Development and Application of a Path-Based Trip Assignment Model under Toll Imposition (통행료체계에서의 경로기반 통행배정모형 개발과 적용에 관한 연구)

  • 이용자의 경로선택 형태를 모사하는 통행배정모형 결과의 정확도는 교통계획에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 이용자의 경로선택 결정과정에서 가장 중요한 판단기준은 통행시간과 통행요금이다. 그런데 통행요금은 이용자의 경로거리에 따라 다양한 방식으로 부과되므로, 링크를 분석단위로 하는 기존의 통행배정모형은 현실적인 통행요금 반영이 힘들었고 또한 수요예측 결과를 이용한 다양한 분석에서 제약을 받아 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 경로교통량을 도출할 수 있는 경로기반 통행배정모형을 구축하였고, 또한 경로거리에 따라 결정되는 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 경로기반 배정모형에서는 GP(Gradient Projection) 알고리즘을 이용하였고, 계산상의 효율성 제고를 위해 K-최단경로 알고리즘 중 MPS(Minimal Path Search) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 개발된 배정 모형은 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로 통행배정 결과의 정밀도를 향상시켰을 뿐만 아니라 기존 배정모형에 비해 최적해로의 수렴속도도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 배정모형은 경로교통량이 도출되고 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로, 통행요금과 통행 거리 관계에 따른 목적함수의 규명과 그에 따른 효과척도를 계량화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 모형은 통행배정에서 실재상황을 보다 현실여건에 맞도록 규명할 수 있고, 기존의 제한적인 효과분석의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로 그 활용범위가 넓다. 또한 본 논문은 개발된 배정모형의 적용사례로서 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안을 제시하였다. 기존의 고속도로 통행요금 산정 방법은 이론적 근거가 미약했던 반면, 본 논문에서 개발된 배정모형과 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안은 고속도로 통행료 결정에 대한 과학적이고 합리적인 분석방법을 제공하였다.한 민감도 분석을 실시한 결과 대안1의 경우 교통량의 변화 및 화물통행의 시간가치의 증가시 사회적 편익이 오히려 감소하였고, 대안2와 3의 경우 사회적 편익이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 경부고속도로의 화물차량의 구성비에 따라 대안 1의 경우 오히려 화물차의 통행시간이 증가함에 그 원인이 있다 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 결론을 통하여 경부고속도로상의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. Effect of SPR Chip with Nano-structured Surface on Sensitivity in SPR Sensor (나노형상을 가진 표면플라즈몬공명 센서칩의 감도 개선 효과)

  • Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) which is utilized in thin film refractometry-based sensors has been concerned on measurement of physical, chemical and biological quantities because of its high sensitivity and label-free feature. In this paper, an application of SPR to detection of alcohol content in wine and liquor was investigated. The result showed that SPR sensor had high potential to evaluate alcohol content. Nevertheless, food industry may need SPR sensor with higher sensitivity. Herein, we introduced a nano-technique into fabrication of SPR chip to enhance SPR sensitivity. Using Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method, gold film with nano-structured surface was devised. In order to make a new SPR chip, firstly, a single layer of nano-scaled silica particles adhered to plain surface of gold film. Thereafter, gold was deposited on the template by an e-beam evaporator. Finally, the nano-structured surface with basin-like shape was obtained after removing the silica particles by sonication. In this study, two types of silica particles, or 130 nm and 300 nm, were used as template beads and sensitivity of the new SPR chip was tested with ethanol solution, respectively. Applying the new developed SPR sensor to a model food of alcoholic beverage, the sensitivity showed improvement of 95% over the conventional one.

Analysis of Surplus Solar Energy in Greenhouse Based on Setting Temperature (설정온도별 온실내 잉여 태양에너지 분석)

  • This study is about an analysis of surplus solar energy by important greenhouse types as well as setting temperature different by using Typical Meteorological Year data which was secured in order to provide basic data for designing an optimum thermal storage system to accumulate surplus solar energy generating in greenhouses during the daytime. Depending on the setting temperatures of $15{\sim}19^{\circ}C$ for greenhouse heating during day and night, surplus heat amounts were varied at the rate of about $0.2{\sim}6.9%/4^{\circ}C$ with some variations according to the greenhouse types and regions. On the other hand, the variations of supplemental heat requirements were about $29.7{\sim}50.0%/4^{\circ}C$. Depending on the setting temperatures for greenhouse ventilations(low $25{\sim}29^{\circ}C$ and high $27{\sim}31^{\circ}C$), surplus heat amounts were varied at the rate of about $-9.9{\sim}-35.6%/4^{\circ}C$ in auto-type greenhouse. But in single-type greenhouses, they were about $-5.1{\sim}-13.4%/4^{\circ}C$. There were not significant changes in supplemental heat amounts depending on setting temperatures of ventilation for both greenhouse types and regions.

Hybrid All-Reduce Strategy with Layer Overlapping for Reducing Communication Overhead in Distributed Deep Learning (분산 딥러닝에서 통신 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 레이어를 오버래핑하는 하이브리드 올-리듀스 기법)

  • Since the size of training dataset become large and the model is getting deeper to achieve high accuracy in deep learning, the deep neural network training requires a lot of computation and it takes too much time with a single node. Therefore, distributed deep learning is proposed to reduce the training time by distributing computation across multiple nodes. In this study, we propose hybrid allreduce strategy that considers the characteristics of each layer and communication and computational overlapping technique for synchronization of distributed deep learning. Since the convolution layer has fewer parameters than the fully-connected layer as well as it is located at the upper, only short overlapping time is allowed. Thus, butterfly allreduce is used to synchronize the convolution layer. On the other hand, fully-connecter layer is synchronized using ring all-reduce. The empirical experiment results on PyTorch with our proposed scheme shows that the proposed method reduced the training time by up to 33% compared to the baseline PyTorch.

Analysis of Contents related to Models in the Chemistry Textbooks of the 2009 & 2015 Revised Curricula: Focusing on the Electrolysis of Aqueous Solutions (2009 및 2015 개정 교육과정의 화학 교과서에서 모델 관련 내용 분석: 수용액 전기 분해를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the contents of chemistry textbooks developed according to the 2015 revised curriculum with the contents of the 2009 revised curriculum to research the change in "the development and use of models". To do this, we analyzed 8 kinds of Chemistry I textbooks and 6 kinds of Chemistry II textbooks from the 2015 revised curriculum and compared them with 4 kinds of Chemistry I textbooks and 4 kinds of Chemistry II textbooks from the 2009 revised curriculum. The scope of the analysis was the explanations of the textbooks related to aqueous electrolysis experiments. In order to compare the contents regarding electrolytes when the same experiments are interpreted with different models, we analyzed contents of 4 kinds of middle school science textbooks from the 2015 revised curriculum and 9 kinds of middle school science textbooks from the 2009 revised curriculum. As a result of the analysis, the same experiment was explained by different models according to the grade level and unit, and all explanations were limited to a single model. Also, the tendency to limit the kinds of electrolytes for controlled experimental results is more pronounced in the 2015 revised curriculum than in the 2009 revised curriculum. From this results, we suggest that efforts are needed to reflect the "development and use of models" in chemistry textbooks developed according to the 2015 revised curriculum.

Effects of Therapeutic Interventions for Children With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: A Systematic Review (주의력결핍과잉행동 장애아동을 대상으로 제공되는 국내 중재에 대한 고찰 연구)

  • Objective : This study was designed to find the latest intervention trends in treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in South Korea. Methods : Studies on ADHD published in Korean journals from January 2004 to December 2018 were reviewed. The databases used were DBpia, Google Scholar, RISS, and KISS. The search terms were "attention deficit hyperactivity," "child," and "intervention." A total of 14 studies were selected. The results of this study were as follows: Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome. Results : The level of evidence was the highest in the single subject study of level IV, and the methodological quality was the most common study. The interventional metronome (IM) intervention was the most frequently used, and the evaluation tools used in the measurement were the Long Form Assessment of the Interactive Metronome and the Korean Behavior Child Checklist. The Korean ADHD interventions showed statistically significant improvement in concentration, hyperactivity, task performance, excessive language use, and timing. Conclusions : Various types of interventions were provided for children with ADHD in South Korea. The interventions showed positive effects, and provided basic data for evidence-based implementation in clinical practice. In the future, a model study should be conducted, to establish an effective service delivery system, as well as ongoing research on children with ADHD.

Improving Non-Profiled Side-Channel Analysis Using Auto-Encoder Based Noise Reduction Preprocessing (비프로파일링 기반 전력 분석의 성능 향상을 위한 오토인코더 기반 잡음 제거 기술)

  • In side-channel analysis, which exploit physical leakage from a cryptographic device, deep learning based attack has been significantly interested in recent years. However, most of the state-of-the-art methods have been focused on classifying side-channel information in a profiled scenario where attackers can obtain label of training data. In this paper, we propose a new method based on deep learning to improve non-profiling side-channel attack such as Differential Power Analysis and Correlation Power Analysis. The proposed method is a signal preprocessing technique that reduces the noise in a trace by modifying Auto-Encoder framework to the context of side-channel analysis. Previous work on Denoising Auto-Encoder was trained through randomly added noise by an attacker. In this paper, the proposed model trains Auto-Encoder through the noise from real data using the noise-reduced-label. Also, the proposed method permits to perform non-profiled attack by training only a single neural network. We validate the performance of the noise reduction of the proposed method on real traces collected from ChipWhisperer board. We demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms classic preprocessing methods such as Principal Component Analysis and Linear Discriminant Analysis.

Spatial Econometrics Analysis of Fire Occurrence According to Type of Facilities (시설물 유형에 따른 화재 발생의 공간 계량 분석)

  • In recent years, fast growing cities in Korea are showing signs of being vulnerable to more disasters as their population and facilities increase and intensify. In particular, fire is one of the most common disasters in Korea's cities, along with traffic accidents. Therefore, in this study, we analyze what type of factors affect the fire that threatens urban people. Fire data were acquired for 10 years, from 2007 to 2017, in Jinju, Korea. Spatial distribution pattern of fire occurrence in Jinju was assessed through the spatial autocorrelation analysis. First, spatial autocorrelation analysis was carried out to grasp the spatial distribution pattern of fire occurrence in Jinju city. In addition, correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to confirm spatial dependency and abnormality among factors. Based on this, OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression analysis was performed using space weighting considering fire location and spatial location of each facility. As a result, First, LISA (Local Indicator of Spatial Association) analysis of the occurrence of fire in Jinju shows that the most central commercial area are fire department, industrial area, and residential area. Second, the OLS regression model was analyzed by applying spatial weighting, focusing on the most derived factors of multiple regression analysis, by integrating population and social variables and physical variables. As a result, the second kind of neighborhood living facility showed the highest correlation with the fire occurrence, followed by the following in the order of single house, sales facility, first type of neighborhood living facility, and number of households. The results of this study are expected to be useful for analyzing the fire occurrence factors of each facility in urban areas and establishing fire safety measures.

CFD Simulation of the Self-propulsion of a damaged Car Ferry in Waves (손상된 카페리 선박의 파랑중 자항상태 CFD 해석)

  • This paper provides the numerical results for the self-propulsion performance in waves of a car ferry vessel with damage in one of its twin-screw propulsion systems without flooding the engine room. The numerical simulations were carried out according to the Safe Return to Port (SRtP) regulation made by the Lloyd's register, where the regulation requires that damaged passenger ships should have an ability to return to port with a speed of 6 knots in a Beaufort 8 sea condition. For the validation of the present numerical analysis study, the resistance performance and the self-propulsion performance of the car ferry in intact and damaged conditions in calm water were calculated, which showed a satisfactory agreement with the model test results of Korea Research Institute of Ship and Ocean engineering (KRISO). Finally, the numerical simulation of self-propulsion performance in waves of the damaged car ferry ship was carried out for a normal sea state and for a Beaufort 8 sea state, respectively. The estimated average Brake Horse Power (BHP) for keeping the damaged car ferry ship advancing at a speed of 6 knots in a Beaufort 8 sea state reached about 47% of BHP at MCR condition or about 56% of BHP at NCR condition of the engine determined at the design state. In conclusion, it can be noted that the engine power of the damaged car ferry ship in single propulsion condition is sufficient to satisfy the SRtP requirement.

Measurement of R-134a Leakage from Vehicle Equipped Mobile Air Conditioning(MAC) System (실차를 이용한 자동차 에어컨 냉매 누출량 평가)

  • CFC-12 used in mobile air conditioning(MAC) system has been replaced by R-134a, a type of HFC refrigerant, from 1991 to 1994. R-134a has since been widely used as a refrigerant of a mobile air conditioner. However, it is one of the six main green house gases listed in Kyoto Protocol, which makes it imperative to regulate its emission and develop alternative refrigerants. In this study, the concentration of leaked R-134a was measured using VT(Variable Temperature) shed and Running loss test shed to analyze the level of air conditioner refrigerant leaked in a vehicle. According to the analysis of the concentration of R-134a leaked from a vehicle parked, annual leakage amount of R-134a was in the range of 6.46~13.28 g/yr. The figure was similar with the leakage from the mobile air conditioning system currently used. In a study using the same vehicle model, a vehicle equipped with dual evaporation system had a higher leakage rate of refrigerant than a vehicle with a single evaporation system. It appears that the added fittings and joints of the dual evaporator system led to higher leakage rate. Besides, the analysis of the change in R-134a concentration under various car speed found that more refrigerant leaked under high speed(100km/hr) and but the volume of the wind did not affect to the variation of refrigerant leakage.
