Objectives: This study was to report clinical effect and safety of Traditional Korean Medical Treatment including Hwangryunhaedok-tang Pharmacopuncture for pregnant woman with low back pain with sciatica. Methods: The patient who suffered from sudden low back pain with sciatica was treated with Hwangryunhaedok-tang Pharmacopuncture, acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medication and cupping therapy during admission. Visual Analog Score (VAS), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), McGill pain questionnaire-short form (SF-MPQ) were checked to measure the outcome. Results: After treatment, Visual Analog Score (VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI), McGill pain questionnaire-short form (SF-MPQ) were considerably improved in this case. Conclusions: The results indicate that Traditional Korean Medical Treatment including Hwangryunhaedok-tang Pharmacopuncture is the effective therapy for low back pain with sciatica during pregnancy.

The remittances play a major and a very critical role in promoting economic growth and development activities in the developing countries. In this study, the relationship between per capita gross domestic product (GDP) and remittances paid has been investigated based on the case studies in Malaysia from 1987 to 2018. Data was collected from various sources namely statistical yearbook by World Bank and Asian Development Bank. All variables are expressed in natural logarithm form. The technique utilized is the nonlinear autoregressive distributed lags (hereafter NARDL) approach which was introduced by Shin et al.(2014) to examine both short run and long run relationships, as well as the direction of causality, due to the asymmetric relationship between GDP and remittances. The bound test verifies asymmetric cointegration among the variables. The empirical results show that the remittances paid has a momentous short-run and long-run effect towards capital accumulation in Malaysia. Remittances also increase a positive relationship with capital accumulation for Malaysia. We found that remittances form a significant source of external capital and investment for developing countries especially Malaysia which helps in promoting economic development. Furthermore, as a developing country, foreign workers are a source of income to the receiving countries and an indicator to boost sender countries.

This research analyzed the characteristics of Hanfu street snaps in the Chinese version of TikTok to determine the development and meaning of Hanfu. Based on grounded theory, this study selected 102 representative cases by sorting Hanfu street snaps on TikTok according to popularity. Subsequently, through open coding, the cases were organized and summarized into five main categories. The findings are as follows: 1) The national cultural pride has enabled a greater number of Hanfu fans and groups to upload short videos promoting the Hanfu movement on TikTok to expand the influence of the activities and popularize cultural knowledge. 2) The users attempted cross-cultural communication by participating in cultural festivals in Western countries wearing Hanfu. 3) The 'See now buy now' function of TikTok enables numerous Hanfu merchants to upload short videos about Hanfu products to promote their products and boost sales. 4) As 'gamification' affects everyday life, computer game enthusiasts among them wear Hanfu in the form of role-playing. 5)As a unique "meme" phenomenon on TikTok, wearing Hanfu to make interesting videos has also become a form of entertainment. Thus, although the characteristics of Hanfu street snaps on TikTok originated from the transmission of Hanfu culture, the culture has now been transformed through social media into symbolic consumption and play culture.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Korean medicine treatment in a patient with Herpes Zoster (HZ) during pregnancy. Methods: During 12 days of hospitalization, a patient was treated by Korean medicine treatment such as herbal medicine including Gami-danggui-san, acupuncture, cupping and fumigation. To evaluate the effect of treatment, we took pictures of skin lesion and symptoms were measured by Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ) and 36 item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). Results: After Korean medicine treatment, most of vesicles disappeared. NRS of chief complaints such as neuralgic pain and itchness changed 7-8 to 0 and therefore, quality of life of the patient was elevated sharply. Conclusions: This case shows that Korean medicine treatment is beneficial and safe for the patients who suffered from Herpes Zoster during pregnancy.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture for chronic fatigue syndrome and idiopathic chronic fatigue. Methods : A randomized, controlled pilot trial was conducted. Twenty-four participants were randomized into one of the two groups: an acupuncture group(n=12) and wait-list group(n=12). The treatment group received 12 sessions of acupuncture over 4 weeks. Eight points($GV_{20}$; bilateral GB20, $BL_{11}$, $BL_{13}$, $BL_{15}$, $BL_{18}$, $BL_{20}$, and $BL_{23}$) were selected for needling. The control group did not receive acupuncture treatment during study period and follow-up were done in the $5^{th}$ and $9^{th}$ weeks after randomization in both groups. The primary outcome was fatigue severity scale(FSS) and the secondary outcomes included a short form of stress response inventory(SRI-short form), beck depression inventory(BDI), and insomnia severity index(ISI). Safety was assessed at every visit. Results : There were statistically significant differences in the between group values of FSS at $5^{th}$ weeks after randomization(p=0.0002), SRI-short form, BDI, and ISI at $5^{th}$, $9^{th}$ weeks after randomization(p<0.01). There were no adverse events. Conclusions : The results suggest that acupuncture is associated with benefits on the short-term outcomes in chronic fatigue syndrome and idiopathic chronic fatigue.

Focusing on the TikTok, this paper studies the factors that influence the use intention, flow and addiction of the elderly in short videos from three aspects of media attraction, perceived usefulness and user characteristics through quantitative research methods. In recent years, influenced by various factors, more and more seniors have begun to indulge in short form videos, which will do harm to their physical and mental health. Therefore, the researchers believe it is necessary to identify the behavioral intention of seniors and the path to addiction. According to the research results, the attractiveness of TikTok and the characteristics of seniors have a positive impact on the usefulness of media. In addition, the study confirms that media usefulness has an impact on use intention and use behavior, which may develop into immersion and addiction. This study not only supplements the classical TAM theory, but also provides a reference for helping seniors to use the Internet in a healthy way. The researchers look forward to expanding the research on the various Internet platforms used by seniors in different countries and regions.

The Purpose of this study Gerber company AM-300 system of the automatic system of Producing the original form the automatic system of Producing the original form of "Jogori(a Korean Jacket)' and Grading by the usage of computers and find out its efficiency. In the result, the auther has found out the following facts and became confident on the facts; The AM-300 program of the automatic system enabled to produce the original form of 'Jogori' and Grading fitting in a short time and definately, and which indicated that the automatically producing system of the original form of 'Jorgori' and Granding is efficient. Even in the aspect of education, it has been acknowledged that there is necessity of using computers, the accumulation of techincs and technology based on traditions by cultivating professional designers, and computerization so that the composition of 'Hanbok' (Korean clothes) should be rational and scientific. In addition, advertisement and education on the traditionalism and superiority of 'Hanblk' are indispensable and absolutely necessary. Also, to succeed folk costumes rightly, the usage of computers is thought to be a way to effectiveness. So far in the study, only the automatic system of producing the original form of 'Jogori' and Grading through computers is emphasized on, however in the future, such an automatic system should be continuously supplemented, studied on and developed even in other various fields such as in pattern making, design, products planning, etc..

The first function of occlusion is mastication. Therefore the functional restoration of occlusal surface is very important. The restoration of occlusal surface is three method as wax bite technique, F.G.P. technique, cone technique. Many dental technician is using compound method. I am using compound method of wax bite technique and cone technique. I have knew common point on each teeth during I have waxing up wax pattern. So I studied on the design waxup technique for mandible molar occlusion. The results of the study were as follows; 1. The dam wax up method can restore axial contour of teeth very easy and make short working time of wax pattern. 2. The height of dam must be same with cusp of adjacent teeth. 3. Automatically the contour of tooth is appeared if the contour of dam is relationship with cuspid line of adjacent teeth. 4. The height of contour of buccal, lingual surface is formed natural curve to add fluid wax by gravitation. 5. The development groove of mandible first premolar is appeared V form. 6. The development groove of mandible second premolar is appeared Y form. 7, The development groove of mandible first molar is appeared M form. 8. The development groove of mandible second molar is W form. 9. The embrasure is formed to carve around contact point area as round convex. It affects to axial form of tooth. 10. The buccal, lingual groove of molar is formed parallel with direction of teeth arrangement.

Web series, as one of the products in the network era, are different from traditional TV dramas, With the contents preferred by youngsters, wed series, as a form of fast food culture, are increasingly gaining popularity, such as being uploaded on online video platforms like Naver TV and Youtube. This study aims to examine the characteristics of narrative closure and continuing serial form of Youth Web Series through the youth web series production company "playlist original" in Korea and analyze the narrative structure caused by narrative closure and continuing serial form and nonlinear narratives.

In this paper we derive a closed-form approximate expression for the bit error probability of the MPSK modulation with diversity reception in the Suzuki fading channel which is a mixture of short term and long term fading. We showed that the proposed approximate expression was capable of efficient computation compared to the existing integral-form expression, and gives an quantitative insight how much the channel parameters degrade the system performance. Further more it is shown that an appropriate transmission power control is beneficial to the system through consideration of the approximate expression.
