실험계획법을 이용한 GZO 투명전극 성장의 공정 최적화 (Processing optimization of Ga-doped ZnO for transparent electrode application using DOE)

  • Microstructure and electrical properties of Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) films grown on $Al_2O_3$ templates by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) are investigated utilizing X-ray diffraction method and Hall measurement, respectively. In order to determine the optimized operating condition of the PLD, statistical design of experiment (DOE) is employed. It provides the systematic and efficient methodology for characterization and modeling of PLD processing with a relatively small number of experiments. The most optimized recipe of the process factors is obtained by response optimizer in Minitab.

공동주택의 실내공간구성에 대한 확대 및 노인가족 노인의 선호 - 울산지역의 공동주택 거주 노인을 중심으로 - (Preference of the Old-aged for Interior Space Organization of Multi-family Houses - Focused on the Elderly of Multi-family Houses in Ulsan -)

  • The ratio of old persons among the total population is rapidly increasing and the apartment has become to the representative housing type in Korea. This means that many old persons would live in multi-family houses. Therefore the study was intended to examine the preferred characteristics of interior space organization in multi-family house by the aged. The characteristics were the number and usage of bedroom, necessity and type of dress room, type of living room, arrangement of work centers in kitchen, LDK type, the number and layout of bathroom, and type of entrance and balcony. The subjects were 122 old persons who lived in multi-family houses in Ulsan. The individual interview was carried out for collecting the data. The results were as the followings; The characteristics of interior space organization in multi-family houses preferred by the elderly were three bedroom, two bathroom, DK or LDK type, open planned living room, L shape arrangement of kitchen work center, entrance connected directly to outdoor space such as elevator hall or corridor, and the balcony located in front of living room and at the back of small bedroom. Even thouth the average age of population has increased, many apartments still be planned and provided without consideration of old persons. This study would contribute to plan the multi-family houses for the elderly.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the space composition and utilization characteristics of cultural facilities in city which was surrounded by rural area. For this study, it was surveyed 18 cultural facilities including PyungTaek-city in our country. The below was analyzed : The first, the present conditions of space program and functions of central cultural facilities in small city. The second, a frequency and peculiarity in utilization of it. And the third is about system of management. A data of design which can be directly applied by above process is like the below. The function of cultural facilities in city can be fixed from space composition with regional specifics and similarity. The space composition of cultural facilities is diversified by art performance and assembly space, by exhibitional space and reading space, and by the fact whether there is public or not. We know hall of cultural facilities has multi-purpose. Management system needs some changes throughout participation of citizen or experts for more active usage.

조선 전·중기 주택의 ㄱ자 꺾음부에서 공간기능에 따른 공간형식의 변화 (Change of Spatial Form according to Spatial Function at ㄱ-shaped Corner Spaces of Houses in Early·Middle Joseon Dynasty)

  • In the late Koryo Dynasty~early Joseon Dynasty, nationwide distribution of Ondol prompted the formation of ㄱ-shaped corner space. From this background, the spatial form changed according to the space function. In the case where the ondol is located in the bent portion, it would have formed a similar spatial form nationwide at the beginning of the 16th century. Until the middle of the 16th century the receptionists and the family rituals were carried out in the inner of the house, so ㄱ-shaped corner space gradually expanded. Also a special structure type using fultile rafters was used to cover the upper structure of the extended folded space. From the 17th century, ㄱ-shaped corner space was varied from wide and high to narrow and low. In addition to this, the space function of ㄱ-shaped corner is a small hall, a wooden floored room, and the kitchen. And Their spatial form also changes over time.

사회-공간 네트워크 분석을 활용한 초등학교 공간계획방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of the School Space through Socio-Spatial Network Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the new space plan by reflecting the opinions of the user (student) in the existing standardized elementary school space planning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the activities of elementary school students by using socio - spatial network analysis method and to propose the direction of new elementary school space planning through the results. We analyzed the results of each centrality by using the analysis of closeness analysis, betweeness analysis, girvan-newman clustering, and concor analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it should be planned to use the classroom and the special room as one area by utilizing the corridor. Second, it should be planned that the outdoor space and the indoor space are closely related to each other by utilizing the hall, the lobby and the classroom. Third, the school should create a small space where physical activity is possible in an indoor space of the school. In order to improve the standardized elementary school space, this study proposes a method to reflect the opinions of the users in the school planning stage.

사출성형공정 모니터링용 엣지 디바이스 개발 및 평가 (Development and evaluation of edge devices for injection molding monitoring)

  • In this study, an edge device that monitors the injection molding process by measuring the mold vibration(acceleration) signal and the mold surface temperature was developed and evaluated its performance. During injection molding, signals of the injection start, V/P switchover, and packing end sections were obtained through the measurement of the mold vibration and the injection time and packing time were calculated by using the difference between the times of the sections. Then, the mold closed and mold open signals were obtained using a magnetic hall sensor, and cycle time was calculated by using the time difference between the mold closed time each process. As a result of evaluating the performance by comparing the process data monitored by the edge device with the shot data recorded on the injection molding machine, the cycle time, injection time, and packing time showed very small error of 0.70±0.38%, 1.40±1.17%, and 0.69±0.82%, respectively, and the values close to the actual were monitored and the accuracy and reliability of the edge device were confirmed. In addition, it was confirmed that the mold surface temperature measured by the edge device was similar to the actual mold surface temperature.

  • New modular factory-built methodologies implemented in the construction and industrial plant industries may bring down costs for modular reactors. A factory-built environment brings about benefits such as; improved equipment, tools, quality, shift patterns, training, continuous improvement learning, environmental control, standardisation, parallel working, the use of commercial off shelf equipment and much of the commissioning can be completed before leaving the factory. All these benefits combine to reduce build schedules, increase certainty, reduce risk and make financing easier and cheaper.Currently, the construction and industrial chemical plant industries have implemented successful modular design and construction techniques. Therefore, the objectives of this paper are to understand and analyse the state of the art research in these industries through a systematic literature review. The research can then be assessed and applied to modular reactors.The literature review highlighted analysis methods that may prove to be useful. These include; modularisation decision tools, stakeholder analysis, schedule, supply chain, logistics, module design tools and construction site planning. Applicable research was highlighted for further work exploration for designers to assess, develop and efficiently design their modular reactors.

박테리아 셀룰로오스 기반 전도성 막의 전도도 향상을 위한 PEDOT:PEG와 황산혼합액 코팅의 영향 (Effect of Coating with the Mixture of PEDOT:PEG and Sulfuric Acid to Enhance Conductivity of Bacterial Cellulose Platform Film)

  • 본 연구에서는 박테리아 셀룰로오스(BC)와 같은 천연고분자에 전도성 고분자 PEDOT:PEG와 graphene, 은나노와이어(AgNW)를 코팅하여 전도성을 부여하고자 하였다. 미리 PEDOT:PEG와 황산을 10~20%를 혼합하여 그 용액을 전자 스핀 코팅으로 BC 기판에 코팅하였다. 그 후, 전도성을 향상시키고자 graphene과 AgNW로 코팅하여 hall effect로 측정하였다. 그 결과, 대조군 PEDOT:PEG로 코팅한 BC 막의 전자농도($2.487{\times}10^{10}/cm^3$)에 비해 PEDOT:PEG에 황산을 10%로 혼합하여 코팅시킨 BC막($8.093{\times}10^{15}/cm^3$) 쪽이 $3.25{\times}10^5$배 높은 값을 나타내는 것으로 전도도가 대폭 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, SEM분석으로 PEDOT:PEG가 황산처리에 의해 폴리머 형상으로 변화된 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 분자구조의 변화를 FTIR분석결과 $1200cm^{-1}$ 파장의 S-O그룹이 황산처리 전에 비해 황산 혼합한 쪽에서 크게 상승된 것이 확인되었다. 이 방법을 이용하여 소량의 PEDOT:PEG사용으로 투명성을 확보할 수 있으며 미리 황산을 처리하는 것으로 제조공정을 단순하게 할 것으로 사료된다.

300A급 일반 산업용 전류센서의 설계 및 제작 (Design and fabrication of a 300A class general-purpose current sensor)

  • 오늘날 전류센서는 전류량 제어, 감시, 계측 등 매우 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 또한 전력망의 스마트 그리드사업, 신재생에너지 발전, 전기자동차와 하이브리드 자동차 등의 수요가 커지면서 그 사용영역이 점차 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 여러 종류의 전류센서 중에서 홀 소자를 사용하는 개방형 전류센서는 다른 형식의 전류센서에 비해 가격이 싸고, 크기와 무게가 작은 장점이 있지만 정밀도가 낮고 주위의 온도 변화에 따라 특성이 변하는 것이 단점이다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 정밀도와 온도성능이 뛰어난 300A급 개방형 전류센서를 설계 및 제작하였다. 300A급 개방형 전류센서를 제작하기 위해서 수치해석을 통해 철심을 설계하고 회로해석 프로그램을 이용하여 신호처리에 필요한 회로들을 설계하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해서 SMD(Surface Mount Device) 형태로 제작된 300A급 개방형 전류센서는 30 ~ 300A의 직류 및 교류전류를 통전한 실험에서 정밀도 오차가 0.75% 이내, 선형도 오차가 0.19% 이내였다. 또한 온도보상회로를 포함한 전류센서를 $-25{\sim}85^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 동작시켰을 때 온도계수는 $0.012%/^{\circ}C$ 이내였다.

산소 결핍된 TiO2-δ:Ni 박박의 자기적 성질 연구 (Study on Magnetic Properties of TiO2-δ:Ni Thin Films)

  • 졸-겔(sol-gel) 방법을 이용하여 제작된 산소결핍(oxygen vacancy)들을 내포하는 Ni 도핑된 루타일(rutile) 구조의 $TiO_{2-{\delta}}$ 박막들에 대하여 그 자기적 성질 및 관련된 전자구조적 성질에 대하여 조사분석 하였다. $TiO_{2-{\delta}}$:Ni 박막들에서 상온 강자성이 관측되었으며 Ni 도핑량이 증가할수록 포화 자화량($M_s$)이 점차 감소하여 6 at% 이상에서 일정한 값으로 유지되었다. 이와 같은 Ni 도핑량 6 at% 이하에서의 강자성 현상은 산소결핍 자리에 속박된 전자를 매개로 그 주위에 존재하는 불순물 이온들의 자기 능률들이 강자성 정렬을 이루게 되는 자기 폴라론(magnetic polaron)의 형성에 의한 것으로 해석된다. 소량의 Ni 도핑 시 각 이온당 최대 $3.7{\mu}_B/Ni$의 큰 $M_s$ 값이 나타났으며 6 at% 이상에서의 일정한 $M_s$ 값은 Ni cluster 형성에 의한 것으로 해석된다. 이와 같은 Ni cluster의 존재는 시료들에 대한 Hall 측정 결과 나타난 Ni 도핑량 증가에 따르는 p-n 전도성 전이를 설명하여 줄 수 있다.
