대관령 풍력실증단지 및 실증연구 소개 (Introduction to Daegwallyeong Wind Turbine Test Site and Field Test Study)

  • This paper aims to introduce the Daegwallyeong wind turbine test site which is the first official wind turbine test site in Korea. The current status of test site, the characteristics, the projects performed and future plan of this test site are described. The results of wind condition measurements and monitoring system established by the Kangwon National University are presented. The importance of field test is also commented.

모바일, PC온라인 매체 방문 행동이 쇼핑 사이트 방문에 미치는 영향에 대한 동태적 연구 (The Dynamic Research of Mobile and PC Online Media Visit Activities Effects on The E-Commerce Site Visit)

  • In the e-commerce, the conversion into the multi-media is the important issue. According to the research by Nielsen Korea, the 83% of customers who purchase the products in the e-commerce utilize multi-channel to buy the products such as mobile and online [3]. Thus, to effectively implement online advertising, marketers should understand the customers' path [15] in the multi-channel. The study of the multi-site activities plays an important role to predict customers' purchase [28]. To explain the e-commerce site visit activities of customers, we have developed research model in terms of the online advertising. This research model is based on the study of Moe and Fader [23]. There are two types of composition in the research model. First, general site visit as an exploratory search have net effect on the shopping site visit because customers could acquire or develop information on the e-commerce site via online advertising. Secondly, the e-commerce site visit as a goal-directed search cause threshold of the e-commerce site visit because customers could achieve their goal. When the threshold is increased, the probability of a shopping site visit is decreased and vice versa. Thus, we have investigated the impact of customers' previous visit activities (general site visit and shopping site visit) on the next e-commerce site visit in terms of dynamic view. Research data was provided by Cheil World Wide. This panel data include mobile and online log data of panelists from Jan. 2013 to March 2013. As the results, the customers' e-commerce site visit on the online media would decrease the probability of e-commerce site visit because these visit activities increase the threshold of e-commerce site visit. This result is similar with the previous study [23]. Otherwise, since e-commerce site visit on the mobile media decrease the threshold, the customers' probability of e-commerce site visit would increase In summary, the site visit activities on the mobile could improve the probability of e-commerce site visits.

KBC 내진설계기준을 위한 지반분류와 지반계수에 대한 연구 (Study on the Site Classification and Site Coefficients for the Seismic Design Regulations of KBC)

  • IBC와 KBC의 지반분류는 ft-kips 단위체계를 기본으로 하고, 지반종류를 단일 지반특성값이 아닌 지반특성값 범위로 규정하여 지반종류에 따른 전단파속도와 지반계수들 간의 불명확한 관계 때문에 지반계수의 선형보간이 쉽지 않다. 또한, KBC의 지반분류에서 각 지반종류에 대한 지반특성값 범위가 너무 넓어서 구조기술자들이 다양한 지반의 실제적인 지반계수를 추정하는데 어려움을 격고 있다. 이 연구에서는 SI 단위체계를 고려한 새로운 지반분류체계를KBC등 차세대 내진설계기준을 위해 제안하였고, 제안된 새로운 지반분류에 따라 지반계수들의 선형보간 가능성을 검토하기 위해 $F_{a},\;F_{v}$, 지반계수들의 비교에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, SI 단위체계와 얕게 묻힌기초 밑 30m 지반의 지반특성을 고려한 새로 제안한 지반분류체계를 이용하는 것이 지반계수의 선형보간을 위해서 보다 합리적이고, 설계스펙트럼 가속도계수의 선형보간도 각 지반을 대표하는 전단파속도에 따라 지반계수를 규정함으로써 보다 합리적으로 수행할 수 있다. 연구결과에 따라 KBC 내진설계기준을 위한 새로운 지반분류체계와 선형보간이 가능한 설계스펙트럼 가속도 계수를 제안하였다.

흰쥐 복외측 연수에서 심혈관 조절에 대한 Choline성 기전 (Cholinergic Mechanisms on Cardiovascular Regulation in the Ventrolateral Medulla of the Rat)

  • 혈압과 심박수의 중추조절에 대한 복외측 연수의 choline성 수용체의 역할을 규명하기 위하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. urethane으로 마취한 흰쥐에서 신경흥분성 아미노산인 L-glutamate(300 ng/site)를 복외측 연수에 미세주사하여 승압부위 (VLPA)와 감압부위 (VLDA)를 각각 기능적으로 확인하였다. VLPA와 VLDA에 각각 여러가지 choline성 약물들과 choline성 수용체의 길항제들을 양측으로 미세주사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 관찰하였다. 1. VLPA에 ca.bachol(300 ng/site)를 미세주사한 후 현저한 혈압상승 및 빈맥이 일어났으며, 이 반응은 hexamethonium ($4\;{\mu}g/site$)의 전처치에 의하여 차단되지 않았다. 2. VLPA에 physostigmine (200 ng/site)과 oxot.emo.me (300 ng/site)을 미세주사한 후 각각 현저한 혈압상승이 일어났다. 3. VLPA에 atropine($4\;{\mu}g/site$)을 미세주사한 후 현저한 혈압하강 및 서맥이 일어났다. 4. VLDA에 acetylcholine(500 ng/site)과 dimethylphenylpipe.azinium (500 ng/site)을 미세주사한 후 각각 현저한 혈압하강 및 서맥이 일어났다. 5. VLDA에 acetylcholine(500 ng/site)을 미세주사한 후 유발된 혈압하강 및 서맥반응은 hexamethonium($4\;{\mu}g/site$) 전처치에 의하여 차단되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 흰쥐의 복외측 연수의 승압부위에서는 muscarine성 수용체를 통하여 혈압상승 및 빈맥반응이 일어나고 감압부위에서는 nicotine성 수용체를 통하여 혈압하강 및 서맥 반응이 일어나는 것으로 사료된다.

방사성폐기물의 심층 처분을 위한 부지특성조사 방법론 해외 사례 연구 (Review of Site Characterization Methodology for Deep Geological Disposal of Radioactive Waste)

  • 방사성폐기물 지층 처분을 위한 부지 선정 과정에서 심층 처분장의 안전성을 평가하는데 필요한 입력 자료를 제공하기 위해 부지특성조사를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 부지특성조사를 선도하여 수행하였던 해외 사례를 분석하고, 국내에서 방사성폐기물 처분을 위해 수행해야 할 부지특성조사 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. IAEA가 고려하는 부지특성조사 방법은 단계별 부지특성조사로 본 논문에서 소개된 해외의 경우도 이 방법을 따르고 있는데, 부지특성조사는 시기별, 조사 항목별로 다수의 지역에서 개략적인 부지의 정보를 도출하는 예비 부지특성조사와 조사 결과 선정된 지역에서 보다 자세한 부지특성자료를 생산하기 위한 상세 부지특성조사로 구분할 수 있다. 특히, 상세 부지특성조사 단계에서는 조사지역에 장심도 시추공을 굴착하여 심부 영역에 대한 지질 특성을 바탕으로, 수리지질, 수리-지화학, 암석역학, 열, 용질이동에 대한 특성을 도출해야 한다. 단계별 부지특성조사를 통해 도출된 부지 고유의 지질환경 특성은 부지특성모델로 구축되어야 하는데, 이를 종합하여 해석해야 비로소 조사지역의 부지특성을 이해하고, 지층 처분에 보다 유리한 부지를 최종 후보지역으로 선정할 수 있는 것이다. 해외 사례를 살펴본 결과, 부지특성조사 단계에 소요되는 시간은 대략 7~8년이 소요될 것으로 예상되나, 이를 계획하고 수행하는 시스템이 뒷받침 되지 않을 경우 보다 지연될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Pb, Zn tolerance of phaseolus multiflorus was investigated, based on the elongation of root and stem, pollen Germination and progeny quality in various pb, zn concentrations. The result obtained by water culture showed that the growth of roots and steams of phaseolus multiflorus from pb-zn mine site is less inhivited than that of the control site. The flower of phaseolus multiflorus from which pollen was taken were grown without added pb, zn and percent germination of pollen observed in a range of pb, zn concentrations. The percent germination of pollen from pb-zn mine site was higher than the control site. phaseolus multiflorus collected at a pb-zn mine site and the control site was site were grown at different pb, zn concentrations, its progeny was retreated with same concentrations of pb-zn mine site was more vigorous than the control site. thus, pb-zn tolerance was able to expressed in both pollen and sporophytes.

대학생의 인터넷 주생활정보 사이트 탐색 및 평가 (College Students' Search and Self-assessment for Internet Site of Housing Related Information)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the internet site components related to housing informations, and to find determinants affecting college students' self-assessment for internet site of housing. the major findings were as follows; First, four factors were retained from the site components related to housing informations. Second, the college students' satisfaction with the site components was differed by the sex and taking computer courses or not. Third, the sex, monthly pocket money, computer skill of students, and usefulness of internet site were the determinants affecting college students' self-assessment to internet site of housing. Male students rather than female counterpart were, the less the monthly pocket money was, the less the computer skill was, and the more usefulness of internet site was, the more satisfied with the internet site of housing.

The Influence of Product-brand Web Sites on Attitudes toward Brand Image

  • A web site focused on a specific product brand so called product-brand web site has become one major marketing tool as such product-brand web site provides chances for customers to experience the detailed information of the specific brand as well as emphatic the image of the brand. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the product-brand web site on the formation of attitude toward the product brand. Subjects of this study are users of two web sites of leading sanitary product brands. The result shows that not only emotion, playfulness and convenience perceived from the web site but also existing attitude toward the brand influence the attitude toward the web site. Further, the attitude toward the web site in turn affects attitude toward the image of the brand. The importance of this study is in its conceptualization and empirical verification of the relationship between the product-brand web site and the reputation of a brand.

e비즈니스에서 신뢰의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (Determinants of Consumer Trust in e-Business)

  • The main objective of this study is to investigate the determinants of consumer trust in e-business. It examines consumer perceptions trust in a Web site and address following research questions: What factors influence consumer trust in a Web site and what specific Web site cues are associated with trust and satisfaction? We test our hypothesis in a empirical data from 568 consumers across 4 Web sites. By factor analysis, the results show that Web site characteristics are such as product information and purchase process , system stability, navigation, privacy(security), design, information of seller, pay methods, and customer service. We also find that brand and Web site characteristics such as Web site design, navigation, privacy(security), and customer service can explain over 59% of the variance in Web site trust and 60% in satisfaction. The results offer important implication for Web site strategies that include the manipulation of factors influencing Web site trust. And the future directions of the present research are discussed.

확률론적 지진계수 개발 (Development of Probabilistic Site Coefficient)

  • The design response spectrum generally used in Korea is decided by the site coefficients determined by deterministic methodology, while it is based on probabilistic seismic hazard analysis. The design response spectrum has to be made using probabilistic method which includes uncertainties of ground motions and ground properties for coincide with probabilistic methodology of seismic hazard analysis. In this study probabilistic site coefficients were developed, which were defined by the results of site response analysis using a set of ground motion that was compatible with present seismic hazard map. The design response spectrum defined by probabilistic seismic coefficients resulted in lower spectrum in long period area and larger spectrum in short period area. Also, the maximum spectral accelerations in site class D and site class E were lower than one in site class C while in the previous design response spectrum the maximum spectral acceleration increased from site class A to E.
