포장완충재의 구성에 따른 배의 단일파형 충격반응 (Functional Shock Responses of the Pear According to the Combination of the Packaging Cushioning Materials)

  • Physical damages on fruits may be caused by shock and vibration inputs that transmitted from the transporting vehicle through the packaging and cushioning materials to the fruit. In this study, both half sine shock test and trapezoidal shock test were performed by MIL-STD-810F specification in order to investigate and represent the shock response properties such as peak acceleration and shock amplification factors of the pear according to packaging and cushioning materials for optimal packaging design during transportation. Shock excitation data that had been measured on the vehicle operating on the real road were used. Shock response properties measured by half sine shock test were smaller than those measured by trapezoidal shock test. Results represent that corrugation shapes and thickness can significantly affect the cushioning performance than the paper configurations of cushioning pad and showed that fruits may be damaged seriously while transported on the unpaved road without the properly cushioned packaging practices.

쇽업소버 오리피스의 유형별 유동해석으로의 융합적 고찰 (Convergent Investigation with Flow Analysis by Type of Shock Absorber Orifice)

  • 본 연구에서는 쇽업소버 오리피스 유형별 유동해석을 하였다. 좋은 차의 기준에서 중요한 승차감을 위해서는 쇽업소버는 없어서는 안 될 존재이다. 해석 절차로서, 실제 쇽업소버의 실린더가 전진될 때의 속력을 유동 속도로 설정하여 쇽업소버의 모델 A, B, C들에 대한 유동 해석 결과들을 서로 비교하였다. 유동해석을 통해 각 모델의 오리피스 근처에서 유동흐름을 고찰하여 쇽업소버의 성능을 알아보았다. 전반적으로 모델 A가 유속이 가장 빨랐으며 유동변화 또한 가장 컸다. 모델 B가 유속이 가장 느렸으며 오리피스의 개수가 같은 모델 B, C의 유속 형상들은 비슷하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 어느 쇽업소버 오리피스 모델이 실린더 내에서의 유동을 원활히 하여 승차감을 상승시키는지를 알 수 있다. 쇽업소버 오리피스의 유형별 유동해석에 대한 본 해석 결과는 디자인 분야에 융합하여 적용될 수 있다고 보인다.

  • Using database obtained by means of experiments, or using the synamic behaviour analysis program of automotive shock absorber, database system is constructed within the limits of adequate reliability. Thus constructed data base can be used to find out corresponding specification of shock absorber design parameters to the required damping ability and tolerance.

  • 한국항공우주연구원은 호주 University of Queensland(UQ)와 2006년 10월 스크램제트 엔진 성능시험 계약을 체결하고, 2007년 6월 UQ의 T4 Free Piston shock tunnel에서 마하 7.6, 고도 31.2 km 조건에서 스크램제트 엔진의 지상 성능시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에는 T4 충격파 터널의 구조 및 데이터 취득 기법에 대하여 정리하였다.

  • Topology optimization of improved passive shock isolator by controlling its force-deflection relation is proposed. And the final design which is optimized using topology optimization is obtained using shape optimization. The proposed methods are applied to a numerical example using two dimensional-axisymmetric condition. And the performance of finally optimized design is verified through transient analysis using LS-DYNA. The ballistic shock isolator model is developed as a result of topology optimization. The optimized design has more improved shock absorbing capability comparing to the linear shock isolator by about 20%.

냉장고의 유통 중 진동 및 낙하충격에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vibration and Dropping Shock of Refrigerator during Physical Distribution)

  • This study was carried out to investigate vibration shock and dropping shock of refrigerator during physical distribution. The values of vibration shock were measured to be ${\sim}3G$ for up and down direction, ${\sim}0.8G$ for right and left direction and ${\sim}0.5G$ for back and forth direction on the national road. There was no damage during transport. From the results of dropping test by KS A 1026(General Rules of Performance Testing for Packaged Freights), relative equations were gained as follow : y = 0.12x + 7.63(where y is G-factor and x is Dropping height). The maximum values of dropping shock during materials handling were measured to be 11G. This shock value was corresponding to dropping shocks of dropping height 28.3cm by KS A 1026.

  • Regarding the characteristics of fatal electric shock accident during the past 10 years, fatalities occurred more frequently in July & August, and AM 10-12 PM & 14-16. Also, the electric shock accident is occurred more frequently in the age group from 30 to 40. Especially, the fatal electric shock accident in construction industry covered more than half of total industry. Therefore, it is strongly requested for the protection technology of an electric shock from the low voltage electric path, grounding method and workers. The aim of this study is to propose the policy about the equipment performance standards and/or worker's safety standards to revise the standards for preventing electric shock accidents on safety workings.

  • 극초음속으로 비행하는 추진기관이 직면하는 고속 유동 등 제반 현상을 모사하기 위한 지상시험 설비로 충격파 풍동을 설계, 구축한 후 성능 시험을 수행하였다. 개발된 준 일차원 작동 해석를 이용하여 설계점을 파악한 후, 극초음속 시험설비 구축을 위한 개념 설계를 완료하였다. 이어 단위 해석 코드를 이용하여 구체적인 성능 설계 및 각 구성품에 대한 설계를 완료, 구축한 후, 다양한 운용조건에서 성능시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 이론해석 결과를 바탕으로 이루어진 개념 설계와 준 1차원 다화학종 해석 코드를 이용한 개념설계 검증 및 성능설계 결과 등 극초음속 충격파 풍동 설계방법을 제시하였다.

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of clinical practice-related education program by analyzing the effects of grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention on transition shock of new dental hygienists. Methods: From April 19 to July 4, 2022, the data was collected from 200 new dental hygienists working for dental hospitals/clinics. Using the SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0, this study was conducted the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were positive correlations between grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention, a negative correlation between grit and transition shock, a positive correlation between job satisfaction and retention intention, a negative correlation between job satisfaction and transition shock. and a negative correlation between retention intention and transition shock. As the factors affecting transition shock, lower pay and main performance of medical cooperation work increased transition shock. When job satisfaction and retention intention were higher, transition shock decreased. Conclusions: In order to reduce transition shock of new dental hygienists, it would be necessary to operate clinical practice-related training program, and also to establish a training environment similar to the clinical site/context/situation similar to clinical context/situation.

  • The shock buffet on a transonic transport aircraft are negative factors that reduce the aerodynamic performance of aircraft. The parametric studies were performed for position of nacelle/pylon to estimate the trend of flow mechanism under the wing that affects shock buffet. To generate external mesh of aircraft configuration that change the position of nacelle, snappyHexMesh provided in OpenFOAM was applied. Implicit density-based solver(ISAAC) was used for flow analysis. The change of nacelle position along horizontal direction dynamically affected the aerodynamic performance of transonic transport aircraft as comparing that of vertical direction. As a result of the parametric study of nacelle/pylon position, it was confirmed that the optimal position of nacelle can be obtained by aerodynamic design.
