초음속 유동에서 코로나 방전을 이용한 금속 나노 입자의 생성 (Metallic Nano Particle Generation by Supersonic Nozzle with Corona Discharge)

  • The effects of additive ions on the generation of metallic nanoparticles were evaluated using a corona induced supersonic nozzle. Applying the corona discharge to the nanoparticle generator, a tungsten needle and the supersonic nozzle are used as an anode electrode and a cathode electrode respectively. The corona ions act as nuclei for the silver vapor condensation. The ion density was controlled precisely as varying the applied voltage between electrode and nozzle. The mean diameter of the silver particle decreases as the ion density increases. However, the number concentration of the silver particle tended to increase with the ion density. The size distribution is more uniform as the ion density increases.

  • 노년세대는 발달과제인 '자아통합감'을 이루기 위해 기억, 평가, 종합의 역동적인 과정인 '인생회고'가 필요하다. 자서전 쓰기는 사고양상으로서 내러티브를 기반으로 인생회고의 도구 역할을 해왔다. 본 연구는 뉴실버세대에게 디지털 자서전이 자아통합감을 이루는 도구로서 본래의 역할을 충분히 할 수 있도록 고려해야 할 점을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 인생회고로 자아통합감을 이뤄가는 과정에 관한 이론들을 먼저 살펴보고, 자서전 쓰기의 양상 및 내러티브의 3가지 개념과 자서전적 글쓰기의 구성자질을 고찰할 것이다. 다음으로, 디지털 내러티브를 기반으로 한 디지털 자서전의 특징을 살펴보고, 뉴실버세대의 디지털 자서전 연구를 위한 고려 사항을 제안한다.

한국 동남부지역 금·은 광상산 에렉트럼의 화학조성 (Chemical Variations of Electrum from Gold and/or Silver Deposits in the Southeast Korea)

  • Gold and/or silver mineralization in the southeast province, Korea, occurred in hydrothermal quartz vein that fills fracture zones in Cretaceous volcanic and sedimentary rocks of the Gyeongsang basin or granites and Precambrian gneiss. Most of the gold-silver-bearing veins in the province occur in Hapcheon, Suncheon and Haman-Gunbuk area where they are associated with Cretaceous Bulgugsa granites. On the basis of the Ag/Au ratio on amounts produced and ore grades, mode of occurrence, and associated mineral assemblages, hydrothermal Au-Ag deposits in southeast province, Korea, can be classified as follows: pyrite-type gold deposit (Group IIB, Samjeong and Sangchon deposits), antimony-type gold-silver deposit (Group IV, Gisan and Geochang deposits), and antimony-type silver deposit (Group V, Sanggo, Seweon, Seongju and Gahoe deposits). All of the gold-silver deposits in the province are generally characteristics of the gold-silver or silver-dominant type deposit which contains more silver-bearing minerals than those deposits in central Korea. The gold-silver mineralization in the deposits consist of two generation; the early characterized by gold precipitation and the late represented by silver-rich (as silver-bearing sulfosalts minerals) mineralization. All but one deposit (Samjeong deposit) having relatively lower Au content in electrum values between ${\approx}20$ and ${\approx}50$ atomic %. The mineralogical data on electrum-sphalerite and/or arsenopyrite geothermometry and fluid inclusion data indicate that the gold and silver mineralizations were occurred at temperatures of $190{\sim}280^{\circ}C$ and $150{\sim}180^{\circ}C$, respectively. These suggest that the gold-silver mineralization in the province occurred in the lower temperature and pressure conditions as epithermal-type hydrothermal vein deposit.

  • Nanomaterials have been used to create unique devices at the nanoscale level. However, the toxicities of nanomaterials have not been fully tested and the risk of nanomaterials has been raised as an emerging issue in these days. In this study, the cytotoxicity of silver nanoparticles was tested using cultured mouse leydig cells. As results, silver nanoparticles showed cytotoxicity with the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). With the increased level of ROS, intracellular glutathione level was decreased. DNA fragmentation and caspase-3 activation suggested the apoptotic mechanism of cell death in leydig cells treated with silver nanoparticles.

  • This paper reviews about synthesis of nanoparticles by spark discharge and applications. A method of catalytic activation with Pd and Pt aerosol nanoparticles produced by spark discharge was introduced. After annealing, the catalytically activated substrate placed into a solution for electroless silver deposition. The silver was then formed only on the activated regions of the substrate. Silver line patterns having a width of $18{\mu}m$ and a height of $1{\mu}m$ were created with the ability to be effectively reproduced. Antimicrobial nanoparticles such as silver were used for removal of bioaerosols. Silver nanoparticles deposited air filters such as ACF filters were evaluated by antimicrobial test.

  • 최근 우리 사회의 인구 구성 중, 노인 인구 비율이 크게 늘어남에 따라 실버 세대를 위한 체계적이고 신속한 의료 환경이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 의해 유비쿼터스 IT 기술과 센싱, 네트워크 인터페이스 등을 통한 새로운 건강 관리 서비스인 U-SilverCare 서비스 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가속도 센서(Accelerometer)를 이용하여 실버 세대를 위한 U-SilverCare 응급상황통보 서비스를 구상 및 구현한다.

  • 은 나노와이어 기반 투명전극은 우수한 전도도와 투과도, 유연성을 가지고 있어 ITO 기반의 유연전극을 대체할 수 있는 차세대 유연투명전극으로 각광받고 있다. 그러나 은 나노와이어 기반 투명전극 제작에 사용되는 은 나노와이어 용액에 대한 이해가 부족하여 전자소자 응용 시 소자의 비정상적인 작동이나 전극 필름의 박리 문제가 종종 발생하곤 한다. 본 연구에서는 은 나노와이어 용액에 대한 이해를 높이고자 은 나노와이어 용액에 사용되는 첨가제 중 하나인 hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 접착력 증진제에 대한 연구를 진행하였으며, 접착력 증진제를 첨가함에 따라 은 나노와이어 용액의 특성이 어떻게 변화되고 이러한 용액을 사용하여 제작된 은 나노와이어 필름의 특성이 어떻게 변화되는지 연구하였다. 용액의 특성으로는 극성성분의 표면장력과 분산 성분의 표면장력이 측정되었으며, 필름 특성으로는 표면 에너지와 표면 형상, 은 나노와이어 밀도, 면저항 등이 분석되었다.

뉴실버세대 여성을 위한 브래지어 개발 (A Study on Brassiere Development for the New Silver Generation Women)

  • This study develops a new brassiere for new silver women. A new brassiere design was developed for the silver generation based on apreliminary survey; subsequently, a wire and no-wire type of brassier were developed after a second fitting evaluation. The results were as follows. First, in terms of brassiere design, the cup shape was designed as mold type full cup, shoulder straps were designed as camisole type with cups, bias tape was designed for body correction in the side line and mash tape was designed for easy movement below the cups. On the other side ofthe cup shape was a pocketdesigned on a support pad forthe wire type and a support panel to serve as a wire in the no-wire type brassiere. Second, brassiere patterns were designed by referencing the educational H pattern. Thetotal length was elongated by 5cmto reduce pressure when wearing a brassiere and the height of the front center increased by 8cm for the stability of the front center of the brassiere. In addition, the side line was moved back by 3cm and the width of the brassiere wings was designed widely at 10.5cm. Third, a wearing test was conducted for the wire type and the no-wire type brassiere with comparison products, using a 7-point Likert scale. Appearance results and movement tests for the wire and no-wire type showed a higher score than comparison products.

성인을 대상으로 한 실버타운 내 영양 서비스 및 영양사 역할에 대한 요구도 조사 (A Study on the Need for a Nutritional Care Service and the Role of a Dietitian in Silver Town)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the need for a nutritional care service in silver town and identify awareness of the role of a dietitian in silver town using a structured questionnaire. The subjects consisted of 466 adults (216 males, 250 females), aged 20~59 years, in the Gyeongnam area. Although most of the subjects were aware of silver town and felt a necessity for it, only 24.9% of the subjects intended to live in silver town, whereas 55.6% of the respondents replied that they did not know whether they lived in silver town. Results on the importance of services offered in silver town indicated that medical service facilities, the interior and mood of silver town, the reliability of management, and meal service prepared by a dietitian were prioritized. Healthy food was the most valuable part of the meal service followed by taste. In total, 88.3% of the subjects answered that the meal service in silver town should be supervised by a dietitian. Clinical nutrition management was chosen as the most important job of the dietitian followed by sanitation management. These results could provide a better understanding of the personal needs of silver town, focusing on the meal service and the role of a dietitian.

스마트 기술을 적용한 도시형 실버타운에 관한 연구 - 노인의 행태를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Urban Type Silver Town based on Smart Technology - With Focus on the Behavior of the Elderly -)

  • Recently, human's life is more longer and the birth rate continually decrease by the development of medical technology. In 2026 the ratio of the elderly will come up to 20.8% and be a 'post-aged society'. Development of economy and industrialization not only accelerate the urbanization and formation of nuclear family, but also change the changing of traditional society and one's value. So the issue of society and value's changing in the elderly increase the centralizing in the silver industry, and by the recent research about the elderly, they not want to live with their children, but want to live independently. This study is meaningful at the next generation of Ubiquitous society and post-aged society, proposing the smart silver town in urban type and let the elderly keeping the existing life in city. It realize the concept of 'Aging in Place' and propose the smart silver town in urban type which appropriate to behavior of the elderly, and being satisfy with various requirements of the elderly. This study point up the combination of physical elements and electronic elements through the smart technology, and making an smart environment to compose the smart silver town in urban type which react the behavior of the elderly.
