섬유시트로 보강된 T형 철근콘크리트보의 휨 강도 해석 (Flexural Strength Analysis of RC T-Beams Strengthened Using Fiber Sheets)

  • 대부분의 콘크리트 교량 구조물은 과도한 교통량과 구조물의 사용수명의 도래로 손상된다. 콘크리트의 손상은 철근의 부식과 콘크리트와 철근의 분리로 인하여 성능저하 촉진의 원인이 된다. 손상된 콘크리트 구조물의 빠른 복원은 콘크리트 구조 체계에서 콘크리트 성능저하의 심화를 막기 위하여 매우 중요하게 되었다. 최근 섬유시트는 고인장강도, 내구성, 부식저항성, 경량성, 제작편리성, 비용절감, 균열 제어, 두께 대비 고강도, 사용성 등의 많은 장점이 원인이 되어 손상된 콘크리트 구조물의 보강에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 섬유시트 보강에 따른 공칭휨모멘트 성능을 예측하는 방법에 대한 해석과정의 결여로 구조물의 보강 과정에서 효과적인 인자의 결정이 어렵게 된다. 본 연구에서는 T형 철근콘크리트보의 보강을 위해 부재의 밑면에 부착된 섬유시트가 휨 강도에 미치게 되는 영향이 연구된다. 또한 밑면섬유시트의 박리 방지를 위해 감싸는 섬유시트의 옆면부분에 의한 부수적인 휨 보강 효과가 이론적으로 조사된다. 제안한 접근방법을 입증하기 위하여 해석 결과가 참고된 다른 실험연구의 결과와 비교된다. 예측된 결과와 실험결과는 잘 일치하였다.

다층지반에 근입된 현장타설말뚝의 수평 지지거동분석 (Lateral Resistance Behavior Analysis of Drilled Shafts in Multi-layered Soil)

  • 본 연구에서는 말뚝의 하중-수평변위 거동에 대한 해석 방법 중에서 지반공학적인 측면에서 널리 쓰이고 있는 하중전이함수법에 대해 고찰하였다. 다층지반에 관입되어 사질토에 근입된 대구경 현장타설말뚝의 실물 수평재하시험을 실시하여 계측결과를 분석하였고, 계측데이타의 분석을 통해 현장에 적용가능한 하중-변위을 제안하였다 현장재하시험결과와 유한차분해석 프로그램인 "LPILE"에 의한 기존에 제안된 하중전이함수식의 조합에 의한 해석결과를 대상으로 비교, 분석을 수행하였다. 계측데이타의 분석에 의해 하중-변위곡선을 여러 함수식으로 표현해본 결과, 지수형모델인 $y=ae^{bx}$ (여기서 y : 변위(mm), x : 하중(ton))가 가장 간단하고 적용성이 뛰어난 것으로 분석되었고 a값은대체로 1.3에, b값 은0.02에 근접한 경향을 보인다. 현장실측결과와 'LPILE'에 의한 하중전이함수식의 조합에 의한 해석결과를 비교, 분석한 결과 수평하중이 작을때에는 계산된 변위와 실측 변위가 거의 유사한 값을 보이다가 수평하중이 커짐에 따라 계산된 변위가 실측 변위보다 크게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 하중전이함수의 조합인 Matlock-Reese의 방법과 Matlock-API 방법에 의한 결과를 비교해 보면 Matlock-Reese 의 방법이 수평변위가 상대적으로 크게 산정되었다.

감은사지 3층석탑(서탑)의 지반 특성을 위한 지구물리탐사 (GEOPHYSICAL EXPLORATION FOR THE SITE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WESTERN THREE-STORY STONE PAGODA IN GAMEUM TEMPLE)

  • 경상북도 경주시 양북면 용당리 감은사지터에 위치한 쌍둥이 3층석탑(전체높이 약 13.4 m, 기단폭 6.78 m x 4.4 m)은 682년에 건립된 국내 최대 3층 석탑으로 국보급 문화재이다. 3층석탑의 서탑(이하 감은사지서탑)은 1959년에 해체 수리되었으나, 현재는 석탑 석재인 화강섬록암의 심한 풍화가 관찰되며, 탑의 구조적 불균형에 의하여 생겨난 하중의 편중으로 일부 옥개석 사이가 역 V자형으로 벌어져 있다. 일반적으로 석탑 안정성 진단을 위해서는 석탑과 인근의 지반환경을 이해하는 것이 필수적이다. 이 연구에서는 감은사지서탑 주변에서 탄성파탐사와 전기비저항탐사의 복합 지구물리탐사를 실시하였다. 웨너법에 의한 천부층의 전기비저항 수평 분포는 55∼350 Ωm의 범위인데, 대체로 석탑 남서측면이 상대적으로 높은 비저항인 반면 북동측은 100 Ωm이하의 낮은 비저항 지역으로서 연약지반으로 해석된다. 이는 동측 방향으로의 구조적인 기울임이 관찰된 석탑의 변위측정 결과와 부합한다. 탄성파 굴절법 탐사에 의하면 석탑인근의 약 3 m 두께의 최상부층의 탄성파 P파 속도범위는 200∼700 m/s이다. 복합지구물리 탐사결과 나타난 감은사지서탑의 기초는 약 11 m x 11 m의 장방형 형태로 약 3 m 깊이까지 분포하는 것으로 해석된다.

재생된 골에 식립한 넓은 직경의 나사형 임플란트에 대한 유한요소법적 분석 (FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF WIDE DIAMETER SCREW IMPLANT PLACED INTO REGENERATED BONE)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of stress within the regenerated bone surrounding the implant using three dimensional finite element stress analysis method. Using ANSYS software revision 6.0 (IronCAD LLC, USA), a program was written to generate a model simulating a cylindrical block section of the mandible 20 mm in height and 10 mm in diameter. The $5.0{\times}11.5-mm$ screw implant (3i, USA) was used for this study, and was assumed to be 100% osseointegrated. And it was restored with gold crown with resin filling at the central fossa area. The implant was surrounded by the regenerated type IV bone, with 4 mm in width and 7 mm apical to the platform of implant in length. And the regenerated bone was surrounded by type I, type II, and type III bone, respectively. The present study used a fine grid model incorporating elements between 250,820 and 352,494 and nodal points between 47,978 and 67,471. A load of 200N was applied at the 3 points on occlusal surfaces of the restoration, the central fossa, outside point of the central fossa with resin filling into screw hole, and the functional cusp, at a 0 degree angle to the vertical axis of the implant, respectively. The results were as follows: 1. The stress distribution in the regenerated bone-implant interface was highly dependent on both the density of the native bone surrounding the regenerated bone and the loading point. 2. A load of 200N at the buccal cusp produced 5-fold increase in the stress concentration at the neck of the implant and apex of regenerated bone irrespective of surrounding bone density compared to a load of 200N at the central fossa. 3. It was found that stress was more homogeneously distributed along the side of implant when the implant was surrounded by both regenerated bone and native type III bone. In summary, these data indicate that concentration of stress on the implant-regenerated bone interface depends on both the native bone quality surrounding the regenerated bone adjacent to implant and the load direction applied on the prosthesis.

다짐도에 따른 지중파형강판의 거동에 대한 원심모형실험 (Centrifugal Model Test on Behavior of Underground Corrugated Steel Plate with Compaction Degree)

  • 본 연구에서는 고성토 구간 파형강판 수로암거의 대표단면을 대상으로 뒤채움부의 다짐도에 따른 원형 연성지중 암거에 작용되는 수직토압 분포를 파악하기 위해 원심모형실험을 실시하였다. 모형실험은 뒤채움부의 다짐도를 80, 85, 90, 95%로 변화시키면서 현장의 상사성을 고려하여 53g-level의 중력수준에서 수행하였다. 실험결과, 연성거동을 하는 파형강판 상부의 아칭효과에 의한 하중감소계수는 AISI(2002) 설계법에서 규정한 뒤채움 다짐도에 따른 하중감소계수와 거의 일치하였다. 파형강판 상부에서 측정된 수직토압은 다짐도가 증가함에 따라 선형적으로 감소하였으며, 뒤채움부의 다짐도가 클수록 아칭효과에 의한 파형강판 상부의 상재하중 감소가 크게 발휘된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 파형강판 상부에서 발생한 아칭효과에 의해 감소한 하중이 파형강판측면 뒤채움부(EP 1)와 뒤채움부 외부(EP 3)로 전이되는 것으로 나타났다.

볼트 체결된 와이어 로프를 이용한 RC 보의 전단보강에 대한 연구 (Study on the Shear Strengthening of Concrete Beams with Wire Rope Clamped by Bolts)

  • 본 연구는 와이어 로프를 이용한 비부착 보의 전단보강에 대한 실험에 대한 것이다. 전단보강 방법은 와이어 로프를 보 단면의 외부에 노출시킨 형태로 볼트와 너트로 기계적 정착을 하는 폐쇄형과 U자형이 있다. 폐쇄형 전단보강방법은 슬래브를 관통하여 와이어 로프로 보 단면을 둘러싼 후 슬래브 상부면에서 와이어 로프를 긴장 고정시키는 방법이곤 U자형 전단보강방법은 슬래브 하부면과 접하는 보 옆면의 정착장치에 U자형으로 와이어 로프를 설치하는 방법이다. 콘크리트 압축강도가 24MPa이고 전단스팬비(a/d)가 4인 실험체의 주요변수로 폐쇄형과 U자형에 대해서 보강 간격을 각각 150, 200, 250mm로 하였다. 실험 결과, 와이어 로프를 이용한 전단보강방법은 무보강 실험체에 대해서 폐쇄형과 U자형 보강실험체의 내력의 최대 증가비가 각각 2.88, 1.91배로 증가하였으며, 복부의 초기 사인장균열시의 처짐에 대한 최대전단강도에서의 처짐의 비로 정의한 연성도 크게 증가하였으며, 특히 폐쇄형의 전단보강의 경우 U자형 전단보강방법에 비해 내력 및 연성의 증가가 두드러졌다. 따라서 본 연구는 와이어 로프를 이용한 전단보강방법의 타당성을 평가하기 위한 실험으로서 중요한 가능성을 제시하며, 전단보강 설계 및 시공에 유용한 기초 자료로서 의의가 있다.

하악 임플란트 overdenture에서 anchorage system이 하중전달에 미치는 영향 (EFFECT OF ANCHORAGE SYSTEMS ON LOAD TRANSFER WITH MANDIBULAR IMPLANT OVERDENTURES : A THREE-DIMENSIONAL PHOTOELASTIC STRESS ANALYSIS)

  • Load transfer of implant overdenture varies depending on anchorage systems that are the design of the superstructure and substructure and the choice of attachment. Overload by using improper anchorage system not only will cause fracture of the framework or screw but also may cause failure of osseointegration. Choosing anchorage system in making prosthesis, therefore, can be considered to be one of the most important factors that affect long-term success of implant treatment. In this study, in order to determine the effect of anchorage systems on load transfer in mandibular implant overdenture in which 4 implants were placed in the interforaminal region, patterns of stress distribution in implant supporting bone in case of unilateral vertical loading on mandibular left first molar were compared each other according to various types of anchorage system using three-dimensional photoelastic stress analysis. The five photoelastic overdenture models utilizing Hader bar without cantilever using clips(type 1), cantilevered Hader bar using clips(type 2), cantilevered Hader bar with milled surface using clips(type 3), cantilevered milled-bar using swivel-latchs and frictional pins(type 4), and Hader bar using clip and ERA attachments(type 5), and one cantilevered fixed-detachable prosthesis(type 6) model as control were fabricated. The following conclusions were drawn within the limitations of this study, 1. In all experimental models. the highest stress was concentrated on the most distal implant supporting bone on loaded side. 2. Maximum fringe orders on ipsilateral distal implant supporting bone in a ascending order is as follows: type 5, type 1, type 4, type 2 and type 3, and type 6. 3. Regardless of anchorage systems. more or less stresses were generated on the residual ridge under distal extension base of all overdenture models. To summarize the above mentioned results, in case of the patients with unfavorable biomechanical conditions such as not sufficient number of supporting implants, short length of the implant and unfavorable antero-posterior spread. selecting resilient type attachment or minimizing distal cantilever bar is considered to be appropriate methods to prevent overloading on implants by reducing cantilever effect and gaining more support from the distal residual ridge.

자궁경부암의 방사선치료성적 (Radiotherapy Result of the Carcinoma of Uterine Cervix)

  • One hundred sixty one patients with the carcinoma of uterine cervix received curative radiotherapy at the Department of Therapeutic Radiology, Seoul National University Hospital between December, 1979 and December, 1982. According to FIGO classification; stage $I_a 1(0.6\%)\;1_b\;8(5.0\%),\;II_a\;31(19.3\%),\;II_b\;66(41.0\%),\;III_a\;3(1.8\;%),\;III_b\;46(28.6\%)\;and\;IV_a\;6(3.7\;%)$. The proportion of early stage cancer is too small because most of them treated by surgery. External beam whole pelvic irradiation was done first with 10MV x-ray or Co-60 gamma ray upto 4,000 or 5,000 rad for early and advanced cases, followed by one or two courses of intracavitary radiation using Fletcher-Suit Applicator loading c Cs-137. Supplementary external radiation to pelvic side wall to bring dose to 6,000 or 6,500 rads, if there is parametrial involvement or positive pelvic lymph node. Of the 161 Patients, 49 Patients were lost to follow-up but only 22 patients were lost in disease free state. And so, 86.3 percent of the patients were followed to time of recurrence or to date. The results are as follows ; 1. Locoregional control rates according to stage is: stage I $100\%,\;II_a\;90.3\;%,\;II_b\;75.8\%,\;III_a\;66.7\%,\;III_b\;58.7\%\;and\;IV_a\;16.7\%$, respectively. 2. Persistent or recurrent disease were localized in pelvic cavity in 32 of 50 patients and 6 had distant metastasis only. 3. Rectal bleeding was the most common complication and appeared mostly between 6 and 24 months after radiotherapy. Most of them had transient minor bleeding and only 2 patients needed transfusion and 1 patient needed colostomy due to rectovaginal fistula. 4. The 3 year disease free survival rate is: stage I $100\%,\;II_a\;78.0\%,\;II_b\;60.6\%,\;III_a\;66.7\;III_b\;46.3\%\;and\;IN_a\;16.7\%$, respectively.

가토 경골에 식립된 Ca-P 박막코팅 임프란트의 뒤틀림 제거력 및 조직형태학적 평가 (THE EVALUATION OF THE REMOVAL TORQUE AND THE HISTOMORPHOMETRY OF THE CA-P COATING SURFACE IN RABBIT TIBIA)

  • Statement of problem: Surface texture of the implant is one of the important factors of the implant success, especially in the immediate implant loading. Many methods of the surface treatment of implant have developed and introduced. Purpose : This study was to evaluate the effects of the Ca-P coating implant crystallized the hydroxyapatite on the surface by the removal torque test and the histomorphometric analysis in vivo. Material and methods: 135 screw type implants, 4.0mm in length and 3.75mm in diameter were used in this study. Implants were divided into 3 groups and treated in the different mothods. Group I was not treated, Group II was treated in the SLA method, and Group III was treated in the Ca-P coating with the anodizing method and the hydroxyapatite was crystallized on the surface with the hydrothermal treatment. Firstly, the surface roughness of each group was measured, 45 rabbits were used in this experiment. Two implants were inserted on right tibial metaphysis and one implant was inserted on left side with the alternating order. After the healing periods of 3, 5, and 12 weeks, the rabbits were sacrificed to evaluate the osseointergration by the removal torque test and the histomorphometric analysis. Results : 1. In the analysis for the surface roughness, Group II showed the highest roughness. And Group III showed higher secondly. There was a significant difference one another statistically 2. In the removal torque test, Group III and II were significantly higher than Group I. There was no statistical difference between Group III and Group II. 3. For all Groups, the removal torque values at 12th week were significantly higher than at 3rd and 5th week. 4. In histomorphometric analysis, the bone implant contact rates of Group III and II were higher than that of Group I at 3rd and 5th week. There was a significant difference at 5th week. 5. In histomorphometric analysis, the bone implant contact rate of Group III and II increased from 3rd week to 5th week, but decreased at 12th week. In Group I, the contact rate at 12th week was significantly higher than at 3rd week and 5th week.

여객선사고의 원인분석 -정책불응의 관점을 중심으로 (An analysis of th cause of passenger ship accident -from the perspestive of policy non-compliance)

  • As passenger ship accidents so frequently have occurred, crisis consciousness is highly aroused in Korean society. Although bombastic policy guidlines were suggested in accordance with every passenger ship accident, there remains a still high possibility of such an accident reoccurring because passenger ship accidents occur from the perspective of non-compliance. The research objective of this study is to government's safety regulatory policies. Data for the analysis was collected from literature review. A Case study related to passenger ship accident is adopted for the analysis. The research methods utilized in this study consist of extensive quantitative analysis of 138 passenger ship accidents which had happened over last 10 years from 1984 to 1993 in Korea and a qualitative analysis of the passenger ship accident of the Seohae Ferry in October 1993. The results of the quantitive analysis on the 138 passenger ship accidents are as follows; Seeing the accidents yearly, the accidents which occurred by policy non-compliance are still exist, only somewhat reduced as years gone by. Seeing the accidents from the perspective of types of accident, fire accidents and death and injury accidents had more non-compliance factors than contact accidents and one-side collision accidents, etc. had. Seeing the accidents from the perspectives of types of passenger ship, large ships like car ferries and general passenger ship accidents had more non-compliance factors than any other kinds of ships had. Seeing the accidents from the perspectives of tons of passenger ships, large ships weighing more than 1, 000 tons and small ships weighing less than 50tons contained a lots of non-compliance factors. The results of the qualitative analysis of the passenger ship accident of the Seohae Ferry in Octovber 1993 are as follows; From the viewpoint of the human factor, there were non-compliance to the recruiting of required number of qualified crew members and non-compliance to the rule which prohibited them from leaving port in bad weather and high wave conditions. From the viewpoint of the ship factor, there were defects in the ship. So we might say that there was non-compliance which was aroused from the lacks of technical skills. From the viewpoint of the administrative factor, there were many non-compliance factors such as sailor education, shipping management, rescue, safety equipment. From the viewpoint of the passenger factor, there were passengers' threats which compelled the crews to leave the port under bad weather conditions. In conclusion, the principal non-compliances factors are passenger ship company did not follow safety rules such as shipping the permitted number of passengers, loading permitted tons of freight and fastening freights properly and recruiting required number of qualified crew. In order to reduce accidents, firstly we should find out the causes which play key roles in passenger ship companies' non-compliance to the government's safety regulations. Secondly we should tackle the causes.
