시뮬레이션 기반 심폐소생술교육이 노인의 태도, 자기 효능감, 만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Simulation-based Education focusing on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on Attitude, Self-efficacy and Satisfaction of the Elderly in Rural Community)

  • 본 연구는 농촌에서 거주하는 노인들에게 강의 기반과 시뮬레이션 기반 심폐소생술 교육 후 심폐소생술에 대한 태도, 자기 효능감, 만족도에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 또한 65세 이상 농촌 노인 43명을 대상으로 실시한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용한 유사실험 연구이다. 22명의 대조군에게 강의기반 심폐소생술 교육을 실시하였고, 실험군에게는 강의 기반 심폐소생술 교육과 시뮬레이션 기반 심폐소생술 교육을 실시하였다. 교육 전, 후 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 ${\chi}^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, paired t-test, ANCOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 실험군과 대조군 두 그룹에서 태도에 대한 유의한 차이는 없는 것(F=0.89, p=.353)으로 나타났으나, 자기 효능감(F=5.54, p=.025)과 만족도(F=4.66, p=.039)에서는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 농촌에 거주하고 있는 노인들에게 이 연구에서 적용한 교육 방법이 효과적임을 나타내는데 기초자료를 제공하는 것으로, 시뮬레이션 기반 교육을 통해 심폐소생술에 대한 자기 효능감과 만족도를 향상시킴으로써 노인들도 응급상황에 대처 할 수 있도록 하는 노력이 이루어져야 한다.

수업 반성 저널의 메타 분석 활동을 통한 초등 예비교사의 생산적 반성 증진 (Facilitating Pre-Service Elementary Teachers' Productive Reflection on Their Science Teaching through Meta-Analysis of Their Reflective Journals)

  • In this study, the researcher aimed to increase productive reflection of pre-service elementary teachers through meta-analysis of their own reflective journals. The meta-analysis activities are expected to enhance their learning effectively as a kind of self-assesment. During 8 week simulation teaching, 26 pre-service teachers kept individual journal writing and the meta-analysis activities were implemented twice (after the 3rd and 8th week). Right after the first meta-analysis, the pre-service teachers' productive reflection increased clearly. However this would not guarantee the effect would last long time period. By analyzing 8 week reflective journals, reports on meta-analysis activities and small group interview, this study shed light on practical ways of enhancing reflective teacher education.

가족 중심 분만 시뮬레이션 실습 프로그램 개발 및 적용효과 (Development and Effects of Simulation Practice Program about Family centered Delivery Care)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship of knowledge, attitudes and needs of sex education in high school students. Methods: There were 258 participants who were high school students in S high school in G city. Data were collected from October 1 to October 31, 2011, and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: The mean score for sexual knowledge was 69.78, sexual attitudes was 63.66, and needs of sex education was 75.37. Sexual knowledge had positive correlation with needs of sex education (r=.17, p=.007). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated a need to develop programs for high school students to increase appropriate sexual knowledge, and to encourage appropriate sexual attitudes, and to reflect needs of sex education.

Localized evaluation of actuator tracking for real-time hybrid simulation using frequency-domain indices

  • Accurate actuator tracking plays an important role in real-time hybrid simulation (RTHS) to ensure accurate and reliable experimental results. Frequency-domain evaluation index (FEI) interprets actuator tracking into amplitude and phase errors thus providing a promising tool for quantitative assessment of real-time hybrid simulation results. Previous applications of FEI successfully evaluated actuator tracking over the entire duration of the tests. In this study, FEI with moving window technique is explored to provide post-experiment localized actuator tracking assessment. Both moving window with and without overlap are investigated through computational simulations. The challenge is discussed for Fourier Transform to satisfy both time domain and frequency resolution for selected length of moving window. The required data window length for accuracy is shown to depend on the natural frequency and structural nonlinearity as well as the ground motion input for both moving windows with and without overlap. Moving window without overlap shows better computational efficiency and has potential for future online evaluation. Moving window with overlap however requires much more computational efforts and is more suitable for post-experiment evaluation. Existing RTHS data from Network Earthquake Engineering Simulation (NEES) is utilized to further demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches. It is demonstrated that with proper window size, FEI with moving window techniques enable accurate localized evaluation of actuator tracking for real-time hybrid simulation.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십 정도에 따른 시뮬레이션 교육 전·후 문제해결능력, 수행자신감 및 비판적 사고능력의 차이 (Differences of Pre-Post Simulation Training on Problem solving, Performance confidence and Critical thinking Skill in Nursing Students according to Degree of Self-leadership)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate differences of pre-post simulation training in problem solving ability, performance confidence, and critical thinking skill according to degree of nursing students' self-leadership. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey using a self-report questionnaire. One hundred eighty nursing students participated in this study which programed a simulation scenario of pre-post operative patients' care. Descriptive statistics, paired t-test, ANCOVA with IBM SPSS 21.0 program were used for data analysis. Results: After the simulation training, both the above-average subjects and below-average subjects in self-leadership significantly improved their problem-solving ability, performance confidence, and critical thinking skill. compared with their previous level. The subjects who rated above-average in self-leadership, improved their degree of problem-solving ability, performance confidence, and critical thinking skill significantly more than those who were below-average in self-leadership. Conclusion: Self-leadership of nursing students is an important element in effective simulation training.

A proposed model of the pressure field in a downburst

  • Pressure field and velocity profiles in a thunderstorm downburst are significantly different from that of an atmospheric boundary layer wind. A model of the pressure field in a downburst is presented in accordance with the experimental and numerical results. Large eddy simulation method is employed to investigate transient pressure field on impingement ground of a downburst. In addition, velocity profiles of the downburst are studied, and good agreement is achieved between the present results and the data obtained from empirical models.

  • The purpose of this paper is to promote the physics study of high school students with computer. A computer simulation for falling motion is used to provide the students a chance to study by themselves viewing the concrete motion pictures of computer. By this simulation program, the students can observe various movements of a falling body with calculated distance according to falling time.

  • Computer has been many effect in diverse field of mankind and it brings development of educational field like CAI. Also development of internet and If bring rapid growth of cyber school and it is required multimedia environment and efficient cyber school construction package for efficient management. In this paper we develop multimedia education-network construction package for cyber school using intranet. It will reduce the cost of management and construction for small and medium size cyber school, and it will raise efficiency of cyber school.

  • 센서 네트워크에서 소비전력 측정은 실제 필드에서 실측을 통해 수행하기 어렵기 때문에 시뮬레이션을 통하여, 소비전력을 예측하고, 노드들의 교체시기를 결정하게 된다. 시뮬레이션 툴은 센서 네트워크의 여러 요소들을 시뮬레이션 하는데 이 요소들은 전력 소비량, 패킷 전송 트래픽, 네트워크 구성 형태 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크의 시뮬레이션 요소 중 큰 비중을 차지하는 전력 소모를 시뮬레이션하기 위한 센서 노드의 전력 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 전력 모델은 시뮬레이션 시 연산을 최소화하기 위하여 센서 노드의 기능별 전력 소모 특성에 따라 기존에 실측된 데이터가 연산을 대체 할 수 있는 부분은 수식 계산을 생략한다. 이러한 경우 전력 소모 예측의 정확도는 떨어지지만 연산량이 감소하여 빠른 시뮬레이션이 가능하다. 제안하는 모델은 정밀한 시뮬레이션보다는 빠른 시뮬레이션 속도를 이용하여 두 개 이상의 센서 네트워크 알고리즘 간의 전력 소모차를 분석하는데 적합한 모델이다.

신규간호사의 정맥주입요법 교육 현황과 교육요구도 분석 (The Current Status of Intravenous Infusion Therapy Education for New Nurses and Their Needs for the Education)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate new nurses' needs for intravenous infusion therapy training by analyzing the current training status. Methods: This study examined the needs for intravenous infusion therapy training with 159 new nurses. The measurement tool consisted of 93 items developed based on intravenous therapy-related studies, and was evaluated on a 4-point Likert scale. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 25.0 was used, and frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, paired t-test, were performed. Results: The demand for intravenous therapy education was analyzed using a questionnaire composed of 8 areas, 16 sub-areas, and 93 items. According to the findings, post-ward placement intravenous therapy education(83.7%) is conducted more often than in preliminary education (72.2%). The demand for intravenous infusion therapy education did not differ significantly in preliminary and post-ward placement education (t=-.89, p=.376). While therapy skills were preferred in preliminary education, there were high demands for education content related to blood transfusion, central venous catheter, and drug use in continuing education. As for preferred teaching methods, lecture (38.2%) and simulation (26.7%) were most answered for preliminary education, while a range of methods were preferred for continuing education including lecture (31.1%), clinical practice (20.6%), preceptor training (19.8%), simulation (16.8%), and self-study (11.6%). Conclusion: For efficient training, it is required to provide different education contents and methods for each stage.
