커피전문점의 관계특성요인이 신뢰, 몰입, 점포충성도에 미치는 영향 (A Coffee Shop's Relationship to Customer Trust, Commitment, and Shop Loyalty)

  • We suggested specific and practical marketing strategies to coffee shop managers and customers to create a symbiotic relationship. The coffee shop's relationship to reliability, commitment, and shop loyalty was analyzed thoroughly. The samples for this study were 393 coffee shop customers in Seoul. The results showed that customer reliability about coffee shops improved as reputation, customer orientation, specialty, and tie increased, but reliability was reduced as the size of the coffee shop became larger. Communication did not significantly affect reliability. Second, customer reliability positively affected commitment, so commitment increased as customer reliability increased. Third, customer reliability positively affected shop loyalty, so shop loyalty increased as customer reliability increased. Fourth, customer commitment positively affected shop loyalty, so shop loyalty increased as customer commitment increased.

시뮬레이션과 BPR을 응용한 Layout 기반의 철도차량기지 중정비 검수 여유율 검증 (A Study on the Verification of Heavy Overhaul Maintenance Allowances for the Maintenance Shop)

  • 철도차량기지 중정비 공장의 규모를 설계할 때 최소 부지에 시설을 배치하여 검수효율을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 중정비 공장 규모 산정 시에 적용되는 운행과 검수의 파동요인을 고려한 파동율(이하 "여유율")이 국내에서 아직 검증되지 않은 채 활용되는 외적인 요인을 중정비공장내 재장시간으로 흡수하기 위해 시설배치도 및 공정 작업의 시뮬레이션 분석에 의하여 합리적인 여유율을 산출하고 그 적정성을 검토하고자 한다. 본 연구는 공정의 작업시간이 평균값으로 되어있어 작업자 간의 편차를 고려, 공정작업시간에 표준편차를 10~20%로 주어 각각의 경우별로 시뮬레이션 결과치를 분석하여 가능 여유율을 도출하였다. 향후에는 차량의 운영 및 검수계획, 차량 예비율 및 중정비 공장의 설비능력, 공정외주비율, 표준인공 등 운영조건 등의 인자를 고려하여 과학적인 검토를 통해 적정 여유율을 적용함으로서 공장 규모를 최적화 할 필요가 있다.

연탄제조 공장의 작업장별 석탄분진의 농도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Airborne Coal Dust Concentration at each Work Site in Coal Briquet Factory)

  • This study was carried out to investigate exposure level, size distribution, and respirable mass fraction of airborne coal dust and heavy metal concentration of respirable coal dust at each work site in coal briquet factory from July 1991 to September 1991. Geometric mean of total dust concentration was 10.88mg/m$^{3}$ at storage shop, 8.22mg/m$^{3}$ at pulverize shop, and 3.79mg/m$^{3}$ at rotary press shop, respectively, but those at storage and pulverize shop were higher than TLV. Geometric mean of respirable coal dust concentration wat 1.03mg/m$^{3}$ at storage shop, 0.78mg/m$^{3}$ at pulverize shop, and 0.55mg/m$^{3}$ at rotary press shop, respectively, which were lower than TLV Aerodynamic 50% cutoff diameter of the suspended coal dust was 5$\mu$m at rotary press shop and 6.8$\mu$m at storage shop, ranged to thoracic particulate defined by ACGIH, and deposited in the region of repiratory system. The mass fraction rate of respirable dust to the total coal dust was 26.2% at rotary press shop, 18.8% at storage shop, and 13.8% at pulverize shop, respectively. Heavy metal concentrations of the respirable coal dust were 0.028mg/m$^{3}$ ib Fe, 0.0081mg/m$^{3}$ in Cu, and 0.0039mg/m$^{3}$ in Pb.

패션브랜드에 따른 상품속성과 브랜드 태도에 관한 연구 (The Study on Goods Attributes and Brand Attitude by Fashion Brand)

  • The purpose of this study is to 1) understand the importance of brands, which are known as one of the key purchasing points to consumers today; 2) 10 clearly clarify the various attributes of goods well-known to consumers; 3) to research the effect of the goods attributes on brand attitude. We examined 465 consumers to understand a purchase or a shopping habit with national and non-brand. The study used SPSS 11.0 package for a data analysis. Then using varimax rotation, we employed a factor analysis to analyze the data and obtain Cronbach ${\alpha}$ value. For more specific data analysis, we conducted t-test, regression analysis, and x2 analysis. The results are as followings: 1. The goods attribute is classified into product attribute, shop attribute, and price attribute. The product attribute is divided into wearability, labeling of size and quality, aesthetic expression, brand expression-harmony, textile-suitability, manageability and product assortment. The shop attribute is into shop environment, shopping convenience, promotion, salesperson service, convenience of location, shop's reputation. The price attribute is into price reasonability, price value, price economy, and price information. 2. The product attribute is different, by national and non-brands, in wearability, labeling of size and quality, brand expression-harmony, textile-suitability, manageability. The shop attribute had a significant difference in environment of shop and its reputation, and the price attribute had one only in price economy. 3. The brand attitude was affected by wearability, aesthetic expression, shop environment, price value, and price information. 4. Also, there exists a difference by demographic variables(age, job, academic background, marriage, income level) in brand attitude. For example, national brands have its consumers with the following variables: higher education, higher income, professional job, over 20s, and married.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out distributional principles of the shop-houses in residential district through physical composition of residential area. Through the research that are based on literature and field survey, it analysed the relation between physical composition of residential area and the shop-houses of selected four sites under similar urban condition where land readjustment project were held. The consequences of this study are summarized as follows; 1) A road that is not penetrating the inside a residential area is seemed to have low occupancy of shops comparing to other roads with similar hierarchy. And the shops functions as convenience facilities. It can be inferred from the statement above that even a road with higher hierarchy is not easy to form commercial area if without penetrating the residential area. 2) According to the size and the arranged method of Inner blocks of residential area towards major roads, distribution of shop-houses appear to be different. In other words, when shop-houses are located along the roads, the proportion of shop was higher than when located perpendicular to the roads. 3) When the number of average lots are little and the size of block is small, usually, street ratio and the number of corners gets higher, which eventually increases the number of shop-houses.

  • This paper is intended to propose what manufacturing configuration (manufacturing planning and shop floor control) is suitable for the tire industry. Basically tire-manufacturing process is mixed-products, parallel-disconnected-flow-shop. Both throughput time and cycle tine are very short, the variety of tires is very high, the setup time is long, shop floor data reporting requirements is high, and there are many equipments and people working. And with no exception, tire industry also now confronts increasing requirements of delivery conformance with the above peculiar characteristics of tire manufacturing and changing market environments, this paper suggests, weekly master scheduling with no MRP is desirable and traditional kanban is right selection for shop floor control/scheduling. This paper describes why this configuration should be, using the manufacturing engineering principles and some new insights like four primitives of parallel flow shop. Generally known that shop with high parallel-product-mix and long setup time isn't good candidate for kanban. The four primitives of parallel flow shop explain why kanban is also useful scheduling technique in that environment.

부산지역 대학생의 프랜차이즈 커피전문점 선택속성에 따른 IPA분석 (IPA Analysis according to the Attributes of the Franchise Coffee Shop Selection of College Students in Busan)

  • The aim of this study was to provide strategic implications for the coffee market in which competition got severer through IPA analysis based on the attributes of selection of a specialized franchise coffee shop. The results of a positive analysis conducted with undergraduates in their twenties were as follows: According to the evaluation of the importance of the attributes of selection of a specialized coffee shop, the most important were 'cleanliness and hygienic facilities inside the shop (6.09)' and 'taste and quality of the menu (coffee) (6.09)'. According to the performance analysis, those showing the highest performance were 'brand image (4.92)' and 'cleanliness and hygienic facilities inside the shop (4.92)'. According to the result of IPA analysis, what customers regarded as being the most important were 'taste and quality of the menu (coffee)', 'kindness of the staff', and 'cleanliness and hygienic facilities inside the shop', and, in fact, they showed great performances as well. However, 'price of the menu (coffee)' was regarded as being important but did not indicate a great performance; therefore, they showed dissatisfaction with it. Although they did not think 'environment around the shop', 'brand image', 'brand recognition' or 'interior size and scale of the shop' were important, the attributes did not appear to show great performances. Therefore, we need constant maintenance strate gies regarding the fact that consumers are considered to be very important for evaluation, and should make efforts to change the price in advance.

커피전문점 권리금의 결정변수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Coffee Shop's Premium)

  • 이 연구는 서울시의 주요 상권에 위치한 커피전문점의 상가임대사례를 활용하여 상가권리금에 영향을 주는 변수를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 구체적으로는 커피전문점의 상가매출액, 상권, 입지 특징이 상가권리금에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커피전문점의 상가권리금과 매출액 사이에는 높은 정(+)의 상관관계가 있으며 $3.3m^2$당 상가매출액 및 상가월세는 $3.3m^2$당 상가권리금을 추정할 때 통계적으로 유의한 영향력 있는 독립변수로 나타났다. 이는 커피전문점의 상가권리금을 결정하거나 도심재생사업에서 상가권리금의 보상액을 산정할 때 상가매출액은 실증적으로 중요한 변수라는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, $3.3m^2$당 상가월세, $3.3m^2$당 상가보증금의 비중, 공공기관 종사자도 역시 상가권리금을 결정하는 중요한 변수이다. 셋째, 상가면적과 상가권리금과는 부(-)의 상관관계가 형성되어 상가면적이 증가할수록 상가권리금이 하락하였다. 요약하면, 커피전문점이 입지한 상권 및 입지, 건물특징이 상가권리금에 영향을 준다는 연구가설을 채택한다.

대규모 병렬기계 흐름생산의 재일정계획 (A production rescheduling system for a large size parallel machine flow shop)

  • A scheduling system is developed for a parallel machine flow shop which reflects the situations of the manufacturing processes in the tire industry. The schedule is generated via simulation using heuristic rules to get satisfaction on such constraints as due dates, demands, work-in-process, process capacity, set-up times and scheduling speed. This system, constructed with relational DB, SQL and C language, consumes less than 10 minutes of PC simulation to handle real size problems.

Job Shop 일정계획을 위한 Tabu Search (Tabu Search for Job Shop Scheduling)

  • Job shop scheduling with m different machines and n different jobs is a NP-hard problem of combinatorial optimization. The purpose of the paper is to develop the heuristic method using tabu search for job shop scheduling to minimize makespan or mean flowtime. To apply tabu search to job shop scheduling problem, in this paper we propose the several move methods that employ insert moves in order to generate the neighbor solutions, and present the efficient rescheduling procedure that yields active schedule for a changed operation sequence by a move of operations. We also discuss the tabu search techniques of diversifying the search of solution space as well as the simple tabu search. By experiments, we find the appropriate tabu list size and tabu attributes, and analyze the proposed tabu search techniques with respect to the quality of solutions and the efforts of computation. The experimental results show that the proposed tabu search techniques using long-term memory function have the ability to search a good solution, and are more efficient in the mean flowtime minimization problem than in the makespan minimization.
