숙련된 근력 사용자와 미숙련 근력 사용자간 단시간의 전신 근력활동이 정신적 작업에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of a Whole-body Activity in a Short Time Period on Mental Work between The Skilled and The Unskilled in Muscular Movement)

  • This paper examines the effects on mental task of changes in the intensity of physical activity. A treadmill-equipped instrument and perception tester were used to attain several levels of physical activity. In this paper, in order to determine the individual levels of physical activity of subjects, Borg-RPE scale, heart rate(HR) and respiratory quotient(RQ) were used. Also, an arithmetic addition test in whole-body activity on treadmill-equipped instrument as an indicator of mental task were performed. In the above experiments, the scores obtained in arithmetic addition test administered before and after physical activity at each intensity level used. Restricted within the limits of this paper, the results of these tests showed that the performance of mental task was Increased after physical activity.

행정기관의 정보보호 담당인력을 어떻게 관리할 것인가? (How Do We Manage the Information Security Workforce of the Administrative Agencies?)

  • The career development of information security workforce affiliated in administrative department is very different from workforce affiliated in private companies. Their career development attempts are made not by voluntary motivation but by involuntary job movement by the principle of internal relocation. So they are not directly linked to monetary compensation or advancement. Due to the nature of the organization, their work attitude is very passive and there is little intention to turnover. They do not need professionalism, but they must be retrained according to the law. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the roles and responsibilities of information security workforce of each administrative department. And we do questionnaire survey to find out current roles and responsibilities of them will not affect the demand for retraining. Through these research, we would like to discuss how to manage information security workforce affiliated in administrative departments.

  • Southeast Asia accounts for nearly a tenth of total worldwide cross-border movements of migrant workers. Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, and Philippines make up the sending countries while Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand are the major destinations. Migrant worker movements are predominantly in production process and low- to medium-skilled sectors. It is not unusual for irregular or undocumented movements to take place. In not a few instances, migrants work under harsh and exploitative conditions. In recent years, however, ASEAN has taken steps to manage labor migration at the regional level. The paper argues that ASEAN has not managed these cross-border labor flows as well as it should particularly in terms of protecting and promoting the human rights of migrants. It will be difficult to establish the genuine building blocks for a regional human rights mechanism unless there is a diffusion of alternative universal norms and standards to what ASEAN already embodies. As long as states resist any attempt to weaken or question or deligitimize their capacity to determine who gets to enter, stay, and leave their jurisdictions, it will be difficult to establish an effective migrant rights framework for the region.

  • 공공기관의 개인정보영향평가(Privacy Impact Assessment, PIA) 의무화, 정보보호관리체계(Information Security Management System, ISMS) 인증 의무화 등 각종 법률 준수의 의무화 조치가 가동되면서 정보보호컨설팅 수요가 증가하고, 이에 따라 정보보호컨설턴트 인력의 확보가 주요현안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호컨설턴트가 갖추어야 할 핵심 역량이 무엇이며, 실제 정보보호컨설턴트가 핵심 역량을 얼마나 보유하고 있는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 핵심 역량에 대한 관리자와 실무자의 인식차이를 분석함으로써 두 그룹의 시각 차이를 이해하고 향후 정보보호컨설턴트 양성을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

  • 지도제작에서 지도의 정확도와 신빙성 (reliability)을 지배하는 주요한 요인은 지형도의 원도(mapase)의 측도과정인 도화작업(stereo-restitution)이라고 할 수 있다. 항공사진의 도화작업의 대부분은 아직까지 아나로그(analogue) 방법에 의하여 수행되고 다. 그러므로 도화작업은 실체도화기(stereo plotter)에 의하여 수행 되므로 도화기를 조종하는 도화사(operator)의 숙연도, 기능의 수준 및 개인습성에 의한 관측오차에 따라서 도화성과의 질에 상당한 영향을 끼치고 있음이 명백하다. 본 연구에서는 도화사의 경역별 개인오차를 도화기종별로 검출하여 분석하였고 또한 도화대상이 지형, 지물의 난역도와 세부상세도에 따르는 결과도 분석하였으며 우리나라에서 답습하고 있는 선도화 후 현지확인의 작업과정이 원도측도의 정확도에 미치는 영향도 고찰하여 보았다.

게임 속 PPL의 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Causes That Have Influence over the Effect of PPL in the Game)

  • 본 연구는 상당히 활발히 이루어지고 있는 게임에서의 PPL 현실에 비해 그 효과를 다룬 연구들이 많이 수행되지 못한 현실을 고려하여, 게임 속 PPL에 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관하여 연구를 수행하였으며, 구체적으로는 게임의 장르와 게이머의 게임 숙련도에 따라 게임 속에서 PPL 브랜드의 인지도와 선호도에 미치는 영향력이 어떻게 나타나는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 게임의 장르는 크게 역동적인 게임과 정적인 게임으로 분류하여 분석하였으며, 구체적으로는 역동적인 게임으로 레이싱게임인 포르자모터스포츠를 대상으로 하였으며, 정적인 게임으로는 보드게임인 숨은그림찾기를 대상으로 하였다. 게임의 숙련도는 높음과 낮음으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 화면의 변화가 심한 역동적인 레이싱 게임에 비해 정적인 게임 진행방식을 갖고 있는 보드게임에 삽입된 PPL 브랜드에 더 큰 효과를 나타낼 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 레이싱 게임과 보드 게임에서 모두 게임의 숙련도가 더 높은 사람에게 PPL 효과가 더 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

응급구조학전공 학생의 병원 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing Factors on the Satisfaction of the Paramedic Students in Clinical Training)

  • Purpose: This study aims to assess the influencing factors on the level of satisfaction with clinical training and to provide basic data for more efficient clinical training. Method: The study was conducted on 402 paramedic students who have experienced clinical training from September 6 until October 12 in 2011. The questionnaires consisted of 40 questions. We used SPSS 18.0 frequency analysis, technical statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Result: 1. The level of satisfaction with clinical training showed significant difference between the frequency (F=8.837, p=.000) and clinical training managers (F=5.418, p=.001). 2. The level of satisfaction with clinical training showed the strongest positive correlation with the satisfaction of clinical training hospitals (r=.694, p=.000). 3. Multiple regression analysis revealed the most powerful predictor for satisfaction with clinical training was the satisfaction level of clinical training hospitals(48.2%) and the frequency of clinical training experiences(.8%), the preparation before the clinical training(5.4%), the total duration of clinical training(.7%), and the satisfaction of emergency department education(1.0%). These five variables accounted for 56.1% of the satisfaction of clinical training among paramedic students. Conclusion: As student's satisfaction of the clinical training increases, the quality of paramedics is expected to improve in the future. As a result, the future paramedics can be nurtured to be highly skilled in on-the-scene emergency situations after graduation.

중소병원 의료기사의 감염관리 실태에 관한 연구 (A Research on State Infection Control for Medical Technician in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원에 근무하는 의료기사의 병원감염관리에 대한 인식과 수행정도를 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 의료기사(임상병리사, 방사선사, 물리치료사) 235명을 대상으로 하였으며 통계적 처리는 SPSS Ver.23.0으로 평균과 표준편차, 분산분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 감염관리가 제대로 수행되지 않는 주원인은 전문가 부재($3.17{\pm}1.18$)이며, 감염관리에 대한 인지도보다 수행도가 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았다. 감염사고 후 아무런 조치를 하지 않았다40.0%(94명)가 가장 높았으며, 소독 검사 예방접종 후 부서장에게 보고는 표준화회귀계수 베타가 -0.265, p=0.025로 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 감염관리 수준은 교육여부 및 감염관리지침여부와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 중소병원 의료기사들의 감염관리에 대한 전문인력, 교육, 감염관리지침 등의 필요성을 확인하였으며 이를 통해서 더욱더 효율적인 감염관리가 가능해질 것으로 사료된다.

A Study of Global Manufacturing Education and Training for Chinese Company Manager

  • Global economic recession, global market reduction, and the deteriorating economic recession are forcing the industry to reconsider the business plan and strategy related to supply chain regardless of the size of the companies. During the economic recession caused by financial anxiety, development of international collaborative producer is the key theme for a manufacturing industry to get over the situation. Especially, development of high-skilled people who are capable of handling global manufacturing management is the key factor in China which shifted from a world factory to a world market. In this background, we started the international project of global manufacturing education and training for Chinese company managers from 2009. In this paper, based on the research conducted by the universities and companies in China, a design of global manufacturing education and training is proposed. This presented design is based on the theory of Japanese production strategy and investigation of actual conditions for Chinese companies and the research methodology of business management practice with efficiency and productive for international level management organization. The effectiveness of the education design is evaluated by applying the international education and training project of Aoyama Gakuin Human Innovation Consulting Inc. and Vigor Management Technology Association.

운전자 특성에 따른 안전 의식 수준과 재해예방 대책에 대한 연구 (A Study on Level of Safety Awareness and Disaster Prevention Measures According to Driver's Characteristic)

  • Automobile was first introduced in 1903 in South Korea, the masses of the car was carried out rapidly compared to other countries. However, many people were killed in a traffic accidents and economic loss was occurred due to the spread of the automobile. In South Korea, 2012, traffic accident occurred 223,656 times, 5,392 fatality, 344,565 injured people. In the last five years, about 224,000 accidents per year were occurring. In other words, 610 traffic accidents occur and about 15 people pass away in one day. In addition, the proportion of traffic accidents is first place in the OECD countries and it is very high in the world. Understand occurrence tendency of traffic accident, accident frequency rate of the driver who drives more than 10 years was higher than the novice driver. In addition, as a result of examining the cause of the traffic accident, breach of safe driving obligation appears highest case (125,391 times), and followed by signal violation, break safety distance. Therefore, the majority of traffic accidents occurred by the lack of safety awareness of the driver. In this study, prevent the loss of human life and property in traffic disaster, by establish disaster prevention measures that investigated by questionnaire survey and statistical data of the state of consciousness and driving posture in response to the driving history of the driver.
