This study is a plan on the way to strengthen the survival ability by increasing the use time of air respirator by applying emergency breathing method in the situation where firefighter has to wait for RIT (Rapid Intervention Teams) because it is impossible to escape by himself or emergency escape during isolation during field activities. The research procedure first drew problems by conducting a survey on fire fighters under the Seoul Fire and Disaster Headquarters, and conducted an experiment to compare normal breathing and emergency breathing with 20 members of the Seoul 119 Special Rescue Team, and suggested emergency breathing method and training process modeling that can be applied to each field situation based on the data obtained. The experiment was conducted over 9 weeks, and it was divided into three categories: field activity situation, movement (emergency escape assumption) situation, and place (assume waiting for RIT). In the field activity situation experiment, it was confirmed that the application of skip breathing method was appropriate and the use time of air respirator increased about 1.6 ~ 1.9 times. In the moving situation or the in-situ situation, wheel breathing method was appropriate and the use time of air respirator increased about 1.6 ~ 2.4 times. However, when conducting intense activities in the field activity situation, it is recommended to use it limitedly because it is difficult to apply the emergency breathing method. If emergency breathing is not clearly learned in the body, it is difficult to use in the field, so I think systematic and continuous training is necessary. This study suggests that the application of emergency breathing method is effective enough to strengthen the survival ability of firefighters in the field.

A Situation-problem, one of the problems in school mathematics, plays a role as the starting point of teaming mathematics. It leads to construct knowledge which is a tool for solving the problems. Whether the problem is a situation-problem or not, it depends upon how to use that problem. Since posing situation-problems is accompanied by prior analysis and planning for teaching in the class, it is a difficult task. This paper focuses on the characteristics of situation-problems and on how their characteristics are realized in the process of classroom instruction. For this purpose, it analyzes the context of classroom instruction to which the 'puzzle problem' model suggested by Brousseau is applied. The model is considered as a typical situation-problem, which aims at proportionality and linearity. In addition, this paper suggests various sources of information that are useful in posing the situation-problems related to the ratio concepts.

This study is an example of a class of bibliotherapy through Lee Chung-joon's novel Snowy Road. Bibliotherapy proceeds through the process of identification, catharsis, output, insight, and application through reading. Through research, students objectively examine the situation of the character in the novel and compare it with their own situation. Students evaluate the situation of the character in the novel, experience the various life positions of the character in the novel by answering "What would you do if I were a character in the novel," and express their willingness to live differently from their lives. At the same time, I look into my relationship with my parents and seriously think about whether there is a problem and how to solve it if there is one. Through this process, students specifically suggest ways to think about and solve their emotions and problems. In the end, students' hurt feelings can be partially or sufficiently healed through reading. Through this study, it is expected that the method of bibliotherapy will be more concrete and develop in a positive direction.

In case of developing a combined system by a number of distributed resources with storage device, a number of application suggests a huge capacity can derive operational flexibility both power supply issues or when unexpected situation imposed. However, it is important to determine a resonable energy capacity because the device have many controversial cost issues in current power system industry. An ESS application which focusing essentially required points can induce appropriate storage capacity that required in economic operation. In this paper, a curtailment supporting algorithm based on storage device is introduced, and applied in the capacity calculation method. The main algorithm pursues handling minor exceeding quantities which can cause mechanical load at blade; This paper tries to include it for configuring hybrid algorithm with pitch control. Several fluctuating conditions are utilized in simulation to reflect critical situation. The analyzing process focuses on the control feasibility with applied capacity and control method.

This study is a study on applying the teaching-learning theory of education to military school education. For the purpose, the theories of constructivist, cognitive, and behavioral theories of teaching-learning theory are reviewed and applied to military school education. The application of teaching-learning theory to military school education suggested the application of constructivist, cognitive, and behavioral education methods to each core curriculum and OBC curriculum. In addition, Gagne's 9th instructional design model of teaching and learning theory was applied in school education design. Applying the teaching-learning theory of education to military, discussion of situation education is constructivist education method, L&T education is cognitive education method, mastery education is behavioral education method, teaching principle, applicable education method. Based on the teaching-learning theory presented in this study, it is expected that the design of military school education and the application of education method will achieve the goal of more effective military school education.

This study is carried out to understand application type and change of learning space and to find out actual situation of management in open planned elementary schools. The twelve elementary schools were selected based on case studies and fundamental data of the agencies performing basic plan, the actual situation of management was studied by interviews of principals and teachers. By the results, open planned elementary schools have been notably reduced after the year of 2004 and corridor expending type was broadly chosen as a plane type for open space. It was also shown that learning space was transformed to the independent type integrating open space to the unit classroom in most part of twelve cases. In addition, whole sliding doors fixed in open classrooms by some Provincial Office of Education didn't need certain physical shut-offs, and it was considered as one of useful alternatives to manage open space.

The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. In case of reusing the closing down a school as the educational facilities there is no legal matter which is under the separate punishment in comparison with the other facility according to the materials of the Ministry of Environment in 2013, and I am analyze that minimum cost is spent on a remodeling and it is most much used. The pattern study thinks about a purpose with the master plan through the plan characteristic derivation according to the analysis of current situation of the domestic closing down a school application educational facilities in which the related study is nonexistent and type in the educational facilities plan of the closing down a school still afterward in being utilized for reference data and guide book.

Objective: This study proposes the application of Ecological Interface Design(EID) method that is effective for situation awareness in digitalized environment. Background: While cognitive interface design method such as Information Rich Display(IRD) is simply focused on existing information for user, EID method helps users' resource to be solved to higher ion task such as diagnostic and problem solving. Method: Using EID method based on Work Domain Analysis (WDA), it was analyzed and designed for Steam Generator(SG) Water Level control process in a digitalized Main Control Room of Nuclear Power Plant. Proposed EID example is evaluated through interviews by expert & operator. Results: The result of expert & operator showed that EID display might give an aid for operator's decision. Conclusion: The results can reduce critical accidental damage that occurred due to cognitive load and so critical human error. Application: This study may be impact on situation awareness study for digitalized interface design.

Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.

Most of monitoring systems in logistics industry have limitations on monitoring container information in real-time. And customers only could check information gathered from certain points through web browser. That is why it is very hard to take actions in advance when emergency situation has happened. But if customers could check information such as position and status of freight in real-time through their mobile devices, they could take prompt actions. So, in this study, mobile application based on mobile devices is developed to monitor position and status information of the container in real-time. Entire devices monitoring container in aspect of logistics security are handled by workers in the field. So it is strongly required to develop monitoring system operated in mobile devices. For that reason this study aims to develop mobile application in order to monitor information related to container security and safety in real-time.
