오늘날에는 기업의 규모에 상관없이 생산성향상과 원가절감을 도모하기 위하여 외부의 전문가를 활용하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 기업지도에 따른 경영성과 제고에 지도위원이 어느 정도 기여하고 있는지를 확인하고 그 역할 관계성을 살펴보기 위하여 2011년도에 제품품질혁신을 위한 지도에 자발적으로 참여한 중소기업 235개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 토대로 분석하였다. 수집된 설문조사 자료는 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토한 후, SPSS의 Amos를 이용한 구조방정식 분석과 함께 각 연구 가설과 연구모형을 검증하는 방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지도 대상기업의 여건뿐만 아니라 지도위원의 역량이 지도의 성공을 이끄는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 전문가의 지도가 성공하기 위해서는 지도위원의 성실성, 전문성뿐만 아니라, 회사 여건에 적합한 지도내용이 따를 때 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

많은 중소기업이 Smart Factory를 구축할 때 기업 내 외부의 환경변화나 구성원들의 역량 등 기업이 처해있는 상황에 대한 충분한 고려 없이 구축하고 있다. 그래서 구축 후 활용도와 효과도 낮다. 본 연구는 '중소기업의 환경요인과 흡수역량을 통한 Smart Factory 구축'을 실증연구를 통하여 검증해 보는 것이다. 설문은 Smart Factory를 구축한 중소기업에서 관련 업무를 하는 인원에게 받았다. 연구결과는, 첫째, 기업 내 외부의 환경요인은 기업 내부의 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업 내부의 흡수역량은 Smart Factory 구축에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 위의 입증을 통해서 중소기업에서 Smart Factory를 구축할 때 기업의 내 외부 환경요인과 흡수역량을 바탕으로 Smart Factory 핵심영역을 구축하면 효과적이라는 것이 입증되었다. 향후는 Smart Factory 구축성과의 연구를 하고자 한다.

This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.

In this study, a systematic survey was employed to investigate managers' awareness on the safety culture project in small- to medium-sized industries. The existing regulatory and technology-oriented disaster prevention strategy has been implemented to reduce industrial accidents within a short timeframe, but it is essential to reduce fundamental accidents as well by improving the organizational safety culture or software elements, such as safety awareness. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted to examine the managers' awareness about safety culture, consisting of 17 questions related to safety consulting and with the participation of 191 executives and safety managers. The results showed a significant difference in the self-pay rate of safety consulting depending on the size of the workplace under evaluation. Based on the results, the safety-consulting business focused on providing differentiated consulting support and realistic improvement plans according to the workplace size. The study concluded that it is possible to reduce fundamental human errors and improve organizations' safety awareness or safety culture by employing safety consulting differentiated by workplace size.

국내 중소기업 대부분이 요소기술 확보 및 운영 혁신의 어려움에 처해있다. 글로벌 시장진출 역량부족 등으로 인해 성장정체를 겪고 있으며, 이는 경기 침체, 고용불황, 성장동력 상실 등 악순환 반복을 유발하고 있다. 본 연구는 중소 중견기업의 통계 데이터분석과 중견기업의 사례분석을 통하여, 이를 극복하기 위해 기업의 성장단계별 중소기업 기술혁신 변곡점을 확인하고 중소기업이 중견기업으로, 중견기업이 대기업으로 성장하기 위한 성장단계별 기술혁신관점의 핵심성공요인을 제시하고 지속가능성장을 위한 기술전략을 제시하고자 한다.

Enterprises are continuously trying management innovation activities for survival. Among representative management innovation activities in domestic manufacture enterprise, which are TPS, 6 sigma, Lean 6 sigma etc. Many enterprises through these reform activity have gotten good result. However, these techniques have merits and demerits according to circumstance of enterprise. Specially, there are a lot of difficulties in medium and small size enterprises. In this research, We introduce Lean-SMAIS Method for medium and small size enterprises that is consists of the merit of lean 6 sigma and software(which is called ProEye). We prove Lean-SMAIS method is useful by applying medium and small size enterprise A company.

본 연구는 경영컨설팅 서비스 품질에 관련된 이론적 고찰 및 선행연구를 통하여, 국내 컨설팅의 서비스 품질의 구성요인에 관한 연구가설을 토대로 실증분석 되었다. 실증분석에서는 서비스품질을 결과품질과 비용품질로 대별하여 고객만족도인 성과를 대리측정도구로 하여 영향관계정도를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째로, 서비스품질의 결과품질과 고객만족도의 고객성과 간에는 상호 관련성이 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 서비스결과 품질은 고객이 지각하는 정보화에 매우 긍정적인 요인으로 추정되었다. 둘째로, 서비스품질의 비용품질과 고객만족도의 재이용도 측면에서도 유의성이 확인 되었다. 따라서 향후 정보화 컨설팅 및 경영컨설팅은 중소기업에서 매우 주요한 경쟁요인으로 추정할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 경영컨설턴트의 역량 및 컨설팅완성도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 최근 3년 이내에 경영컨설팅 수행경험이 있는 전국에 소재한 중소기업 500개를 선정하여 수행기업 임직원을 대상으로 총 294부의 설문자료를 수집하여 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 경영컨설턴트 직무역량은 경영성과인 사업성과와 조직유효성에 유의적인 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 경영컨설턴트 직무역량과 공통역량은 컨설팅완성도에 유의적인 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 경영컨설턴트 직무역량과 컨설팅완성도는 경영성과에 유의적인 것으로 파악되었다. 넷째, 컨설팅완성도는 경영컨설턴트 직무역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 파악되었다. 다섯째, 경영자지원이 클수록 경영컨설턴트 직무역량이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향은 더욱 커지는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 성공적인 컨설팅 수행에 필요한 역량과 요인, 요인들 간의 연관성 파악을 통한 컨설팅 수행주체들에게 효율적인 컨설팅 수행방안 제시로 중소기업 경영컨설팅 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

본 연구는 '중소기업에서 내부 환경요인을 통한 Smart Factory의 핵심요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향'에 대한 실증연구이다. 연구 목적은 Smart Factory 구축이 경영성과에 영향을 미쳐서 회사가 지속 발전하는데 기여하는지 검증하고, 국가적으로 추진하고 있는 Smart Factory 구축 확대 정책에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 절차는 Smart Factory를 구축한 중소제조기업의 실무자를 중심으로 설문을 받아 SPSS와 SMART PLS로 통계 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 기업 내부의 환경요인은 Smart Factory 핵심요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, Smart Factory 핵심요인은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 위의 입증을 통해서 기업의 환경요인을 고려한 Smart Factory의 핵심요인은 경영성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나, Smart Factory 구축 성과의 이론적인 토대를 마련했다고 할 수 있다. 향후는 Smart Factory 구축방법 연구를 하고자 한다.

The Korean textile industry the driving force of Korea's economic development, is faced with difficulties due to domestic and foreign influences. The purpose of this paper is to examine what measures are necessary for overcoming such difficulties. As the first step, We conducted a month-long survey, in August 2003, of 157 small-medium firms operating in the Korean textile industry to collect information about difficulties that they face in carrying out their business. According to the result, small firms performed badly in sales and facility investment efforts for 2003 due to worldwide economic depression. They, however, actively pursued new technology development in order to improve their competitiveness. Profits and productivity decreased with reduced sales, and their view on the next year’s perspective is also very unfavorable. Especially many firms intend to maintain or even lower the level of sales goal for 2004, reflecting the sluggish market environment. According to the survey, under such circumstances, as many as 74% of firms wanted to turn the tables through the development of highly sensuous material and improved marketing efforts. One of potential answers to this problem, which is suggested by the survey, is to establish a consulting service institution to provide promptly marketing data and information on textile and fashion market and trend in Italy. Especially, firms surveyed have shown a great deal of interest in Italian consulting service for new textile material developments. While they want the service for high value-added product development, they are reluctant to do so because of the uncertainty of its future effects and high consulting fees.
