectively cannot reflect the feature of a regional industry. A whole manufacturing industry index considers a standard for the comparison evaluation of domestic manufacturing industry and compares with the other industries and the world-wide nation industry change, But, there is a difference from indexes of corresponding industry in specific regions. This paper proposes a model of evaluation index for the efficient execution of politic funds. We considers three manufacturing industries for proposed model which are shipbuilding, machine tool and airline industries in Gyeongsangnam-do region.

Recently, the export for SMEs is the main issue as the successful key for enterprises. For this reason, Many SMEs want to try the export and the supports are provided by government. This phenomenon reflects that the export should be necessary to SMEs, even other enterprises. This study analyzes 6 enterprises (Enterprise of middle standing: 2, SMEs:4) to research the main factors for export using the interview and survey. The result provides 5 implications for the export of SMEs in Busan Region. In summary, we can provide 3 main proposes for the export of SMEs. 1) The differentiation of various support that can be a real help to SMEs, 2) The differentiation of education on exports. 3) The simplification for the complex administrative procedures about export.

In modern industrial society, the importance of inter enterprise collaboration is more emphasizing for the survival of companies and strengthening its competitiveness. The studies using IT systems effect on inter-enterprise collaboration are already taken several times. However, there is not much systematic research to evaluate the informatization level of B2B collaboration. In this paper, we examined the level of B2B collaboration and the use of IT systems for each business area in small and medium-sized collaborative enterprise which are classified into shipbuilding, automobile, and electronic industry. We verified that the level of collaboration between companies are significant to the level of IT use for each business area by regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the level of B2B collaboration and the use of IT systems for each business area are different.

Recently, many enterprises are adopting EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) technologies for integrating heterogeneous enterprise information systems. Among EAI levels, data-level integration is relatively straightforward and most popular. However, most commercial solutions provide complex functionalities and are expensive for implementing the data integration tasks at the small & medium enterprises. Also, they have their own proprietary architectures and have a restricted interoperability. Proposed in this paper is the development of a data integration middleware for facilitating data exchanges between the heterogeneous information systems. The main feature of this middleware is a explicit mapping of meta data about the relationships between source and target data. Based on this explicit mapping, users who do not have expertise in information technology at the small & medium enterprises can easily execute data exchange tasks among various information systems.
