국내 대학생과 중.몽골 유학생들의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 만족도에 미치는 서비스 품질요인 연구 (The Effect of Domestic and Foreign University Students' (Chinese and Mongolian abroad Students) Perceived Service Quality Factors to the Internet Shopping Mall Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was comparative of domestic foreign university students' perceived service quality factors for Internet shopping mall. And investigate of affect of internet shopping customer satisfaction on perceived service quality. This survey was carried out with real customers. Data were obtained from 189 internet shopping mall customer(Domestic and Foreign university students) who have bought any products. To Find difference among service quality variables, exploratory factor analysis, ANOVA and multiple regression was carried out with collected data. Result shows that perceived service quality is significantly related to customers satisfaction. And there were significantly differences in perceived service quality between domestic university students and foreign(chinese and mongolian) abroad university students. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider marketing strategy for internet shopping business.

쇼핑정보원 활용에 따른 해외여행자 시장세분화 및 세분시장 특성 연구 (Tourism Market Segmentation Based on Shopping Information Sources)

  • This study confirmed the types of shopping information sources during travel abroad, and developed a profile of tourists in terms of demographics, travel, and shopping behavior. Shopping information sources and characteristics of shopping products were identified first. Thereafter, travelers were segmented by their information-seeking behavior. An online survey method was used to get data from Korean vacationers in their 20s-50s, while factor analysis, cluster analysis, ${\chi}^2$ test and ANOVA were applied to analyze data. The results were as follows. First, the shopping information sources of overseas tourists were composed of four factors including sources from travel agents/media, information from travel books and local sources, and word-of-mouth sources. Also, four factors in product types and four product attributes were identified. Second, tourists were clustered into two groups, active and passive shopping information seekers, based on shopping source behavior. Third, two groups differed in terms of demographics, showing an older age and higher income for active shopping source seekers. Active shopping information users tended to join package trips with family members, and they were more satisfied with the trip. With regard to shopping, active shopping source seekers spent more money for shopping and preferred all kinds of shopping goods with an emphasis on travel shopping. In conclusion, shopping information sources seemed to be a meaningful tool for segmenting tourists. Rich, older, family tourists would be an major target market for local retailers.

해외직구에 대한 고객 만족도 : 최종사용자 만족 모형을 기반으로 (Consumers' Satisfaction for Cross Border Online Shopping : Based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction Model)

  • While the term online shopping refers to all online transactions, cross-border online shopping means shopping activities purchasing products or services over the internet for the customers abroad. As Internet use for the international shopping activity increasing, cross border online shopping has grown substantially for last decade. This study is about the problem regarding the cross border online shopping for two different countries and the variables that influence their shopping behavior. The cross border online shopping has been increased by the growth of Internet access. However, the growth of the Internet use does not guarantee a successful development of cross border e-commerce for every country. To find out the perception for cross-border online shopping for two different cultures, shoppers from two countries with different cultural background were chosen, and the perception for cross-border online shopping from each culture is contrasted. For statistical Analysis, ANOVA is used to find the relationship between a single non-metric independent variable, and multiple metric dependent variables. Hofstede's cultural dimensions model is adopted for this study as a tool to find out the patterns of cross border online shopping. This study showed what the variables would affect the perception in cross border online shopping. The results of this study indicated that cross border online shoppers with different culture were notably different on two variables identified-timeliness and ease of use.

  • There is a phenomenon that the consumers from all over the countries are using the Korean online shopping malls, which has settled as a distribution industry. To get the attention of the consumers from other countries, the marketing strategy is important in order for the online shopping malls to go advance abroad. The purpose of this study is to overview the Pinterest, which is a shopping-oriented Social Network Service (SNS) based on the image content. The Pinterest is a valuable online shopping mall marketing channel. By looking at the background growth and feature of service, the existence of the mega SNS as a center in the social business is to see how Pinterest is targeting a niche market. As a result of this study, Pinterest has the advantage against other SNS for joining with online shopping malls because a tendency of the traffic referrals from Pinterest is increasing and the average of the cost of the purchase is high. Therefore, this study is reflecting various cases of utilizing the online shopping malls. In conclusion, Pinterest represents an illustrative case of effective marketing channel of the online shopping malls.

중국의 해외구매대행 현황과 문제점에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Status and Problem Concerning Overseas Shopping Service)

  • With the steady growth of our nation's economy, the purchase power of our domestic citizens has continuously enhanced. In recent years, online overseas shopping has rapidly warmed up, increasing number of Chinese people have started to purchase overseas products via internet. According to China's current legislation, the imported goods are divided into goods and items based on "profitability standard", and regulated by different rules of clearance supervision and import duties. Goods can't pass through custom and pay duties in the form of items, and the import duties burden of goods is generally much heavier than that of items. Goods of entrusted overseas shopping pass through custom and pay duties in the form of items, but goods of profitable purchasing are goods, not items. Therefore, the profitable-purchasing behavior is smuggling. Although goods of unprofitable purchasing are items, unprofitable-purchasing behavior may also constitute smuggling. The author concludes that causes of smuggling crime are: huge market demand for overseas goods, lack of customs supervision, law blank of petty foreign trade, and public's misconception of entrusted overseas purchasing are the major factors. The author proposes the corresponding preventive measures against the crime, such as to establish an one-stop service system in online Shopping Mall, to modify the Passengers' Baggage Declaration Form, to establish a relatively simplified clearance system of small cargo, to establish a relatively reasonable import duties of petty trade.

한국과 중국 대학생의 인터넷쇼핑몰 이용행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavior of Internet Shopping Mall in Korea and China University Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 유학생 중 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 중국 유학생과 한국 대학생들 간의 인터넷쇼핑몰 이용 시 공통점과 차이점이 있는지 확인하고 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 속성이 무엇인지 파악하고자 한다. 그 결과를 토대로 중국 유학생들이 국내 인터넷쇼핑몰 이용과정에서 만족도를 높일 방안을 제시하고 국내 인터넷쇼핑몰을 운영 중인 기업에는 외국인 고객들의 이용 만족을 향상할 수 있는 전략을 조언할 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 첫째, 한국 학생들과 중국 학생들의 인터넷쇼핑몰 이용할 때에 경험했던 시스템 평가 요인 중 한국 학생들은 정보 품질이 중국 학생들보다 더 좋다는 결과를 나타냈으며, 중국 학생들은 한국 학생들보다 기능성이 더 좋다는 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 한국 학생들과 중국 학생들이 인터넷쇼핑몰 이용할 때에 경험했던 물류시스템 평가요소 중 신속성과 배송 품질은 모두 한국 학생들이 중국 학생들보다 더 좋다는 결과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 한국 학생들이 국내 인터넷쇼핑몰을 이용할 때에 소비만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 기능성, 배송 품질, 응답 신뢰성, 정보 품질, 신속성 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중국 유학생들은 배송 품질을 제외한 기능성, 정보 품질, 신속성, 응답 신뢰성 등이 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용동기가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국 유학생을 중심으로 (The Effects of online shopping mall Usage Motives in e-commerce on Repurchase Intention: Centered on international Chinese students)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 중국유학생들을 대상으로 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기가 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국유학생 255명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS 23.0을 통해 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기 및 고객만족도, 재 구매의도의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기 중 제품 지각, 고객 서비스 및 쇼핑 경험은 고객 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이용 동기 중 제품 지각, 쇼핑 경험, 고객 서비스가 재구매 의도를 명확하게 표현하는 것이 일반적이며 이 부분을 실증적으로 재확인하였다. 셋째, 만족도는 재구매 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과에 따르면 한국에서 중국인 유학생들의 온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용 동기는 만족도 및 재 구매의도의 영향을 미치는 중요 요인으로 기여하는 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 연구에서는 온라인 쇼핑몰의 유형에 따라서 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • 최근 국내외에서 지하철 공사현장 가스폭발, 지하 공동구 화재, 지하가 화재 폭발 등 지하공간에서의 사고가 다수 발생하고 있다. 이러한 사고는 재산의 손실 뿐 아니라 전력, 통신망 마비로 도시기능을 무력화시키고, 인명 피해의 대형화를 동반함으로서 도시민의 안전을 위협하고 있다. 따라서 지하공간 중 지하가의 사고 사례와 문헌 연구 및 실태를 조사, 검토하고, 운영 관리 단계에서 위험 요인을 도출하여 안전대책의 평가요소 및 화재예방평가 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

Factors affecting social commerce acceptance - Perceived risks and social networking sites (SNS) use -

  • As social media penetrates more deeply into people's everyday lives, social commerce (a type of commerce that combines SNS features and possibility for commercial transactions) has enjoyed unprecedented growth. Shopping on Facebook is a representative example of social commerce platform that allows consumers to interact with other users, exchange information and purchase products without leaving a Facebook page. Social commerce presents great opportunities for marketers in terms of leveraging social aspects of shopping experience. It also offers a large potential for Korean companies to reach various target markets, as well as establish their presence abroad. Yet, acceptance of social commerce as a legitimate shopping channel has been slow, and consumers are still hesitant to shop via Facebook. This study draws on uses and gratification theory and the concept of perceived risk to examine how different motives for SNS use and the associated types of perceived risks can affect the purchase intention on the platform. Empirical data from 288 young users of Facebook were analyzed. Findings identified two main motives for SNS use: information-related motive and communication-related motive. Information-related motive significantly affected the intention to shop on Facebook, whereas communication-related motive did not have any significant influence. Risks associated with shopping via Facebook included delivery risk, security risk, social risk and economic risk. Overall, consumers perceived a higher level of security and social risk associated with shopping on Facebook. However, only social risk had a significant negative influence on the purchase intention. Awareness and previous experience of buying via social commerce platform positively affected consumers' purchase intention.

Trade Exhibition for Small & Medium Enterprises by Using of Special Conditions in Foreign Marketing Insurance

  • Korea's trading volume is expected to surpass USD 1 trillion in 2011. Korean economy achieves this largely due to its dependence on export and enhanced technological capacity and product quality. Improved recognition of Korean enterprises in the global arena also helped. However, the largest reason behind theses could be found in exporters' ceaseless marketing endeavors and continued government supports. Today, more and more people become to rely on trade exhibitions to boost export effectively. Trade exhibitions are employed as a useful tool to attract buyers and enter a market. This is because such exhibitions' marketing effect and professional aspects. South Korean export relies on large conglomerates for most part. However, 95% of the country's entire industry are small and medium-sized companies. This means that SMEs' export has a huge impact on the national economy. Therefore, as a way to improve SME export and minimize their losses, we need to use trade exhibitions more actively. The overseas policy insures only promotional activities regarding foreign exhibition and fair (including international events held in Korea), foreign distributor, shopping mall, home shopping, etc. and does not include air fare, traffic cost in the local place, accommodation cost and dining expenditures as costs to be excluded mentioned above. It is not easy for them to take part in events abroad if they have to pay for such expenses. If full financial support is difficult, the Korea trade insurance corporation still may give a certain level of aid for successful exporters to engage in marketing activities abroad more actively and further stimulate SMEs' export.
