Recently, the need for telemedicine services and user's service requirements are increasing, the research for more convenient telemed service is underway in various fields. In this paper, we propose that Integrated telemedicine system possible to regular health care. unlike the existing telemedicine system, we combine the voice communications systems and biometric information based on CPS (Cyber Physical System) using wireless communication sensor and elderly people who disabilities are transmit the information comfortably, Also doctors in correspondent site are able to improves the accuracy of the medical treatment by received information about biometric and audio communication. In addition Health status information is stored selectively and then doctor can check the elders status everytime and everywhere. In this paper, we designed the telemedicine system suitable for korea aging society situation, therefore we could offer the Elderly-friendly medical service for seniors who live in silver town.

In this paper, a novel Internet-of-things (IoT) based telecare system is proposed to provide high-quality care services to silver generations. It consists of various sensor nodes including activity sensors, wearable emergency pagers, emergency telephone as a home gateway, and a server as a telecare service platform. Especially, an activity index as a qualification method is presented to analyze the activities of daily living. By using the activity index, the daily/weekly/monthly activity information can be obtained, from which we infer the activity pattern, notice the abrupt change of the activity, and take appropriate actions in abnormal situations.

This research focused on the aging society and the silver industry in adolescents. This subjects were the 642 high school students living in Gwangju. Data were analyzed with Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Std, $x^2$, and t-test using SPSS/PC WIN 14.0 program. The major findings were as follows: 1. The attitude to the old was found quite positive in the questioning items concerning the psychological aspects and family relationship. In the questioning items concerning the physical aspect, on the other hand, was the attitude shown a little negative. Most respondents didn't have a clear understanding of the aging society. Also the perception toward the old showed significant difference according to meeting frequency with grand-parents. The knowledge of the aging society showed significant difference according to sex. 2. Although they recognized the need of the silver industry, they didn't wish to have a job related to the silver industry. Also they represented the idea that the medical care service is the most essential for the silver industry showed significant difference according to sex. The selection of job related to the silver industry showed significant difference according to meeting frequency with grand-parents. 3. Most of the respondents were aware of the need to education for understanding of the old. In the course of home economics, the education of the silver industry should be given vocation and comprehension about the old. The need to education for understanding of the old showed significant difference according to sex, experience of living and meeting frequency with grand-parents. The education of the silver industry showed significant difference according to sex, experience of living with grand-parents.

As part of alternative of elderly problems in the future super-aging society, this study aims to extract an improvement plan of interior environment design of Seoul-type day care centers to expand in future by observing day care centers as medical and healing environments, from the perspective of user experience. For this study, after selecting major activity areas of representative cases of Seoul-type day care centers, user behaviors in the space were observed and 4 seniors of baby-boom generation who are potential uses were chosen as personas by reflecting characteristics of healthy elderly, physical aging, mental aging and infirm elderly, from the perspective of user experience. Based on previous studies on healing environments, these characteristics and demands of personas were classified into environmental aspects, physical aspects and mental aspects to extract an improvement plan. The study results are as follows. First, interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics helps the elderly adapt to the environment and provides a comfortable environment like home for stability, treatment and recovery of memory. Second, interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics helps psychological healing through light entering the large windows and natural environment elements. Third, for interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics, finish materials with bright and soft colors should be used to change the images of facilities positively. Fourth, spatial composition should be remedied through division of space and built-in furniture depending on the needs of users for loitering of extra time and programs.

Bilateral interstitial infiltration in chest radiography, which may be fine granular, reticular or of ground glass opacity, is the typical radiographic findings of Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia. Recently, atypical radiographic features, including cystic lung disease, spontaneous pneumothorax or nodular opacity, have been reported intermittently in patients with P. jiroveci pneumonia. We report the case of a 29-year-old woman with a transplanted kidney whose simple chest radiography and HRCT scan showed numerous miliary nodules in both lungs, mimicking miliary tuberculosis (TB). Under the presumptive diagnosis of miliary TB, empirical anti-TB medication was started. However, Grocott methenamine silver nitrate staining of a transbronchial lung biopsy tissue revealed P. jiroveci infection without evidence of TB. These findings suggest that even in TB-endemic area other etiology such as P. jiroveci as well as M. tuberculosis should be considered as an etiology of miliary lung nodules in mmunocompromised patients.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the Quality of Life of the Stroke Patients. Method: The subjects were 249 Stroke Patients who had visiting at the hospital and health care center. The research tools were FIM, CES-D, ATD PA, Quality of life Scale. Data were analyzed with SPSS WIN program in which frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression were used examination the factors affecting the quality of life. Result: There were positive correlation between patient's FIM and Quality of life, depression and physical disability, and negative correlation between FIM and depression and physical disability. Depression was the most important factor with influence on quality of life. Conclusion: Based on the results, Active nursing intervention to decreased depression and to improve patients physical functional status in needed.

The report of the Korean National Statistics Office shows that Korea has been emerging as an elderly society rapidly, and it will burden the Korean society with excessive social welfare cost for the aged in the near future. If we can help the aged to live healthy in some ways, the social burden for the health care of the aged will be lessened. In order to help physical and mental health of the elderly person, we have developed an exercise apparatus called intelligent arm wrestling machine system. This paper presents the mechanism and scenario of the proposed intelligent arm wrestling machine system. The proposed mechanism and scenario are peculiar. In particular, the proposed scenario determines randomly who will win between the man and the robot and generates a game process that the arm-wrestler cannot predict in advance.

우리나라의 대표적인 노인여가활동 프로그램의 중심인 경로당은 노인여가복지시설로 노인복지법 제36조에 의거 만65세 이상인 지역노인이 자율적으로 친목을 도모하고 취미활동과 공동작업장을 운영한다. 또한 각종 정보교환과 기타 여가활동을 할 수 있도록 하는 장소를 제공함을 목적으로 하는 시설이다. 그러나 선행연구들에 의하면 가장 가까이에 있는 시설이지만 여러 가지 이유로 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인여가활동 프로그램과 관련된 연구들의 결과를 토대로 현황을 분석하고, 노인여가활동 프로그램의 가치를 극대화하고 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 제품들 중 환경센서를 이용한 서비스로, 사용자가 케어가 필요한 거동 불편자 및 인지능력 저하 노약자의 기저귀상태를 매번 체크하지 않아도 스마트폰 알림을 통해 용변 유무 상태를 확인 할 수 있는 서비스이다. 본 방법은 아두이노에 부착된 환경센서를 통해 기저귀의 습도, 온도 데이터를 실시간으로 서버에 받아온다. 서버에서는 이 값들을 알고리즘을 통해 일정한 범위를 두어 각각의 상태를 알 수 있도록 만든다. 이렇게 서버에서 가공된 값은 안드로이드로 전송해준다. 안드로이드에서는 가공된 값을 통해 상황별 이미지(activity)을 통해 보여준다. 또한 알림기능을 사용해 실시간 체크를 가능하게 하므로 써 사용자에게 편리한 서비스를 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 폭발적 증가와 함께 스마트폰의 악성코드 및 해킹 도구에 의해 스마트폰의 음성, 문자, 데이터 도청이 문제가 되고 있으며 최근 [1]"미국 NSA가 35개국 정상 전화 도청 사건"에 이르기 까지 도청은 국가사회적 문제로 발단 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통신 호 사이의 네트워크에 전송되는 음성, 문자, 데이터를 [2]"AES256 암호화 알고리즘"을 통해 암호화하여 도청을 방지하고 AES256 암복호화를 송수신 스마트폰에서 수행하여 통신 호 사이 네트워크 구간의 부하를 줄임으로써 암복호화에 따른 네트워크 구간의 성능 저하 문제를 해결하고자 한다.
