우리 사회는 빠른 속도로 고령화가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 초고령화 사회에서는 의료비 증가도 늘어나고 있으며 이 상황은 사회보장제도의 지속가능성을 저하시키는 국가적인 문제로 인식되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 노인 건강관리를 위한 다양한 서비스가 추진되어왔지만 대부분 취약계층, 만성질환 발병 후 건강관리에 집중해 왔으며 예방차원의 건강관리는 부족하였고 대부분 시범사업으로 그치고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내외 노인대상 건강관리 서비스의 현황을 분석하고 이를 근거로 한계점과 개선점을 분석하여 IoT 기반의 토탈실버케어센터 구축을 제안하였다. IoT 기반의 토탈실버케어센터는 다양한 센서, 의료기기, 스마트밴드 등을 통해 노인들의 건강상태를 편리하게 모니터링 할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 긴급히 방문해야 하는 사용자를 구분하여 간호제공자의 시간절약 및 업무의 효율화를 통해 간호서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 건강상태 변화가 있는 경우 건강간호 중재를 적시에 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 실시간 영상시스템을 통해 정신적인 어려움을 극복하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

According as USN's application field is magnified, various results are appearing. Efforts to apply this results in life are progressing. In car field, is used in control that level of significance is less. In home network, is used in a household electric appli-ance control and electric lamp control, security etc.. In factory, is used in process control, and is used in various application because is involved with RFID leader recently. In this paper, patient's status monitoring, USN use wish to. Because USN can utilize existent network, it is system that can transmit various data as that change passed information.Wish to send information that get in health-care board. Information that can get in health-care board is blood pressure, blood sugar, stroke, SPO2, ECG, the activity amount, position. Also, wish to forecast use possibility to involved various service, silver industry with database.

The purpose of this study was to grasp the consciousness of adolescents about their future in old aged housing. This research was executed with a questionnaire survey method. Data samples were collected from 255 students who finished first grade curriculum in high schools in Chonbuk province and Seoul city. The results were as followed. First, a healthcare plan was very highly recognized by students, and they wanted to live as couples or single in their old age. Second, the respondent students recognized elderly housing as a home for the aged, a silver town and nursing home. 72.1% of the respondents preferred a single detached house as an elderly house form. They preferred an elderly housing district with well provided convenient facilities for daily living. They wanted to live in the country or rest areas for the aged. They preferred an interior space composition with LDK with 2 bedrooms. 52.0% students wanted a neighborhood for their friends to live together. Third, 28.3% of the respondent students thought the appropriate time to move in elderly exclusive housing was 66-70 years old. And when their physical condition worsened or they needed care, they would. want to move into that housing. Also, they wanted the most convenient facility and a medical care facility in elderly exclusive housing. Forth, students' space design needs for elderly were high, more than 4 points. It was especially needed safety in space design, and this grade was 4.56(,53) points. Also the needs of safety and the convenient facilities.equipments were statistically significant by boys and girls.

본 연구는 스마트 디바이스와 기술을 활용한 운동 사례와 이슈를 분석하고 기존의 실버세대와 달리 높은 활동력과 경제력을 지닌 액티브시니어의 웰니스 라이프에 적합한 향후 스마트 운동 환경의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 피트니스 산업에서도 필요한 운동도구나 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 등을 정기적으로 받아보거나 이용하는 구독경제가 확장되고 있는 추세이며, 하드웨어 판매와 콘텐츠 구독을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 계속 등장하고 있다. 액티브시니어에게 건강관리를 위한 통합적인 운동 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼으로서의 가치경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 피트니스센터 뿐만 아니라 홈트레이닝 운동기구, 피트니스 관련 애플리케이션, 스마트 웨어러블 디바이스 시장 등이 유기적으로 연결되어 확장된 토털 플랫폼으로서의 모습을 이루어야 할 것이다. 개인별 건강상태에 알맞은 운동프로그램을 제안 받고 선택하여 운동 전, 후, 운동 중 웨어러블 디바이스를 통해 지속적인 모니터링과 피드백에 따른 운동프로그램에 실시간 변화를 주는 디지털 헬스케어 기능 연동이 스마트 피트니스 모델의 차별적 요소이다.

인간의 주거 영역에 있어서 가구는 필수적인 요소이며 특히 다양하고 유연한 배치와 공간의 성격을 명확하게 구분하고 디자인의 통일성 추구에 적합한 시스템가구의 필요성은 점차 확대되어 가고 있다. 우리나라의 고령인구는 현재 15%를 상회하고 있으며 2050년에는 약 40% 가까이 될것으로 전망되고 있다. 증가하고 있는 노인세대는 정보의 공유와 건강관리, 자녀로부터의 독립을 추구하는 등의 기존과는 다른 행동적 양식을 보여주고 있다. 독립적인 일상 생활의 유지를 위해 안정적 주거환경은 필수가 되었으나 인지능력 및 신체적 능력의 저하로 인해 가구로 인한 안전사고가 증가한다는 연구결과로 볼 때 이에 맞는 가구의 필요성이 증가하였다. 따라서 고령인의 생물학적 변화와 특성을 파악하고 시스템가구의 개념정의, 범위 및 한계를 연구하였다. 또한 가전시장의 변화와 가전시장의 트렌드를 파악하여 고령세대가 요구하는 시스템가구의 디자인 방향성을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 실버 세대에게 양질의 돌봄 서비스를 제공하기 위한 사물인터넷 기반의 텔레케어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 활동량 감지기를 포함한 각종 센서와 사용자 휴대용 응급호출기, 게이트웨이 역할을 수행하는 응급전화기와 텔레케어 서비스 플랫폼인 서버로 구성된다. 특히 활동량 분석을 위해 활동량 인덱스라는 계량화 방안을 제시하고 이를 통해 수집된 일간/주간/월간 활동량 정보를 통해, 실버세대 마다 활동 패턴을 도출하고 변화 감지를 통해 이상 상황을 적절하게 대응할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

우리나라의 대표적인 노인여가활동 프로그램의 중심인 경로당은 노인여가복지시설로 노인복지법 제36조에 의거 만65세 이상인 지역노인이 자율적으로 친목을 도모하고 취미활동과 공동작업장을 운영한다. 또한 각종 정보교환과 기타 여가활동을 할 수 있도록 하는 장소를 제공함을 목적으로 하는 시설이다. 그러나 선행연구들에 의하면 가장 가까이에 있는 시설이지만 여러 가지 이유로 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인여가활동 프로그램과 관련된 연구들의 결과를 토대로 현황을 분석하고, 노인여가활동 프로그램의 가치를 극대화하고 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the Quality of Life of the Stroke Patients. Method: The subjects were 249 Stroke Patients who had visiting at the hospital and health care center. The research tools were FIM, CES-D, ATD PA, Quality of life Scale. Data were analyzed with SPSS WIN program in which frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression were used examination the factors affecting the quality of life. Result: There were positive correlation between patient's FIM and Quality of life, depression and physical disability, and negative correlation between FIM and depression and physical disability. Depression was the most important factor with influence on quality of life. Conclusion: Based on the results, Active nursing intervention to decreased depression and to improve patients physical functional status in needed.

As part of alternative of elderly problems in the future super-aging society, this study aims to extract an improvement plan of interior environment design of Seoul-type day care centers to expand in future by observing day care centers as medical and healing environments, from the perspective of user experience. For this study, after selecting major activity areas of representative cases of Seoul-type day care centers, user behaviors in the space were observed and 4 seniors of baby-boom generation who are potential uses were chosen as personas by reflecting characteristics of healthy elderly, physical aging, mental aging and infirm elderly, from the perspective of user experience. Based on previous studies on healing environments, these characteristics and demands of personas were classified into environmental aspects, physical aspects and mental aspects to extract an improvement plan. The study results are as follows. First, interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics helps the elderly adapt to the environment and provides a comfortable environment like home for stability, treatment and recovery of memory. Second, interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics helps psychological healing through light entering the large windows and natural environment elements. Third, for interior environment design reflecting persona characteristics, finish materials with bright and soft colors should be used to change the images of facilities positively. Fourth, spatial composition should be remedied through division of space and built-in furniture depending on the needs of users for loitering of extra time and programs.

China has already entered the aging society and is predicted to become a super-aged society in 2020. The recent studies identified that the elderly has more interest in 'Aging-in-Place' which emphasizes deinstitutionalization since welfare facilities such as care homes and silver towns have separated the elderly from their local communities where they used to live in. The aim of this research is to propose a promising way for smart housing services who support the elderly's living in their homes, China. This research is to investigate the elderly's life and to identify their demands on housings for implementing such smart services. The elderly's living in apartments in Luoyang city, China, were investigated through interviews using a questionnaire survey. The results show that smart housing services should be provided to support the elderly's health, safety, leisure activities, comfortable living, and social relationships sustainably. In addition, such smart housing services should be intuitive since the elderly need to use easily smart services for their autonomous life in their homes. The smart housing services should be developed in the direction of enhancing the elderly's healthy and desirable life, and lessening their discomforts due to aging.
