Sol-gel법에 의한 $PbZrO_3-PbTiO_3-Pb(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$박막의 물리적 특성 (Physical properties of $PbZrO_3-PbTiO_3-Pb(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ thin films by sol-gel method)

  • PbTiO$_{3}$-PbZrO$_{3}$-Pb(Ni$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/O$_{3}$) (PZT-PNN) thin films were prepared from corresponding metal organics partially stabilized with diethanolamine by the sol-gel spin coating method. Each mol ratio of PT:PZ:PNN solutions were #1(50:40:10), #2(50:30:20), #3(45:35:20), #4(40:40:20), #5(40:50:10), #6(35:45:20) and #7(30:50:20) respectively. The spin-coated PZT-PNN films were heat-treated at 350.deg. C for decomposition of residual organics, and were sintered from 450.deg. C to 750.deg. C for crystallization. The substrates, such as Pt and Pt/TiN/Ti/TiN/Si were used for the spin coating of PZT PNN films. The perovskite phase was observed in the PZT-PNN films heat-treated at 500.deg. C. The crystalline of the PZT-PNN films was optimized at the sintering of 700.deg. C. By the result of AES analysis, It is confirmed that the films of TiN/Ti/TiN was a good diffusion barrier and that co-diffusion into the each films was not observed.

하천유지용수와 지천 유입에 따른 도시하천 양재천의 수리화학적 변화 연구 (Hydrochemical Effects of Tributaries and Discharged Waters in the Yangjae Stream Flowing Peri-urban Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the unique and complicated feature of urban stream receiving various inflows. The Yangjae stream, the second tier of the Han River, runs through the southern parts of Seoul, Korea and its middle part flows on the boundary of Seoul where land use is actively changing. Stream flow was greatly influenced by rainfall. Other than rainfall events, effluent discharge from wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) comprised 51 % of stream flux. As a result, majority ions water chemistry was changed at the receiving zone of the discharged effluent (Zone A). Its contribution increased to 69.9 % at the second sampling period with low stream flow. In the middle zone, inflows from the northern area, recently developed to a residential district showed low $NO_3-N$ and high $HCO_3$, Ca, $SO_4$, and $SiO_2$ indicating the effects of groundwater and concrete. One inflow (T-8), with extremely high Na and Cl, median $SiO_2$, was assessed to have anthropogenic influence, however its contribution to main stream was under 1 %. Road construction near Y-13 also affected water chemistry leading to the highest Na and Cl concentration. These hydro chemical changes can be critically used to evaluate the changes in water budget and fate of chemicals in a peri-urban watershed occasioned by human activities on the Yangjae.

  • 본 논문에서는 $20\%$ Ge 조성 비율을 갖는 SiGe 200nm 에 $1\%$-Nitrogen doping 된 Nickel 을 이용하여 새로운 Nickel Germanosilicide 방법을 제안하여 Ni-Germanosilicide 의 단점인 열 안정성 개선에 대해 연구하였다. Nitrogen atom 이 grain boundary 에 존재하여 Nickel의 diffusion을 억제시키는 역할을 하여 shallow한 실리사이드와 uniform 한 실리사이드 계면 특성을 얻게 되었다. 그리고 실리사이드 형성 후, 고온로 열처리 $600^{\circ}C$, 30min 후에도 낮고 안정한 면 저항 특성으로 열안정성 개선 할 수 있다.

고(<24%)Mn 플럭스코어드와이어를 사용한 다층 용접 시 초층 응고조직의 결정면방위에 따른 미세조직과 경도 (Microstructure and Hardness of 1st layer with Crystallographic Orientation of Solidification Structure in Multipass Weld using High Mn-Ni Flux Cored Wire)

  • In this study, Microstructure and hardness of 1st layer with crystallographic orientation were investigated about solidification structure in multipass weld using high Mn-Ni flux cored wire. Microstructure of solidification consisted of austenite matrix and a little ${\varepsilon}-phase$ in grain boundaries. Orientation of grains was usually (001), (101), (111). According to crystallographic orientation, morphology of primary dendrite was different. The depletion of Fe and the segregation of Mn, C, Ni, Si, Cu, Cr, O were found along the grain boundaries. The area of segregation was wide with an order of (001), (101), (111) grains. And hardness of grains with crystallographic orientation increased with an order of (001), (101), (111) grains because of the segregation along dendrite boundary.

폴리실리콘 기판 위에 형성된 코발트 니켈 복합실리사이드 박막의 열처리 온도에 따른 물성과 미세구조변화 (Characteristics and Microstructure of Co/Ni Composite Silicides on Polysilicon Substrates with Annealing Temperature)

  • Silicides have been required to be below 40 nm-thick and to have low contact resistance without agglomeration at high silicidation temperature. We fabricated composite silicide layers on the wafers from Ni(20 nm)/Co(20 nm)/poly-Si(70 nm) structure by rapid thermal annealing of $700{\sim}1100^{\circ}C$ for 40 seconds. The sheet resistance, surface composition, cross-sectional microstructure, and surface roughness were investigated by a four point probe, a X-ray diffractometer, an Auger electron spectroscopy, a field emission scanning electron microscope, and a scanning probe microscope, respectively. The sheet resistance increased abruptly while thickness decreased as silicidation temperature increased. We propose that the fast metal diffusion along the silicon grain boundary lead to the poly silicon mixing and inversion. Our results imply that we may consider the serious thermal instability in designing and process for the sub-0.1 um CMOS devices.

  • Necessity of removable soil nailing has been arisen in the soil nailing system because of problem such as civil petition for geotechnical environment and invasion of the ground boundary line and payments for use besides geotechnical engineering. Removable soil nailing system is improved soil nailing system that fixed socket arranged in boring hole for increasement of skin friction. In this study, field pull-out tests are carried out more 4 times considering installed distance of fixed socket and analyze skin friction behavior characteristics in fixed socket through analysis of measurements of strain gauge attached to fixed socket. Also, to evaluate application for wedge type removable soil nailing system analyzing displacement aspects through field pull-out tests by trial construction.

TiO2 Nano-doping Effect on Flux Pinning and Critical Current Density in an MgB2 Superconductor

  • We have studied the $TiO_2$ doping effects on the flux pinning behavior of an $MgB_2$ superconductor synthesized by the in-situ solid-state reaction. From the field-cooled and zero-field-cooled temperature dependences of magnetization, the reversible-irreversible transition of $TiO_2$-doped $MgB_2$ was determined in the H-T diagram (the temperature dependence of upper critical magnetic field and irreversibility line). For comparison, the similar measurements are also obtained from SiC-doped $MgB_2$. The critical current density was estimated from the width of hysteresis loops in the framework of Bean's model at different temperatures. The obtained results manifest that nano-scale $TiO_2$ inclusions served as effective pinning centers and lead to the enhanced upper critical field and critical current density. It was concluded that the grain boundary pinning mechanism was realized in a $TiO_2$-doped $MgB_2$ superconductor.

시효열화시킨 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V 강의 고온화의 회전굽힘 피로강도에 관한 연구 (Rotated Bending Fatigue Strength in Aged 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V Steel at Elevated Temperature)

  • The estimation of the remaining life for the aged components in power plant as well as chemical and petroleum plants has been recently concerned. The raw materials used in this study are the 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel which intensified P and S compositions along with the nominal compositions of ASTM A 470 standard. Five kinds of specimens with the different degradation levels were prepared by isothermal aging heat treatment at 630.deg.C. The mechanical properties and rotated bending fatigue strength of virgin and aged 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel have been investigated through the hardness, tensile, fatigue test, SEM fractograph and EDS analysis at 538.deg.C and room temperature, respectively. Thus the data of aged specimens were compared with those of virgin specimen to evaluate the aging effects. The main results obtained in this study are as follows ; The decrease of the yield and tensile strength due to degradation was distinguished until 50, 000hrs simulated service time. And it was confirmed that the considerable amount of P, Mn, Cr and S was precipitated at the grain boundary of aged material through the SEM and EDS analysis. The rotated bendingd fatigue strength at 538.deg.C of virgin, 25, 000, 50, 000, 75, 000 and 100, 000 hrs aged material was decreased 44.6 %, 49.6 %, 51.5 %, 52.4% and 53.8% than that of virgin material at 10$_{7}$cycles of room temperature, respectively. The major cracks of virgin and aged materials mainly initiated at the inclusions including Si, P and Mn compositions which were located at the outer periphery of the specimen.n.

CVD를 이용해 증착한 III-V 화합물 보론 포스파이드의 물성분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Characteristics of III-V Compound Boron Phosphide using CVD)

  • Boron Phosphide films were deposited on(III) Si substrate at $650^{\circ}C$, by the reaction of $B_2H_6$ with $PH_3$ using CVD. $N_2$ was employed as carrier gas. The optimal gas rates were 20 ml/min for $B_2H_6$, 60 ml/min for $PH_3$ ml/min and $1{\ell}/min$ for $N_2$. The films were annealed for 1hour in $N_2$ ambient at $550^{\circ}C$ and measured. The measurement of AFM shows that the average surface roughness is each $10.108{\AA}$ and $29.626{\AA}$. So, we could know every commonplace thing. The measurement of XRD shows that the films have the preferred orientation of(1 0 1). From SEM images, we could see that Boron Phosphide is showed of a structure, which is grain size, which is grain boundary size. Also, the measurement of AES is shown the films have $B_{13}P_2$ Stoichiometry. From WDX See that ingredient is detected each Boron and Phosporus. So, we could see that deposited BP thin film. In this study, we obtained the BP thin film by deposited in atmosphere pressure, and known to applicate as microwave absorbtion material of BP thin film.

흑운모의 풍화작용에 의한 1:1 점토광물의 형성 메커니즘 (formation Mechanisms of 1:1 Clay Minerals by Biotite Weathering In a Granitic Gneiss)

  • 화강암질 편마암의 풍화단면에서 풍화초기에 흑운모-질석-캐올리나이트로의 변질과정을 보여 주었으나, 지표층으로 가면서 질석 중간 상이 거의 인지되지 않고 흑운모-캐올리나이트 변질과정을 나타낸다. 흑운모의 풍화작용에 의해 생성된 1:1 규산염 층상광물은 캐올리나이트와 할로이사이트이며, 다른 메커니즘에 의해 형성되어 각기 다른 풍화조직을 보여준다. 캐올리나이트화작용은 입자의 가장자리로부터 내부로 진행되었다. 변질과정에서 $10\AA$의 흑운모 다층과 $7\AA$의 캐올리나이트 다층이 교호하고 있고, 두 상의 c-축이 일치한다. 변질된 캐올리나이트의 가상은 흑운모 입자의 외곽선에 기준하여 부피의 변화 없이 일정하고, 많은 공극이 벽개면을 따라 발달해 있어 판상의 캐올리나이트는 흑운모와의 1:1의 엽층 대 엽층 교대작용에 의해 형성된 것으로 보인다. 할로이사이트화작용은 흑운모의 엽편들은 보다 얇게 분리되어 벽개면에 수직방향으로 휘어져 렌즈상의 공극을 형성하고, 할로이사이트는 그 가장자리에서 외곽 방향으로 부채모양으로 발달하여 할로이사이트의 가상은 흑운모 입자의 현저한 부피 증가를 초래했다. 관상의 할로이사이트는 사장석의 용해작용에 의한 외부용액으로부터 Si와 Al을 공급받아 흑운모의 표면에 침전되어 성장되었다 이렇게 형성된 할로이사이트는 비정상적으로 높은 Fe(~11%)를 함유하고 있다.
