Also, the online digital kiosk, and tablet that consumer can order the products through the online channel while shopping in-store Second, the barrier-free in-store environment should be offered in order to increase the consumer convenience. This change will allow consumer communicate with the store environment more effectively. Lastly, brick-and-mortar should extend the physical territory as utilizing the offline's advantage and disadvantage through setting up the digital interactive wall or pop-up store for increasing the opportunity of customer interaction with the store. • Many online shopping sites now offer personalized recommendation systems to improve consumers' shopping experiences by lowering costs (time, cost, etc.), catering to consumers' tastes, and stimulating consumers' potential shopping needs. So far, domestic and foreign research on the personalized recommendation system has mainly focused on the field of computer science, which is advantageous for obtaining accurate personalized recommendation results for users but difficult to continuously track the users' psychological states or behavioral intentions. This study attempted to investigate the effect of the characteristics of the personalized recommendation system in the online shopping environment on consumer perception and purchase intention for consumers using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. The analysis results adopted all hypotheses on the effect of the quality of the personalized recommendation system and information quality on trust and perceived value. Through the empirical results of this study, the factors influencing consumers' use of personalized recommendation system can be identified. In order to increase more purchase, online shopping companies need to understand consumers' tastes and improve the quality of the personalized system by improving the recommendation algorithm thus to provide more information about products.

  • The rapid change of consumer expectations in shopping environments has required retailers to actively adopt omni-channel services, however, limited research exists on the topic. We identify the effect of consumer's utilitarian shopping value on expectations for omni-channel services. An online survey was conducted on 176 subjects who had experience using omni-channel services. We employed Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as our theoretical model to explore the mechanisms of consumers' acceptance of omni-channel services in fashion. We used SPSS ver. 22.0 and AMOS ver. 22.0 programs to analyze data. The results indicate that utilitarian shopping value has a positive effect on performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence for omni-channel services. Performance expectancy for omni-channel services also has a positive effect on the purchase intentions of fashion products. Effort expectancy for omni-channel services also positively increases the purchase intentions of fashion products. Last, the social effect of omni-channel services has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. All the hypotheses were supported. The research findings can provide the fashion distribution industry with useful basic data to understand the needs of consumers who use multi-channels when establishing a new channel or marketing strategy.

  • Due to COVID-19, domestic Duty-free shops have been severely impacted, and with the expansion of the untact market, the proportion of mobile shopping has increased. So far, mobile duty-free shop AR shopping is not active, and related research is scarce. Therefore, we aims to enhance Duty-free Shopping APPs with AR technology by researching the needs of foreign users. First, in the mobile duty-free shop app, the AR shopping interface must be in a prominent position to be open and easy to use. Second, there should be an explanation or help for location and function so that all users can easily recognize the AR shopping interface. Third, when wearing duty-free items in the AR shopping interface or adding them to the storage and shopping cart of interest, the interface must be simple and flexible, making it convenient to use and operate. Fourth, technical improvements must be made to prevent errors. We expect that the research will help develop AR shopping technology and domestic duty-free shop AR shopping technology and revitalize online and offline duty-free shops.
