모바일 기기 사용자는 왜 정보보호에 위험한 행동을 하는가? : 위험행동 결정요인 모델을 중심으로 (Why Do Mobile Device Users Take a Risky Behavior?: Focusing on Model of the Determinants of Risk Behavior)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically identify the risky behavior of mobile device users using the Internet of Things on a situational perspective. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model based on model of the determinants of risk behavior. Data were collected through a survey including hypothetical scenario. SmartPLS 2.0 was used for the structural model analysis and t-test was conducted to compare the between normal and situational behavior. Findings The results were as follows. First, the central roles of risk propriety and risk perception were verified empirically. Second, we identified the role of locus of control as a new factor of impact on risky behavior. Third, mobile risk propensity has been shown to increase risk perception. Fouth, it has been shown that risk perception does not directly affect risky behavior and reduce the relationship between mobile risk propensity and risk behavior. According to the empirical analysis result, Determinants of risk behavior for mobile users were identified based on a theoretical framework. And it raised the need to pay attention to the impact of locus of control on risk behavior in the IS security field. It provided direction to the approach to risky behavior of mobile device users. In addition, this study confirmed that there was a possibility of taking risky behavior in the actual decision-making.

친환경 패션 제품 소비 가치 만족도가 브랜드 이미지와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A study on the effect of consumption value satisfaction on brand image and repurchase intention of eco-friendly fashion products)

  • In a situation where the importance of eco-friendly fashion is growing, this study adds to the needed research by analyzing consumption value satisfaction factors, brand image, and repurchase intentions of eco-friendly fashion products. During the investigation, the impact of gender was also accounted for to establish an effective marketing strategy. In June 2024, 250 surveys were evaluated from domestic consumers with experience purchasing eco-friendly fashion products. Descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Five factors were measured to determine satisfaction with the consumption value of eco-friendly fashion products: emotional value, functional value, social and situational value, passive value, and rare and eco-friendly value. Empirically subdividing satisfaction with eco-friendly fashion as recognized by consumers reveals meaningful findings about consumption value. Among the factors of consumption value satisfaction with eco-friendly fashion products, functional value, social and situational value, and rare and eco-friendly value all positively affected repurchase intention. The consumer's gender also made a difference in satisfaction. Considering these results, the marketing effect of eco-friendly fashion can be increased. This study will be able to increase the ESG management effect of fashion companies. By performing ESG management, the fashion industry can achieve social and environmental responsibility along with sustainable growth.

당혹감(embarrassment); 개념분석 (Embarrassment; a concept analysis)

  • Purpose: The concept of embarrassment as an unpleasant emotion is important in caring for those who are in the continuum of illness and health requiring body care and facing sexual problems. In spite of its nursing implication, embarrassment has not been focused in nursing research. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develope a conceptual analysis of embarrassment. This analysis would help to understand comprehensively an embarrassing situation in which an intimate relationship between nurse and patient regarding body care of the patient could develope. Futhermore, it would be a basis for developing strategies for prevention of embarrassment which could lead for both patient and nurse to emotionally vulnerable situation because of their failure of self-presentation (impression management). Method: The concept analysis model suggested by Walker and Avant (1988) is used to clarify what is meant by the term 'embarrassment'. Result: This analysis defines the attributes of embarrassment such as follows. First, embarrassment is often attributed to situational factors interrupting a smooth interaction such as intimacy, confusion, vulnerability, exposure of interaction and characteristics of audience. Second, embarrassment is closely related with cognitive factor such as fear of losing face resulted from a behaviour being out of line. Third, embarrassment is closely associated with dispositional factor such as embarrassability. Fourth, embarrassment is an unpleasant and unwanted emotion arising reactively after an interaction had occurred. Fifth, embarrassment encloses physical, physiological and behavioral aspects such as a variety of unique and easily noticeable reactions and a pattern of verbal and non-verbal behaviour for coping in an embarrassing situation. The antecedents were normally socialized adolescents with normal cognitive ability, concern of losing face, embarrassability, embarrassing events related with situational intimacy, confusion, vulnerability, exposure of interaction and characteristics of audience, physical, behavioral blunders resulting in a failure of impression management. The consequences were an emotional coping behaviour, audience's embarrassment responses, and verbal and non-verbal coping strategies of interactional participants. Conclusion: It is hoped that this analysis will stimulate further exploration of this concept and study for developing systematic assessment and nursing practice that diminishes embarrassment of interactional participants.

  • This study is concerned with the evaluation model construction of Man-Machine System(MMS) using Transfer Function in order to improve the control characteristics of an operator in the system and the procedure for ergonomic system design, When man, as a subsystem, performs his allocated functions in a system, many physical and physiological problems such as fatigue, stress and error occur. And the imperfect design of a MMS may itself be a situational factor that accelerates stress as well as an idiosyncratic factor that causes errors. So, the economy of design should be considered together with the ergonomic characteristics on the evaluation of MMS.

종합병원 간호사가 인식하는 환자교육 중요도와 수행도의 관계연구 (A Study on the Perception of the Importance and Performance of Patient Education of the Clinical Nurses)

  • The purpose of the study are to examine the perception of the importance and performance of patient education of the clinical nurse and find out the interfering factors in practicing patient education. The data were collected from convenient sample of 256 clinical nurses working in the nursing units of adult patients except the psychiatric unit, obstetric unit, dental surgical unit and intensive care unit of one University Hospital in Seoul from September 29 to October 2, 1998. Three measurement tools of self-report- questionnaires developed by researcher used. For the content validity of the questionnaires, two sessions of panel discussion and a pilot test were done and finally factor analysis was done with Varimax method. Analysis of data was done with SAS program using frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, t-test and ANOVA. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The surveyed nurses perceived the importance of patient education at higher level with mean score of 4.08 among 5 point than their perception of practice( mean score : 3.42). 2. There was positive significant correlation(r=.29, p=0.0001)between nurses' perception of the importance of patient education and it's practice 3. Among the teaching contents for patients, 'information of diagnostic procedure and operation' and 'orientation of hospitalization' were perceived most important. And 'preparation for discharge' and 'understanding of disease and health promotion' were perceived least important 4. Among the teaching contents for patients, 'orientation of hospitalization' and 'information of diagnostic procedure and operation' were perceived highly performable. And 'understanding of disease and health promotion' and 'preparation for discharge' were perceived least performable. 5. Three types of interfering factors were identified as patient-factor, situational factor, nurse-factor. The mean degree of impediment with the interfering factors was at average level(3.09 among 5). The patient and situational factors of impediments were more interfering than nurse- factor for teaching patients. 6. In older age(p<.05), married state (p<.05), higher educational status (p<.01), higher clinical experience (p<.01) and higher position(p<.01), the score of perceived importance of patients education was more high. 7. In older age(p<.01), higher clinical experience(p<.001) and surgical unit (p<.01), the score of perceived performance of patients education was more high. In conclusion, in order to activate patient education practice in the clinical setting, the continuing education for patients education should be more emphasized and the effective teaching methods and materials should be developed to help patient teaching. And an organizational support such as budgeting for patient education and reimbursement system should be administrated.

행동경제학 관점에서 본 온라인 동영상 서비스(OTT)의 지속적 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing OTT Continued Use: Focusing on the Behavioral Economics Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 행동경제학(Behavioral Economics) 관점을 적용하여 이용자들이 OTT 플랫폼을 지속적으로 이용함에 있어서 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. OTT 이용자들이 실제 콘텐츠를 시청하고 플랫폼에서 제공하는 기능을 직접 경험한 후 만족을 느끼는 합리적 요인 외에도 '현상유지 편향(status quo bias)'에 의한 습관적 요인과 지인, 비용 등 상황에 따른 감정적, 심리적 요인도 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단했다. OTT 이용자들을 대상으로 한 심층 인터뷰와 선행 연구들을 통해 도출한 4가지 요인(콘텐츠 만족요인, 기능적 만족요인, 관성적 요인, 상황적 요인)에 대한 세부 문항을 구성하고, 국내 구독자 Top3 OTT 플랫폼(넷플릭스, 웨이브, 티빙)의 이용경험이 있는 전국의 20-40대 성인남녀 523명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, '콘텐츠 만족요인'과 '기능적 만족요인', '관성적 요인'이 OTT 지속적 이용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 '관성적 요인'은 국내 OTT 이용자들에게는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 OTT 서비스 이용자들을 완전한 합리성을 갖춘 존재로 전제했던 기존의 선행연구들과는 다르게 제한적 합리성을 함께 고려하여 OTT 지속적 이용 행위에 대한 설명의 범위를 넓혔다는 의의를 가진다.

의류점 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증적 연구 -패션 라이프스타일, 자아이미지, 상황요인을 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on Factors affecting in Apparel Store Choice -On Fashion Life-Style, Self-Image, and Situational Factors-)

  • The purposes of this study was to demonstrate the influence of fashion life-style, self-image and situational factors on consumer's apparel store choice for satisfaction of varied needs and high efficiency of marketing activity. A questionnaire was developed to measure research subjects based on theoretical study empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 270 women aged between 20 and 30 in Seoul. The results analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, x2-test and oneway-anova. The results of empirical studies were summarized as follows: 1. Segmented groups of fashion life-style were classified practical/planning group, fashion- leader group, and shopping-oriented group. And store types which were prefered by those groups were department store/shopping center. 2. Segmented groups of self-image were classified actual-seeking group, modernity group and confidence group. And store types which were prefered by those groups were department store/shopping center. The Forecast of store choice on the base of self.image was showed that customers choose the store incongruous with self-image. But when it was analyzed each actual store choice. The Choice of high frequancy was congruous with self-image except for a specialty store/brand named outlet. 3. The significant differences could be found in choice of the store under particular purchase situations and especially at department stores and specialty store, their preference tended to be stronger as the degree of the store's involvement was hightened, but in the case of the generalization stores and the permanent discount stores, even though the degree of that involvement was low, their preference showed the same tendency.

감정노동자들의 부정적 정서가 정서소진에 미치는 영향: 정서조절의 매개효과를 조절하는 상황 요인 검증 (The Effects of the Negative Affectivity of Emotional Laborers on Their Emotional Exhaustion: Situational Characteristics Moderating the Mediation Effect of Emotion Regulation)

  • 정서조절은 정서와 관련된 개인차 요인이 개인의 정서 생활 및 행동에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 기존 매개모델에 상황 요인을 추가하여 상황에 따라 정서조절의 매개효과가 변화하는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 다양한 직종에서 고객응대를 주 업무로 하고 있는 180명의 감정노동자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 감정노동자의 일상적 부정정서, 인지적 재평가, 정서적 소진, 본인이 경험하는 고객 불만의 강도 등을 측정하였다. 조절된 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 조건적 간접효과를 분석한 결과, 고객 불만의 강도가 높은 상황에서는 부정정서가 인지적 재평가를 매개로 하여 정서적 소진에 미치는 간접효과가 정적으로 유의하였으나 고객 불만의 강도가 낮은 상황에서는 해당 간접효과가 부적으로 유의하였다. 이는 높은 강도의 부정정서 유발 상황에서는 인지적 재평가의 매개효과를 통해 감정노동자의 정서적 소진이 감소될 수 있지만, 낮은 강도의 부정적서 유발 상황에서는 인지적 재평가의 매개효과를 통해 정서적 소진이 증가될 수도 있다는 것을 보여준다. 이러한 결과는 정서조절 연구에 있어 개인차적인 측면과 상황적 측면이 통합적으로 고려되어야 함을 강조하며, 감정노동자 직군의 정서적 특수성에 대한 정보를 제공한다.

리더십유형이 병원 조직구성원의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Type of Leadership on Hospital Organizational Members' Job Satisfaction, Organizational commitment, and Turnover Intentions)

  • It is important how the leader leads the organizational members with leadership appropriate to environment changes as the leader has great influence on the management of hospital organization. These data were collected from the questionnaire surveyed, from February 14 through February 28, 2003, to 218 people among those in the field of doctorship, management administration, nursing, technology, medical engineering, management engineering, and general affairs, working for three hospitals under S medical foundation in Pusan. The principal findings of this research are as below : 1. Type of leadership and job satisfaction had positive correlation in terms of both transformational and transactional leadership, with former having more relation than the latter. 2. Type of leadership and organizational commitment had positive correlation in terms of intellectual stimulus and situational rewards, having little relation statistically. 3. Type of leadership and turnover intentions had negative correlation only in individual consideration, situational rewards, and exceptional management, showing that transactional leadership had more relation than transformational leadership. 4. In terms of leadership and its effect on the organizational performance and turnover intentions, transformational leadership had more correlation than transactional leadership. But transactional leadership also turned out to have effect on organizational performance. When transformational leadership used, turnover intentions were lower than when transactional leadership used. However, both transformational and transactional leadership had negative correlation to turnover intentions. 5. Effect that type of leadership according to job classification, status, age, and academic career has on organizational performance and turnover intentions was differed by those factors; especially, in the occupation of doctor, both transformational and transactional leadership had positive correlation to turnover intentions. 6. Regression analysis on the factors of organizational performance and turnover intentions showed that higher age had positive correlation to the organizational performance in terms of socio-demographical features and that the more leadership was used for charismatic and situational rewards and the less leadership was used for intellectual stimuli, the higher organizational performance was likely. In short, hospital operators and managers should examine each manager's qualification, type, and style of leadership in the hospital organization, and they must develop lasting programs for effective education and training for developing characteristics of leadership are in needed to have managers with appropriate managerial mind to respective post and status. It should be kept in mind that manager's leadership especially has great effect on members' goal-setting, goal-achievement, organizational performance, and turnover intentions as it is a decisive factor of organizational members' attitude and motivation.

우주상황인식을 위한 인공우주물체 추락 예측 소프트웨어 개발 (Development of a Software for Re-Entry Prediction of Space Objects for Space Situational Awareness)

  • 1톤 이상의 인공우주물체 중 통제가 불가능한 인공우주물체의 추락은 지상에서의 인명 및 자산 피해가 발생할 가능성이 높기 때문에 국가적으로도 '인공우주물체 추락·충돌 대응 매뉴얼'에 따라 우주물체 추락 상황에 대한 위기를 관리한다. 따라서 인공우주물체 추락 상황 및 위험도를 판단하기 위한 신속하고 정확한 인공우주물체 추락 예측 정보를 제공하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 인공우주물체 추락 예측 방법은 국내외 여러 기관들에서 수행하고 있으나, 국가적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 국내 독자적인 툴의 확보는 국가 우주위험 재난 위기 상황에서 매우 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 인공우주물체의 추락 상황에서 관측으로부터 생성된 우주물체의 접촉궤도요소 또는 해외에서 공개되는 평균궤도요소를 활용하여 인공우주물체의 추락 예상 시각 및 지점을 정밀하게 예측할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어는 그레이스 1호(Grace-1) 위성과 그레이스 2호(Grace-2), 톈궁 1호(Tiangong 1) 위성과 창정 5B호 로켓 잔해(CZ-5B)와 같은 실제 통제 불가능한 인공우주물체의 추락 상황에서 독자적인 우주물체 추락 예측 정보를 제공하여 검증하였다.
