Because of rapid increase of internet user, numerous popular web sites have been made on the internet but it is hard to find out a systematic technique for the selection of qualified web site in consumer position. Generally, there are black box, white box and gray box viewpoint for evaluating web site. In this paper present evaluation criteria based on AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) technique of black box viewpoint for optimal web site selection in consumer position. We considered usability, efficiency, compatibility based on ISO/IEC 9126 for quality measurement of web site and executed practical analysis about web site in internet. This paper show that the proposed selection technique is applicable to optimal web site selection.

Korean e-Government web site has been evaluating as a distinguished government, ranked 5th of the 119 countries in the "Global e-government readiness index report 2005" by UN in 2006. However we have to focus poor rate of utilization in proportion to its high evaluation of e-Government ranking. These reason probably did not reflect the requirements of user to build and operate e-Government web site. In this paper we will provide the important factors to consider to build and operate e-Government web site. For this, we analyze the relative importance for evaluation factors of e-Government web site using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

This study examined the characteristics of total consumers' anti-sites on on-line and their changes according to the establishment year of consumers' anti-sites, the activities and the evaluation of consumers' anti-sites and their differences according to the characteristics of consumers' anti-sites. Total 649 consumers' anti sites were analyzed for examining the characteristics of total consumers' anti-sites and 18 anti sites were selected for examining the activities and the evaluations of consumers' anti site. The anti sites were evaluated by the index of using in preceding research. The result showed that about 90% of total consumers' anti-site were not activated, only a few consumers participated even in the activated sites, most activity of the anti-site were operated only on on-line not off-line, over half of anti-sites targeted to the company in the type of the subject of anti-site, and the majority of the external shape of anti-site were cafe. On the change of characteristics according to the opening year, the proportion of cafe and the sites acting on both on-line and off-line were increased year by year. The number of anti-sites was decreased since 2005 and the proportion of highly activated sites was lowest in 2005. On the activity of anti-sites, the number of providing the information were more than the number of presenting the complaint among the bulletin writings. The number of the bulletin writing were more in highly activated sites than in low activated sites. most of highly activated sites were problem solving type compared to the low activated sites. The number of the bulletin writings in company anti-sites were the most among three type of subject of anti-site. The number of the bulletin writings in cafe type were more than in home-page type. On the evaluation of consumers' anti-sites, most of the sites didn't update the notices and provided incomplete information how consumers participated in the protesting movements. The highly activated sites functioned better in most parts in providing a information, connection with other consumer and site manager, management of the site.

In this research we acquired standard of evaluation parameter such as contents, design, navigation, feedback, reference, privacy by analyzing domestic web site of electronic library We evaluated constructed model of usability evaluation using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). We develop 'digital library web site evaluation model' based systematic analysis through polling category selected as evaluation guide.

This study is intended to propose quality criteria and Web metrics for usability quality evaluation of multimedia Web sites. Recently, applications of the Web sites are not limited to the area of industry and operating as it integrates the new technology. Also as information super highway becomes common with development or network technology, multimedia Web site is on the rise due to various use of multimedia attributes. Therefore this study expands to apply HTML based Web site quality evaluation studied in Software engineering, HCI, Hypermedia to multimedia Web site, and suggests new metrics by integrating flash usability which is expanding its portion in multimedia Web site lately. The Web metrics proposed in this study are verified by heuristic evaluation from a group of expert. It analyses the results of quantitative and qualitative qualify evaluation on Web Award Korea by comparing the award-winning, high-quality Web site with non-winning Web sites. This study can be used to establish guideline for high-quality multimedia Web site development in the future.

In this paper, as a site evaluation technique, SPMF(Site Population-Meteorology Factor) which is modified from SPF(Site Population Factor) of tile USNRC model, is defined from site population and meteorology data in order to consider the radiological impacts to the population at large from the atmospheric dispersion of the radioactive effluents released during routine plant operation as well as accidental conditions. The SPMF model proved its propriety from the comparison of SPMF and SPF for Kori site. The relative suitability of Korean sites to the U.S. sites have been also examined using SPF.

This research investigated consumer's usage of, evaluation on and satisfaction of the Auction Site, with a view to analyze the key factors influencing a commission paid Auction Site. The findings of results from the analysis are summarized as follows. First of all, the consumer group at the age equal to and less than 20 years old showed the highest purchasing frequency, and the consumer group with a household income less than 2,500,000 won showed the highest number of hours on the site. Secondly, the evaluation index showed that consumers think highly of the complaint resolution process, and, especially, the aged consumer group respected the Auction Site's level of confidentiality of transaction and privacy. Thirdly, among consumers' satisfaction, subdivided by types, price satisfaction was the highest followed by quality satisfaction, settlement satisfaction, delivery satisfaction, information satisfaction and AS satisfaction, in that order. Fourthly, in the event consumers used the commission paid Auction Site, the number of times it has been used, evaluations related to information provision and evaluations on confidentiality of transactions and privacy are influential parameters.

Community dynamics of benthic macroinvertebrates and biological evaluation of water quality were investigated at Gigyecheon of Pohang and Gyeongju, Korea. The survey was carried out at 8 sites from May to October, 2017. As a result, total of 104 species under 54 families, 15 orders, 8 classes in 4 phyla with 5,052 individuals were revealed. The number of species was the most abundantly identified in aquatic insects, 76 species under 34 families, 6 orders. Among them, the order Odonata was the most abundant taxon as 21 species(20.2%). The most abundant individuals were collected in the phylum Mollusca as 1,453 individuals(28.8%). Various species appeared dominantly at each site by season, and the most dominant species was Caridina denticulata denticulata belonging to the class Malacostraca with 0.08 of dominance index. According to the results of community structure analyses, the diversity and richness indices were the highest at site II, the evenness index was the highest at site I, and the dominance index was the highest at site IV. The number of species and individuals of gathering collectors were the highest among functional feeding groups. Those of sprawlers were the highest among habitat orientation groups. The ESB showed a tendency to change according to season and site, and it was the highest in May at most surveyed sites. The KSI was also somewhat fluctuated according to season and site. From these indices, average biological water quality was evaluated as class II.

The primary goal of this paper is to develop an evaluation model for Web site design that have substantial effects of the performance of marketing and promotion of goods and services of the company. This paper proposes 3 design aspects such as dosing concepts, usability, and artistic coordination. The model also have tested its applicability to real world examples through an appropriate statistical techniques. Then, the model has been actually applied into 6 typical web sites and their design problems are thoroughly investigated and compared each other. Several web site design guidelines are also proposed for web design practitioners.
