The purpose of this study was to investigate 188 university students at Seoul National University and to present self - image data to university students for the development of small and medium human resources. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between the correlation between the image of the trainee perceived by university students and the self - image, the correlation between the image of the trainee perceived by the university students and the voice image, and the correlation between the voice image and the self - image perceived by university students. Second, as a result of examining whether or not the voice image is mediated in the relationship between the image of the talent and the self - image perceived by university students, Therefore, it is confirmed that as the image level of the talent related to the human resource of SMEs increases, the level of the voice image increases and the self image level also improves accordingly.

Small and medium-sized Korean companies are currently changing their industrial structure faster than in the past due to various environmental factors (such as securing competitiveness and developing excellent products). In particular, the importance of collecting and utilizing data produced in smart factory environments is increasing as diverse devices related to artificial intelligence are put into manufacturing sites. This paper proposes an artificial intelligence-based smart factory model to improve the process of products produced at the manufacturing site with the recent smart factory. The proposed model aims to ensure the increasingly competitive manufacturing environment and minimize production costs. The proposed model is managed by considering not only information on products produced at the site of smart factory based on artificial intelligence, but also labour force consumed in the production of products, working hours and operating plant machinery. In addition, data produced in the proposed model can be linked with similar companies and share information, enabling strategic cooperation between enterprises in manufacturing site operations.

The purposes of this study are to importance and performance of performance goal of workforce training project of SMB Specialized Vocational High Schools by existence of teaching staff's assignment and compare difference of the priority for performance goal of two groups by IPA. Research problems for them are as follows. First, how about differences of the importance for performance goal of workforce training project of SMB Specialized Vocational High Schools by existence of teaching staff's assignment? Second, how about differences of the performance for performance goal of workforce training project of SMB Specialized Vocational High Schools by existence of teaching staff's assignment? Third, how about differences of the priority for performance goal of workforce training project of SMB Specialized Vocational High Schools by existence of teaching staff's assignment? Results obtained by this study are as follows. First, performance goal of workforce training project of SMB Specialized Vocational High Schools that teaching staffs recognize the most importantly regardless of the existence of assignment was 'improvement of students' adaptation to the filed' in area of 'employment competency strengthening'. Second, performance goal of workforce training project of SMB Specialized Vocational High Schools that teaching staffs recognize the degree of high performance regardless of the existence of assignment was 'expansion of SMB employment opportunity' in area of 'employment connection'. Third, regardless of the existence of teaching staff's assignment, areas of high priority in performance goal of workforce training project of SMB Specialized Vocational High Schools were 'improvement of teaching staff's understanding for SMB' and 'improvement of SMB understanding for Specialized Vocational High School' in area of 'improvement of SMB mind for Specialized Vocational high School'.

Today, the world has reached 'Industry 4.0'. Industry 4.0 has high uncertainty in various aspects because it is based on building a smart chain where the various elements that make up the industry can communicate with each other. Based on the above facts, based on the researches of the previous researchers, we have searched for the countermeasures of small and medium sized manufacturing companies in Korea in order to minimize the negative aspects of establishing the basic concepts and functioning of Industry 4.0. As a result, efforts to accurately identify and address the uncertainties of Industry 4.0 in a variety of ways will help to drive business growth and economic growth in the country through smart factories, which are at the heart of Industry 4.0.

The objective of this research is to investigate how implementation of smart factory systems(SFS) effects management accounting(MA). The results based on data collected from 108 Korea small and medium enterprises(SME) confirmed that SFS implementation caused significant MA changes. Estimated regression models revealed that the most important SFS characteristic were the analytical capabilities since it positively influenced MA changes in four dimensions: internal reporting, budgeting, application of modern accounting techniques and MA employee's job. In the segment of budgeting, the quality of implementation of specialized bedgeting software had significant and positive influence. The only negative correlation founded was the one between the uncertainty of business environment and adoption of modern accounting techniques. Results from this study provide that SME should put special focus on implementation of business analytics modules in order to achieve comprehensive benefits in MA prctices.

The importance of online marketing is emerging due to the prevalence of COVID-19. In order to respond to the changing business environment, we have collected ten years of sales data of SME bakery company that have experienced a decrease in sales due to the COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, we found that switching from offline markets to omnichannel B2B and B2C markets and taking 'small quantity batch production' to 'mass production in a small variety can improve management. This study presented online and offline marketing strategies through data analysis of small and medium-sized bakery companies, which have relatively insufficient digital capabilities compared to large companies, and could be a guideline for many SMEs.

Recently, the expertise of workers in residential facilities for the disabled has been emphasized and the need for education has increased. Therefore, this study analyzed cognition of job importance and educational needs according to workers of the disabled residential. Data were collected from 162 workers of the residential facilities for the disabled in Gyeonggi and were analyzed using t-test and IPA analysis. As results of this study, case management practice (basic), case management practice (advanced), life support for disabled persons (basic), program development (basic), business planning and evaluation (basic), business planning and evaluation (advanced) were both job importance and education needs high. The results of this study can be used as a basic reference for the direction of the education system of the residents of the disabled.

Information is a valuable asset regardless of the size of the enterprise and information security is an essential element for the survival and prosperity of the enterprise. However, in the case of large corporations, Security is ensured through rapid introduction of information security management system. but In the case of SMEs, security systems are not built or construction is delayed due to complex factors such as budget constraints, insufficient security guidelines, lack of security awareness. In this paper, we analyze the actual situation of information security management of SMEs through questionnaires, and We would like to suggest a comprehensive security plan for SMEs in free or inexpensive ways. We believe that by applying the method presented in this paper, SMEs will be able to implement the lowest cost basic information security and will benefit SMEs who plan to establish an information security plan.

With the emergence of the fourth industrial revolution, more and more attempts have been made to apply IoT technology to the manufacturing process and launch the product. In this paper, we propose IoT authentication scheme based on hash chain which can easily apply IoT device to small and medium enterprises in Korea. In the proposed method, the companies that installed IoT devices suitable for the manufacturing environment are selected to maintain the linkage between IoT devices so that product information and release information can be efficiently collected and managed during the entire manufacturing process. In addition, the proposed scheme is characterized in that it does not require an additional encryption / decryption algorithm because the authentication information of the IoT device is constructed based on a hash chain. As a result of the performance evaluation, the efficiency of the manufacturing process was improved by 18.5% and the processing of the manufacturing process with the IoT device was shortened by 20.1% on the average according to the application of the IoT device. In addition, the labor cost reduction costs in the manufacturing process decreased by an average of 30.7%.

In the electronic component assembly business, when product defects occur, it is important to track incoming raw material defects or work defects, and it is important to improve suppliers or work sites according to the results. The core task of the smart factory is to build an integrated data hub to process storage, management, and analysis in real time, and to manage cluster processes, energy, environment, and safety. In order to improve reliability through accurate analysis and collection of production data by real-time monitoring of production site management for electronic parts-related small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the establishment of a smart factory is essential. This paper was developed to be utilized in the construction by defining the system configuration method, smart factory-related technology and application cases, considering the characteristics of SMEs related to electronic components that want to introduce a smart factory.
