부산항, 인천항, 광양항의 수출행태분석 (Analysis of Export Behaviors of Busan, Incheon and Gwangyang Port)

  • 우리나라는 국토가 남과 북으로 단절되고 시장이 작아 수출의존도가 높은 경제구조이어서 항만은 우리 경제에 필수불가결하다. 이에 본고는 우리나라 대표 항만인 부산항, 광양항, 인천항의 수출이 어떠한 행태를 갖는가를 밝힌다. 수출은 일반적인 형태인 환율과 경기의 함수로 정의하되 환율의 부호가 이론이 제시하는 것과 상이하게 나타나는 경향이 있기 때문에 환율을 미 달러화의 원화표시 명목환율, 광의와 협의의 명목실효환율과 실질실효환율 5가지로 구분하여 구성한다. 그리고 3개 항만 모두 명목실효환율이 명목환율이나 실질실효환율보다 우수한 추정 결과를 보이며, 명목실효환율에서도 광의의 명목실효환율보다 협의의 명목실효환율을 이용한 모형이 수출의 추정에 적합함을 밝힌다. 명목실효환율로 구성한 모형의 안정성을 GPH 공적분검정을 통해 밝히고 전향적 이동회귀분석을 실시하여 환율과 경기가 항만의 수출에 미치는 영향력이 지속적으로 약해지고 있다는 것과 환율보다 경기의 영향력이 더 크다는 것을 보인다. 오정수정모형을 추정하여 수출에서 발생한 일시적 괴리를 조정하는 속도가 부산항에서 가장 빠르고 광양항이 가장 더디며, 부산항의 균형회복이 두 항만에 비해 상당히 빠르다는 이루어진다는 것을 밝힌다. 예측오차의 분산분해와 역사적 분해를 통해 수출은 강한 외생성을 갖는 변수이며, 이에 따라 항만의 수출이 환율과 경기와 같은 경제변수 외에 다른 변수들의 영향을 크게 받게 된다. 항만의 수출에서 환율과 경기와 같은 경제적 변수가 중요한 역할을 하지만 경제외적 변수도 경제적 변수 못지않게 중요한 비중을 차지한다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 수출의 외생성이 광양항에서 가장 강하고 부산항에서 가장 약하며, 항만의 불균형 조정속도는 광양항에서 가장 늦고 부산항에서 가장 빠르다는 사실을 함께 고려하면 항만 수출불균형을 조정하는 힘은 환율과 경기보다 다른 요인들에서 나온다는 것을 의미함을 밝힌다.

빅데이터를 활용한 어촌체험휴양마을 방문객의 경험분석 - 화성시 백미리와 양양군 수산리 어촌체험휴양마을을 대상으로 - (An Analysis of the Experience of Visitors of Fishing Experience Recreation Village Using Big Data - A Focus on Baekmi Village in Hwaseong-si and Susan Village in Yangyang-gun -)

  • This study used big data to analyze visitors' experiences in Fishing Experience Recreation Village. Through the portal site posting data for the past six years, the experience of visiting Fishing Experience Villages in Baekmi and Susan was analyzed. The analysis method used Text mining and Social Network Analysis which are Big data analysis techniques. Data was collected using Textom, and experience keywords were extracted by analyzing the frequency and importance of experience texts. Afterwards, the characteristics of the experience of visiting the Fishing Experience Village were identified through the analysis of the interaction between the experience keywords using 'U cinet 6.0' and 'NetDraw'. First, through TF and TF-IDF values, keywords such as "Gungpyeong Port", "Susan Port", and "Yacht Marina" that refer to the name of the port and the port facilities appeared at the top. This is interpreted as the name of the port has the greatest impact on the recognition of the Fishing Experience Villages, and visitors showed a lot of interest in the port facilities. Second, focusing on the unique elements of port facilities and fishing villages such as "mud flat experience", "fishing village experience", "Gungpyeong port", "Susan port", "yacht marina", and "beach" through the values of degree, closeness, and betweenness centrality interpreted as having an interaction with various experiences. Third, through the CONCOR analysis, it was confirmed that the visitor's experience was focused on the dynamic behavior, the experience program had the greatest influence on the experience of the visitor, and that the experience of the static and the dynamic behavior was relatively balanced. In conclusion, the experience of visitors in the Fishing Experience Villages is most affected by the environment of the fishing village such as the tidal flats and the coast and the fishing village experience program conducted at the fishing port facilities. In particular, it was found that fishing port facilities such as ports and marinas had a high influence on the awareness of the Fishing Experience Villages. Therefore, it is important to actively utilize the scenery and environment unique to fishing villages in order to revitalize the Fishing Experience Villages experience and improve the quality of the visitor experience. This study is significant in that it studied visitors' experiences in fishing village recreation villages using big data and derived the connection between fishing village and fishing village infrastructure in fishing village experience tourism.

온라인과 오프라인이 융합된 성공적 산업클러스터의 프레임워크 (A Framework for Success of Industrial Clusters: The Fusion of Online and Offline Businesses)

  • 본 연구에서는 중소기업 위주의 산업클러스터에 속한 오프라인기업들이 전자상거래를 도입함에 따라서 획득할 수 있는 효익을 분석한다. 현재 우리나라에서 새로운 산업진흥책으로 채택되고 있는 산업클러스터에 있어서 온라인과 오프라인이 융합되었을 경우 얻을 수 있는 효익을 분석하고 그 효익을 기반으로 경영성과의 향상을 도모할 수 있는 방향을 모색함으로써 산업클러스터의 성공적 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 국내 항만물류클러스터에 속한 73개 오프라인기업들을 대상으로 한 분석에서 정보의 공유비용절감, 가치추가 서비스, 고객관계, 신뢰증진, 마케팅 효을성 등 여섯 가지 효익요인이 추출되었으며 이들 요인을 독립변수로 하여 재무성과, 고객성과, 내부프로세스 성과, 학습 및 성장성과 등 네 가지 경영성과 항목 각각에 대해 회귀분석을 행하였다. 그 결과 각각의 효익변수들이 네 가지 경영성과 항목 중 한 개 또는 그 이상의 항목에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

시뮬레이션 기법을 활용한 울산항의 적정 예선 척수 분석 (Analysing Optimum Tugboat Capacity in Ulsan Port by Simulation Technique)

  • 선박의 안전한 접·이안을 담당하는 예선은 항만의 안전하고 효율적인 운영을 위한 여러 요소들 중 무엇보다 중요한 사항이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 항만의 특징에 따라 보유해야 하는 적정 예선 척수 및 규모에 대한 연구가 부족한 상황이고, 이로 인하여 관계자 간 분쟁이 자주 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 울산항을 중심으로 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하여 예선의 적정 척수 및 예선 마력 비율을 제시하였다. 먼저, 시뮬레이션 구축을 위한 첫 번째 과정으로 항만 입·출항 및 예선 운영 시스템을 설계하였다. 다음으로, 모델링 시 정의한 입력 변수는 울산항의 2019년 선박 입·출항 데이터를 조사하여 도출하였으며, ARENA 소프트웨어에 입력 가능한 형태로 표준화하였다. 그리고 선박의 입·출항 프로세스를 설계하고, 이를 ARENA 모델로 구현하였다. 마지막으로 6가지의 시나리오에 대한 시뮬레이션 수행 결과, 울산항의 예선 척수를 42척으로 조정할 경우 효과적인 예선 운영이 가능한 것으로 도출되었다.

Diversity and Phorophyte Preference of Vascular Epiphytic Flora on Avenues within the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria

  • This study evaluated the species composition, diversity and phorophyte preference of epiphytes at the University of Port Harcourt located in southern part of Nigeria. Purposive sampling technique was used to select sites representing major avenues in the three campuses (Abuja, Choba and Delta) of the University. Data were collected on species name of phorophytes, number of individuals, diameter at breast height (dbh) and height, and species/number of epiphytes present on them. The points/sections of attachment of epiphytes on phorophytes were also recorded. A total of eight species of epiphyte belonging to six families were recorded in the study. Species diversity was higher in Abuja campus (Simpson 1-D=0.81; Shannon H=1.79), followed by Choba campus (Simpson 1-D=0.73; Shannon H=1.09) and Delta campus (Simpson 1-D=0.56; Shannon H=0.93). Species richness was highest in Abuja campus (n=8) followed by Delta campus (n=4) and Choba campus (n=3). Similarity in epiphyte species composition was highest between Choba and Delta campuses (85.71%), followed by Delta and Abuja campuses (66.67%) and lowest between Choba and Abuja campuses (54.55%). The family-Polypodiaceae, had the highest number of species (n=3). Microgramma owariensis had the highest relative abundance (27%) followed by Platycerium bifurcatum (26%) while Tillandsia utriculata and Peperomia pellucida had the least relative abundance (3%). Epiphyte abundance was weakly correlated with both the dbh and height of phorophytes. However, epiphytes were more abundant on phorophytes with rough/scaly/corky/flaky barks than on those with smooth barks. The planting of avenue tree species with rough barks is recommended to enhance the diversity of epiphytes in the study area.

대기 중 오염물질의 시료채취시 관측오차 저감방법에 대한 연구 : 6구형 매니폴더를 장착한 MFC system의 개발과 평가 (Methodological Approaches to Reduce Uncertainties Associated with Air Sampling : Development and Assessment of a Six-port Manifold MFC System)

  • In order to develop a confident sampling technique, we designed and constructed a 6-port manifold MFC sampling system for collecting gaseous pollutants in air. Using this instrumentation, we tested the performance criteria of MFC system in terms of: (1) flow rate; (2) MFC-to-MFC variability; (3) tube-to-tube variability; and (4) time. It was interesting to find that the later two factors did not show any significant variations, while the former two show substantially large variations. However, as most of those variabilities are consistent enough to form systematic patterns, we were able to explain the occurrence patterns of all those MFC biases in terms of those four major variables. The overall results of our experiment suggest that one needs to use correction factor for each MFC unit under a given flow rate to maintain optimal accuracy and precision for sampling of those pollutants.

A Study on Yaw-checking and Course-keeping Ability of Directionally Unstable Ships

  • Yaw-checking and course-keeping ability in IMO's ship manoeuvrability standards are reviewed from the viewpoint of safe navigation. Three kinds of virtual series-ships, which have different course instability, are taken as test models. The numerical simulation on Z-test is carried out in order to examine the correlation between known manoeuvrability in spiral characteristics and various kinds of overshoot angle. Then simulator experiments are executed with series-ships in a curved, narrow waterway by six operators(five active pilots and one ex-captain) in order to examine the correlation between known manoeuvrability and degree of manoeuvring difficulty. IMC criteria for yaw-checking and course-keeping ability are discussed and revised criteria are proposed.

Development of Plate-type Fine Atomizing Nozzles for SI Engines with Intake-port Fuel Injection

  • This paper presents both experimental and numerical studies regarding nozzles used for the SI engine application, particularly for the intake-port fuel injection type. The atomization mechanism of the multi-hole plate nozzle was investigated experimentally. It was found that the nozzle design added turbulence into the liquid-film jet and the jet disintegrated rapidly. Based on the results, various plate types for the nozzle were developed and tested; six hole nozzle for liquid jet interaction, plate-type nozzle with flat duct channel, and the simpler structured nozzle. The spray characteristics of the prototype nozzles were examined experimentally while the internal flow of the nozzle was investigated computationally. It was shown that turbulent liquid-film was injected and atomization quality was improved by controlling the internal flow condition of the plate-type nozzle.

  • In this study experiments are conducted with a mid-layer type structure. This structure can operate not only at water surface but also in water. Six degrees of freedom oscillations of the structure and mooring force were measured by model experiments. From these experiments, it was shown that the lattice model has two peaks in the surge response curve and the oscillation amplitude and mooring forces increase according to the distance of separation between water level and upper deck.

  • SVLBI (Space Very Long Baseline Interferometry) has some important potential applications in geodesy and geodynamics, for which one of the most difficult tasks is to precisely determine the orbit of SVLBI satellite. This paper studies several technologies which possibly will be able to determine the orbit of space VLBI satellite. And then, according to the sorts and characteristicsof satellite and the requirements for geodetic study and the geometry of GNSS (GPS, GALILEO) satellite to track the space VLBI satellite, the six Keplerian elements of SVLBI satellite (TEST-SVLBI) are determined. A program is designed to analyze the coverage area of the space of different heights by the stations of the network, with which the tracking network of TEST-SVLBI is designed. The efficiency of tracking TEST-SVLBI by the network is studied, and the results are presented.
