  • In the modernization process of the city, urbanization raised a variety of social issues. Urbanization brought noticeable changes in dwelling patterns, such as drastic changes in the housing lifestyle, that revolved around the metropolitan areas of Seoul and Busan etc. before and after the expansion of economic growth. Especially in 1985, when 23.8% of the country's population was concentrated in Seoul, the imbalance of housing supply and demand caused a vast range of housing shortage. The shortage, that resulted from public sector mishandling of natural housing demand, lead to the occurrence of private sector rental housing. The occurrence of this abnormal rental housing supply, became a major cause of Korea's typical lease system called 'Co-dwelling', where the leaseholder and tenant physically lives in the same residence. The leaseholder and tenant's 'Co-dwelling' started from partial renting of traditional Korean-style housing and transformed with the transition of dwelling form and time. However, after 1985, legalization of multi-family housing, Korean rental housing started to be planned in the beginning of it's housing construction and to be produced as an independent space with separate circulation. Also in terms of facility, it changed from partial renting of a space within the residence to an assembly of small individual spaces. However, the background of this deep-rooted 'Co-dwelling' lease system, in different forms and periods of residence, is still based on the lack of public sector rental housing supply and private sector supply of rental space to utilize extra space, 'Jeonsei' payment.

고분자-점토 나노복합체 이해와 향후 연구 방향 (Comprehending Polymer-Clay Nanocomposites and Their Future Works)

  • 고분자-점토 나노복합체는 소량의 점토를 사용하여 큰 기계적 물성향상을 나타내 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 분야이다. 층상 구조를 갖고 있는 점토를 고분자 matrix에 분산하는 과정으로 요약할 수 있는 고분자-점토 나노복합체 제조는 친수성 점토 표면을 조절하는 기술, 점토의 물리적 성질을 이용하는 무기재료에 관한 지식, 고분자 합성, 고분자 유변학, 고분자 용액 거동, 기계적 물성이 복합적으로 작용하는 계이다. 이러한 복잡성을 설명하기 위해, 이 총설에서 점토 종류와 그 특성을 설명하였다. 또한 점토 특성과 고분자-점토 나노복합체 제조 방법의 연관성에 대해 설명하고, 제조된 복합체의 구조 분석과 방법에 대해 설명하였다. 그리고 복합체의 특징적인 물성을 분류한 후 그 물성과 복합체의 구조를 연관하여 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 최근의 연구 경향과 향후 연구 경향을 제시하였다.

전문대학도서관의 공간구성 특성에 따른 이용만족도 연구 (A study on user Satisfaction of the Junior College Library based on its Characteristics of Space Composition)

  • This study is about user satisfaction of the Junior College Library based on its characteristics of space composition. For this, we studied characteristics of space composition targeting the libraries in colleges in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. First, in case of study of characteristics of space composition for books and library data, student satisfaction for traditional and normal library areas was high. It means that the service based on library areas should start from normal library areas as well as there is a change about space as the type of data in libraries change to electric data and multimedia. Second, If we look at the space for a reader and a user, satisfaction for a normal reading room was high. we can also see that satisfaction for a computer room and a multimedia reading room was not higher but still high. Also, the reason why satisfaction for a multimedia reading room that provides various activities was high was that the complex of a library space is needed to provide users with various activities. Third, in case of space for programme function and meeting, satisfaction for the room of video information and the group study room was high. we can see that user satisfaction for the space got high basically when a user is satisfied with the proper information technology based on interaction Fourth, as a result of variance analysis of 3 spaces of Junior College Library and the services, the size of the space of service does not influence user satisfaction directly. Even the space is small, if it decorates variously like with a lighting for a user, a window seat to meet the nature of users and has specific factors such as space reservation using internet, user satisfaction is high. If we summarise the result of this study, to make user satisfaction for speace in a Junior College Library higher, not just we need to try to make it extend as a educational, a cultural place but we also need to accept the student's requirement that the space also needs to be extend as a complex cultural space.

선박 소음 예측 전산 프로그램의 개발에 관한 연구 -통계적 에너지 해석법을 이용한- (A Study on the Computer Program for the Shipboard Noise Prediction - using Statistical Energy Analysis -)

  • 선박은 내부에 소음원을 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라 진동의 전달 특성이 좋은 강판 구조물이기 때문에 기진원과 소음원을 포함한 구조계및 주변 음장계까지 포함한 전체계에 대한 소음 예측을 수행하여야 한다. 이러한 선내 소음 환경을 예측하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 통계적 에너지 해석법을 이용하여 고차 진동의 전달 특성, 음장과 구조물과의 상호 작용 및 음장의 투과 손실등에 대한 해석 이론을 정식화하고 이를 바탕으로 선내 소음 예측을 위한 전산 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또, 소형 연안 여객선을 대상으로 하여 이론적 소음 예측 계산을 수행하고 실선 계측 결과와 비교하여 그 타당성을 확인하였으며, 공기음과 고체음에 대한 전달 특성을 분석하여 보았다.

두경부의 이물질 삽입에 의한 관통성 외상 (Penetrating Injuries by Foreign Body in the Head and Neck Region)

  • 두경부 관통성 외상의 기본적 처치는 먼저 초기 단계에서 환자의 정확한 병력 및 이학 검사, 호흡 억제 유무 평가, 중대한 출혈 유무의 평가 등을 시행한다. 중대한 출혈의 평가는 외부 출혈 유무, 급속히 커지는 혈종 유무, 혈류역학적으로 불안정한 생징후를 보이는 경우, 맥박 소실, 저혈량성 쇼크의 소견, 혈종격동이나 혈흉 소견이 있는 경우 등이다. 이러한 경우 즉각적인 외과적 처치를 시행해야 한다. 중대한 출혈의 소견을 보이지는 않지만 혈관 손상이 의심되거나 가능성이 높다고 생각되는 경우로는 혈류 잡음, 삽입 이물질이 큰 혈관에 근접 위치한 경우, 맥박 소실이나 중추 신경학적 문제가 발생한 경우 등이 해당된다. 이때는 혈관조영술과 CT촬영을 시행한 후 보존적으로 관찰을 할지 외과적 처치를 시행할지를 결정한다. 이때도 외과적 처치가 필요한 경우 지체없이 시행한다. 또한 두경부 이몰 삽입에 의해 환자가 자신의 생명에 심각한 위협을 받았다고 느끼기때문에 정신적인 충격을 해소해 주어야 한다.

실내조경 수공간의 이용만족도 요인 평가 (A Study on User's Satisfaction of Water Space Design in Interior Landscape Architecture Space)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse six different factors of water space that influence interior landscape architecture of officers and commercial spaces. Six different factors of water space that influence interior landscape architecture are the height of the water space, the design form, the blending with the location environment, location, general satisfaction with the water space, and general satisfaction with whole space. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Water space of commercial space was bigger than office space. The satisfaction is the highest in 0∼0.6M(B2) of office space and 3.5M(C6) of commercial space. The cascade form in the office space and large water volume design in commercial areas, which supplies abundant sound and water volume, were the highest. 2. In the analysis of preferences, the design form and the general design of the office space influences satisfaction levels. The height of the water space, and a combination of other factors influence general satisfaction. Water space influences commercial areas in higher degrees. 3. The items were most desired or satisfactory for interior landscape architecture were a cascade, water fall, and small water fountain. 4. A place introduced with water space had higher satisfaction levels. Water space produces higher than general satisfaction and indicates water, space alone cannot make general interior space satisfactory, although it can make interior landscape architecture space satisfactory. 5. There is more general satisfaction in commercial space than in office space. 6. The design of water space influences overall satisfaction: a rest area of office space needs an impressive and aggressive approach, while the office space should harmonize with its surroundings, as a commercial space.

Suncus Murinus 간장의 미세구조적 관찰 (Some Observations on the fine Structure of Suncus Murinus Liver)

  • 본 연구에서는 반수서동물인 Suncus Murinus간실질의 구조와 간소엽에 존재하는 간실질세포, 동모양내피 세포, Kupffer세포 및 Ito세포의 미세구조를 관찰하고 이들의 특징을 포유동물 및 비포유동물의 것들과 비교 고찰하였다. 간실질세포는 지방소적과 비교적 큰 사립체를 많이 함유하고 있었으며 세포간격은 좁았으나 세포 표면은 가늘고 긴 돌기를 많이 갖고 있어 그 미세구조가 비포유동물의 일부 동물종에 유사한 소견을 나타냈다. 내피세포 또한 일부 비포유동물에 있어서와 같이 용해소체를 많이 함유하고 있어 Kupffer세포와의 식별이 어려웠다. 간소엽에는 담세관이 많았으며 일부 담세관과 담관은 Disse강에서 관찰되었는데 이러한 담관계는 Disse강에 있는 소세포와 간실질세포에 의해서 형성되어있거나 소세포들이 내강을 둘러 싸면서 형성하고 있었다. 담관계형성에 관여하는 소세포들은 지방소적을 함유하거나 함유하지 않은 Ito세포일 것으로 추정되었다. 이상의 소견으로 미루어 Suncus Murinus간장은 포유동물과 비포유동물의 구조와 미세구조를 동시에 갖추고 있는 것같이 보인다.

한국인 태아 조기질의 미세구조에 관한 연구 (The Fine Structure of Human Fetal Nail Matrix)

  • The differentiation of nail matrix and fine structure of matrix cells were studied with light and electron microscope using specimens from nails of thumb finger in Korean fetuses 14 to 24 weeks old. Fetal nail matrix consisted of two horizontal layers, thicker ventral and thinner dorsal matrices, originating from invagination of epidermis in proximal nail field. Matrix being generally thicker in its distal region than the apex became gradually thickened with increase of the fetal age. Each matrix consisted of single layer of basal cells and multiple layers of squamous cells which are arranged close to and parallel to the central axis of the nail mairix. The process of keratinization of fetal nail matrix was noted to be occured concurrently in the ventral and dorsal matrices along the central axis of matrix toward distal and dorsal direction. Squamous cells became matured with accumulation of tonofilaments, increase of keratohyalin granules, discharge of membrane coating granules, and narrowing of intercellular spaces, thickening of plasma membrane and finally being transformed into horny cells of nail plate. Horny cells of nail plate filled with fibrous elements in the electron dense amorphous substance. These findings of keratinization process of fetal nail matrix appeared to be similar to those of keratinization in epidermis and inner root sheath of the hair. In the nail matrix, however, corresponding region to the keratogenous zone of growing hair follicle was not observed. Vacuolated squamous cells of nail matrix seen on light microscopy was considered to be artefactual product, but squamous cells with condensed small nuclei rarely found adjacent nail plate was considered to be one of the squamous cells with unknown function. Proximal end of nail plate was observed on dorsal surface of nail field distal to the proximal nail fold at 14 and 16 weeks old human embryos. Proximal prolongation of the proximal end of nail plate was occured with advancing fetal age and afterward 21 weeks nail plate invaded into nail matrix. Melanin granule containing cells and Merkel cells were present only on the basal layer of dorsal nail matirx.

도시공원에 번식하는 박새의 이소 전후 어미 행동권 분석 (Home Range Analysis of Great Tit (Parus major) before and after Fledging in an Urban Park)

  • Urban parks provide a variety of ecosystem services and are an important means of providing positive functions to urban ecosystems. Recently, various studies on wildlifes in urban parks have been conducted. However, there is a lack of research on habitat use in urban parks at important times such as before and after fledging in bird ecology. This study analyzed habitat use and home-range before and after fledging on Cheongsa park, a neighborhood park located in Cheonan city. An artificial nest was set up to check and capture great tit in fledging time. One female was captured and attached to the NTQB-2 (0.4g) radio transmitter, the location was tracked using SIKA Radio Tracking Receiver, hand-held three element Yagi antenna and GPS. Location information was recorded for 10 minutes for 3 hours each morning and afternoon for 12 days from May 17 to May 31, 2019. As a result, the home-range of the target species was 1.776 ha (MCP) and the core area was 499 ㎡ (KD 50%). The average daily home-range was 0.513 ha for the entire period, 0.688 ha before fledging, 0.339 ha after fledging based on MCP. The bird moved about 29.9 m on average and moved up to 131.7 m. For the most of the time, the great tit stayed inside the park, but the bird also used small green spaces such as street trees, tree flower beds, and green areas of unused lands. The results of this study could be applied to the study of habitat use and the greenery management policy of the urban park considering wild birds.

스트릿 몰(Street Mall)의 매장 배분계획과 영업활성화의 관계에 대한 연구 - 국내 스트릿 몰의 사례를 중심으로 - (Research on the relationship of store unit configuration and business activation of street mall - Based on case studies of street malls in Korea -)

  • This research was undertaken to prove the relationship between street mall activation and architectural plan design. The research methodology was established based on the analysis of data of two existing street malls in Korea (Western Dome & LaFesta) and theoretical studies of outdoor space design. The findings from this study are the following: First, building blocks with segments in every 50m or so are ideal for detailed communication between visitors and building contents. Second, the ratio of width of main corridor and building height should be less than 1 to provide intimate feel and keep visitors' attention concentrated in the facility. Third, store unit should have more storefronts to be exposed more to passers-by and lead more pedestrian traffic. Fourth, shape of store unit would rather be wide and shallow, instead of narrow and deep, to have more exposure to the central corridor. Fifth, the building block of the busiest(most expensive) area that is usually at the main entrance area of street mall should be flexible to fit more smaller units to maximize the profitability. Sixth, the main entrance of store should face the main pedestrian corridor to induce the influx of visitors. Lastly seventh, anchor tenant that has strong name recognition is usually located on basement or higher level to induce pedestrian traffic into the mall, key tenants that are strong and familiar brand names should be located at the corner of building block with spacing to attract visitors, provide even distribution of traffic, and support wayfinding, and local tenant should be located at small units along the central corridor or remainder spaces occurred from building core layout.
